The sun was rising in to the morning sky as Natsu walked down the street towards his school. His hands were shoved into his pockets and his eyes were watching his feet as he walked. He stopped when he heard someone call his name.

"Natsu!"

The pinknette turned and blinked

"Oh...hey Lucy." He sighed

The blonde girl caught up, grinning happily.

"I'm so happy I caught up with you." Lucy smiled, her hair blowing in the soft wind "Do you wanna walk to school together?" She asked, fixing the strap on her bag.

"Urm."

Well he couldn't say no because they were already walking together

"Yeah, sure." His response made her grin more. After a moment of silence the blonde looked over at him

"Ya know...Natsu." She took a deep breath, her heart racing. Natsu gave her a small 'Hm?'

"I um...I like you a lot..." She held her breath, stopping when Natsu also stopped.

"Sorry I'm not looking for a relationship right know." Was all he said, happy the school was right ahead. Natsu hurried and walked inside, leaving the blonde behind.

Natsu ran his hand threw his hair as he headed to homeroom; thank god he dodged that one. Does she not know what gay means? He sat down in his seat, not talking to anyone as usual.

"What are you doing?" Lyon asked, looking up from his book as Gray came down the steps with a bag on his shoulder.

Gray grinned "I'm going to get my man back." He headed for the front door. "And Igneel can't stop me." The raven's brother smiled, happy for his younger brother.

"Don't forget the condoms!" Lyon yelled after him "Welcome home sex is the best." He teased, smirking to himself.

Gray laughed as he walked out the front door; the wind blew through his hair. He looked at his watch on his left wrist, it was 10am. He took a deep breath and headed down to the bus stop. Natsu will be his again, no matter what. He grinned confidently, his dark eyes brightened.

The wait for the bus was way to long for Gray; he leaned back on the bench, tapping his fingers. A little old lady came over and sat next to him, she smiled at the boy.

"What's troubling you?" She asked gently, placing her hand on his to stop his annoying tapping. Gray looked at her and swallowed.

"I'm just nervous" He replied, looking up at the sun, squinting a little at the brightness. "It's a big day" he cracked a small smile.

The old lady tilted her head "Why is that hun?" She asked, she had a feeling it was about love.

"I'm getting my boyfriend back today, no matter what his dad says." The raven glanced at her to see her response, hoping she wouldn't be grossed out.

"That's wonderful dear, what's his name?" She smiled, wanting to know more.

Gray was genuinely happy to talk to her about Natsu. They talked until the bus pulled up, pausing as they both paid for their tickets before continuing their conversation, only ending it when the little old woman had to get off.

"Thank you for listening." Gray smiled as he watched her leave

"You are a good kid Gray, I wish you well." She smiled back as she disappeared down the bus steps.

Gray let out a long breath, he felt so much better. The smile never left his face even when he fell asleep.

"Natsu." He whispered in his sleep.

When two o'clock rolled around the bell rang and students spilled into the halls, their obnoxious voice ran through the long corridor. Natsu was so happy the day was done. He just wanted to go home and be done with everything.

The teen got to his locker, switching the books he would need with the ones he wouldn't, before shutting and re-locking the lock. His tan fingers ran through his hair as he pulled his bag back onto his shoulders.

"Wait! Natsu!" A voice yelled at him as he made his way outside.

Damm He thought. It must be Lucy again.

He spun and looked at her, he was correct.

"Yea?" He asked, feeling annoyed. Maybe he should let her down easy soon.

"Let's walk together again." She connected their arms and dragged him down the street.

"Great." He muttered under his breath, unheard by the blonde.

They walked in silence, well Natsu did. Lucy talked the whole time about god knows what.

Finally, they reached Natsu house. They both stopped and Natsu was about to tell Lucy he wasn't interested.

"Listen Luc-mphhh." He was cut off by her lips.

Natsu's eyes widened. Oh god...what do I do? his thoughts were cut short by a small sounds from his left. He pushed Lucy " God would you stop!" He yelled at her, looking to his side, his heart suddenly missed a beat as he saw a young man standing just in front of his garden gate.

"Gray?"
