Shortly after saving Luke, Carley and Sarah from Sunshine Mobile Home Park, Lee and Jane led the group back towards Parker's Run.What happened back there was a close call to death yet again. If Clementine had not slapped Sarah to snap her out of it, they were not sure what would have happened to her. The point was they escaped, and that's all that matters now.

Luke felt himself struggling to walk a little due to the extreme pain he felt in his ribs. He placed his hand over them while he finally decided to speak. "I don't mean to sound like a little kid, but are we there yet?"

"Not that much further to go." Lee assured, turning his head around to do a quick headcount to make sure everyone was here and accounted for. Clementine and Sarah were behind him, and Carley and Luke were behind them.

Whilst they continued their walk back towards their destination, Clementine turned her attention towards Sarah, whom was walking right beside her, but her expression was still in sadness. "I didn't want to hit you, Sarah, I had no choice. But I promise, we both can through this. We'll all be here for you."

"But...I don't know if I can get through this." Sarah admitted, still losing hope of surviving on her own without her father here to protect her. She was beginning to prefer the older days when he kept her inside and away from danger all the time.

"Can you at least try for us?" Clementine requested, but she did not get any response from her best friend.

"I think Sarah just needs a little time to herself, Clementine." Jane replied, turning her attention back towards the younger girl. "Let her have a little privacy."

Clementine looked towards Sarah for a moment before she picked up the pace a little and walked at the same speed-level with Lee and Jane. As they continued walking, Jane decided to state a couple of things to them that they may want to consider.

"Guys, that was a close call back there." Jane reminded them, assuming it was nothing but pure luck that they got out of there. She tried to keep quiet so Sarah did not hear here. "The way Sarah is will cause problems."

"I really don't understand you sometimes, Jane." Lee admitted, arching a curious eyebrow while he spoke. "First, we were determined to save them, but when the walkers were inside, you were willing to leave her to save yourself."

"It's a long story, Lee." Jane admitted, taking her memories back to a tragic day that haunted here since the day it happened. "I've seen that kind of situation before, only it didn't end with everyone surviving. "Sometimes you have to make the tough decision, whenever you like it or not."

Luke, whom had somehow heard every word Jane had been saying had picked up the pace a little to keep up with them, but he still held his hand over his torso. He felt guilty for being so depress to escape rather than help the others first. "...I...I don't believe it...That's what I did...The second we were planning to escape, I was the first one to climb out."

"Luke, don't let your guilt consume you." Jane assured, not seeming at all affected by what he had just told her and the others.

"Yeah, well, I won't be able to forget it." Luke admitted with a slightly mad expression across his face like he was angry at himself.

"Me and my sister traveled through four states together. Every morning she would always tell me she didn't want to get up, and then I would make her get up by convincing her, pushing her, and even carry her if I needed to." Jane replied as she began to explain to them why it was dangerous to have someone vulnerable in the group. "My sister, Jaime, she and I got herself into a situation like that once. We were trapped on a rooftop by the walkers, and I jumped to the other roof, but Jaime just couldn't...Do it...She stayed...And...They got her...Before she died; I told her if that's what she wanted, then that was her choice."

"You left your sister?" Luke asked in shock, but he kept a normal tone while asking.

"I'm...Sorry Jane." Lee apologized and gave his condolences to her, but he did not think that matter now.

"It haunted me for a long time." Jane continued, her expression now changing into a sad one as she continued to bring up the memories from that tragic day. "I realized I always kept a hold of her like a parent, but all she wanted was for me to let her be free...That's what Sarah was like today, no regard for her own safety or ours."

"She is NOT dangerous." Lee replied, refusing to believe that Sarah was going to be the one to lead their group to downfall. He had hope she would make it through this. Heck, if Clementine can make it, then so can she. "She is going to be okay."

"Just because you saved Sarah today, doesn't mean you can always save her in the future." Jane finished and finally decided to keep quiet for the rest of the journey before the others turned on her.

"Let's just get back to Parker's Run." Lee ordered, acting as the leader of their group now that Carlos was no longer around to assist them. As Carley had told him on their way to the St. John's farm, 'he would make a good leader'.

After a few more silent moments of walking through the woods of Carolina, the small group emerged into the open area where Parker's Run was in their sights only a few more feet away. Inside, Bonnie was currently supporting Rebecca, whom struggled to walk in her condition. Mike was keeping watch by the entrance with his arms folded together.

He had a somewhat worried expression when he noticed Rebecca beginning to look weaker and weaker by the second, but there was nothing he could unfortunately, but wait. He turned around when he heard footsteps, focusing his attention back towards the woods where a lot of familiar faces arrived that caused him to smile slighty. "Well I'll be damned. You found them."

"Mike, to be honest, I'm a little amazed myself." Luke admitted, now walking normal without having to rest his hand against his torso. "If it weren't for Lee, Clem, and Jane, I can't imagine what would have happened to us."

Lee, Carley, Clementine, Sarah, Jane, and Luke all walked into Parker's Run, never being more relived to be reunited with their friends. Rebecca and Bonnie also come closer towards them to greet them properly, despite Rebecca's condition.

She had a slight smile of relief when seeing everyone here and accounted for, but she mainly focused her attention towards Sarah, knowing exactly how she felt after losing Alvin. "Sarah...Are you okay, honey?"

Sarah did not respond to her question and merely moved closer towards Rebecca with her hands placed together. She did not say anything as she slowly hugged Rebecca for comfort.

"It'll be okay, sweetie." Rebecca assured, placing her arms around Sarah as she slowly comforted her. "You're here now, and everything's going to be all right."

"Rebeca...Um, is...Is the baby coming soon?" Luke inquired, hoping he was not being too pushy by asking, but he had to be prepared to when it was time for the baby to be delivered.

"I...Don't oomph." she ground slightly, gripping Bonnie's hand a little harder whilst doing so. "I think I'll be all right. "Just help me walk around a little, will ya? I'll be fine."

"All right, everyone should get some rest for a while." Lee suggested whilst folding his arms together.

The members of the group agreed that would be the best thing to do right now. Carley helped Bonnie move Rebecca over to somewhere she could sit down while the rest of them sat down somewhere to rest up. Mike still decided to keep watch for any walkers or someone they did not recognize.

Before Lee could settle down for a little while, Bonnie had approached him after leaving Rebecca into the care of Luke, and by the looks of her face, she looked concerned about something. "Hey, Lee, mind if I speak with you in private for a moment?"

"Sure." he agreed, following Bonnie a few feet over towards the outside of one of those tents.

Bonnie sighed as she stopped in her steps once they were out of hearing range from the others. She turned around to face Lee and decided to just come out with what she needed to say. "Lee, I ain't going to sugarcoat anything, but that babies coming soon, even if Rebecca says differently. Do any of ya'll know anything about babies?" she shifted her attention towards Rebecca whom was beginning to cry whilst supported by Luke. "Without Carlos, we don't have a doctor."

"...I don't know." Lee admitted, folding his arms together whilst he sighed in a worried tone. He knew for a fact no-one present had any experience with babies. "My friend Kenny knew about babies...And his wife was not doctor, but she was a vet. I wish they were here now. What are you going to do?"

"I guess...We'll have to improvise..." Bonnie stated, unable to think of what else they could when it came to Rebecca giving birth. "Do you have an idea where we can get-"

"Oh, shit! Rebecca, does that mean you know what?"

Lee and Bonnie were startled by the sudden yells and shifted their attention over towards the fountain. Luke was the one who yelled, and now he was supporting Rebecca in her desperate time of need. Lee put the conversation they were having on hold and ran towards them to investigate the situation at hand.

Nearby, Jane was the last one to join the others near the fountain after she had gone over to a couple of maps attached to a wall nearby. There was not much to look at around this area, but there was a couple of things they may be able to find useful.

"What do we do here?" Luke inquired as he struggled slightly to keep Rebecca standing. He was still in some pain from before.

"Are you all right?" Mike asked her, but that was without a doubt a stupid question to ask right now. "Does it hurt?"

"Of course it fucking hurts!" Rebecca snapped, groaning in agonizing pain as she knew for a fact it was time.

"What's going on here?" Lee inquired, but he was afraid that he already knew the answer to this. He just decided to ask nevertheless.

"Rebecca's waters broke." Carley answered whilst she folded her arms together. "Oh Jesus...I...I don't know what we should do."

"Neither do I." Bonnie replied, moving to the opposite side of Rebecca to assist her in a similar way Luke was helping her. "Oh, my...I...Fuck..."

"What the hell do we do?" Lee inquired as he shifted his attention to every individual person here for advice, but every person he met his eyes on merely gave him a shrug or shook their heads to the side. He placed his hand upon his forehead and closed his eyes for a moment to think. "Oh...All right, guys, give me a minute..."

"Well you better think fast." Luke suggested as he moved away from Rebecca and let Bonnie support her on her own. With his injuries, he did not want to risk having a sudden pain that may cause him to let her go. "There ain't a chance Rebecca can move like this."

"He's right." Jane agreed, knowing for well of the consequences they faced if they were not careful enough. "She'll make a lot of noise that will attract them. And they'll be able to smell her blood, too. We have to be careful."

"Understood." Lee nodded as he was now deep in thought to what he was going to do next. He only dazed out of his thoughts when Carley snapped him out of him with her voice. "Right, right, sorry. Okay, we'll need some clean water for starters. And some blankets to keep the baby warm, especially in this weather."

"And we'll need some shelter, too." Carley added since she herself was quite freezing in this weather, and that meant no way a newborn baby would survive.

"There are a couple of buildings not too far from here." Mike joined in on their conversation, being quite familiar with this area. "One of them might do the trick, if they're not already inhabited by people or walkers, of course."

"I think the museum sounds good." Bonnie admitted as she read the sign in her mind that pointed in the direction of the museum, only one point two miles down the road.

"There's a building by a river too." Jane replied, placing her hand upon her hip whilst speaking. "Only a couple of minutes away."

Lee nodded t each of their suggestions, and as active leader of their group for the moment, he decided to make their next plan of action. "All right, everyone listen up. Bonnie, you, me, and Mike, will go the museum. Jane, you and Clementine search that building by the river. Luke, you stay here and guard the perimeter, and Carley, take care of Rebecca and Sarah. We're looking for water and clothing, disinfectant. Everyone understand?"

"Got it."

"Yep."

"Understood."

"No problem."

Everyone replied all in unison, understanding their orders and proceeded to go their separate ways. Lee, Mike and Bonnie proceeded down the road that would take them to the museum, Clementine and Jane made their way towards the direction of the building whilst Carley and Luke stayed there to protect Sarah and Rebecca.

Before Jane left with Clementine, she approached Carley and offered her the Glock 17 she found on that dead walker earlier. She remembered a conversation between Lee and a couple of others, and how one of them mentioned Carley's accurate skills. "Here. I heard you were good with these. You might need it, but only a few rounds left."

"Thanks." she smiled, accepting her favorite type of gun that she placed into her jacket pocket for now.

Jane nodded but not before she turned away and followed Clementine down the path towards the small building she had mentioned. Now that everyone had their orders and their plan, they made haste to get a move on before Rebecca gave birth to her baby.

Chapter is completed, ladies and gentlemen. A little shorter than my usual chapter length because I was a little busy today helping some my family. Stay turned for the next chapter, and once again, thank you all for reading this far.
