Soundwave Meets the Internet
"Soundwave, as you may know Starscream is back to his former statue as my SIC," Megatron stopped giving the silent mech an angry look. His red optics flashing a dark violet color for only a nano-klick. "However he has yet to show any change. He continues to disobey me and is still trying to over throw me. I would normally beat him into submission, but he still refuses me as his higher commander. Shockwave informed me that he built a machine, not too long ago, that can take the TV images and bring them to life." Soundwave tensed up at the mention of that cursed machine. It had given him nightmares for weeks.
"We need to bring him down to size. If you and Shockwave can do that, I will forget about you losing those relics last week." Megatron's voice lowered dangerously. This made Soundwave shutter, but he refused to physically show it.
"I expect results soon. If Starscream doesn't change in a week I don't think I need to go into any details." Soundwave gave a weak nod, not trust himself to play a recording.

"Yes, what is it, Shockwave? Can't you see I was doing something important?" Starscream's annoyed voice shouted as he entered the darker part of the Nemesis. Shockwave rolled his one optic. Out of all of the cons, Starscream was by far the most annoying one.
"Yes, but I'm sure you can spare a few klicks." Starscream glared "Fine what is it?"
Finally, they were getting somewhere. "I heard you 'explaining' how fast you are. That no one can beat you."
"Yes, so?"
"So, I found someone who would like to battle you for title of the fastest flier in existence."
Starscream did a double take, and then growled "What! Who would dare challenge the mighty Starscream?"
Shockwave tried not to laugh, this was going to be fun, but he had to play it out innocently. That was the way to get to him. "A young femme by the name of Rainbow Dash. She says she's the fastest and could beat you in no time."
The seeker scrunched his silver face in disgust. "Rainbow Dash? Bah! What type of designation is that? It sounds too stupid to be a con, even if she's a femme."
"Well what do you plan to do, Commander Starscream?" Shockwave made sure to add enthuses to the seeker's title, just to add a little spice to the pot. It worked out deliciously. Starscream's face was boiling red. His optics glowed an eerie blood shade. Oh, Shockwave hit a nerve. Perfect.
"I shall destroy her!" The seeker bellowed. "And when I'm done, Megatron will get down on his knees begging for my mercy! I shall forever be known as the fastest seeker in existence!"
With an evil laugh, Starscream turned and hurried out. If physically possible, Shockwave smirked. 'Megatron is in for a treat.'

Starscream came out of the skies with a mighty roar. Slamming himself into the ground, kicking up a dust cloud of dirt. "Who dares challenge The Mighty Starscream?" The seeker searched for his opponent. His optics immediately locked on a small shadow coming out of the clouds. At first it looked like a large bird, but as it came closer and closer, Starscream was baffled to find it was actually a small blue Pegasus with a rainbow main and tail.
She landed kicking up more smoke and gave Starscream a friendly smile, "Hi there!"
Starscream couldn't hold back his laughter, not that he would in the first place. This was ridiculous!
"A pony!" the seeker laughed, "I'll crush you in an instant, prepare to be annihilated!"
Rainbow Dash didn't seemed faze by his insult and instead said the obvious, "You talk a lot," before taking off, flying around and around Starscream, striking him with enormous force.
She came around to the back of his stabilizing servo, kicking her back hooves against his ankles. She flew up to his face, but was slapped away. This did not do much to stop her. Rainbow Dash was a pretty tough pony.
"That's it!" Starscream bellowed, "I am going to-" He was cut off when a blue hoof was slapped on his forehead followed by and energetic "Tag, you're it!" Rainbow Dash took off leaving behind a trail of rainbows in her wake.
"Gahhh!" Starscream transformed into his jet mood and flew her!
When he caught her in his sights, Starscream didn't hesitate to blast everything he had at her. This stupid pony won't best him! No, he was Starscream the greatest and fastest seeker that ever lived!
Surprisingly, this pony was much faster, that or Starscream was a terrible shot. She dodged his blasts with ease, as if it were a game. That idiotic pony! How dare she make a fool of him!
He blasted more rockets, but again Rainbow was dodging them. Starscream was losing his patience!
Starscream growled again and aimed at the Pegasus, "Alright hold still." She disappeared in a flash, "Gah!" Before he could look around for his target, Rainbow came up to his line of vision and started to make funny faces. Sticking out her tongue and making farting noises. Starscream screamed, not being able to see properly. She finally disappeared in another quick flash.
'Where in the name of Primus did she go?' He looked around, but there was no sign of her. She could be anywhere! Her fur was almost the same shade as the sky itself. Rainbow could easily camouflage herself and then strike!
"You're not very good at this game, are you?" Wait. Where did that come from? A quick scan indicated that she was on top of him, literally! That blasted pony was trying to get a free ride!
Rainbow took off, shaking Starscream off course for a second, before she disappeared into the clouds. Oh no, she was not getting away from him. Not this time!
Starscream tried to follow her, but the thick clouds made it difficult to navigate through. She disappeared, again! Starscream transformed into his robotic form, servos held up into tight balled fists, "Where are you!" He couldn't see her, "Show yourself!"
Rainbow Dash ambushed him with a charcoal covered cloud, "Hey!" He shouted, but was zapped with lighting when the Pegasus used her back hooves against the clouds. Lighting plus metal was never a good thing. Especially if it was living metal.
Starscream released howls of pain, plummeting to the ground creating an impressive crater.
Rainbow Dash swooped down. The seeker just laid there immobile. As the Pegasus got closer she saw a small thing pipe pointing straight at her, "Huh?" A bright flash sent her flying across the ground with an impressive force.
Dash jumped to her feet, shaking the dirt out of her coat. Her teeth clenched down as she took a box stance, snorting loudly at Starscream's laughter, while kicking her front hoof, "Alright. It. Is. On." She took off with even more speed than before, flying around Starscream. Going faster, and faster! The dirt swirled around the seeker, before finally shaping into a spinning cone.
Starscream spun around inside the twister, he tried to transform, but that did nothing but knock him down to the ground.
Rainbow came down again then charge at her opponent. Starscream held out a servo begging her to stop, "Wait! Wait! I'm sorry!" Rainbow came to a quick hault.
"Please don't hurt me! I-I'll join the herd. I'll be a good Decepticon for now on. Please, just let me go." The pony raised an eye brow. From what Shockwave had explained to her, Starscream was a trickster. He couldn't be trusted, but the seeker sounded so sincere. Maybe he was just misunderstood? Maybe he needed a friend?
"Well… I don't know." Rainbow was stuck. She couldn't decided, "I know I should love and tolerate, but…"
The was a high pitch beeping noise coming from the seeker. Rainbow's eyes widen when she saw that evil grin on his face, "Wait, what's that?"
Two flaps on Starscream's chest popped opened revealing a bundle of high powered, heat seeking rockets. "Die!"
He fired them with no hesitation. Rainbow Dash barely reacted. She shot up into the air. She tried to shake the rockets off, but it was no use, they had her in their sights and from the looks of it they weren't going to lose her.
Starscream watched as they disappeared into the clouds. He crossed his arms waiting for the anticipating explosion.
It shouldn't take so long. Could that pony really be that fast? Yes, he witness first hand that she was faster than him, but those rockets where twice his speed.
With a thunderous roar, Rainbow came swooping down with a herd of rockets following close behind her. She flew even faster, the wind around her began to narrow into a sharp angle and with a final push Rainbow Dash created her signature Sonic Rain boom, blaster down to earth in high speeds, leaving behind a trail of rainbows. She slipped underneath Starscream's legs, and still continued to fly.
Starscream twisted around to see where she was flying too, but a familiar sound of rockets caught his attention. The moment the seeker turned back he was blasted into pieces. His chassis being the biggest piece fell to the ground with a heavy clash of metal. Rainbow Dash grinned fluttering to the ground, "Aw yeah, that was awesome!"
Starscream's spark floated out of the large hole in his chest screeching, "You have not won! I am invincible! My spark lives! You can never defeat Starscr-" Rainbow took one big bite and swallowed Starscream's spark whole.

On top of a hill not too far away, Steve, Soundwave and Shockwave were dumbfounded at the battle they had just witness.
Steve took a quick glance at his fellow Decepticons before uttering, "When Lord Megatron said we should bring Starscream down to size, I think he was metaphorically speaking…"
