The Strong One
Pretty gown,
Handsome prince,
Isn't this my dream?
Isn't this all I've ever wanted?
An adoring crowd,
They don't notice:
My smile is as fake as the lies
That everyone believes about her.

Not everyone.
He is edgy;
He is disturbed.
He misses her.
So do I.
He runs off,
I don't.
/
But he's the strong one,
Just like her.
