Could you guy's help me find this Inuyasha story. From what I remember the group finds Sesshomaru fighting Naraku in this shield type thing and Sesshomaru gets hurt so Kagome does something to help him and she ends up trying to heal him but to do that they go to this subconscious world or something like that and Sesshomaru gets angry at Kagome and burns her hand I think. I know he apologizes to her and after Sesshomaru is healed he wakes up but Kagome is still asleep on him. I would really like it if someone could tell me the name of this story. I know Inuyasha gets mad because Kagome is practically sitting on Sesshomaru's lap.

NEW CHAPTER (2a.m. writing anyone?)

Pulling away from Kagome and setting her down, Sesshomaru turned and looked at Inuyasha with a smirk.

"What do you think is going on little brother? Clearly, even yourself could understand what happens when a male and a fe-" Sesshomaru stated but his brother interrupted.

"I KNOW WHAT HAPPENS YOU BASTARD! WHY ARE YOU MESSING WITH MY JEWEL SHARD DETECTOR?!" Inuyasha yelled.

Raising his eyebrow, Sesshomaru let his had rub Kagome's back trying to keep her calm. "Last I checked little brother Kagome doesn't belong to anyone especially a brash half-breed who cant seem to make up his mind."

Seeing how Inuyasha was about start again Kagome said, "sit boy". Looking up to Sesshomaru she gave a sad smile. "Can we please go?"

Knowing that if they were to stay at the camp site any longer Inuyasha would cause stress to his love and that is something he and his beast do not want to happen. So after leaning down to nuzzle her neck, Sesshomaru kisses behind her ear and whispers, "Anything for you my love."

Hearing the base in his voice sent shivers down her spine causing Kagome to close her eyes and to let out a peaceful sigh. Knowing that Kagome was a little distracted, Sesshomaru calls forth his cloud and they slowly ascend to the sky. Feeling the air on her legs, Kagome opens her eyes seeing Sesshomaru's hair shine under the sun and smiled as she noticed his upturned lips.

"This is how our morning should have started koi." Sesshomaru says. "If the half-breed would have not interrupted us our morning would have been very pleasurable." He continues.

Blushing, Kagome wraps her arms around his neck and licks her lips. "That make-out session pretty pleasurable if you ask me. But I'm pretty sure if allowed, you would have made it even more desirable." She whispers.

"So my love, what do you have planned today?" She asks.

"That is for me to know and for you to find out." Sesshomaru replied with a smirk.

Pouting, Kagome laid her head on his chest. "You cant be mean to me this early in the morning. It isn't the proper way to treat a lady."

"I wouldn't treat you any other way but I feel as if this would be a great surprise." He said lifting her chin with his clawed finger.

Back at camp

Pulling himself off the hard floor, Inuyasha started grumbling. "Stupid wench. Just wait until I get my paws on her."

"Inuyasha my friend how nice it is to wake up to the sound of you get sat by the lovely Kagome." Miroku said.

"Aw shut it bouzo!" He glared. "Get up we're gonna follow them and start searching for the shards."

Rolling over and rubbing her eyes, Sango mumbled something about loud, inconsiderate demons who knew nothing of sleeping in. Shippou crawled under her arms and snuggled up to her. "What's for breakfast Sango?"

Sitting up and yawing, Sango scratched Shippou's head and turned to Miroku. "You were up first. What're we eating?" She asked.

"I'll go see about capturing a few fish and maybe picking up some fruit my love. Why don't you and Shippou lay back down. We probably wont leave until Sesshomaru and Kagome get back." Miroku answered picking up his staff and walking away into the woods.

Tired of being ignored Inuyasha began, "What the hell?! We aint got time for you lazy humans to eat! We need to catch up to Kagome and that prick. Aint no telling what he's doing to her!"

Pushing his hair out of his face Shippou glared at him. "Papa wouldn't do anything to hurt mama. Now shut up so we can go back to sleep." Shippou said yawing. After seeing Inuyasha's jaw drop, Shippou mumbled "stupid dog" and went back to sleep.

'What the heck is going on here?' Inuyasha thought.

What do you think? Not bad for someone writing this early in the morning. I guess it helps that I'm not too sleepy *shrugs*
