Thanks for all the reviews. You made me a junkie in a good way.
In Part 3 there will be a couple of OC's from my past two stories that I've done much early on. I think some will remember when you see the writings done in italics from one. Part 3 will be brief to introduce a new problem for Zim, Dib, Gaz and Tak. Also of course the Empire. I don't know how else to summarize this right now so please forgive me.
How does the cat find new ways to toy with the mouse? Does the cat ever think about hypnotizing that mouse to do its every whim before meeting is very own demise? Very curious, he wondered as he watched the children play in front of him in the park. He would smile at them when they paid him any attention. When he was younger this was taboo. You must always stick to your studies or else.
Boring.
Although the occasional destruction you get to cause is exciting so that gets exciting.
Worth it.
Pulling up an image he studied the Irken down in the cell before ending up in front of her. Most would scatter at his sudden appearance, but she hissed at him. "Disgusting race." Was his comment.
She just stared at him. He could tell she was intently studying him.
"What is your weakness?" He asked. Her response was the same. "I can always ask the father of your baby. Or is the baby itself?" That got a good reaction from her making her stand up abruptly to shoot towards the bars.
"Don't you dare touch them. If you want to torture someone, torture me."
Coming closer, he asked because he simply forgot what her name was. "What is your name?"
"Tak. Your name?"
Feisty one, he thought. "None of your business."
Tak's eyes just continued their unrelenting stare. "I'll call you a jerk face."
"Call me what you like, I don't care." Reaching forward, he grabbed the front of her face to push against the bars. "I bet you are wondering why I am acting out, aren't you?"
No reply, just hissing.
Squeezing her face tight, he pushed her away roughly. "I don't like having our atmosphere invaded. We hate Irk. And my reason is secretive."
As much as Tak really didn't like Zim still she knew one thing, he would be crazy enough to defeat this guy no matter what.
Back on the Massive, Zim didn't want to leave the room without doing one thing so he dipped his head down to kiss the side of her neck earning a very sleepy lilt from her lips before she turned her amber eyes on him. "I don't want to leave this room, but I have to go to the bridge." He informed her.
She knew he feared the same thing happening prompting her to get him on his back so she could kiss him on the neck. "Would you be against me joining you up there once I'm cleaned up, eaten and dressed?"
Flipping her back on her back, he had to view her pristine skin below him. "I wouldn't object to it at all."
"Good, but next time you get up and get cleaned up let me join you." The way he was viewing her body made her think one thing out loud. "Or at least next time when you wake me before you go to the bridge, you don't dress up beforehand so we can have a quickie."
Kissing one breast, he said, "For one, you look peaceful when you are still asleep." Kisses her other breast. "For two, I can most likely do the second thing quite easily."
Beaming a smile up at him, she sat up to kiss him. "I'll see you as soon as possible then. I love you."
"I love you too." Giving her another kiss, he unhappily left the bed then their quarters to head to the bridge.
For Gaz, the girl who felt wired wrong all these years to finally feel snapped into place somehow, she fell back into bed to stretch out in a leisurely fashion before she headed to the bathroom to clean up. She did request something to be made so it could be there after she was done, something the Computer was always nice enough in saying yes to. Thanking him, she went to enjoy her bath.
For Zim it was more than an hour he left Gaz and sure he was afraid after what happened last time. He had to have faith she wouldn't attempt it, but the way she acted around him he had to keep hope alive. He didn't want to walk in on that scene ever again. He didn't want to see his worse nightmare realized. As he scanned the readings of everything around him and listened to everyone, he heard the announcement that she entered making him turn his attention to his, Demoness wearing a lighter purple and black dress. While she nodded to any who greeted her, the look she granted him was something he knew well as he extended his hand for her to accept.
"Perfect." Zim felt so tempted to nuzzle with her there, but settled on giving her a gentle kiss on her earlobe.
Knowing how well their hearing is compared to humans, Gaz whispered something to him earning her the largest smile she had ever seen him give before examining everything around here. "Pretty cool so far, but why does it smell like donuts?"
"Red and Purple had their addictions." Zim replied.
"As if you didn't."
Leaning close to her again, Zim said seductively, "I'll show you my addiction tonight, if you care to see it, my Gaz-love."
"Always." Gaz sat down in a chair he indicated while he did his duty. While at times it was boring, she had to admit it did put thoughts in her head along with enjoying seeing him in charge. To her it was quite sexy.
Dib hired the woman across the street who also worked as a nanny before, but unfortunately lost that job due to, well the Invasion. Dib knew her all their life and kept the hologram on Jack all the time he was gone along with telling her that he has a very specific and strict diet to adhere to. He hated being away from him while he was working, but being a single parent now, he had to keep a roof over their heads. He just didn't spend as much time there as his dad did so when he came home to relieve the nanny, he happily deactivated his hologram to sit down in the kitchen to not only feed him, but himself as well. Jack wasn't a fussy eater and always smiled at him each time he fed him.
"Seriously, how did I get lucky in having you?" He wondered in awe as he picked him up. Did their own father ever pick Gaz and him up and look at them like Dib looked at Jack right now? Probably not. Who knows? Sometimes it wasn't good to think those thoughts.
On the weekends, when he gave himself time off, he spent all his time with Jack. He would bring him out and at night he found himself on the couch with him. While he may of had company, he still would have brief thoughts of melancholy when he thought of Tak and of their last time together. He was so angry at her in how she went about things, and even though he did have feelings for her, he was just pissed to the point he scoffed at her last words to him when they parted.
He never voiced his thoughts out loud in front of his son just in case he understood each word he said. Only late at night while alone in his room, as he heard him sleeping away in his crib, Dib would either sit or lay on his bed in thought.
"I love him, Tak and as much as I hate the way our last time happened at least it had something beautiful as an end result." Pausing to listen to the monitor, he continued. "Hard to decipher feelings for someone like you because I tried not to. If I do I'll end up going insane. I can't go insane right now."
Laying down to stare up at the ceiling, he just studied it for some time as an urge came over him, an urge he didn't wish to voice out loud.
While it was strange for that Jerk to show her images of Dib and their son, she did enjoy it wondering what he was planning. Tak wished she could reach out to touch that scythe on the top of Dib's head. She did approach him entirely the wrong way the last time, so that angered look in his eyes humiliated her. She understood why he felt the way he did. Bowing her head down, she truly wasn't surprised at hearing from her host.
"Aww the poor little Irken is sad. Pity."
"I'm not important amongst the entire scale of the Empire, so why me? Because of my child?" Tak bit out the question as her eyes finally felt their fire back.
"Would you care to see them again?"
Tak let out rushed aired laughter at the question. "I know a trick when I see it."
Crouching down to look at her almost like a hungry lion, he grinned at her. "Perhaps it is and perhaps it isn't."
"You hate my kind so it is a trick."
Throwing his arms out to the sides in a whole, you got me look, he smiled at her. "True, I do, and I won't reveal it until I have a look see at your new Tallest. Let me see if he is worth the trouble for me to play with."
"What are you planning?" Glancing over a faded image now, Tak narrowed her eyes.
Getting back up, he waggled his finger at her. "Tsk tsk. I won't share that with you. Good bye for now."
