Reunion

2 Years After The Escape

"It's really been 2 years," Naruto said allowed while picking up some herbs. He stood quite a bit taller, his physique seemed more toned, and his skin had taken a darker color as well. He had been under the radar for so long and living off the land. He had barely even entered the town since he started up the house but he was quite a distance away from home because he was searching for more herbs to grow at home. The research he had done had started a newfound love for farming. Before he could finish his scavenge, he heard a group in the distance and saw faces he never again wanted to see.

"I heard Naruto was sighted around here a couple weeks ago, do you think he's still around?" Sakura asked the two next to her.

"I hope so..." Kakashi responded back seeing a glimpse of blonde before it disappeared into the woods. Kakashi gasped and immediately headed after the sound of rustling trees the team following along. The group stopped at a meadow where they saw the blonde standing, glaring in their direction. "Naruto... where have you been?" the group all stared in shock at the sight before them.

"I left that cursed village a long time ago, and I don't think I would like you to know where I went." he responded to his old sensei "And if you came here to bring me back, I'm sorry but I'm happier where I am more than back in that miserable place..." he spat at his team.

"Naruto, we're sorry just please come back. We miss you so, so, so much. I'm begging you." Sakura pleaded but from his stance, it fell on deaf ears.

"With what you had told me last time we talked, I don't think you would ever truly miss me. You treated me like a nuisance and nothing else the entire time I was around you." he looked blankly at her with disdain in his voice.

"Dobe, just come back already. You'll probably get yourself killed if you stay where you are." Sasuke being the last person to speak and try to bring him home. His words did nothing more than taunt him though as he watched Naruto start and break out into a fit of laughing.

"You think I'd die around here. I have more food, friends, and less hate around me now. I've strived to get stronger, what have you been doing with these 2 years?" Naruto jibed back at him.

"Naruto please just come back with us we were told to bring you back no matter what whether that be peacefully or kicking and screaming!" Kakashi was trying as hard as he could to do this with words but after saying that and seeing Naruto pull out a sword, knew that this would result in violence.

"Bring it, remember don't take me lightly because I'm coming with the intent to kill!" Naruto then disappeared and Kakashi was barely able to dodge out of the way of the sword that now took place where he was. Sasuke and Sakura seemed to be even more in awe of his speed until they saw him stand up and look at them. Sasuke brought out his Sharingan as Naruto turned to Sakura and whispered "Akuma no jigen: Jigoku no mon" Sakura immediately started screaming.

Sasuke caught Sakura who was kicking and screaming while laying her down "What did you do to her!" he yelled at Naruto who just laughed and smiled.

"I let her say hello to a little friend of mine." his red eyes looking into Sasuke's own "One down, two to go!" a clone appeared next to him as he shot towards Kakashi's direction, and the clone headed straight for Sasuke. Naruto clashed with a kunai that blocked his sword while pushing Kakashi back. A constant onslaught of swings that were blocked but only barely thanks to the Sharingan.

Kakashi was thinking of how he would defeat this newly found stronger Naruto 'He's much faster than I remember almost fast enough that my Sharingan can't keep up maybe if I...' in the middle of his thought he was hit with a kick to his side, sending him crashing through a tree into a tumble on the ground '... maybe faster than I can track' he thought while coughing up a little blood. Before he could get up Naruto came down towards him with heel drop, which he quickly rolled out of the way, as soon as the heel made contact with the ground made a large crater. Kakashi's eyes opened wide realizing he wasn't kidding when he said he was coming with killer intent. Realizing too late as Sasuke smashed into him, barely catching him. The clone landing next to Naruto.

Sasuke's Fight

"Dobe why don't you just come back now, there's no way you can defeat us all," Sasuke smirked while staring into the clone's eyes.

"Oh, you believe he can't... this is why you'll be the one to test out his new taijutsu. Remember this because it's the only hint you're going to get, I'm not a normal clone," he said before they both met each other with fire in their eyes. Sasuke immediately sent a right jab which was blocked and hit back with two punches to the stomach which led to a knee to the face, and a flying elbow drop to his head. Sasuke landing straight into the ground creating a crater in the ground. Sasuke got back up and charged his Chidori up.

"Don't you dare think this is all I have!" he charged at super speed to the clone who grabbed his outstretched wrist before it landed anywhere near him "What?!" he said in disbelief letting the Chidori go. Feeling an elbow land straight into his forearm breaking it.

"If this is all you have, I believe you lost!" he kicked him into the air more clones appearing around him, kicking him further into the sky "Na-ru-to!" kicks between each syllable. Sasuke knowing what comes next grabbed the clone's leg feeling it dispel with the realization that he couldn't block the next one which was being thrown from above into him.

"Fuck..." was all Sasuke could say before the clone landed a dropkick onto him.

"Uzumaki barrage!" the leg landing straight into his gut throwing him further into the crater from the last barrage of attacks. As he stood up, he was kicked in the side towards the barely standing Kakashi.

Back To Kakashi

"To think the leaf believes you are some of the strongest makes me laugh, I've fought stronger than even you Kakashi, and believe me... I am much stronger than even Tsunade, much smarter than Jiraya, and much more brutal than that damned snake..." he said spitting in Kakashi's direction. "Now, if I were you, I would figure out a way to get Sakura and Sasuke home as soon as possible, especially seeing as Sakura's mind was completely defeated by the Kyubi... oops did I let that slip." Kakashi's jaw dropped as he looked at him.

"You did not let the Kyubi loose! You idiot do you know what he might do?!" he yelled at the blonde who was laughing.

"I didn't release her, we just came up with an agreement that would benefit us though, she did have fun with Sakura!" He laughed once again as he heard the Kyubi detailing exactly what she had done.

Sakura's mind

"What's going on, where am I, and who you?" she demanded as the beautiful girl before her with beautiful long red hair along with dazzling red eyes and even a bosom that might rival Tsunade's. "Um... hello?" she said very weakly in the eyes of what may be seen as a goddess.

"I remember you, Sakura, correct?" Sakura quickly shook her head "Let's have fun!" her grin had a devil-like tinge to it. Sakura felt herself being strung up by chains on a wooden board. "For hurting someone who was meant to be your teammate and ostracizing him to the point he felt the need to run away, torture shall be your punishment." immediately she felt fire torching her skin as she let out a boundless scream. Hot searing knives cut into her skin, slowly going deeper. She had felt like this had been going on for hours before it all stopped. Her weak body then stood still. She felt heat underneath her feet, starting to sear off the skin as she hopped from foot to foot trying to stop the pain. "Walk while your skin is being cut off by those that know what you have done..." Sakura looked up in terror.

"Please... stop... I can't take this anymore! Kami help me!" she pleaded, begging to god that this would all end. The pain was too much she could feel her entire being getting destroyed.

"Your so-called 'god' cannot save you here, you're in my dimension now so... start walking before you regret it even more!" she demanded as Sakura began to walk down the path. The first sliver of skin on her right arm was cut off, grunting through the pain, another slash to her leg, and the slashes kept coming. "This is known as 'death by a thousand cuts' it was outlawed before you were even born but, I remember when this was a punishment for many humans it was... beautiful..." she left off while looking into the sky. After a hundred or so cuts, Sakura stared blankly into the distance, each step another strip of flesh. At this point most of her skin was gone but... she wasn't dead yet. The thousandth slash cut off the last bit of flesh on her back. She collapsed onto the ground. She looked down at her skin as it seemed to be fine once again like nothing ever happened.

"What... what... no... it's still here, but all that pain, my suffering..." she looked around seeing the devil-like woman standing in front of her.

The lady sighed as she glared down at her "I was told I wasn't allowed to kill you so, I'll bid you goodbye... for now!" the devil-like laughter echoed around her head as she was brought back to the land of the living.

Sakura looked around her Kakashi carrying her on his back. "Sakura are you ok?" Kakashi asked her but she couldn't respond, she couldn't even stay conscious any longer. Kakashi knowing that her mind was mostly destroyed looked at his clone carrying Sasuke and nodded, speeding up through the pain even with his broken bones he couldn't let them die... not again.

Back with Naruto

"Ah ain't nothing like a reunion to get you prepared to deal with another pest... aren't I right? O-ro-chi-ma-ru!" he said through gritted teeth as the snake appeared behind him.

"Naruto-Kun, what a pleasure to see you're still breathing. It seems like our last meeting was so long ago!" Orochimaru grinned at him with a sort of innocence.

"Yes, if I remember you took something from me last time. If you don't return her, you might not live to see another day. Hell, you're even more insane than me if you think I'll let you go anyway so... where! Is! She!" he yelled at him.

"You wound me Naruto-Kun, what could you possibly mean?" his grin deepened as his snake-like appearance began to take a more insane look. Before he could even prepare a fist smashed into his face launching him into the forest.

"Do not fuck with me, where is she! Where is Kura!" his own appearance taking a more demon-like form.

With that, I'm going to end it off on a cliffhanger, sorry for another short chapter but should lead to a good next chapter. Till next time, bye!
