Teana's heartbeat quickened. There was a caravan of hooded men outside. Fear consumed her as her pupils dilated. What could she do? She wasn't some superhuman. Being skilled in combat wouldn't help her much in this situation. It was a large group of men and being so very pregnant as the moment, even if she did tried to put some of those skills she learned to good use, being pregnant would not only restrict her movement physically, but she would be scared to do something that might risk the health of the baby! This was not good, not good at all!

Who were these men? They looked like thieves, did they know that this was the royal carriage?

"Princess!" A man on horseback snickered as he rode forward. Teana could not see his face clearly, but she saw the shine of his lavender eyes.

'So much for that though!' Teana stood still. She was going to be held captive, going back into the carriage would do her no good. Running away wouldn't either. She stood firmly.

Teana studied the tanned man who rode forward. He had long white hair and light purple eyes. There was a scar that span the length of his face, coming in contact with his eye. She had to stay strong. Atem would come for her...somehow.

Atem told himself to relax. Teana would be fine. The baby would be fine. He was overreacting. He shouldn't worry so much. But for Ra's sake he was the pharaoh! He could do whatever he wanted. If it would make him feel better to go after Teana than he would. He made up his mind.

He contemplated bringing men from his army with him and he thought it wouldn't be necessary as he assumed he was once again overreacting and it would be foolish. Then he thought again. 'Who cares! I am the Pharaoh!' It was better to be safe than sorry. So he took some of his men, who were confused as to why they were needed. They didn't dare question him, however, as they right away obeyed his orders and went to equip themselves.

Atem opened the door out of his room, not before glancing back around his room. Soon Teana would come back. Soon they would have another addition to their family...hopefully.

He was surprised when he nearly bumped into someone at his door.

"Atem."

"Isis?" Atem stared at the priestess who was quite out of breath.

"It is Teana! Something has happened!"

Those were the words Atem never ever wished to hear.

"Come now Princess. Why so angry?" The hooded man who had approached her earlier mockingly joked.

Teana just gave an angry 'hmp.' She was Queen now, but she didn't dare correct the man. She didn't wish to speak to him, but he was really pushing her buttons. Her hands were roped together and she was led to follow the men. Two large males walked behind her pointing sharp swords at her to make sure she stayed in line.

Teana knew they wouldn't kill her. They wanted something. She wasn't sure what, but they wanted something. They had targeted the royal carriage, it wasn't just one that they randomly wanted to loot. They had purposely followed them and at one of the stops in the journey, they had sold poisoned dates to the soldiers at ridiculously cheap prices. The guards had been deceived and the dates had been covered with a concoction that was poison, extremely sweet and tasty so they would never know.

The poison had taken some time to kick in, but the men eventually dropped and fell into sleep. The bandits had known she was in there and was sleeping. They had been ready for her the moment she got out. They knew there was nothing she could do. The men had manipulated everything.

Her thoughts were interrupted by that same man who snickered. He was apparently the leader of the group. "The Princess doesn't like being tied up I see."

Teana was annoyed. He had been constantly teasing her for as long as they had been walking. She was tired of it. "What do you want?" She snapped.

"So defensive..." He teased, grinning mischievously.

She had enough. "Where are you taking me? What do you want for me?" She screeched.

The man reached to cup her cheek, as Teana moved her face, disgusted. He smirked, "All in good time. All in good time."

Ok, so now we know who the mysterious leader of the bandits is,Thief King Bakura! Poor Teana can't even fight back because she's so very pregnant right now. Atem meanwhile has a moment that's somewhat similar to YGOTAS Kaiba. Instead of "Screw the rules, I have money" it was "Who cares, I am the Pharaoh!" :P Isis comes with some bad news for Atem afterwards, revealing that his instincts were right!

**I know that my updates have been slow lately, but hopefully I can start updating faster again since I've been really busy these last couple of months. I've also started a Revolutionshipping drabbles collection here to help fuel inspiration for this fic to try to combat writer's block. Please check that out also :)

*Shout out to my former Beta, Akai22878 for returning to Fanfiction to continue writing Revolutionshipping fics! Check out some of her works in the meantime!

Thank you and please review! ;)
