This isn't a chapter, sorry. Though I will update soon, or so I'm hoping. But this is a chapter about two nasty reviews I got.
The sad part about those reviews is that they posted the reviews under the name, "Guest." Are you guys that much of a coward to give me a flame but not get the consequence of it. What you said in the reviews was just plain awful.
Here is one of the reviews:
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! IF YOU REALLY READ THE SERIES YOU WOULD KNOW PERCY WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BREAK UP WITH ANNABETH!
We'll clearly you didn't read the story, in this story Percy and Annabeth were not even together. I've read the books and I've enjoyed them. And I practically memorized most of the books. But can't a person have the pleasure of writing whoever they want a specific person to be with. This is called a FANFICTION for a reason. It made up by fans. A review like this makes me not want to update and I have a lot of people who actually enjoy reading this and I love writing it. One of the reasons its probably been so long of updating this. Plus if you read my other stories, you'd know I write only Percico/Nicercy. And I like to hate on Annabeth, mainly because of a fanfiction I read that hated on her. I just don't like her as a character. As some can tell Nico is probably my most favorite, especially the event that he told in House of Hades makes me respect him even more. He was forced by Eros to come out, does anyone realize how much courage that probably took Nico and how he may have felt about the situation? Does anyone take the time to think what era he was from and the fact he had to do that? That is one of powerful reason I love Nico, from all that's he's been through. He's still going, that takes courage.
Now the second review I got even riled me even more and what made me make this rant:
Guest : Good story.
Just change de NICO AND PERCY DATING PART[:(]
and were friends.
Ish.
Look I know your probably a nico fan(I can tell) but percy and ANNABETH are the ones meant to be.
Ya understand? So change your story into somehow percy and annabeth are together. I just don't like the nico/percy thing and I know it in the books but it just...
Gross.
This is the kind of review that sets me off so badly. I understand that you prefer Percy and Annabeth together. But this is my story, and I said clearly in the information that it would be Nico and Percy together. Because I love those two together and anyone who seen my profile and stories knows that I write only about Nico and Percy. Nothing else! Plus I always like to hate on Annabeth and even if I did switch the pairing, which I won't. You'd probably more upset about story. Cause I have the image in my head to make Annabeth a liar, cheating, and practically a bitch. (Pardon the language) ANOTHER thing that really set me up and was the main purpose of doing this rant, that person but the word, "gross," about Nico and Percy together. How closed mind can you be!? And also the fact that you aren't "man" enough to actually post on an account because you'd probably know I would go off on you about your review. What is your problem about two guys being together, what's so wrong about that? It's love and it's who they are! I have friends and co-workers that are gay and they're happy with their lives. My school is lucky enough as far as I know, to probably not experience any bullying on who they are. Which is why I loved the chapter, "dark-percico-water," wrote with your fanfiction, "Dark Waters." Because in chapter eight she puts in how bullying can be, no matter who you are. Because that's all they see, they don't see you as a person; they see you as someone who is different. And that is so WRONG! Which is why I really hated that last review I got, can you not appreciate who Nico and Percy are as characters, but to hate on them because of the pairing I decided I wanted to write about?! That's sad and heartbreaking in itself that people actually act that way.
