A/N) Yay! Almost there guys! I think two more chappies after this one and I will have completed my first Ninjago fic EVER!

We are so hooped guys. Can't go on much longer." Jay huffed, zapping several skeletons, just barley stopping them.
"It's been an honor guys." Kai set his jaw as they all huddled, breathless, back to back.
Each ninja narrowed his eyes, waiting for their demise with dignity. Standing together.
Suddenly a sharp crackle filled the air, the skeletons froze in chunks of ice. The ninja threw a cheer.
"Zane!" Jay hugged his friend nearly in a death grip, "You are too awesome!"
"Thank you friends," He smiled as Jay released him, "But I fear my awesome will not hold them off for long." He pointed to the craking ice, "They are very persistent.
"Tell me about it, "Kai huffed, "Come on let's get Dyron." They silently agreed before charging with new vigor through the wretched army.
Dyron saw them gain ground. But he wasn't done yet. His new powers made him unstoppable, and these morons were just that for thinking they had a fighting chance. Still, to be on the safe side.
Dyron hissed out as his powers surged though him, "No, you won't" He threw a bolt of crackling energy that nearly beheaded Lloyd.
It hit his unconscious Slave, Croc, instead. The ninja watched in horror as the mans body began to shuddered violently. His skin change into a dark shade of red and strange scales grew out from his arms. They all gasped as the new creature jumped up with lightening speed and attacked Zane before they could blink, and pinned him to the ground snarling like a monster he had become.
Jay jumped forward and zapped the hulking man with his best shot, which did nothing except tickle it, "Go, guys! I'll help Zane!"
The three nodded and headed for Dyron. The dark king wasn't done with his tricks. He snapped another bolt into the ground which started to shake again. The ninja were thrown off their feet as the ground cracked and a huge snake like monster exploded from it and slithered with deadly speed towards the three boys.
"Yow!" Lloyd yelped jumping up to get out of that things war path.
"That is the second biggest monster snake I have ever seen!" Kai yelped as Cole shoved him aside.
Suddenly green fire encased the evil snake. The boys all looked up and took a breath.
Lloyd looked up and grinned, "Mom, Dad, Uncle!" He waved excitedly at the sky.
The three elders where sitting atop of Lloyds Dragon, "Don't worry son, we have this!" Garmadon called, as the dragon threw another flame at the giant snake.
"Cole!" Misako yelled, stopping the young ninja in his tracks, "Where is Ashlyn?" Cole pointed towards the huddled girls almost mechanically.
Misako nodded and jumped off the dragon heading for the girls, "I will fix this." She called and zipped away. Neither male could question her, besides they had MUCH bigger things to handle right now.
"Kai!" Cole yelled, pointing at a floating Evil king "Leg up!"
Kai nodded, understanding instantly. He brace himself, laced his hands together as Cole ran, jumped on them. Kai used the momentum and threw his friend up as he jumped into the air.
Cole practically flew himself as his eyes narrowed in on Dyron. He landed on the glowing monster and grabbed him mid air catching the dark hell welder by surprise.
"Get off me you freak!" Dyron hollered. Clawing at Cole with tearing nails.
Cole clung tighter, 'Oh I'm THE FREAK!" He yelled, punching the monster man in the face. Hard. Any normal human's head would have snapped off.
"No, get off me!" Dyron panicked. Pain actually entered his brain. NO! he'd waited too long for this power, and he wasn't about to let some mortel punk take it from him. NO HE WASN'T!
"Die mortal!" He let out an unearthly scream, as gathered himself together.
Coles' hand closed on the stone at that instant, Dyron mustered up all his dark crackling power and let it blast. It threw Cole with a sickening light so bright nobody could see for a full ten seconds.
The next thing they saw was Cole flying across the field and landing in an unmoving mass of body.
"COLE!" They all shouted simultaneously.
"Oh god no!" Jay fell to his knees forgetting the skeleton army. Tears threatening to spill.
Lloyd tried to run to there fallen leader but the huge snake slammed it's tail between them, blocking him off.
Zane shook off his shock first and grabbed the stunned Jay under the arms, dragging him away from the fighting skeletons, that nearly chopped the chestnut haired boys head off.
Kia, clenched his fists, his teeth, his heart. Anything so he wouldn't feel fear.
That was it. They had to finish. NOW!
Misako bent over Ashlyn, "Nya, some room."
Nya nodded not able to hold back tears as she stared at Coles unmoving body. How was Misako so calm right now? Her own heart had all but shattered.
"Cole he's. . . Misako!" She burst out in grief fearing the worst now.
"I know dear," The elderly woman answered gently, " but we have to deal with this first." She bent over the unconscience girl.
Nya wiped away her streaming tears and watched in confusion. What was Misako thinking?
She watched still confused as the older woman placed a strange purple and yellow plant under Ashlyns nose. She waved it around gently, a pungent smell filled Nya's nostrils. Oh dear, what was that?!
Nya gasped as the pale girl in her lap suddenly began to cough and sputter harshly. The strange restraining glow around her neck puffed away into nothing.
"W-what?" She opened her amethyst colored eyes groggily. Her vision blurred as she blinked several times in attempt to clear it. Colors of Misako and Nya turned into solid forms. How did they get here?
"No time for that sweetie, your our only hope now." Misako helped her up, getting to the point instantly. She carefully turned Ashley's limp head towards the chaos.
Nya raised her eye brows, STILL confused,''What? What do you mean our only hope?"
"Later Nya. Please. Ashlyn can you-" Misako started her sentence, but was cut off as she saw Ashlyn attempt to stand.
She did shakily, but she was on her feet, "I can." She lifted her face, everything she had coursed through her. She ignored her stinging wounds. Her heart beat faster. Her eyes began to glow a deep purple. She knew what she had to do now. It was the last thing she could do.
She started to walk steadily towards the warring mess. Slowly, and dangerously calm through the crazy chaos destroying skeletons with single blasts from her hands. The ninja all stood up staring in awe, slightly frozen with fear, as they watched her blast the gigantic snakes head off easily. Her eyes were blazing now, her body slowly radiated purple power that was growing inside.
"Zane?" Jay looked over at his friend confused. His blue eyes utterly fearful.
For once Zane had no words.
Kai stopped mid fight and watched Ashlyn float towards Dyron. He swallowed a lump in his throat. Oh man, this was going to be messy.
He threw the skeleton under his arm down, "Come on guys! Run for cover!" Nobody had to be told twice.
They all ran as far away from the two crackling being. Even the sensei's and the dragons landed away, the dragon folded it's wings carefully around the frightened group for protection.
Jay nearly whimpered as he held Nya. The sky was blurring.
This was going to be crazy.
