Scootaloo knew that she was different from the other ponies. Not just physically but mentally as well. She was very smart for a filly her age but was always treated like an outcast by the other fillies. With the obvious exceptions being the cutie mark crusaders. But even with the love she got from her two true friends, she never truly felt like she was loved by anyone. She dealt with the almost constant abuse by taking it out on animals. The skin had been recently peeled away and it still had it's left eye connected by a single strand of tissue.

Scootaloo then began to make a cut that was from Fluttershys ass that went all the way up to the back of her neck. She then peeled back the skin to reveal Fluttershys spine as she took her tongue and licked her spine up and down stopping so she could jam it into various spots so she could say how good they tasted.
After that she took a piece of wood from Fluttershys fireplace and jammed it into her eye. Embers, splinters, and dust went into the air as she slammed it into her. Removing it revealed the gooey mess that used to Fluttershys eye and then used the wood to piece one of her lungs shortly before sealing her back up by melting her flesh back together. Fluttershy, not knowing what was going on because of the pain began to bloat up as her skin began to tear and her ribs starting to crack and break.
Scootaloo broke off one Fluttershys ribs and began to masturbate with it as in front of Fluttershys one good eye. She finally reached orgasm and removed the wet, sticky bone and made Fluttershy taste and say that it was the best thing she had ever tasted just before she rammed it into Fluttershys skull.
