Hello and welcome to chapter 12 of True Colors!

I'm so happy! The respond on the last chapter was amazing! I never thought people would actually really wait for the new chapters of my stories but oh my! I love you all!

Soo, I really don't know what I'm gonna write about in this chapter. I will figure something out, but I'm thinking of getting these two together soon maybe... But there is a thing that will happened soon and I just figured out how that is gonna happened and I will start with that this chapter. Great. I was trying to think of something during the camp, but I had too fun! It was great and yay. I met some friends I don't meet often and I came home just about an hour and a half. So, I'm pretty tired. And I want hot chocolate. No, I mean I really want it. I'm gonna go and make some then come back and write.

So, I'm back. I took ice-cream too. Well, let's get to writing!

Open house at McKinley!

Teenagers and their parents get to come to our school and see why they should choose our school.
Our students and clubs is gonna show what they do!

Out of many thing the cheerios will show a program, the glee club will preform songs that people can drop in and watch and all the other clubs will get to show what they can do!

People that are not in clubs will get to show people around and prepare!

We'll all show the best side of McKinley!

That was a poster sat up everywhere at the school on the Wednesday morning. Some people where exited, some where not. Kurt was the first and Blaine the other.

Kurt was exited because the glee club would preform and it would be the first performance Kurt would be in that was for an audience. Blaine liked open houses when he was young, but now he only had football and how where they gonna show that? He was very tired and had been lately. He didn't know why, he guessed he just had a lot on his mind. But at least Rachel was busy with practicing with the cheerios. But Kurt would be busy with the glee club. He was on his way to practice, when he was walking he saw that Mr. Shue and Coach Sue was shouting at Principal Figgins office. Nothing new, same old school. Blaine had never been more tired and annoyed at this school and the people in it. He didn't know why, but he was Just very tired. I felt like his brain was trying to figure out something, but the answer wouldn't make a break trough.

So, he decided he would try to find something to take his mind off things and he found the perfect thing. He had been a fan of Harry Potter since he was about nine years old and a few months ago he re-read the three first Harry Potter books, and now he continued with the fourth. He was a very fast reader, he had always loved reading. It came aside a little when he started with sports and when he started really care about his grades. But now he didn't really think so much about that, so he spent his free time reading. Blaine always thought he and Blaine was alike of some reason, they had both dark frizzy hair and if Blaine had greener eyes they would look alike at the eyes. But now, when he re-read the books, he felt like he was alike Harry in other ways.

And, it turned out he shipped drarry. He looked up a little about it, and thats how he found out that many people liked them as a couple. Thats also how he joined Tumblr and learned what it meant when you shipped someone and what a OTP is. And thats how he discovered the world of fanfiction. It was like a whole new world, so it took his mind off everything. But not all the time. Kurt thought his obsession was funny, and Blaine convinced him to watch a parody musical of Harry Potter, A Very Potter Musical. Kurt joked that Blaine could play Harry, the guy who played him was practically Blaine's twin.

Kurt had fun practicing with the glee club. They would do five numbers and sadly Kurt didn't get a solo. The girls told him that Rachel Berry, the girl who dated Blaine, used to be in the glee club and get all the solos. They where going for regionals in a few weeks and they're pretty nervous. Finn was the biggest leader and he was the one that gave them hope. He missed Rachel, they where apparently dating before. Rachel had been a glee loser, but she abounded glee club. She became one of the people that they all never wanted to be, the people that tried to push them down. So, she wasn't popular there. Well, at least everyone got to sing equally much now, before Rachel got all the spotlight. So, Kurt was happy about being in glee. And the girls where amazing friends and the guys too. Kurt was really happy. They where all underdogs in glee, which was nice.

Blaine laid off the glee club more and more, and the glee members noticed that, so Kurt talked to Blaine about it. He just told him he wanted to be nice to Kurt's friends.

The 9th November the most people where exited. The New Directions was done, their song list where:

So, Kurt was exited. Blaine had promised he would come and look during the night. Blaine wouldn't do anything special, they would just show how they practiced.

They had done their presentation and it went great. Blaine hadn't felt so nervous about talking in front of the class, it went great. It got announced that they would work together next semester too and when the teacher told them that they did a text high five. They also got an A on their assignment. Well, they didn't tell their parents that they already got it back, they still wanted to hang out every week. So, they would tell them as soon the semester was over.

"So, you don't seem so exited over the open house?" Kurt asked as they where eating some sandwiches at Blaine's house.

"No, I'm not. I'm not going too do anything fun, just a normal practice. Boring as hell. But it will be fun to watch you preform." Kurt blushed as Blaine said that. He felt a little bad over that Blaine would be so bored.

"Well, I won't have a solo or a duet but it's good. Not as good if it had been if I got a solo, but good." They laughed and after that Kurt had promised to borrow the Harry Potter books and read them, so he took the first one and put it in his bag. Then he let Blaine talk on and on about why he thought Draco and Harry would be a couple and why Harry and Ginny shouldn't. Kurt thought his obsession over some fanfictional characters was adorable. After a while Kurt needed to get going, he had to be home before Burt came home from his date with Carole.

Tomorrow was the day of the open house, and of some reasons Blaine had really bad vibes about it. It was like one of these days when something bad would happened very soon, but you didn't know what. Maybe someone would get hurt on practice?

The day seemed like it would never end.

Kurt wanted the evening to come, so they would start. They would have one and a half hour off school, then come back to prepare. He wasn't nervous, he loved preforming and their numbers, well, they're great. Kurt was really proud of them, and they all hoped it would make more people wanna join glee. The entire day the members of glee reminded each other of stuff and made sure that no one got into an "accident" caused by the jocks. Blaine had promised to try to keep the jocks from going at them. Blaine kept his promises, the jocks where planning on sabotaging for the glee club, but Blaine made excuses why they shouldn't do it. The jocks weren't the smartest, so when Blaine said that they could get kicked out off the team if they did some big damage they believed him and didn't do whatever they where about to do. Later when Kurt and Blaine where texting when Kurt where getting ready Blaine told him the glee club was safe and Kurt thanked him. They chatted about if it would come some cool students and Kurt told Blaine that the glee club needed more members, they had 13 members and you always needed to have at least 12 members. Blaine felt pretty bad, it was the football team that made the glee club unpopular, if everyone didn't hate them so much they would have way more members, Blaine knew that. Kurt loved glee. He had made great new friends and Kurt often talked about how amazing it was and which songs they did, Blaine was really happy that Kurt had gotten friends.

They saw each other at school and shared some secret smiles. Kurt was on his way to the rest of the glee kids and now he got nervous. What if he did one of the moves wrong? What if he sings wrong? There were so many "what ifs?" and he was freaking out. When he came to the rest of the glee kids, they didn't seem so nervous. Tina told him that everyone was really freaking out, but didn't wanna show it. Tina and Kurt would dance together durning I Won't Give Up, she was a good dancer. She was a nice girl, but Mercedes was his favorite. Kurt and Mercedes had made a bond and they loved hanging out. Kurt loved having friends he could go out with and just hang out with. Kurt was sitting and thinking (mostly about Blaine) when Artie and Mercedes was singing. He had seen many parents and teenagers this night and he could see it was many people watching right now. He had seen Blaine, he was having some practice. Kurt knew who Blaine was of the guys, Blaine had told him which number he had. And well, he was wearing shorts. Which meant he saw Blaine's legs and wow, Blaine had really good legs. Like, great legs. Really nice. And that made him think of when he had walked in to Blaine's room a few weeks ago and- No. No, he couldn't think of that. It haunted Kurt's dreams, but he wasn't going to think of that. No. He had promised himself that he wouldn't think of that. Nope.

He came back to reality as Artie, Mercedes and the people who danced to the song came back. They congratulated them and started to get ready for The Scientist. When they stepped out on the scene Kurt had hard breathing. But he just closed his eyes and breathed. When he opened them he was ready.

"You guys rocked." Kurt almost jumped out of his skin as he turned around. Blaine was standing at the stage with Kurt. Kurt had some more stuff so he told the others he would catch up. He didn't expect Blaine to show up.

"Thanks, but you scared the crap out of me." They laughed and Kurt thought he heard Blaine say "sorry" but he wasn't sure. Kurt loved the sound of Blaine's laugh, it was sweet, like candy. And it made Kurt melt, he felt like an ice cream on a hot summer day.

"I saw some of your practice, you are great." Blaine just rolled his eyes, he might be good...

"...but the team isn't. We suck, mostly because everyone fights all the time." They talk a little more until they say goodbye.

Kurt finds the glee kids and talk a little with them. They were going to stay awhile, did Kurt wanna join? He said no, he wanted to go home.

Kurt waved goodbye to the glee club and then walked out of the school. When he entered the parking he didn't see anything special, but as he walked against his car he heard someone shout.

"Hey! Is that Hummel?"

Kurt froze, he knew that voice. And he knew one more thing: This wasn't going to end good.

Dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, DUN DUN.
