(Ashley pov)
"that is me." Glen stud up and yelled.
"order order in the court" the judge said banging his hammer thingy majiggy. hell I don't know what it's called.
" ms. Davies is it him" the judge said. oh man I dont want to lie but if I dont I cant get Kyla but I do lie I can get ky ky back. I'll have to keep me and Spencer relationship on the down low. I'm gonna have to lie I don't want to lose Spencer or my sister.
"yes sir it is him" I said looking up at judge.
"I'm going to discuss it with the jury. as of right now. I call a recess" the judge said. man I hope they believe me I can't have this on my record. I will never get Kyla back then.
I saw Spencer crying. all I want to do is hold her. 'tell her every thing will be ok and that I love her.' I see Spencer big blues look at me. wow she is so beautiful. I smiled at her, letting her kno everything is going to be ok.
(Spencer pov)
"Kyla I can't do this anymore." I said with tears running down my face. "it's going to be ok. we will make it through this." Ky said hugging me. I hope it is. I hope they let her go ky ky need her. I told them almost everything. well some what. lol in my head just now.
(3rd person pov)
"so what does everyone think." the judge said tapping his pen on the table.
"I think she should be thrown in jail for the rest of her life." one of the jury said looking the judge in the eyes.
"I think they are all lying to cover ms. Davies ass" another jury person said running her hand through her hair.
"I disagree with both of you. I think she should be let go she has her job to worry about. why would she jeopardize her job for some teenager." the jury person said standing up and slapping his hand on the table.
"I agree with this guy over here" she said pointing at the man that is standing up. "same here" another one said.
"no she is a disgusting piece of shit that slept with a little girl. she should be killed" the other one said throwing his pen down.
"I agree. that is just the most disgusting thing anyone can do." "NO! I don't think she did it. I think she should be let go" she said. then the one that just said something before her roller her eyes.
"I agree with her" this man said pointing at the lady beside him.
"she should be let go and that lady that made up this whole lie should be in jail." some women said.
"I agree. I think it is just a big misunderstanding between two people" a man said tapping his foot.
"ok from all your opinions I have came to a decision." the judge said walking out of the room. the judge got back up on the stand. the jury went back to their sets. " I have came to a conclusion." the judge said banging his mallet when the stand. everyone sat back down.
"Ashley Marie Davies please stand. we have decided to let you go. we think it was just an big misunderstanding." the judge said.

I jumped up and down and run to ky ky. I picked up and swung her around.
"thank you god. I have missed you so much." Kyla said. "I miss you too baby sis." I said.
I put her down and walked over to Glen and gave him the biggest kiss on the lips. I have to put on a show for everyone.
I wink a Spencer after I stopped kissing him. we all walked out of the court happy as can be.
"you little bitch" my mother said pulling me by the arm away from everyone.
"whatever mother I'm done with you. goodbye for ever." I said pulling away from her and walking to Clay's car. I sat right beside Spencer. we pulled out of the parking lot on the the road.
" I love you so much Ashley" Spencer said grabbing my hand.
"I love you too baby girl" I said kissing her on the nose.
