**Back to the story**

Misaki massaged her aching wrists and ankle. She didn't know how long she had been sitting or most probably laying and watching her personnel professor go on and on on his lecture. Another yawn shuck upon her and she blinked her eyes rapidly to stop her day dream that would undoubtedly lead her to falling asleep. She did fall asleep ignoring the over caring and over boring lecture of her over-protective boyfriend, who was making something in the kitchen as well as firing advices over advices.

Turning around Takumi discovered her princess sitting on the chair, eyes closed and a small snoring sound escaping from her with each passing second. He pressed his lips together and shook his head in a negative way. He couldn't get her. If it is possible to snoring after 6 hours of dead sleeping then he can admit to let her sleep but not with empty stomach. Here goes his advice. He huffed a sigh and brought her in his arms to his bedroom. He shouldn't have listened to her to bring her to the dining.

He smirked a little when he saw her beautiful feature.

"I...I'm not tired." She murmured tiredly hardly audible.

"Don't fall asleep." He teased his golden eyes sparkling.

"Hmm..." She replied weakly.

"You've to eat. Wake up or I've my own way by bombarding kisses." He threatened jokingly.

The words absorbed her quickly and soon she found herself sitting in the king size bed Indian style, face flushed, stiffing a yawn.

Usui found it too cute and fought the strong urge to kiss her. He placed a quick peck on her cheek and went to bring the food.

After five minutes Usui returned with chicken soup and steamed omirice.

Misaki could barely sit straight without nodding off. Despite her obvious exhaustion, her beauty was undiminished. Her amber eyes struggled to stay open, eyebrows arched perfectly just to support the heavy eyelids.

"Just a little bit my princess. Then you rest as much as you want. Say aah..." He offered her a spoon full of rice.

"I can-" She rudely interrupted by a spoon shove in her mouth.

"Not this time my dear. If you want to sleep then finish it quickly."

She was too tired to argue and did what he said. She hardly gulped the last drop of soup. "Good." Now you can rest." Usui ruffled her hair and placed the blanket above her. She drifted in to a deadly slumber.

~Time skipped~

Usui wasn't a jealous man by nature. Mostly because for as long as he could remember he hadn't have anyone to be jealous of. He didn't even think too much the incident a day ago. But it did happen to his girl. Thinking about the kidnapping, he felt as if his heart was falling out of his chest. "What if he didn't get to her in time? How worse it could be?" So many questions repeated in his mind. He couldn't concentrate. It's clear that that freaking guy wants to steal her girl from him. He was able to think clearly, he realized just how stupid he'd been. "I should hand him over the cops a long time before." He sighed defeated and returned to his unfinished job to complete on his laptop.

"The market price is getting increase day by day. A good sign for us." He pressed the okay button and smiled at the out come of his work. "Well these things are going easy at least."

"What are you doing?" A silky soft voice asked behind him.

"You woke up!" Usui pulled her hand and gestured her to sit beside him. He turned off the laptop. "Just finishing the work left behind."

"S...sorry I unnecessarily kept you busy with-"

"Don't say that. You're my first priority." He told her with a gentle tone. "Beside it's going well."

"What are you saying you idiot!" Her cheek tinted a little red.

"How are you feeling now?" He asked rubbing her hand.

"Fine."

"The wrists are still hurt?" The guilty was obvious in his voice.

"A little but it'll go away in no time." She tried to reassure him.

"W...where were you?" She has to change the topic but was too afraid to be teased.

"I was busy with a meeting. Sorry I couldn't get the time to even call you." He replied sincerely.

Misaki was relieved that he didn't tease her...

"The walker industry wants me to be the CEO of the company." He said slowly looking at her.

"What! That's great news Usui. Congratulations!" Misaki gave a perfect smile. Her eyes were sparkling.

"Thank you. But it's a big responsibility-"

"You can do it. I know you can do this." She encouraged him. Usui's eyes widen a little.

"Ayuzawa, my life hadn't any reason to live but now I found a window of opportunity to live. At first I have doubt in my work but now I got the courrage to overcome anything."

"That's good. So how this great change occurred?" Misaki asked totally oblivious to the fact what he was trying to imply.

Then he hugged her tightly. "It's you idiot!" You're my everything." He told her in one breathe tightening the hug.

The sudden gesture took her some time to consume. Her heart beat got faster and faster. She managed to pull away from him which made the green eyed alien confused a little followed by an unknown fear to loose her.

"Don't imply something like that so easily. You've your carrier ahead of you. I don't want to the huddles in your way of success. I'll be there with you but you've to do it on your own. I can't give you any support. It's useless to count on me Usui." Misaki tried to convey him the fact.

"And what is the point of the success which can't give me a minute of peace?"

Misaki was taken a back by his question. She tensed up a little. Yes she wants to be with him but every time things turned to be like this that she can't get rid out of it.

"The peace is inside you Usui. You've to find it." She replied gently.

"I found the actual me in you Misaki." He said whole-heartedly.

Her eyes got large to its last size. "Okay stay calm. He's just saying your name. Stay calm! Calm!" Misaki's internal mind was battling.

He squeezed her hand. She gulped the unknown lump in her throat. Misaki's inner battling was consuming her.

-you're scared.

-Scared? What's there to be scared of?

-Scared to admit.

-What?

-You scare to admit your love for him.

-Shut up!

Usui was looking at her changing expression- sadden to cheerful, cheerful to blushing, blushing to depression and depression to embarrassment. He couldn't even count the different version of Misaki in front of him.

Misaki's innerself~

-Look at him.

-No.

-Why?

-There is no need to do that.

-You're scare for sure.

-No I'm not.

-Yes you're.

-Am not.

-Are to.

-Am not.

-Are to.

-Okay shut up!

She finally looked at him and found he was still staring at her.

Blushing furiously she tried to look away but she couldn't. "Oh God...!"

Couldn't dealing with the heavy atmosphere she stood up abruptly. "I've to go home. It's late. Thanks for everything." She was about to open the door, suddenly jerked by Usui grasping her palm.

She tried to get free but the grip in her palm got tighter. Her heart was somersaulting inside her ribcage. She knows something will come up. At last she gave in and soon she landed on Usui's lap.

"Who said that I'll let you go that easily?" There was more attractiveness in his voice.

She put a hand on her chest. "What was he up to?"

"I want you to sit tight." Like he read her mind, he answered her.

Not to worsen the situation she nodded understandingly.

She lifted her head just a little left and he closed in to her neck exhaling a cold breathe. The hair behind her ear stood straight. He smirked at her reaction. "Look at me."

She stunned at his voice and bit her quivering lips.

"Keep your eyes on me." His silky voice was so capatative. He stood up slowly picking her bridal style.

She could only know that she was lifted to the stairs. The door of his roof opened sending the cold evening breeze flow at their direction.

The sun was about to set. The sky is crimson red mixed with slight orange color.

He sat on the cold floor with her on his lap. The whole way she was looking at his eyes. Not that she was obeying but the green eyes automatically driving her to do so.

"Close your eyes." Usui whispered in her ear.

Like she was hypnotized she did as ordered.

"Turn around."

"She followed."

"Now open your eyes."

She slowly opened her eyes and came to encounter with the beautiful sight in front of her. "Wow..." She made herself comfortable in his arms.

Beside the cold outside she felt something cold touched her finger followed by a hand tried to fix it. A loud gasp escaped from her lips. Picking her hand parallel to her face, she could see the faint glomming stone in her finger. While the light coming from the sun, making it looking like a ball of fire.

He placed a hand in her cheek made her to look at him. "I should address this matter to you early. I've the courage to do it now. I want to begin a life with you. Why I choose a time like this... because the event where the day ends and the night begins, our relationship will connected by the day and night. So that, it will never end."

"Till death do us apart." He gingerly captured the cold yet soft pair of lips.
