Changed
When I returned to Kyoya's house I ran up to my room, closing and locking the door behind be throwing off my black wig. I never felt like this before….This pain in my heart, this regret, this anger. I rather get shot again! Actually I rather go though all the pain ever in my life just to get ride of this aching in my heart. Somehow I knew that this pain wouldn't fade that there was always going to be this ache. I reached up started to wipe my face when I was comforted by a piece of hair. Hair? My hair is short, why is it in front of my face? I quickly walked over to the mirror. I was transforming! I guess this was what Sky had told me about, I'm changing into a different person. A small smile escape my lips as I recognised the person I changed into. It was me, the real me. I had my dirty blond hair that fell to my shoulders in layers framing my face, my hazel eyes, I grown and was now 5 ft 8. I looked like me, but an anime version. Seeing myself again made me realise that I had become "Alex" with out even knowing it. I mean she and I and the same person but somehow I feel like I lost myself along the way. This is a new start and maybe just maybe I could move on…. Weeks passed I did everything I could to stay away from Kaoru and from the host club in general, but my ditching eventually caught up to me (meaning Kyoya). SO wednesday after school I decided (meaning Kyoya threatened me) to go the host club. My second to last class ended and was on my way to my last class when I noticed one of the girls walking with a group. I recognised her as the girl at Hikaru and Kaoru's house that just finished using their…services. I decided to ignore her and continue walking but when she saw me she smirked.
"Did you have fun with Hikura? Or was it Kaoru that I slept with? " I stopped in my tracks. She knew what buttons she had to push to make me anger, I knew that she knew who she sleep with, but I couldn't help myself.
"Listen you slut, you were sleeping with Hikura when you left their house. At lest have some common decency to learn who's pants your getting into!" I growled
"What does it matter they're the same person." Something inside me snapped and I tackled her to the ground. Pinning her down, I punched her in her snobby face. As I pulled my fist back to land another hit, someone grabbed my arm and a teacher pulled me off of her. A small crowd gathered around the girl laying on the floor, crying and clutching her swollen cheek. I glanced to the side to see Kaoru smiling at me. Sending him a glare, I shrugged off the teacher and stalked off in the other direction to my next class.
Kaoru POV:
Hikaru and I walked away from the crowd gathering in the halls and headed straight for our next class, shared with Alex. Walking in, I saw the seats next to her were empty and headed over. As I neared, she put her school bag in the seat next to her and glaring at me as usual.
"Taken." Just as I opened my mouth to say something, the teacher walked in. Sitting down two seats away from her, I resigned myself to waiting until after class to talk with her. My attention was drawn to the front when the teacher cleared his throat.
"Class, we have a new student today." A tall black haired boy walked in and introduced himself as Gon while smiling like an idiot. The teacher told him to sit next to Alex but when he saw her, his eyes widened. Dropping his bag he ran to Alex's seat and pulled her into a hug.
"Gon?" Alex asked hesitantly. The new kid, Gon, stared into her eyes on the verge of tears and leaned forward and kissed her. Alex's eyes widened in shock as mine widened in anger. How in the hell does this guy think he is. I wanted to rip the two of them apart, I heard a cracking sound and before I realised it a had broken my pencil.
Megen's POV:
I took a gigantic step back ward, blushing furiously. What in the world is Gon doing here! I didn't say anything that would cause him to appear at Ouran.
"Alex please come to the office" Came over in intercom. I quickly grabbed my bag and literally ran out of the room to the office. I knocked on the principles door.
"Come in" I heard principle Yuzuru call from inside. I opened the door and walked in.
"Please sit." I nodded already realising why I was here.
"Alex, violence is prohibited at Ouran. You are suspended for two days."
"I'm sorry to have caused you trouble Mr. Yuzuru" I said bowing and walking out the door.
"Alex." I look to my left and see Kaoru leaning against the wall.
"What do you want" I muttered
"How do you know that guy?"
"Gon? It's now of your business" I said shrugging
"Are you two dating?" He said sounding a bit jealous
"That's now of your concern!" Kaoru smiled bitterly
"I saw you attack that girl in the hall" He said smugly
"What of it?" I said staring him down
"What does it matter, they're the same person. That's what she said before you tackled her. You tackled her because of me." Kaoru pushed himself off the wall and with cat like grace walked over to me. I held my place, not daring to move, to take my eyes off of him.
"So?"
"I know you have feeling for me, Alex" he purred seductively, which made my heart race.
"I have been patient, given your space and time." He placed his both his hands on the both sides of my head, trapping me between is hands.
"I feel nothing for you!" I said spitefully. Kaoru leaned forward only inches away from my face cause by breath to catch.
"You can lie, but your body can't" he said mocking me, I slapped him.
"Don't think you know everything about me. I'm finished with you." I pushed his arm out of the way heading to the host club. Kaoru grabbed my left wrist and slammed it into the wall along with my body. I gasped taken completely by surprise. I struggled against his grasp trying to pry off his hand on my wrist, but I couldn't escape. My heart pounded in my chest.
"What the HELL do you think you are doing?!" I snapped
"I CAN'T LOSE YOU AGAIN!" Kaoru yelled, my heart stopped. I'm sorry…If I could go back and not die, then I would…. If I hadn't died then…Then….
"Kaoru I'm right here….I'm right here" I whispered. His golden eye widened and he immediately let go of me, his hands shaking.
"I'm sorry" he whispered
"Did I hurt you?" He kept his eyes on the ground his hair covering them. My back ached slightly, but I would live.
"No." Kaoru let out a sigh of relief, I pushed off the wall and walked to the host club. I entered music room #3 and saw a tropical paradise (literally).
"Hey guys, I want to make an announcement." Kaoru walked in the host club.
"My name is Megen, please call me by that" I got a couple of confused glances but they seemed to let it slide.
"Mei-chan! That's so cute! It fits you perfectly!" Honey said running up to me and tacking me in a hug making me laugh.
"Casey and Megen your costumes are in the back, go get changed" Kyoya said. Casey and I went into back to change. I went behind and saw my costume on the hanger. I left my hair as it was(in a pony tail) and put a blue flower in it. I first put on the top which was a thin strip of white material covering my chest, then I put on the bottom which was a sky blue skirt. NOPE, no way was I going to wear this around the host club not to mention Kaoru! I burst out of the curtain to find Kaoru.
"Wow….Megen" Kaoru stared at me. My heart skipped, for some reason when he said my name it felt a lot more personal. I uncomfortably cross over my stomach…Great the one person I didn't want to see me. He was shirtless and had a checkered blue skirt with orange pants under them.
Kaoru POV:
"Wow….Megen" I felt my mount go dry. She was lean and fit, and I could see the tops of her hip bones. She covered her bar stomach and glared at me. Honey had been right when he said that the color blue would look beautiful on her pale skin when we were picking out these outfit. Seeing her like this…
"I feel like I'm meeting you for the first time" I emphasised; she straightened at that, as if I fit the nail on the head. It was true: when 'Megen' was 'Alex', she seemed unsure of herself and who she was. Now she held her head high and walked surely. To everyone she seems like an a open book, but I think under that 'open book' there are parts that she hides.
"I want you to call me Alex," Megen stated. I felt me jaw clench, but I quickly covered it in a smile. I have to say she's the most stubborn person I have ever met. Tilting my head slightly, I paused before replying.
"Remember when were in the kitchen together?" She nodded briskly, and a faint blush crept across her cheeks.
"I'd like to finish where we left off." As her eyes widened in response, I wrapped my hands around her, resting my hands on the small of her uncovered back. My breath caught in my throat; her skin was smooth, and I swallowed, wanting to explore more of her body but restraining myself. It wasn't a surprise when Megen tensed under my touch- she usually did whenever it came to physical contact. It's strange-my pulse was quacking. With Haruhi, it was only fun, but this…This desire… After a few moments in silence, I pulled back curious to see her reaction. She was looking at the floor lips pressed together in a firm line, a blush across her cheeks. Her breath was rugged as if it was hard to breathe. She slowly looked up at me a fire blazing in her eyes.
"You-" Before she could finish, I had to give into my desire. Taking her lips quickly, driving my tongue into her mouth, she let out a startled cry, muffled by my mouth. She tried to back away , but with my arms around her, I kept her firmly in place. She wants this, all women want this. Eager to know what she would do now, I pulled any from her sweet lips.
"STOP!" She cried. I froze, stop? I was expecting something like 'I want more', but stop? She was refusing me? I immediately let her go, a sinking feeling filled my stomach.
"I thought…I thought you wanted this" I stuttered
"NO, YOU WANT THIS!" Megen said looking at me with discussed.
"You don't want me Kaoru, you just want my body" She said bitterly. Did I just want her for her body? I felt like I was being tortured to insanity!
"Get this through your thick head, STAY THE F*** AWAY FROM ME!"
Megen's POV:
"Get this through your thick head, STAY THE F*** AWAY FROM ME!" I'm not the kind of person that swears, but man was he driving me crazy! He looked hurt that I said that to him, but right know I really didn't care. I stormed out of the room as fast as possible before he could say anything. I walked out of the cursed back room and found all the guest were gathered around Tamaki and Gon who were sitting down having a rather intense conversation. When Gon saw me he stood up and yelled across the room.
"Megen! Wanna go on a date sometime?" My heart stopped, this was to much for me. The room was dead silent for a few seconds until the girls erupted in a chorus of screams. Tamaki turned paper white for the amount of seven seconds before he began ranting.
"MY DAUGHTER ON A DATE WITH YOU?!" A horrified look was beautifully painted across his face.
"Daughter? This has nothing to do with you!" Gon snapped. Tamaki immediately went into his depressed corner and began growing mushrooms. By this time I had backed up to the door I just entered. Right before my back met the door, it swung open to reveal Kaoru. He walked out and put his arm around my waist, glaring at Gon. I swatted his hand off me as Gon strode over to us. He shyly scratched the back of his head and looked away.
"So, how about that date?" He mumbled. I blushed and just as I opened my mouth to respond, Kaoru stepped in front of me.
"She's not interested." He said, his tone snarky. Gon glared back.
"I wasn't asking you." They stared at each other for a few tense moments until suddenly Kaoru lifted his fist to punch Gon.
Casey's POV
I knew shit was about to hit the fan when Megen walked in the room. I nodded in resigned acceptance as I watched Gon and Kaoru fight it out in the club room. I quickly noticed that Megen was nowhere to be seen. Glancing around I saw her halfway out the window and smirked. She continued out until she had disappeared from my view completely. A few minutes later I could see her sprinting through the courtyard. Hikaru ran up to Kaoru and pulled him away from Gon.
"Where's Megen?" Gon asked, looking around the room.
"Megen left through the window while you two were busy disrupting the club." Kyoya pushed his glasses up as they glinted in the light. Kaoru pulled away from Hikaru and stalked into one of the back rooms.
Megen's POV:
What was I doing? I feel like a complete idiot! What can I say I panicked and freaking climbed out the window…Wait why was I still running? Taking a deep breath I came to a stop. I came back to fix my mistakes but it seems all I've done is cause more trouble. I let out a frustrated scream, kicking the nearest pole. Did I just kick a pole? God, what in the world was I doing? I laugh dryly at my stupidity. I ran straight towards Kyoya's house, so I'll just wait here until the limousine passes here to catch a ride back. Noticing a swing set to my left I decided to go wait on of the swings. Swinging back and forth slightly, I waited for the car.
"You really didn't want to go on date with me, huh?" I nearly jumped out of my skin, I looked to my right a found Gon standing on the side walk panting smiling sadly at me.
"What? Oh, no, no" I stuttered, Gon laughed and walked over and sat in the swing next to mine.
"You just took me by surprise, I guess…" I muttered
"So is that a yes?" Gon looked at me tilting his head slightly. Maybe this is just want I need…
"Yes" I said shyly. Gon jump up and let out a celebratory yell, causing me to laugh.
"Amusement park, tomorrow?" He asked eagerly.
"Sounds like fun" I nodded, already feeling better.
"Alright I'll pick you up at 1" Gon said giving me one of his famous smiles. I heard a car honk, and I saw that there was a limousine waiting there for me.
"I see you tomorrow!" I said while waving goodbye and walking over to the car. I open the door to see a very pissed off Kyoya and a smiling Casey.
"Are you done being an idiot?" Kyoya asked me, I sweat dropped which made Casey burst out in laughter.
"Sorry, but no"
