Perhaps in time she will like him or not, Invader Johnny.
I had to keep some Gaz-like tendencies for her, besides I would punch him too, to Guest reviewer.
Well Zim is a megalomaniac, sociopathic alien, correct? There is more, but I don't want this chapter much more huger right now. Zim did say exactly why he was doing this in the first place when it came to the Invasion, Ngrey.
While he slept at night, Tak was up cleaning doing her best being quiet. She wasn't doing it as a part of being a slave, she was doing as a thanks, and mostly because she just wanted to think. He did have some technology in this house. She was amazed that Zim didn't raid or destroy this place, but it possibly was because of Gaz. Last night, Dib just sat on the couch very lackluster. He hardly spoke. It was strange for her from a male who enjoyed chattering so much. He did say she could use some of Gaz's clothes till she got some of her own, but it felt strange as she went through her closet. The girl was so much smaller then her. Her stuff really didn't fit her since she was a bit more taller and a bit more filled out then her even when she was in her natural state. Shrugging, Tak put the same clothes she had on last night on after she finished cleaning up, and went into the kitchen to see if there was anything to eat. As she wandered through the cabinets, she saw nothing but stuff she couldn't eat.
"They'll still be short on food out there so we have to make due for more time now." Dib announced out as he wandered past her. "Canned food that is in here, we left because it was the first place we knew they would come to."
"I can see that. I'm surprised they didn't destroy this place." Tak said as she turned to examine him just wearing t-shirt and shorts.
Dib noticed the place was much cleaner right now then last night. "They didn't, but they did come in. We have these cleaner robots that come out whenever dad or I do something destructive to the house, so they patch it up. The lab wasn't touched though."
"Handy robots. Sounds like something very similar to what we have."
"Not surprising." Studying her, he came closer to touch her fabric. "No one can see through these windows, they are tinted. You can walk around as yourself, Tak. Also I guess her clothes don't fit you."
"No. She is a really small girl."
"She is, but freakishly strong." Dib sniggered a little there.
"I asked this male how I could find you yesterday. He called you a hero."
Turning away from her to search for something to eat, he shook his head. "I'm not. My sister is though. Never thought she would do something like that a long time ago, but I was wrong."
"How were you wrong?"
Dib smiled at all the little things she told him over the years and then what she said before her good bye. "Trust me. I was wrong." Turning to face her he had an odd thought. "Funny how my sister looked like my mother, but she was so much tinier then her. You are her size. Dad kept her stuff if your interested."
"I can take a look at it, but won't it be creepy?"
"Nah. At least it won't go to waste." Going up to her again, he smiled. "I'm gonna go out for a quick errand. Hopefully I'll get something for the both of us. Be back. My parents room is upstairs, first room that you get to. I know last night I said not to go in there, but it will be fine to grab some stuff."
Tak watched him leave the house through the back door before turning around to head upstairs. She was already familiar with some of this place so far, but the moment she stepped through that door it felt heavy. Reaching around for a light, she noticed how the bedroom was so different from the rest of the house already. It really was stuck in time. Eyes wide, she wandered to the door ahead of her to open it revealing a large walk in with most of it covered in female clothing. The lab coats she assumed were his fathers. Running her hand along each fabric, she started to smile a bit. Their mother hardly had any dark colors, she did have decent stuff in her opinion. Picking up a blue dress, she placed it against her to see what it would look like against her as she looked at the full length mirror in there. Tak shrugged and was surprised it didn't smell horrible. Actually the whole closet smelled clean. Like fresh laundry. Removing her clothes, she tried it on, and was surprised how it looked.
Dib came home not too long after with just a bag full of groceries. "Tak! You around?"
"Her clothes fit."
"That's great to hear. That means your welcome to it if you like them." Turning to face her, he smiled at her wearing a dress. "Never thought I would see an Irken in a dress."
Putting her hands on her hips, she narrowed her eyes. "What? Do I look horrible?"
Dib put his hands out in front of him. "The opposite of that." Feeling it best to avert his eyes, he unloaded his groceries. "You like sweet as far as I know of your race. I have something that I can make you that I hope you enjoy."
"Need help?"
"Naw. You cleaned up the house. Kick back and relax for awhile." Dib answered as he started to mix breakfast.
Damn wedding dress was made way too quickly in, Gaz's opinion. Couldn't they have lingered over it longer? While her other clothes were fine, this was the only one she stood there for such a long time wanting to draw blood. It wasn't like the dress was ugly. It was in fact a very beautiful dress. Still strange to wear something traditional.
"You have a very interesting shape." Scooch said as she made another adjustment. "I am somewhat envious of it."
Gaz didn't make a sound. She didn't want to talk to her.
"Tallest Zim is a very handsome one. I bet you can't wait until the wedding."
Gaz's frown went down further as her heart started to beat hard.
"I wish I was in your place." Scooch continued speaking.
Really? Want to marry him instead? Gaz thought as she started to breath hard.
"Mistress? Are you all right?" Scooch asked as she looked her directly in the face.
Gaz's eyes were wide while she tried to get the dress off of her. "Get it off. Do it now! I order it!"
"Yes, yes." Rushing, she unbuttoned her, slid sleeves off of her, and watched as the small human jumped away from the offending fabric while grabbing something else to put on.
"The dress is fine. Thanks Scooch, that'll be all." Gaz needed to her gone. "Please leave."
Scooch was confused, but she grabbed the dress and hid it away so the Tallest didn't see it. Gathering her stuff, she ran out of the quarters. She was going to have to report this behavior to him.
Gaz fell to her knees on the ground hyperventilating as she grabbed a handful of hair to start chanting to herself. She wanted to scream so loud.
For Zim he was in his lab hunched over his project when the seamstress came in. "Eh? Why are you coming in here without an invite?" He asked perturbed as he dropped his tools down.
"There's something wrong with, Mistress Gaz. She started to breath hard. She demanded to get the dress off, and told me to leave. She didn't look well to me." Scooch replied.
Zim read the worry in her eyes, as he quickly got up to run to her quarters. Ringing her door, she screamed from her end that whoever it was to leave her the hell alone. Zim never heard her voice that way. He heard her aggravated before, but he never heard it this disturbed. Putting his own code in, he came in to see her arms wrapped around her body breathing hard. Rushing to her side, he lifted her face up to look at him only to receive a punch in the face.
"What the hell did I just say?! Leave me alone!" Gaz sat on the floor watching him as she continued to breath hard.
Rubbing his cheek where she got him, he glared angrily at her. "I'm here because I care about you."
"Oh you do, do you? You might as well just jump my bones right now, Zim. Screw the ceremony! Just do it, Zim!"
"What happened to you? Why is it you don't want anyone at all? Perhaps my methods are unorthodox, but it doesn't mean I don't care about you, Gaz." Zim said far more calmly wanting to reach out to her, but she scooted away more.
"I'm 18 and I finally admitted to my brother about things, Zim. I guess you have to wait for your damn answer." She spat out quickly getting up. "I'll marry you, but don't think that isn't the last punch."
"I'll leave you be, Gaz, but I will let you know something that we always belonged to one another. Doubt it now, but it is true."
"You are sick. I belong to myself."
Zim came close to her, but made no move to touch her. "Then share yourself with me. I'll be seeing you at our ceremony, little Gaz."
Gaz's eyes started watering from the bottled hatred in her soul as she watched his retreating back. There was one question she did want to ask him. "Where is that annoying robot of yours?"
"He was dismantled." Zim didn't pause as he walked out of there. He balled his fists as he left at the feelings that flooded through him. She may refuse him now, but he honestly cared for her.
Gaz was wandering around later on just trying to get a grip of the ship. She was already instructed much more previously from Zim where she was allowed to go and not to go, although it never stopped her from going into places she wasn't allowed to. Only this time for right now, she wanted to get a feel for everything. None of the other Irkens seemed to mind her. Some would nod to her and call her, 'Mistress' but she hardly said much more to them in passing. She'd possibly be able to befriend someone in time, but as far as she knew, Zim was the only defective.
Seeing something bright out from her right eye, she paused to glance over at a swirling yellow, red, purple and blue thing which obviously couldn't be the sun since she spotted no solar flares, but she couldn't help but look at its startling beauty.
"We'd rather head back to your planet then take over a planet such as that?"
Gaz caught the reflection in the glass over her shoulder with red eyes and narrow waist. Way too narrow for her taste ever. "Why is that?"
"I guess the only viable resource would be to tie something around it and launch it towards the enemy, but that would not only take us out, but cause a black hole as well."
Gaz smirked. "If that is true, it sounds pretty damn cool." She noticed him smiling as well.
"You sure your not an Irken, human?"
Glancing away for a second to look up at Red, she shook her head. "I'm my own kind."
"Yes you are. We've seen footage of you. You are positively evil. It is rather perfect." Studying her purple strands, he wondered. "You have a brother who hated Zim to death and always trying to stop him. In the end, he really didn't."
Gaz's face turned to stone. "I don't care if you are a Tallest. I don't care if I die from the next words I say, but you ever speak about my brother in any way. I will toss you into that planet and roast marshmallows over your rotting corpse."
Taken aback by the venom in her voice, he lifted his eyebrow ridge up. "Now I'm sad that Zim spotted you first. You prove delightful even more then before."
Gaz sneered at him as she watched him leave before glancing back at the planet. Running her tongue along the inside of her teeth, she walked in the opposite direction stopping someone by asking a question. Thanking them for their help, she went to that direction.
Walking through the rather large door, she was greeted by something that made her jump out of her skin. "GAZZY!" What the? Was she dreaming? Nope. The little crazy robot of his came running full blast to her grabbing her around the legs surprising her so badly that she fell to the ground.
"Gir?" Gaz stared down at the still hugging happy guy as he continued his crazy laughter.
"GIR!" Zim approached rapidly towards her grabbing him. "Let go of Gaz, now, Gir." He ordered through forced teeth.
"But how I missed her so badly. So very badly." Gir giggled up at her.
Still stunned, she regained somewhat to pat the top of his head. "Gir. If you get off me, I'm sure Zim will give you a present in return." She said gently.
Cyan eyes gazed up at Zim. "Will you?"
Placing a hand on his forehead, Zim replied in a forced patient voice. "Yes, Gir I will. Now could you let go of, Gaz."
"OKAY!" Leaping up he started to run around the lab happily.
Rolling his eyes, Zim helped Gaz up to her feet. "You all right?"
Brushing herself off, she stared at the crazy bundle of energy running around. "I thought you said he was dismantled."
"He was. I just got him back online. I remember you at least liked him or tolerated him. Thought it would be cute to have him in the wedding." Zim explained. "At least he would listen to you enough to not go crazy like this."
Smiling at Gir, it was hard to deny that the little guy was adorable. "That was thoughtful."
Enjoying her softened expression on her face, he didn't want to ruin it. "I can't improve on him since he was made so much out of junk that any improvement I do make, he becomes incredibly homicidal."
"Oh... Like me. No wonder why I like him."
"Gaz, it would actually scare you to see him like that. That is how bad he is." Zim pointed out as he went back to his work area to put away his stuff. "So what do I owe this pleasure of this visit to?"
Going to his area, she placed her hands on the surface. "I was wandering around the ship a little. Stopped when I saw this cool yellow, red, purple and blue planet. Really cool looking. Red decided to say hi."
"He did? Just him alone?"
"Yeah. I'm not ignorant here, but I know when someone is hitting on you." Gaz stated.
Furrowing his forehead, he slitted his eyes in suspicion as he stopped his clean up to gaze at her. "What exactly did he say to you?"
"Well he told me about the power of that planet and I mentioned it sounded pretty cool. He asked if I was sure if I wasn't an Irken. My answer is that I'm my own kind. His response to that was," She took a deep breath. "Yes you are. We've seen footage of you. You are positively evil. It is rather perfect." She noticed his jaw clenching. "He said something about my brother and you always fighting and in the end he never stopped him. I threatened him because I didn't care right then and there. I told him: I don't care if you are a Tallest. I don't care if I die from the next words I say, but you ever speak about my brother in any way. I will toss you into that planet and roast marshmallows over your rotting corpse."
Zim almost laughed at that, but that was a really gutsy thing for her to do. "What more did he say?"
"He left saying: Now I'm sad that Zim spotted you first. You prove delightful even more then before." Gaz replied watching how his hands were digging into the table now. "Zim?" His eyes were focused forward. She knew that look making her go over to his side to reach up and touch his face. "He can't do anything can he?"
"Is that why you came to me? To tell me this."
"Yes."
"GAZZY! Look at me!" Gir cried out.
Turning her head to see Gir dancing around now, she was a little dumbstruck because now she was regretting telling Zim about Red, so she had no clue what to say to Gir.
"Gir, go and see Nick in the other room and he'll make you a shake and taco's." Zim ordered in a very zombie like voice.
"I will! See you later, Gazzy!"
Gaz waved at him before being brought into a full embrace by Zim. "Zim?"
"We are to be mated, Gaz, you are marked by me. I know it was against your will, but..." Brushes her hair gently.
"Isn't it against the rules or something to do that?" She wondered as she allowed him to run his hand through her hair. In truth it didn't feel so bad, but she also wanted to bleed herself for liking it.
Zim was always possessive of her. He knew she didn't care for the advances of other guys around her. While so many feared her they lusted after her at the same time. She was her own double edge sword. A beautiful deadly one. As much as he feared her at times, he welcomed her. To him, she was this breath of fresh air in his life that he loved so much. He was confused by it, and when he gave her that wretched game unit she wanted, he got turned on surprisingly with how close she stood next to him. How energized he felt. He expected her to kiss him. Something that he never desired before and thought of as a wretched act. But when he studied that face of hers, those lips, and how her scent made him want to take her. He was overjoyed when she went to his pants to undo them. He was surprised of course, but he knew he had to possess her right there. The huge let down was her dropping his pants and underwear to quickly depart leaving him being fawned over by these horrible germy girls that always followed him around. He both cursed her and swore he would take her.
Thing was, she always did something to get back at him whenever he did something against her own brother that bothered her enough to act or if something accidently fell on her from Zim running away from Dib. He hated it that she always ended up doing it around those girls. Girls he never noticed were around until they were grabbing at him. He would confront Gaz each time she did that, and she would laugh counting money in front of him or enjoy a new gift. Gifts she got from those horrible girls from Gaz's payback to him.
Still he couldn't hate her. He would curse of course, but couldn't hate her. He just knew that once he took over that miserable planet, she was the first and only to be made his mate. Sure she fought him and she still continues to fight him. Like before the whole invasion, even she would step back and allow him to speak about what was on his mind. Something he appreciated. Just later she would punish him.
When he cornered her in that nurses office and did that thing on the bed, he was surprised to feel her respond back to him. Meeting each of his movements. Sure Gaz looked away, but when he was finally granted those lips, he knew he was correct in his obsession. He just didn't understand her reaction after and still now. She seems to allow his touch to a certain degree until it turns into fire. He couldn't understand.
That was why he couldn't understand when brought him down to kiss those delectable lips again. He actually gasped in surprise before settling into that kiss. They weren't being passionate, they were testing one another out, while he kept his hands where they were at all times. Although he was incredibly tempted to take her right then and there.
"I came here to tell you because you had a right to know, Zim. As much as I'm not fond of you right now for what you've done, I know that you've always wanted to listen to me." Gaz whispered out before coming back in for a kiss.
No one will have her but him alone, Zim thought as he wrapped his tongue around her own.
Feeling too pressed against the table now, Gaz slipped herself to sit more on the table itself. Being more comfortable, she was happy her arms weren't feeling so strained now. She'll beat herself up later about this, he is a good kisser even if he was the only guy she has ever kissed.
Pulling away from her mouth, he traced kisses to her cheek, her nose, to her other cheek. He caught a smile on her lips encouraging him to continue as he traced kisses to her chin and jaw line. Down the very point to where he marked her, he was tempted to do it all over again, and he did enjoying her tiny hands digging into him as she moaned while wrapping her legs around him. "Oh my, Gaz. You are incredible." He breathed out.
"Making sure definitely that everyone knows I'm yours?" Gaz teased in a dreamy tone.
"Yes." Moving back to those lips, he loved she kissed him again. "You are so perfect."
She almost laughed at that remark. "Zim, I have a question for you?"
"Ask away."
"Any of those girls in school ever kiss you?"
Gazing into her eyes, Zim said, "No. They weren't you. So no."
Laughing, she let go of him to lay back on the table. "I still want to punch you."
"I get that, but I hope one day you'll love me." Zim told her with a voice marked full of understanding.
It was like a fire was lit under her as it made her eyes go wide, and her to scramble off the table to get away from him. "What? No, no, no, Zim."
It was like the nurses office incident all over again with that strange quick reaction of hers. That hyperventilating in her quarters. Zim was too confused by her. "Are you afraid of love? Or do you not want to be with me?"
Love? No! She trained herself not to want it. Not to need it. "Don't be a sap, Zim. Speaking about love. What kind of invader are you?" She scoffed trying to throw him off.
"Out of anyone in your life, you know that I will accept you no matter what. I never tried to change you. Yes I made you make a choice. You will keep punishing me for that." Zim started to approach her as she continued to back away. "For so long I have wanted you. I was confused by it at first, but I found out how much I wanted you."
"Stop, Zim, don't." Gaz begged going to the door.
"You may not feel it, but one day you will. I feel it. I love you, Gaz."
Her knee buckled there as she gaped at him. Come on door open, she thought.
"I love you." Zim repeated as he saw the fear in her eyes. He wished she didn't fear him.
"No." Gaz squeaked out grateful the door opened letting her run out of there and to her quarters.
"I know Gazzy wuvs you, Masta."
When the hell did he come into the room? Zim wondered as he looked at Gir sucking his shake through a straw. "I hope so, Gir. I hope so."
I forgot to say "Wait for it" even though it can be annoying to keep saying.
