Author's Note: This would be totally AU. Not really comfortable about writing about teenagers bumping uglies, so I bumped it up to college level just for the legal situations. Actually, I might just write it later and add it as a bonus. Haha, here we go!
The first time she saw him, she literally ran into him. She was late for her Chemistry class and was running into the building as he was walking out. He wrapped one arm around her waist holding her tight against him, afraid that she might fall if he let go. When she was steady and didn't look as rattled he let her go and picked up the Chemistry book.
"Thanks so much." She took the book but didn't move and neither did he. "I need to get to class."
"No you don't."
"I beg your pardon." She stepped back, she may have bumped into him but she wasn't going to allow him to take liberties due to this strange situation.
"Professor Rogers? Room 304? It's cancelled." He said and stepped around her. She wasn't going to take some handsome strangers word for it. When she arrived at the classroom he had been telling the truth. "I wasn't lying." Quinn jumped and turned around slowly glaring at him.
"How would I know that? I don't know you."
"That's true." He sighed and walked away, he wore jeans and a leather jacket like it was some damn terrible nineties movie. She wasn't sure who he was, but all she knew was that he kept crossing her mind for the rest of the day.
The second time noticed something different abouthim was actually in Chemistry class. Their Professor told them to pair up, read the material and prepare for a basic pop quiz. Everyone else had paired up and Quinn was left with him, she walked over to him sitting across from him and opening her book.
"No one left?" he asked.
"Nope. Let's get to work."
"I don't have my text book, we'll have to share."
"Why don't you have your stuff?" Quinn asked, she began to flip to the assigned pages.
"Because I don't. What's your name, anyway?"
"Quinn, and you?"
"You can call me Huck."
"Does everyone call you Huck?"
"No, not everyone." He moved closer, his hand bumping against her as he moved his fingers under the words as he read silently. Quinn stole glances noticing how immersed he was in the reading, she also noticed he had long eyelashes and beautiful hazel eyes. Beautiful? Why had that word come to mind first? "Is there something on my face?"
"What?" Quinn looked down at the book and prepared to turn the page, he placed his hand over hers stalling the movement for a few seconds before releasing her hand a few seconds later.
"My face. You were staring at me."
"Don't flatter yourself." Quinn grabbed her textbook and moved back to her seat, and when she finally gathered the courage to look up at him he was already staring at her. He was always watching her and he knew when she was watching him.
The third time she noticed something different about him was at a party. Olivia Pope had invited everyone to her Halloween bash, Quinn's friends disappeared as soon as they set foot into the rented mansion. When Quinn went to get a drink she bumped into Huck, he held the drink far away from her.
"What are you supposed to be?" He asked. He looked down at her black business suit, the skirt was short adorned with fishnet stockings and a pair of red pumps.
"My friends forced me to be a sexy lawyer." Quinn stepped around him and grabbed a beer and disappeared into the crowd. "There you are!"
"Who was that guy you were talking to?" Lacey asked, she wore a Freddy Kreuger costume and shoved away the guy offering her a drink.
"Some guy from my class… wait… you were watching me?"
"I think he likes you." Lacey said.
"What makes you think that?" Quinn asked, she sipped on the beer and looked to where Lacey was pointing. Quinn turned around and saw him staring at her. "Maybe he's just a creep."
"Yeah, maybe, let's get you a guy to dance with, you need to relax Judge." Lacey pulled her onto the dancefloor and Quinn began to dance with a guy in a polar bear costume, and then started to dance with another guy dressed as a hotdog. "You haven't even met Olivia Pope yet."
"I thought we came here to party?" Quinn asked while Lacey shoved another guy away from her.
"And make contacts."
"She's probably partying too, Lace." Quinn raised her beer bottle to her lips and someone snatched it out of her hand. She turned around and saw Huck holding the beer bottle, he tossed it out of an open window. "What the hell is your problem? I was gonna drink that!'
"Yeah, and he just slipped you something while you were chatting with your friend." Quinn looked back at a guy dressed as the Joker and the creep backed away slowly. "Be careful, Quinn." Huck blended into the crowd easy, he had been watching out for her. He cared.
The fourth time she noticed something different about him she was in the library. He walked over to her and she couldn't help but shake her head and laugh. The man had slowly began to insert himself into her life, or he just always seemed to be there when bad things happened. Lacey and Stephanie continued to bombard her questions about him and even when he wasn't there physically, he was in her head or the topic of most conversations.
"I'm studying."
"No you're not. You've been reading the same page for the past ten minutes, you're distracted."
"You're right, you're always right, is that what you want to hear? Is that what it's going to take for you to go away?"
"You've never asked me to go away before, but I'm curious…"
"About what?" Quinn closed the book and began to pack away her things. No, there was no way she was going to get her work done with him here,
"You keep staring at me, why?" Quinn had froze for a moment, she wasn't sure why she was always staring at him. Whenever he was nearby her eyes seemed to drift towards him especially in class.
"I don't know."
"That's a first."
"You have a really smart mouth, you know, I don't even know why I like you-" She turned around slowly realizing she was admitting for the first time that she liked him to herself let alone him.
"You like me?" He moved closer, "How much?"
"Um… I'm not sure… I just… Said it for the first time… So… I…" She began to fidget with her hands, she damn sure wasn't sure how much she liked him but her eyes kept dropping down his lips. God, this wasn't good, she had a future to focus on and couldn't risk getting distracted by anyone let alone him. "Can I just kiss you… just to see if it's real and I'm not just being weird…" He nodded his head and she leaned forward brushing her lips against his, somehow her hands that had been at her side slowly moved up chest, stroking the fabric of his shirt. She was sure one of them was moaning but she couldn't differentiate who it was coming from and opened her mouth when his tongue pressed against the seam of her lips. He tasted like sweets and that's when she heard someone clear their throat in front of their table.
"Huck." Quinn pulled back and saw Olivia Pope standing in front of them, "Time to go."
"Oh.. right." Huck stood up and walked away, and a part of Quinn wasn't sure how she felt. He clearly wasn't dating Olivia Pope but she wasn't sure how to decipher these feelings for this man she knew nothing about.
Another night found her in the Library with Lacey and Stephanie. They thought something was wrong with Quinn,
"What's wrong? Did your boyfriend cancel?" Lacey asked.
"I don't have a boyfriend." Quinn said.
"Ooh, you really must be pissed with him. Normally you at least call him a stalker."
"Does she?" Huck asked from behind her, they all stifled their screams. "We need to talk."
"I'm studying."
"Now, Quinn." He said and she stood up slowly and followed him between the shelves. She folded her arms across her chest following him as he pretended to peruse the tomes of literature stacked on the shelves. "I want to kiss you again."
"That was a one time experiment… I was just seeing if I wanted you… if I wanted to kiss you and-"
"Quinn," He looked away from the books and smiled at her. "I was there too, it wasn't a quick peck. I want you to be honest with me."
"And I want you to be honest with me, who is Olivia Pope to you?"
"That's complicated." He walked further down the aisle and rested his back against the back of the wall. Quinn followed behind him and stood in front of him, "I'm her bodyguard."
"But you take classes?"
"Olivia wants to live a normal life, doesn't like all the perks and problems. So I'm there, in the shadows until I met you. You…you complicate my job."
"How do I complicate your job? You shouldn't be running off begging for pecks-"
"If that was a peck, I can't wait for a real kiss." Huck pushed off the wall and moved towards her, she noticed the way he stared at her like she was prey.
"You should get back to work."
"Don't tell me what to do, Lindsay." Quinn gasped, no one had called her that name in a very long time. "I became suspicious of you a long time ago, I thought you were here to kill Olivia at first. No, you just got the fresh start you needed. A new name, a new town."
"You don't know anything about me." He stood in front of her.
"You're right, all that stuff in that sealed file doesn't matter. You're someone else entirely, and I'd like to get to know you, Quinn Perkins." He leaned forward brushing his lips against her own, he had expected her to slap him or punch him, but she kissed him back melting into the kiss. He backed away from her, placing his hand on her shoulders, "You need to study."
"It can wait-"
"No, your friends are waiting on you."
"So, let them wait."
"Olivia uses this room to uh… study, sometimes." Huck backed her up into the wall of the small room. There was enough space for a chair and small table but that was more than enough room for them. What had began as light kisses had turned into rough petting, somewhere between the time she tugged off his jacket and shoved her hand down his pants he knew they needed a personal room. The young woman had stolen his attention the moment he met her and over the past few weeks she had unknowingly monopolized her time. He made sure to keep an eye out for her, he couldn't believed he actually liked the little know-it-all.
Quinn wasn't sure why she was acting so recklessly. She had built her new life around rules and limited distractions. Friends were alright but this was different, they didn't even have a real relationship but she knew what she wanted. Everything about the nervous yet smug man pulling down her jeans interested her.
"Do you have a condom?"
"Yeah…" Quinn kicked off her jeans and sat up on the table, she unbuckled his belt and yanked down his pants and boxers and pulled him closer by his shirt. "The condom… Quinn…" She pressed her lips against his, tasting black coffee and enjoying how warm he was against her. She could feel his cock pushing against her, nudging and she gasped and moved back. Huck rolled on the condom and spread her thighs apart.
"Huck… please…" Huck heard the catch in her voice and slid into her slowly, no this wasn't how he enivisioned their first time but he did like the way she sounded coming undone all around him. She was wet, wetter than he had thought she would be and the way she was pushing back only pushed him closer towards his climax. There were three sharp knocks on the door but they didn't stop, Quinn tightened around him and Huck called out her name. He wasn't going to last as long as he wanted, he forced her onto her back and sucked and licked on her neck. He was going to cum and he didn't want to.
Their moans filled the room as she shattered around him while he filled her. Huck listened to her labored breathing and realized it matched his own, he pulled out of her and gave her a soft kiss on the lips.
"Do you do this often?" Quinn asked, Huck stood up on shaky legs and removed the condom tossing it into the wastebasket in the corner.
"No, only with my girlfriend."
"Is that what I am now?" Quinn asked.
"Is that what you want to be?" She sat up and grabbed her underwear and jeans and rushed to put them on.
"Yes."
"Then I probably should actually enroll in your classes then."
"What about Olivia? What about your job?"
"We'll work that out. Besides, she's got more than enough secrets."
"Like the head Librarian, Mr. Grant?" Quinn asked, Huck didn't answer and that was fine.
Author's Note: Sorry if it's OOC. It almost didn't get to be NSFW, it was too fluffy for me to quit and I was in dire need of some fluff since there's been virtually no shipper moments for me and there's going to be a looooong hiatus. So thanks for reading.
