... No, seriously. I really, REALLY sorry. I kind of lost inspiration back then, not to mention that now I'm busy with... ya know, school and stuff? X_x
But boy, it's good to be back here... with a NEW Chapter of "Rock & Roll"~! :D

Oh, right. In this Chapter, there would be some Megaman-related things that maybe some of you don't know, so prepare a new tab and go to Google or your favorite Megaman Wiki. It wasn't that big, really. But you might want to do it just in case. x3
There's also Megaman-related music pieces here that I suggest to play, starting from "Music Starts" until "Music Ends" part. But this one is not really necessary, so it's up to you to do this one or not. ^_^-

Chapter 15 : Really Suspicious
"Two weapon data received... Astro Crush and Solar Blaze!"
Roll brought her left arm from her brother's hand once she successfully copied the two new weapon data from Rock— who already transformed to Megaman. She smiles widely, knowing that Megaman worked real hard to get the two weapon data, especially Solar Blaze. Both of them are currently inside the main lab of "Dr. Light's Laboratory".
"It's still kind of funny, though," Roll said, a light chuckle escaped her mouth. "You got 'Astro Crush' without having to beat Astroman. That's just... weird."
"As I said before, Roll, it all thanks to the remaining pieces of 'Astro Crush' back at Aquaman's stage," Megaman explained, smiling. "And thanks to 'Astro Crush' too, I can beat Aquaman at my paralyzed state."
Roll frowned upon hearing the last statement. She still couldn't forget the pained expression on her brother's face back when he was 'sick'. Just at the thought of it already make her cringed.
"Well," Megaman turned around, looking up to the big computer screen just beside him and Roll, "Who do you choose to defeat now, Roll?"
Roll sighed, knowing very well that her brother always willing to think of others before himself.
I mean, really... the blonde girl thought with a huff. He should try to take care of himself sometimes.
"I think..." Roll observes the pictures of the four remaining Robot Masters left to defeat at the screen, "I'll go after Flameman."
"Hmm... Then I'll go after Shademan," Megaman said with a firm nod, looking at his sister. "Well... I guess I'll see you soon, Roll. Good luck with your quest."
"Y-... Yeah. You too, Megaman," the blonde girl replied, watching her brother gave her a smile. Slowly, his body materialized to a blue light before he was gone from her sight in a beam of blue light.
Roll was about to depart too when she felt a hand on her shoulder.
"Roll..." Dr. Light's voice came, and Roll quickly turned around to face her father. "B-Before you go... d-do you mind to run a self-diagnostic?"
Roll looked at her father confusedly. "H-Huh...? Why, Dad? I mean, you never asked me to do this before."
"Please...?"
Roll arched an eyebrow up, wondering why her father really want her to do as he says. But despite her confusion, she does as her father told. "A-... Alright. Please wait for a moment, Dad."
The blonde robot girl closed her eyes. "Running self-diagnostic..." she muttered, and kept still for a moment before she opened her eyes.
"... Self-diagnostic completed. Result : no errors found."
Roll placed her hands to he hips, looking at her father in wonder. "Dad... Why did you told me to run a self-diagnostic?"
Dr. Light sighs. "I-It's nothing, dear Roll... Thank you. You can go now. Good luck with your quest."
Suspicion fills Roll's mind once she heard Dr. Light's answer. But instead of asking right away, the blonde robot girl thought to ask him later. "Uh... O-Okay... Thank you, Dad."
Roll brought her head up and close her eyes, her body slowly materialized to a yellow light before she was gone from sight in a beam of yellow light.
After watching his daughter's departure, Dr. Light sighs, holding his head.
"... Something's wrong, Doctor?" Auto came through the door, walking into the lab.
"Well, Auto..." the old doctor muttered, and turned around to face the big green bot. "You know why, right? But when I want to take a look, there isn't any."
Auto seems uneasy at this. "T-That's strange, Doctor. I-I mean—"
"I'll try to take a look again later," Dr. Light uttered, sighing. "For now... I hope Megaman and Roll are alright with their quest."

- Meanwhile, in a fortress somewhere far away... -
"Attention to Flameman and Shademan!" Piano's voice came from the intercom. "You two are up to action!"
"Oh, my. So it's finally my turn, eh?" Shademan smirked, pushing himself off the metal wall he leaned at.
"But the question is, who fights who?" Flameman questioned, standing up from his seat.
"Shademan is going to fight against Megaman," Piano answered through the intercom. "As for you, Flameman, you're going to fight against his sister, Roll."
"Shoot! I was hoping to fight Megaman!" Flameman grumbled, crossing his arms.
"Relax, my friend," Shademan flew next to Flameman, placing a hand on the Arabian-styled Robot Master's shoulder. "There's always next time."
"But I want to beat Megaman, not his surprisingly strong sister!" Flameman exclaimed, looking annoyed. "It'll be a shame for me if I lose to her and not Megaman!"
"Then defeat her," the vampire-like Robot Master uttered, as Flameman gave him a confused look. "I mean, come on! A little girl isn't a big problem for you, is it?"
Flameman huffed. "Oh, yeah? Last time I hear Dr. Wily said that to Woodman, he's defeated by that Roll girl," the Arabian-styled Robot Master pointed out.
Shademan sighed. "Really now? Come on, Flameman. Don't let Woodman's defeat make you unsure of battling Megaman's sister. Make a difference by defeating her. There, that sure sounds a lot more better, isn't it?"
"Y-... You're right, Shademan! That sounds a lot more better!" Flameman held his left Buster-like arm with his right hand in determination. "Well, what are we waiting for then? Let's beat those two heroes-wannabe!"
"Yes... Let's," Shademan said with a cackle, as both he and Flameman were gone in a beam of light, heading out to their respective places.

- Meanwhile, somewhere inside a castle of some sort... -
*Music Starts : Horror Fortress ~ Shademan Stage (Megaman 7)*
"Just one more attack... Mega Buster!"
Megaman charged up energy into his Buster before he released it to the big robot in front of him that acted as the sub-boss, which is a pumpkin-shaped robot named VAN Pookin.
When Megaman's charged shot hit VAN Pookin, small explosions began to appear all around the pumpkin-shaped robot. But the robot then dashed forward, attempting to pin Megaman on the wall so it could damage the Blue Bomber when it explode.
"Whoa!" Megaman stepped to the side just in time, and the pumpkin-shaped robot was left slamming to the wall and explode. The Blue Bomber shielded his eyes with his left hand to protect it from the explosion's blinding light.
"Phew... That was a close one," Megaman uttered with a sigh, noticing a big hole created on the wall left by Van Pukin's explosion.
"I guess that hole leads me to the next route of this castle..." Megaman uttered, walking through the big hole. When he reached the other side, however, an army of zombie-like robots blocked the way!
"Whoa! W-Where did you guys come from?!" the Blue Bomber cried out, and began shooting at the 'zombies'. He then noticed that every time he defeat one of the 'zombies', another would appear from the coffin-like thing on the wall!
Ugh... Why am I feeling paranoid all of a sudden? Megaman thought, watching the 'zombies' tried to grab him. I guess I should defeat some to make a way for me to go forward.
With that planned, Megaman charged energy into his Buster. A moment later, the Blue Bomber brought his Buster up and launched a charged shot to the group of 'zombies' in front of him, defeating them instantly. After Megaman done that, he made a dash, running forward with the remaining 'zombies' pursuing after him.
"Oh, come on!" Megaman cried out, once in a while turned around to shoot some 'zombies'. "You guys really want to stop me from reaching Shademan, aren't you?"
In the midst of the 'chaos', suddenly, a beeping sound was heard from the intercom planted inside Megaman's helmet.
"Ugh! Why now?" the Blue Bomber protested, but proceed to tap his helmet and answer the call. "Hello? Who's thi—"
"MEGAMAAAAN! THESE OBSTACLES ARE GETTING ON MY NERVE SYSTEMS!"
Megaman winced and almost stumble over his steps, his hearing systems buzzed for a moment before it reverted back to normal.
*Music Ends*
"R-... Roll?" the Blue Bomber muttered, still running from the pursuit of the 'zombies'. "W-... What's wrong?"

- Meanwhile, somewhere inside an oil field... -
*Music Starts : Oil Field ~ Flame Man Stage (Megaman 6)*
"Okay, Megaman. First off, sorry my sudden outburst earlier," Roll said, sighing. "Second... I never thought the obstacles here would be SO annoying!"
"W-... Why?" Megaman asked through the small ear piece Roll wore on her right ear— Auto had given her a new one when she told him that she 'lost' it back at Airman's stage.
"Okay, Megaman. So..." Roll began with a huff, her left hand on her hip, "first was oil, and now... THIS?!"
Roll stomps the ground with her right leg, making the metal platform below her cracked slightly, an irritated look placed on her face. From her ear piece, Megaman utter out a yelp when she stomps the ground.
"THIS is an oil field, and I expect SOME flames since oil is flammable. But really..." Roll muttered, still keeping the irritated look on her face as she huffed, "I don't expect the flames would SUDDENLY came like THIS!"
The blonde girl watched the obstacle before her. Floating metal platforms could be seen, below those platforms were oils that could generate hot flames every few seconds.
"AND those floating platforms! Ugh, I need to go through jumping again AND again?" Roll continued to protest, her right eye twitched in annoyance. "Seriously, this remind me of that TIRESOME moment at Airman's stage!"
A sound of a charged shot being released came from Roll's ear piece, and something destroyed was heard after that.
"W-Well, Roll," Megaman said, as the sound of a charged shot being released was heard again, "I suggest you to stop protesting and keep going."
Another sound of a charged shot being fired was heard again. "I mean, it's not like Dr. Wily would go easy on either his stages and robots. Besides, all these... uh... 'annoying obstacles' were suppose to be mine, so I'm very sorry for all the trouble you should face, Roll."
Roll kept still for a moment before she sighs aloud. "Ugh, now you make me feel guilty, Megaman," the blonde girl muttered, sighing. "Fine, fine... I'll keep going. Just... stop saying that it's your fault. I mean, I'm the one who choose to be the part of this, so I shouldn't have complain."
Knowing she should continue whether she likes it or not, Roll hopped to the nearest floating platform, then proceed to the others while battling some robot enemies along the way.
"Uh... Megaman?" the blonde girl called out. "Are you there?"
"Huh? O-Oh, I am. Sorry, Roll, I thought you had disconnect this transmission," Megaman said through her ear piece. "What is it?"
"Well..." Roll trailed off, and was silent for a moment before she spoke again, "I was... thinking."
"Hmm? About what?"
"It's about Dad," the blonde girl answered. "Before I depart to Flameman's stage, Dad asked me to run a self-diagnostic. Does that sounds weird to you, Megaman?"
Silence was all Roll met with once she said so, but a moment later— right after the she noticed she almost reach the grey metal door— Megaman finally spoke.
"Hmm... Well, I don't know about this, Roll. But from your explanation, I can tell that something's up," the Blue Bomber said, sounding serious. "I don't think this would work, but maybe we should try to ask Dr. Light or Auto once we got back."
"Yeah... I guess that could work," Roll replied with a nod, a small smile on her face.
"Well," Megaman's voice came again, "I guess I will continue with my quest now. Good luck out there, Roll."
"Yeah... You too, Megaman," Roll replied before she hung up, the subtle click of disconnection went through her right ear as she did so.
"Well," the blonde girl hopped off the last floating platform. Looking up, she found a grey metal door before her, which marked that she almost reach the boss of this stage— which is none other than Flameman.
"I better get going, too... The sooner the better," the blonde girl murmured before she proceed to the grey metal door in front of her, ready for her upcoming battle...
*Music Ends*
Next stop : Roll vs Flameman! Who will win the battle...?
