Hey! So here's the next chapter. Also keep in mind that Tigress still needs to show her skills to Master Chao. Back to the story...

Chapter 6

Tigress was walking next to Mantis. She was memorizing each one of the rooms, where was the kitchen, the training hall, the Hall of Heroes, the exit to the peach tree. And she was doing it without difficulty.

"Po likes you" Mantis blurted out with a slight grin. Tigress stopped walking for a brief second, startled.

"He just likes me as a friend" She answered, pretending to be oblivious. Mantis chuckled.

"Come on, you seem pretty smart, so you must know he has a crush on you" Tigress shrugged.

"Fine, so he does." She admitted, praying that her room was close. Mantis cheered silently.

"What about you?" He asked her, purposely taking the long way to the barracks.

"What?" She questioned, faking her interest on the surroundings. Mantis hoped onto her shoulder.

"Do you like him?" Tigress widen her eyes and sent the insect flying off her shoulder. Mantis landed safely on the ground.

"Sooo" Mantis insisted.

"I don't want to talk about it" she firmly stated, remembering where her room was located. Next to viper's,in front of Po's. She opened the door and left her stuff there.

"That's a yes then" Tigress turned around,

"No is not"

"Denial!" Mantis said teasingly. Tigress was about to reply when Crane came in.

"Mantis, Shifu has an announcement to make. You too, ummm" Crane said, trying to remember her name.

"Tigress" She reminded him.

"Right, Tigress" The three started heading out to where the training hall.

If Tigress didn't believe in love at first sight, she did now. The moment she saw the training hall, she felt her heart fly. This was perfect! She loved every single aspect of it. She had always thought about going to one or seeing one, but she had never imagined it would be this amazing and breath-taking. At least for her.

"Tigress?" Po said, waving one of his hands in front of her. Tigress snapped out of it,

"As I was saying, you are going to be able to observe her and also decide if she stays at the Palace" Shifu explained. Tigress widen her eyes.

"So you are saying that if we don't like her, then we can decide if she stays or not? " Monkey asked confused. Mantis shared an evilish grin with the tiger. Shifu nodded and faced Tigress.

"Tigress, Master Chao is coming to evaluate you in three days" Tigress nodded. Master Shifu headed outside. This was just great for her; she wasn't one of the warmest or friendliest people. And Mantis was going to try to get information out of her for sure.

"Don't worry Tigress, I think you should stay here" Po said with a smile, which she gladly returned.

"Of course you do" Monkey muttered, making the panda blush.

"I think you would be a great addition to the team! " Viper squealed.

"I don't know, some almond cookies might help me decide" Monkey said, trying to bribe the tiger.

"Of course, would you like anything else, sir?" She answered sarcastically. The rest just laugh.

They all walked into the kitchen, forgetting about training.

"Tigress, why don't you tell us about you?" Viper said, trying to get to know the new member better. Tigress frowned, she wasn't one who liked to talk about herself.

"There's not much to know about me" she answered. "What do you want to know?" She asked them, taking a seat on the table.

"How about your friends?" Crane said. Tigress looked to her sides.

"I don't have any friends" she muttered. Crane felt guilty about asking her that.

"How about someone you like to talk to?" Monkey said, grabbing one of the dumplings Po was setting in the table.

"There's this goose name Mr. Ping, his soup is the best and he was the only one who wasn't afraid of me" she answered. The five looked around awkwardly.

"Mmmm, that's my dad" Po answered. tigress could have blushed of embarrassment, but her fur did a good job on hiding it.

"He is a nice guy" tigress said cooly, taking one dumpling. That's a thing the rest admired, Tigress always kept her cool and didn't make a big deal out of it.

"So, any other burning questions?" She asked, The five started to think about what else to ask her.

"Do you like dresses?"

"No"
"Do you like tofu?"

"Yes"

"Did you have a boyfriend?"

"No"

"Do you have a crush?" Mantis asked,

"Y- No, I mean no" Tigress quickly answered. She glared at the insect.

"Oooh, she does like someone!" Viper squealed. Tigress stood up,

"I don't. I'm gonna work out now" She then walked to the training hall, excited to put it in use. She sighed, that was close.

As she walked there, she felt a pair of eyes watching her. She looked to her side in the corner of her eyes, but no one was there. Somehow she felt this was different, a bad different.

She then heard some rustling outside, she widen her eyes and ran towards the exit so maybe she could see who was spying on her. She burst through the doors only to be find by empty was about to head back inside when the rest came out. She was still a little bit jumpy, but she didn't let it be seen.

"Hey Tigress, we are going to eat some noddles at the village, want to come with?" Viper mentioned as she was slithering in front of the others. Tigress nodded, still trying to figure out who it could be.

She started walking along with them, some people were muttering at the sight of the tiger with a bunch of masters. And the others could clearly observe that the feline was uncomfortable. Once they got to the entrance of the shop, the muttering had died down. Tigress sighed. They were about to enter when a familiar voice called after her.

"Whatcha doing here, kitty?" Tigress looked annoyed, she bit her cheek to keep her from losing her temper. Po crossed his arms and glared at the guy, he also recognized him as the boy who always picked on Tigress.

"Go away Xiang" She said, not even bothering to turn around. The rest got the idea, and also glared at him.

"I'm surprised they are not ashamed to be seen with you in public" He stated, his gang laughing behind him. Tigress turned around and faced him.

"Hey, you have no right to talk to her like that!" Po snapped. Everyone was surprised, since Po wasn't one to get mad at anyone.

"Oh really, and why's that?" Xiang questioned with a grin, challenging him. Po narrowed his eyes.

"She is now a Master of the Jade Palace" Po answered with a smirk. Xiang widen his eyes and backed off. Po smiled and went back to his group, they went inside the restaurant and took a seat.

"Well, until Master Chao approves of her in 3 days" Mantis muttered. Viper slapped him lightly with her tail.

"I'm going to the Jade Palace, I'm not hungry anymore" Tigress told them. Po watched her go,

"You know what, I'm not hungry either. I'll see you guys later" Po ran off to talk with Tigress. The rest just let him go, and began to see what they were going to order.

"man, he must really like her if he wants to skip a meal" Crane commented, the rest just nodded, agreeing with his statement.

Xiang was outside, he actually heard the insect speak about Master Chao and something about Tigress having to perform for him. He faced his gang and grinned evilly.

"Guys, we have three days to come up with a plan and make sure she fails" He ordered, the rest smiled to each other and nodded; and so their plan began to form.

Well, what is Po going to say to Tigress? And what is going to happen with Tigress and her performance? Well, you'll see! Hope you enjoyed this chapter and leave your reviews!
