Soundwave Meets the Internet

AN: This chapter is rated K. It features Soundwave from the animated franchise. Hope you guys like it! :D

If there was one thing Soundwave knew, it was that humans are very creative. The tiny flesh bags had so much imagination it was almost scary. And that was where Soundwave found himself watching a cartoon anime called 'Code Lyoko.' A show about some teens discovering a virtual world that could possible destroy their own. It was intense, and humorous. Especially the human character they called 'Odd.' He really was an odd one.

The mech was watching the season finale. He couldn't take his optics off it. With each passing moment, Soundwave began to wish he could be a part of it. The action, the adventure, everything! Being on the sidelines was always so boring, there wasn't much to see. Of course he would never admit that to Megatron, but still. He wanted to be a part of something more.

'Maybe, Shockwave can invent something for me?' He couldn't help but grin at that and without another thought, the mech hurried out to find the Cyclopes scientist.

It wouldn't be long now. After some talk and a few favors made Soundwave was finally going to get what he had wanted.

Shockwave was putting the finishing touches on the machine then proceeded to turn to face silent mech.

"This machine is not a toy, Soundwave," He warned, "It will allow you to enter the show, and interact with the characters. But if you die, you die for real. Is that understood?"

Honestly, Soundwave wasn't paying much attention, he was too excited to really care for Shockwave's warnings, and he nodded without really thinking. Shockwave grunted a little bit and finally pressed a large green button.

"This machine is connected to the spacebridge. All you need to do is set it to your show and or movie, and enter it; simple as that."

Soundwave almost squealed like a school-girl. That's it? Oh this is so awesome! He could visit pinkie Pie, or see One Piece in person! He almost felt light headed.

Soundwave hurried forward and reached to press a button, when there was a sudden flash that erupted behind them! The two mechs turned and saw another mech. He looked like a younger version of Soundwave, but that can't be right. Right?

The purple, square mech stumbled over and fell to his knees in front of the two, "D-Don't do it!"

"What are you talking about," Shockwave blinked his single optic in confusion. The other mech coughed up some Energon, grabbing onto Soundwave's legs. "Don't! If you go in there you'll ruin everything!"

"Who are you?" Soundwave knew there couldn't be two of him, right? Maybe it was him from the past, but how was that possible?

Younger Soundwave coughed some more, "I'm you f-from another dimension! You see, I did the same thing you are about to do!" He pointed at the machine, his servo shaking like a leaf, "Don't do it! The Autobots discover it and they go in to recruit some of the most horrible, diabolical, shows that cause the Autobots to win!"

Shockwave grabbed that other Soundwave and hosted him up by his shoulder plate, curiously inspecting there dimensional visitor, "What shows do they recruit."

The smaller mech whimpered and finally choked out, "Teletubbies…"The mech then proceeded to burst out crying, "They recruited the Teletubbies, and then Dora the Explorer!" He fell over banging his fist against the ground, balling his optics out, "They wanted to be my friend… the-they wanted to be my friend…"

Shockwave growled "Pull yourself together, that's not going to happen."

Younger Soundwave shot his head up, glaring daggers "You're right it isn't going to happen, because in this dimension they recruit the worst child show in existence… "He froze his fear filled optics locked on the two before he finally breathed out in a shaky voice, "…Barney." The younger mech then curled into a fatal position and quietly hummed the 'I love you,' Barney song.

Soundwave and Shockwave glanced at each other. Before Soundwave had time to react Shockwave pulled out his gun and shot the machine, it exploded in hissing fireworks.

Shockwave turned and glared menacing at Soundwave, "That talking, purple, dinosaur scares me."

AN: XD Sorry for the delay, been kind of busy. I'm going to be working on the next chapter to 'Soundwave's Twelve Pains of Christmas,' so keep a look out for it. I also like to give you guys a heads up that I might have trouble updating next month. I'm going to start back to High School for a GED program and it's going to up most of my time. I'll try to update on the weekends, so hopefully I'll still be able to update weekly, but I can't make any promises, sorry .

I'd like to give a special thanks to 'Guess' who mentioned Code Lyoko and ' HardyGal,' he mentioned Soundwave from the Animated version. Those gave me some ideas for this chap :D Love you guys, and as always I own nothing! XD Hope you like this chapter!
