The Orihara family
Shizuo blinked awake reaching up to cover a yawn. He really was sleeping more than before. Remembering the cat his fingers reached for the heavy fur ball stroking it's head. "Nn." Startled his eyes snapped open hand freezing against something larger than the cat that had fallen asleep on his chest.
Instead there was a naked demon laying on top of him. Izaya. How did he get in? From the corner of his eye he could see his tell tale crimson wings outstretched. It had to be some sort of trick. Shizuo felt his face heat up the damn demon nuzzling his chest. "Get off me!" Pushing the raven away violently Izaya fell from the bed somehow managing to land gracefully.
Crimson orbs stared back at him. "Really Shizu-chan, Do I need to teach you how to wake someone up too? My you really are a protozoan." That cocky tone made him bristle. "You have no manners. Pushing someone from the bed."
"How the hell did you get in here? Why the fuck are you naked?" Shit his wings. Izaya was staring at his wings. The distance between them closed in a blink of an eye.
"Where did you get that language? Not a very good angel are you? I'm not naked. I have boxers on."Shizuo scowled turning away closing his eyes from the offending sight and trying to calm down enough to at least put his wings away. "Are you ignoring me now? Don't sulk, Shizu-chan." His brow furrowed unable to block out the annoyance hovering around him.
That was when he felt shocks through his body his head dropping forward. "So these are your wings? How beautiful." Shizuo stared wide eyed at the demon teasing his wings with a finger. "You shouldn't hide these. No actually you need to, don't you?" Slapping that touchy hand away Shizuo retreated back trying to pull his wing out of reach.
"D-don't touch them!" He snapped cheeks heating up. Shouldn't the raven know how intimate it was touching an angel's wings? Crimson orbs danced back at him Izaya crawling onto the bed, a single finger brushing against one of his feathers. "Stop it!" Splayed fingers rested against them the demon stroking them gently.
"Nn..." A small moan left his lips his body going slack against the mattress.
"Something wrong, Shizu-chan? You're making such an odd face." The raven giggled quietly continuing to explore his wing. Shizuo closed his eyes feeling something pool inside him. His wings had never had this much attention. "Your wings are so big. Does it hurt here?" The half angel moaned feeling Izaya's hand brush a row of feathers, one hand teasingly touching his skin resting on the slit on his back where his wings came out from.
The shock to his nerves was maddening his body collapsing forward clawing at the covers as Izaya simply moved one finger along the crimson line. "Ah! S-stop. Feels weird." Squeezing his legs together he couldn't stop the feeling in his lower half. "Nn...Ah!" Shizuo flushed not looking up. He could feel something in his underwear something wet and sticky.
"Shizu-chan, How was your first orgasm?" The demons sultry voice teased against the shell of his ear. Those fingers finally left his wing alone. "Its nothing to be embarrassed about. It just means you're feeling good." Shizuo flushed pushing the demon away from him jumping from the bed and running into the bathroom knocking everything out of the way. Behind him he could hear the demon's soft laughter.
x-x-x
Shizuo rested his head against the door knowing if he opened the door Izaya would be there waiting for him. The damn demon made him angry and confused using knowledge against him. That thing back there had felt good. His body was still trembling from the after affects that even a cold shower hadn't managed to fix.
"Damn it!" Opening the door Shizuo stepped out nose twitching. Something smelt good. Following the scent it lead him into the kitchen where the demon was cooking. It looked better than anything his mother had ever made.
"Sit down, Shizu-chan." The demon spoke without turning around. Taking a seat at the small table Shizuo clenched his hands together staring at the wooden surface not even wanting to look at Izaya. "I won't ask you if you slept well, since I already know you did. We never had that conversation about my family, did we?" The demon hummed happily placing a plate on the table in front of him. "Eat up. It's good for you."
The opposite chair was occupied by the raven who seemed more content with his milk than the food. "If we go by human years then I would be twenty one and the second oldest of my brothers. I did say that we are born with the attributes of an animal according to our personalities. Mine is a cat. See the ears and tail? I won't bore you with the details. You have the books I gave you."
A cat? Shizuo gaped pointing at the demon. "That thing was you!" The raven raised an eye brow placing the glass down and began to slowly clap.
"You only just figured that out? You blocked all the doors so no one could get in. When you woke up the cat was gone and I was there. Hm, you really are a protozoan." Shizuo bristled slamming his fist on the table. "Please could you refrain from being a brute? My ears are delicate. Now where were we?" Shaking his head he began to shovel in mouthfuls of his breakfast. He really didn't like the demon. "The oldest is Sakuraya he would be about twenty five, he's a fox and one of the higher up demons. Then there is my younger brothers. Roppi would be twenty. His situation is a bit different. He's a wolf and half human."
Shizuo blinked at half human. There were others like him? "Human half-breeds are common since the barrier doesn't separate the humans it's easy to be with them. Still it is against the laws of both angels and demons so the child would be executed if discovered. Then there is Hibiya. He's one of the enforcers that check the fallen angels are behaving themselves. Age wise he would be eighteen and a lion. Out of all of us he's the most demanding, its a good idea not to piss him off. His temper tantrums give everyone a headache. The youngest is Psyche. He's a rabbit and would be sixteen. Not that he'll ever be allowed in. Two …..'s is enough for Ikebukuro."
Shizuo tugged at his ear feeling like he should have heard something important. "What about your father?" Shaking his head he let it go. Maybe his hearing was playing up because of his awakening.
"Hm? Most likely my father is probably dead." The demon sighed leaning back arms crossed. "My mother is Kanra, she's a snake and pretty unforgiving even to her own family." A snake? He remembered the picture from the book Izaya had given him. "My silly father betrayed her, so if she's found out she'll kill him and then go after the other culprit. I feel sorry for the other party when she catches up with them."
Shizuo picked up the fork playing with his food. There was a nagging feeling in the back of his mind. Something...something... Glancing down at his finger the ring he had been given turned blue. "Shizu-chan, something you wanted to ask?" The nagging feeling vanished.
"No. Your family sounds pretty nuts." Shizuo went back to eating wondering how his own family were doing. Tsuki was the one he was most worried about. The youngest one of them always getting into trouble. Then there was... "When can I leave the apartment?" There was one of his brothers he could go and see.
Izaya covered a yawn. "Not until I believe you can fit in with my humans without drawing attention to our existence. Junior high students know more than you, no scratch tha-" Shizuo growled shoving a hand over the smug raven's mouth. It felt like he was being insulted. Crimson orbs twinkled the half angel yanking his hand back in disgust.
"You licked me! What the hell?" Brushing his hand against his leg Shizuo stepped away from the table growing more irritated by the second.
"Don't be such a baby, Shizu-chan. It was your own fault." Glaring at the raven he watched as the raven flipped his hand and began lapping at it. "It's a habit. So don't get too close, okay?" Shizuo's calm cracked seeing that suggestive wink directed at him.
"Shut up!" The remaining food went flying as he flipped the table storming from the room. Behind him he could hear Izaya's laughter. Damn him. Damn him to hell.
"Shizu-chan, don't take things too seriously." Seriously? Picking up the sofa Shizuo sent it sailing towards where the demon was standing. "You're acting like Hibiya." Izaya jumped out of the way with ease. "It's just a bit of fun. We could have a lot together." Remembering earlier the half angel took a step back retreating to his own room.
How was he ever supposed to live with the damn demon? Before he could close the door a foot rested in the door frame. "Shizu-chan. Help me put the sofa back." With a growl he went to slam the door regardless of whether it hurt Izaya or not. That was until he felt a harsh tap against his nose. "Bad, Shizu-chan." His ears felt like they were drooping his temper draining at the scolding. What was he turning into?
Letting go of the door handle Shizuo trudged back into the room, picking up the sofa with ease and walking back to the centre of the room. Gently he set it down hearing the tell tale sound of something cracking. The sofa collapsed in a heap, the material on the side ripped. Shit. The table in the kitchen was probably broken as well.
Feeling the glare on his back Shizuo slowly turned around seeing Izaya staring at the destroyed furniture. "S-sorry." The apology left his lips before he could stop it. This was what he did. Destruction. No matter how small the thing was it pissed him off. Half angel? He didn't even qualify as that.
"It's only furniture. I'll get some more. Don't look like you've been kicked." The raven waved a hand dismissing the mess. "You still need to pick the colours for your room." Blinking in confusion Shizuo looked away from both the mess and Izaya. Was the demon being nice? Ugh, it felt weird. Was the ring enchanted or something?
A loud thud made him jump his head snapping to the door. "Shizu-chan, go to your room and stay." Reluctantly he obeyed Izaya closing the door but not all the way. Leaving a small crack so he could see Shizuo watched as Izaya let his guest in.
"How much longer do I have to watch over that animal?" The visitor looked identical to Izaya except for the cloak and the amount of gold he was wearing with a small crown perched on his head. "That commoner...he...he...I refuse to watch over him any longer."
"Hibiya, you have your duties. Are you going to let a fallen angel chase you away?" Shizuo watched the exchange remembering what the demon had called his brother. "Deli-chan is your responsibility. If he's not behaving himself then do what you must to make sure he does." Deli-chan? Fallen angel...Delic. They must be talking about his brother.
"He's foul mouthed, disgusting and...ugh! I'll show him his place. No commoner will best me. Demon stay out of my way and it's Hibiya-sama." The strange demon declared turning around and striding from view. What was that about? Shizuo shook his head. Were all the …..wait what were they called? Izaya had said it a couple of times. Damn it. He'd have to ask the raven.
But more importantly Hibiya was the one who knew where his brother was. If he followed him he would see Delic again. Opening the door Shizuo smiled at the thought stepping over the threshold only to find himself stepping back instead. Trying again he was faced with the same problem. Why couldn't he leave his room? Shizu-chan, go to your room and stay. Reaching forward his hand flinched back.
Izaya had given him an order and he had obeyed. But that was impossible. He wasn't like Shitsuo, he could do as he wanted. He had never been forced to obey anyone. So why now? Why couldn't he leave his room. Why did he feel the need to stay where he was? Dropping to the floor the half angel crossed his legs dropping his head in his hands. Unless his power was going to be the same as his older brother's. If that was the case then anything the demon told him to do he would. A shudder ran down his spine at the very thought of Izaya having control over him.
