Chapter X :

[A/N : This is a bit of a smutty AkuRoku side chapter that takes place during Demyx's initial pursuit of Zexion, and is also the last piece I will be writing for this story. I may have finally found the time to write again, but I'm applying that time and effort toward creating a new universe for a novel. Thank you to anyone who read this story and enjoyed it, you kick fucking ass. ]

Axel slumped back into the cushions of the dirty old couch in his band's practice space, head lolling over to the side, a cigarette burning away in his mouth. Practice had gone really well, and they had a new song that Axel was really excited to finish composing. Everyone else was gone, off to school or work, but Axel had the rest of the day off. Before loneliness managed to creep in on him, Axel's attention was captured by the sound of the door opening, and footsteps coming his way. He was too lazy to look and see who it was, but when he felt the cigarette get yanked from his mouth and stomped out on the concrete floor, he knew exactly who it was. "Hey there, Roxy-bear." Axel drawled the words out in an almost mocking tone, since he knew that Roxas hated the nickname.

Roxas waved the smoke away and leaned over the back of the sofa to hug his boyfriend. "Stop calling me that, Axel... Demyx has started using it regularly now." Axel chuckled, which might have made Roxas angry if he didn't feel lips against his cheek. He hopped over the back of the couch and shrunk in next to Axel, a lanky arm wrapping around his shoulders and pulling him in close, causing a slight tinge of pink in his cheeks.

"I'm sorry, but I can't help it. You're so cute when you're angry, like a little kitten... plus I like the idea of giving you a name, even if it's something as stupid as Roxy." Axel's voice had changed tone as he spoke; what started as an apologetic whine had turned into a low, passionate rasp. Axel never meant to do it... okay that wasn't true. Sometimes he did. Now, however, Axel found his hand gently tracing Roxas' collarbone as he gently laid back, pulling Roxas with him. Roxas' legs tangled around his, their lips touching slightly before he managed to whisper "We're all alone you know; the others are all in class, or at work, and I... I missed you, Roxy." Axel was aware that he sounded a little pathetic, but recent events (both for him, and for Roxas) had prevented them from having any real intimate time together, and that was a pretty big part of their relationship. It wasn't the thing that defined it, but Axel was a passionate soul, and he needed love in more ways than one.

Pausing for a moment to unbutton Axel's red plaid shirt, Roxas nodded, laying subtle kisses across his chest. "I know they are, I checked with them all and we went over our schedules..." After a lengthy pause, Roxas regained the courage to finish his sentence, trying his hardest to sound erotic as his crotch rubbed against Axel. "...I missed you too... I want you, Axel." Roxas took careful mental notes of Axel when they fell into these moments, hoping to keep those memories forever. The flash of burning passion in those acid green eyes, the hitch in his breath, the beating of Axel's heart, and the growl that built up in his throat when Roxas would say something erotic or perverted. It was so rare for Roxas to say such things after all, since Axel was usually the one with the insatiable appetite. "Take me, Axel. I mean it. I'm yours, you can do anything you want to me." Roxas smiled, knowing his mission was complete; Axel would never, could never, say no to something like that.

Axel's eyes shot open when Roxas said the words to him, his expression a mixture or confusion and excitement. Roxas had never said anything like this to him before, and rarely came to him asking for sex. It was always the other way around, but the time apart must have really got Roxy going. 'He must have really missed me', Axel thought to himself as Roxas bit at his left nipple. Taking advantage of the opportunity that he was given, Axel rolled the two of them over, his hands literally ripping at Roxas' clothes. "I'll buy you a new shirt." was all he could manage to say between kisses, their lips and tongues crashing together so wildly and so deeply that when the kiss finally broke, both were out of breath and panting. Axel slid a hand into Roxas' pants, getting a grip on his member and stroking it slowly. Roxas let out a girly moan, something that Axel knew he tried to hide.

Pulling his tight jeans off and throwing them over the back of the couch, Roxas felt Axel rip his underwear clean off, immediately moving to go down on him. It wasn't something that happened super often, because it embarrassed Roxas so much, and because... he blushed and let out a moan as he thought about it, every part of his body tingling... when Axel went down on him like this, it meant that things were going to get heavy, and that the sex would be really rough. Roxas gulped, a nervous whine leaving him as Axel's head rose up, and their eyes met. "D-Don't stop now, Axel... i-it's okay, really." Axel kissed down his chest before speaking, poised and ready to pick up where he left off.

"I'm not going to stop, but you already knew that. I'll also try my best not to hurt you; you already knew that, too." Axel said, his hand stroking Roxas gently, feeling each throb and pulse with a smile. "Now I'm going to fuck the shit out of you... and I'm pretty sure you knew that one as well." Axel reached behind the couch for Roxas' bag, digging around in it with his free hand until he found the small bottle he was looking for. Axel poured lubricant on both of his hands, continuing to stroke Roxas while probing at his entrance. First two fingers, then three, pumping both hands rhythmically while Roxas shook and moaned at his every touch. When Axel finally drew back, throwing his gym shorts off as quickly as he could, Roxas' face shaded over with red... and his expression was all Axel needed to see to know that he was in love. He lubricated himself, and positioned his head at Roxas' entrance, sliding in with a stifled moan.

Roxas was trying not to moan like such a... well, like a girl, but he couldn't help himself. Axel was pushing all the right buttons, in just the right order. It was all Roxas could do to keep from shouting at the top of his lungs, so he would just have to settle for the girly moaning, which seemed to turn Axel on even more.

Axel began thrusting, biting at his own lip until he felt Roxas' hand on his cheek, directing his stare so that their eyes centered on each other. Roxas' eyes were so deep and beautiful, Axel would have had difficulty staring into them if Roxas weren't his; it would be too difficult to stay away. He was going to say "I love you", but his mouth and tongue were suddenly tangled up with Roxas', his own body disobeying his orders and standing, slamming Roxas against the nearest hard surface. The coffee table creaked under them as Axel continued his assault, making love to Roxas with more fury and vigor than ever before. Axel's pace had quickened, and suddenly he felt the table drop out from under them, one of his lanky arms reaching down to hold up Roxas.

"A-Axel... you broke the table, and there's stuff all over th-mmmm..." Roxas tried to protest, but it was futile, his tongue lapping over Axel's as the two of them struggled for breath between kisses and groans of pleasure. Roxas felt himself being picked up again, and slammed unceremoniously into the wall as Axel's thrusting became slower, but more powerful and intense. The rhythm that they had going was taking Roxas' breath away; he was so lightheaded that he thought he might pass out! "Axel... y-you're making my head spin, love..."

Careful not to injure Roxas, Axel picked up the pace again. One arm held Roxas' body up while the other scraped at the wall. Roxas apparently couldn't take the pounding anymore, as Axel felt a warm stickiness against his stomach, along with Roxas' shuddering and quaking; the legs that were gripping his sides began to lose their strength as he reached his climax, and slid down to the floor with his lover in his arms. Neither could breathe steadily, their chests rising and falling rapidly as they fought for breath. Axel's vision finally regained focus, and he found himself staring into Roxas' baby blues.

Roxas waited until he could breathe again before speaking, his arms wrapping possessively around Axel's neck and pulling him closer. "I love you, Axel, so please..." He kissed Axel deeply, for once letting all of his walls down, and found whatever piece of Axel's soul he could as they stared deeply into each others eyes. "Please, never leave me. I need you in my life." Roxas measured his breathing as he waited for Axel to say something. They had exchanged 'I love you's before, but Roxas knew that nothing he had ever said to Axel before carried the weight of what he'd just said.

"I love you too Roxas, you know that." Axel cradled Roxas' chin in his fist, adjusting their lower regions a bit as he leaned in for another quick kiss. "You should also know that I'm not going anywhere. What would become of my music career if I lost my muse?" When the glow started to wear off, Axel took another deep breath, his eyes meeting Roxas' once more. "Seriously though, I won't leave you. I swear. I'm head over heels for you, Roxy."

"Don't call me Roxy."
