DISCLAIMER: I DON'T OWN OURAN HIGHSCHOOL HOST CLUB.

Tamaki: Don't forget about my crown.

Me: Don't tell me what to….wait stay away from my closet! FINE! I won't forget…..jeez.

"Took you long enough to get here, but to be honest I thought it would've taken you a lot longer." Hikaru smirked.

"You we're waiting for us?" Faith blinked in curiosity.

"Yep, we thought we'd be nice and walk you to your homerooms since we have the same ones." They offered.

"No thanks." Mercy said walking past them.

"Don't be rude, we waited this whole time for you." Hikaru pouted.

"After what you said to me yesterday, you can see why I'm so weary of you." Mercy said, coldly.

"Sorry about that, it was a misunderstanding I'm sure." Kaoru apologized.

"So sure." Mercy said sarcastically. Faith mentally groaned as she walked up towards the twins.

"Mercy, go on ahead. I think I'll let the twins walk me there." Faith said sheepishly.

"What, why?" Mercy asked shocked.

"Because I-I'm still confused about where my classes are and since they're in all most all of them, they could help me. I'm doing pretty well finding them on my own but I told you, I got lost 6 times yesterday, my goal is 3 or less today." Faith lied. It seems she was doing a lot more of that than usual. Mercy stared at her for a while before turning around.

"Whatever." She said as she walked off. Faith heart throbbed; she knew she hurt Mercy by making her feel like she chose the twins over her. Faith faced the twins.

"So, walk me there would you?" She asked kindly.

"Sure." The twins said, looping their arms around hers.

"So what's the real reason you wanted to walk with me?" Faith asked slightly uncomfortable with the direct contact from the twins.

"We just wanted to get to know the girls that are holding our dear secret." Hikaru leaned closer, playing with the blue ribbon in her hair. Faith stopped, causing them to stop too.

"About that, Mercy doesn't know Haruhi's secret." Faith informed them.

"Why?" They asked confused.

"Because I didn't tell her." Faith replied using the most obvious answer she there was. The twins rolled their eyes.

"And why not?" They asked.

"Because now may not be the best time." Faith replied as honestly as she could. The twins looked confused.

"Is she bad at keeping secrets?" Hikaru asked cautiously

"Trust me; there isn't a single secret she couldn't handle." Faith sighed.

"Then what the problem?"

"I'm just waiting for something before I tell her." Faith asked, slightly blushing.

"Tell us." They said again.

"It's nothing."

"What is it?" They asked persistently, leaning closer and closer till their faces where smashed against hers. Faith felt her face go red with embarrassment as she started to feel claustrophobic.

"Please just forget it." Faith sighed tiredly.

The twins stared at her, she looked so tired and weak they we stunned. The same girl that yelled at them with such intense power back in the music room now seemed feeble looking.

"I'm sorry, we won't push you anymore." Kaoru apologized.

"It's fine, I just don't feel very good, I guess I just haven't had enough rest." Faith sighed, she felt like she was about to collapse any minute. The twins looked at her in concern.

"Anyway we'll trust you for now. You know, since you know some secret of ours, it would be only far if you told us one of yours." Hikaru said slyly.

"First of all, I figured out Haruhi was a girl by myself, so if you just randomly stumble across some secret of mine fine. B-but you won't because I don't have any secrets." Faith added hastily. "Secondly, even if I did have a secret I wouldn't trust you, especially after what you said to Mercy." Faith accused. Kaoru looked at his brother as he silently begged to himself that Hikaru hadn't messed it up.

"What did I say? It was so long ago I seem to have forgotten." Hikaru yawned.

"W-well I don't know what you said exactly but it bothered Mercy. That's why I had to tell you I didn't tell her before you made any more threats." Faith admitted.

"Wow, you hide things from her? What kind of a friend are you?" Hikaru scoffed.

"Hikaru." Kaoru warned. Hikaru was driving them in the wrong direction. Kaoru knew that Hikaru was just trying to help Haruhi, but he was just making things worse. Faith clenched her fist.

"Not a very good one to be honest, but-but Mercy means a lot to me and I don't want you to threaten her, so don't think I'll let you hurt her!" Faith warned. Hikaru looked at her, her sudden changes of emotion from mad, to weak, to quite to outspoken confused him, while Kaoru cocked his head to the side. It seemed she cared deeply for Mercy, in a way similar to Hikaru and himself. Kaoru found himself laughing.

"W-what's so funny!" Faith demanded, embarrassed.

"You're kinda cute." He laughed.

"What!" Both Faith and Hikaru exclaimed in shock and horror. Kaoru continued laughing as Faith started to freak out, she didn't know why he would say that. Hikaru was stunned, what did his brother just say?

"Sorry, you're just so bipolar in the strangest ways; it makes you really hard to figure you out." He said gasping for a breath. Faith became even redder while Hikaru felt himself calm down in relief.

"What do you mean by that? I'm not bipolar." Faith protested.

"Maybe not that way but you go from proud to mad too worked up to weak, and the strangest part is that that you don't fall for our little games. It makes you a really hard toy to play with." Kaoru explained.

"W-whatever, I'm leaving." Faith said, ignoring the 'toy' comment as she walked herself to the classroom. Through the homeroom and the rest of her classes Faith was silent, despite Mercy's attempts to get her to talk. For some reason Faith felt really dizzy and sad, it wasn't until last period with Haruhi that she started to relax.

"So how do you like Ouran academy so far?" Haruhi asked.

"It's nothing like I thought it would be." Faith admitted, holding her head.

"Are you okay? You look kinda sick." Haruhi said, worried.

"Yeah, yeah just a small migraine." Faith forced a smile, just then the teacher walked in.

"Enough talking everyone, class has started." She spat sourly. 'I'm not bipolar, she's bipolar.' Faith grumbled in her mind.

"So let's get started shall we? Who knows what the cosmic law of-...Oh? You back there, why aren't you wearing a uniform?" The teacher asked, pointing to Faith. 'I haven't worn a uniform the entire time I was here; I guess she just saw me.' Faith wondered. She looked up to see the teacher looking at her. She really expected an answer. Faith turned a deep shade of red as everyone started to stare at her and whisper things about her.

"I-I-I can't afford one." She said.

"What?" The teacher asked loudly.

"I can't afford one." Faith said turning 8 shades of red.

"What do you mean you can't afford one?"

"I don't have the money."

"Haha, how'd you get into the school then?" She asked doubtfully.

"Scholarship." Faith said ducking her head down in humiliation, truth was that Faith hated to be stared at. It drove her crazy; it bothered her a lot more than it did Mercy. The teacher wrinkled her nose in disgust.

"Ohh a scholarship student ehh? You think your soooo smart don't you? Just because you're an honor student." The teacher scoffed poisonously. Haruhi was about to say something, when Faith gave her a look to tell her to stop. Haruhi glared at the teacher in anger, what was wrong with her?

'Why was she doing this? Did she hear me call her a flake? No, no that's not possible she was out of the room.' Faith thought, hiding behind her hands. She felt like passing out and throwing up at the same time, mostly throwing up. In the desk next to Faith, Haruhi had to bite down on her tongue to keep from yelling at the teacher. Couldn't she see that she was embarrassing Faith?

"Well come up here and we'll just see how smart you are." The teacher spat. It took all the strength in her body for Faith to pull herself up. Her head hung low as if in shame, as she started too wobbled to the teacher.

"Agh, you must be poor. Look at how your dressed, not a very pretty girl are you?...you are a girl right?" The teacher smiled evilly like she was enjoying every moment of Faith's pain. Half of the class was laughing at her, while the other half felt sorry for her. Either way was a lose-lose Faith hated being both laughed at and pitied.

"Look at you, so pathetic. Mommy and daddy must be so ashamed of you." She sneered. Faith stopped dead in her tracks. It felt as though someone stabbed her through heart, Felt couldn't breath as she wobbled to stand straight.

Those words opened a wound that Faith spent her entire life trying to heal. The memories were overwhelming Faith knew she couldn't keep them contained. Taking all the energy she had left Faith ran past the teacher and out of the room. She heard the teacher's laughter behind her as she darted down the hall. Not knowing where she was going Faith bumped in to someone.

"Never learn your lesson do you?" He asked when he got a good look at Faith. Her hands were pressed against her mouth and her face was red and puffy like she was about to throw up.

"Oh my gosh, what's wrong?" Asked another voice as they tried to help her up. Faith closed her eyes; she couldn't see anything but she knew it was the twins. Before they could say anything else she got up and ran, in her relief she found an empty girls bathroom. She ran into one of the stalls, heaving and lurching forward as she threw up in the toilet. After her stomach was empty, Faith flushed the toilet. All the memories started to flood back to her.

'You're so stupid, take this!" They yelled as they pelted her with rocks.

"Please, please leave me alone!" The young child Faith cried.

"Poor girl, look at how she's dressed! You can't even tell she's a girl!" They laughed.

"Ya, she's and it. It's an it!" They chanted as she cried.

"Freak!"

"Loser!"

"Mommy and daddy must be so ashamed of her!" They laughed. Faith ran home, from that day on she was always alone. She woke up alone, went to school alone, came home alone, ate alone, went to bed alone. She was always alone….that was…until Mercy.

For the first time in years, Faith felt like crying. She bit her tongue so hard until it started to bleed, willing herself not to cry. Instead Faith pulled out a large amount of toilet paper, bundled it up and screamed into it. It didn't work as well as a pillow but it still managed to block out most of the sound. Faith got up and wobbled over to the sink to rinse out her mouth, she held onto the rims of the sink tightly as she had a cough attack, her lungs hurt as she coughed. The whole world spun around her as her vision started to blur again, she felt herself slipping out of reality as her head made contact with something hard. The world went black as she went completely numb.
