Hello! Here is the next chapter!
Sorry this took awhile, I have just been catching up with my friends and stuff. But here I am!
Btw, I wrote before this before but I'm doing it again: I'm going on a camp the second to the ninth August, and I won't have internet! The 16th August is my birthday and the 18th I start school again!
Well, I guess that was all?
Thanks for new revives, follows and favorites! It makes me so happy! So does this song. I think I need a new writing playlist.
Well, hope you'll enjoy!
From: Blaine
I need to talk to you.
From: Kurt
Why? Is there a problem or something?
From: Blaine
Yes. Can we meet?
From: Kurt
Uhm... Sure... Where?
From: Blaine
We're going on a picnic.
Kurt drove to the address Blaine had sent him, very nervous.
Blaine has said something was wrong, but still, it was a picnic, with Blaine, alone, like a date... No! Blaine's straight, he has a girlfriend, remember Kurt.
So, he tries to remember that Blaine is just a friend and that he is called because of a problem.
The place was at a lake not so far into the woods. It's a beach too, but no one is there. Maybe because it's December and very cold. But Blaine said they're having the picnic inside, so he guessed they wouldn't have to freeze. Almost as soon he got out from the car Blaine came out of a hose he hadn't noticed before.
"Hi Kurt." Blaine didn't have a jacket, he had gone out as soon as he saw Kurt, only putting shoes on.
"Hi Blaine! Shall we go in? It's pretty windy out here." Kurt really wanted to get in, it was very cold and windy. He hoped it wouldn't be so bad that they couldn't get home. Well, he actually wouldn't mind being trapped with Blaine in a storm...
"Yeah, sure. Come in." Blaine led him to the hose and showed him where he could put his stuff. He then showed Kurt the bathroom, the bedrooms, the kitchen and at last the living room where he had taken away the furniture and placed a picnic blanket. It was right in front of a open fire, so they wouldn't get cold. On it was a basket of food and stuff to drink. Blaine, the forever gentleman, showed Kurt where he could sit and then sat down himself. He offered Kurt a apple and Kurt took it. They ate their apples but Kurt couldn't stop wondering what he did there. So, he asked.
''Why am I here?'' It was a simple question but it made Kurt oh so nervous. Blaine seemed nervous too.
''Well, first I have one thing to tell you. It's about last Monday, right after I left the bathroom...
Blaine turned at the sound of Santana Lopez voice. She stood in the hallway, staring at him. She pointed at an empty classroom and went in. Blaine guessed he had nothing to lose so he followed her in. He closed the door and saw that she was sitting at one table. An chair was in front of her so he sat down and waited for her to speak.
''Well, Anderson, I guess you wonder what you're doing here?'' Blaine nodded, because he was really confused. What could Santana Lopez want with him?
''Well, it has something to do with what you and Kurt did in that bathroom a few moments ago.'' Well shit. He tried really hard to not show any emotions, really hard.
''I don't know what you're talking about.'' That was partly true, because he and Kurt didn't do anything.
''Cut the crap, will you? Now, I don't care if you mess up with Berrys feelings, but if you break Hummels heart, I'll break every bone in your stupid head!'' She was now standing right in front of him and Blaine felt so confused.
''We-we're not doing anything! We're just friends!'' Well, there that slipped. Santana put her hands on her hips, tilted her hand and gave gave him a ''bitch please'' look.
''Well, I don't see your logic here: At school you act like you don't care about him, then later that day you save his ass from some bullies and go home with him and a few days later you comfort him at a locked toilet. Can you please explain that to me?''
Blaine tried to speak, but couldn't find the words. She was right, his logic was weird. Then a realized what she said.
"Wait, how do you know about what happened at the parking lot?" If she had seen it would be kind of mean she didn't show up.
"Well, when I saw you Hummel got the car key idea and you left so I figured you guys didn't need help. Okay, so I understand you don't want everyone to know you and Kurt, so I'm gonna keep quiet. Plus, I don't want his sappy heart broken. Well, bye!" With that she walked out, leaving Blaine by himself.
"...Santana Lopez saw us at the parking and when I comforted you on Monday." He just spit it out, fast and nervously. He was nervous that Kurt wouldn't care and think he was overreacting or that Kurt would start overreacting and that he would think Blaine was under reacting or anything.
"Oh. Really? What did she say?" Kurt stared at him blankly, like he was trying to process what Blaine just told him.
"Uhm, by the way she talked it was like she thought we were fooling around inside the bathroom, and other times. She told me when she saw us that night and that she weren't gonna tell anyone." Blaine went silent after that, deciding that Kurt would be allowed to do the next move.
"Well, then we have nothing to worry about, right? I mean, Santana is a bitch but cares about people. And we weren't fooling around so that..." Kurt's voice went quiet and he looked down and blushed. Blaine also looked down because wow what a nice thought, he and Kurt fooling around. Then he thought that, hey! Maybe he shouldn't think about that because thinking about that affected his body and he didn't wanna get awkward right now. So, he tried to think about other things.
"Wanna eat something? I've got some cheesecake, I know you love it." Blaine said teasingly as he took out the cheesecake from the basket.
"From an apple to a cheesecake, are you trying to poison me or something? Did you put anything anything in here? Or are you first tricking me that you'll give me healthy food, then you're trying to make me fat?" They joked around a little while until Blaine asked if he wanted anything to drink.
"Sure, what do you have?" Blaine started digging in the basket, and took up two bottles.
"In this one it's lemon tasting water with bubbles, in this it's some soda and in this..." He took up an last bottle, teasing shaking it. "...champagne. Not so much alcohol, but little."
"Trying to be rebellious? I need to drive home." Blaine nodded slowly, but smirked at Kurt.
"My parents say every time they drink and shall drive that one glass won't hurt them." Kurt still looked skeptical, but Blaine just pouted, tilted his head and gave Kurt his puppy eyes and well, Kurt couldn't resist.
"Okay, one glass."
Well, two and a half glasses.
Kurt wasn't used with alcohol and neither was Blaine, so after just two glasses they started to, well not get drunk, more like, easier. They talked more freely and laughed much more. They also sat closer, much closer. After two and a half glasses Kurt decided he would calm down, his father would kill him if he got drunk.
It wasn't after a while they noticed how cold it had gotten. Blaine walked up the one of the windows that stood open, he might or might not have stuck his head out every now and then too see if Kurt had come yet. And when Blaine looked out, he was shocked. So much snow. You could barley see, the wind dragged up snow from the ground and even more fell.
"Shit Kurt, come and see!" He heard Kurt got on his feet and went up to Blaine, who just had closed the window, and when Kurt was at Blaine's side the taller boy gasped.
"Well, I won't get home tonight." Kurt said and Blaine wasn't sure if Kurt was happy or not over it, but Blaine wouldn't say he was sad. They stared out a while, then Blaine started lighting the fire and Kurt called his dad and explained. When the fire was done he sat on the TV, checking the news.
"A snow storm has hit Ohio, we recommend that no one heads out, driving or not." Just as they said that Kurt walked in, phone in his hands.
"My dad said I could stay here until the storm has worn out. Are you gonna call your parents?" Kurt sat down next to Blaine who just sat down and Blaine thought a while. They knew he was going to be here, but they might be worried. So incase...
"I'll send a text."
Okay Blaine, you can do this. He doesn't need to find out it's about him, right? And he had another glass before he said stop, so maybe he would talk freely.
"Kurt, can I ask you a question?" Kurt looked away from the TV and at Blaine, who looked really serious. Kurt frowned and moved so he was facing Blaine.
"Uhm, sure. What kind of question?" At this Blaine took a deep breath and looked away a little, then back on Kurt.
"A, well, private question." Kurt nodded slowly, encouraging Blaine to continue. Well, now or never. "How did you know you were gay?" Kurt's mouth went to the shape of an O, letting out a little "ah" sound. ( Which wasn't sexy at all, not at all ) Kurt stayed silent for a while, thinking.
"I'm not sure. I guess I just started to notice guys body's as straight guys does with girls. I guessed I just knew." Well, that didn't help Blaine so much. He saw that Kurt was looking a little strangely at him and he also saw when Kurt moved closer, so close their arms pressed agains each other.
"Blaine, is there, uhm, any reason you ask this?" Kurt's tone was careful and caring, not wanting to upset him. Blaine took a deep breath, trying to keep it together. But, it just didn't work. So he buried his head in Kurt's neck, breathing in him.
"I'm just so confused. It's just, I've never been in love or really was attracted by anyone and Kurt like, ugh, you're really hot." Blaine started laughing at that because wow good word choice Blaine.
"First of all, uh, thanks. Second, you're confused if you're gay or not?" Blaine nodded, trying to find the right words.
"I just never liked liked Rachel and then I meet you and geez, you're attractive. I've always thought Rachel was hot, but I never really get, like turned on by the way she looks or anything. Okay, that came out wrong, I didn't mean I ge-"
"Blaine, shh. it's okay. I understand what you mean, you don't need to explain. So, thereason` you're wondering this is because you're not really into your girlfriend, and you think that I-I am attractive. Am I right?" Blaine dragged his head out from Kurt's neck and nodded with a little sad smile. Kurt blushed and looked down, but Blaine could see the smile at his lips.
"I can't help you, I'm sorry." Kurt started with as he looked up again. "I guess you can't be sure until, I don't know, you've dated both genders? I know love isn't about genders, it's about love, b-but it might h-help you if y-you wanna know." It wasn't until Kurt started to stutter Blaine noticed how close their faces had gotten and wow Kurt looked so amazing, the light from the fire did wonders to his skin. Blaine could feel Kurt's breath on him and god he lost all his sense. So, he did the only thing he could think about.
He leaned over and kissed Kurt.
Kurt was shocked first, Blaine could feel the gasp, but as soon the shock was over he kissed Blaine back. Gosh, Kurt's lips were so soft and so kissable. They pulled back to catch their breaths and stare at each other, but after a few seconds their lips were locked again, and the snowstorm didn't seem to matter.
They kissed for real! Woho!
Hope you liked this chapter! It was fun to write!
