DISCLAIMER: Hello again! I hope you are doing well! I really don't have much more to say, so here we go I guess.
One second Mercy and Faith were having a stare-down with the twins, the next second they found themselves in Tamaki's house as he gave them the "grand tour."
"And this is the other bathroom, which is personally my favorite because it has soap that's in the shape of a cat." Tamaki beamed.
"Another bathroom? This is the eighth one he's shown us!" Mercy whispered to Faith.
"Is it wrong that I flinch every time I hear the word 'cat'?" Faith shuttered, whispering back.
"How did we even end up here?" Mercy sighed.
"It's too terrible to even think about." Faith shuttered again.
"And this is my bedroom." Tamaki flung the doors open with a huge smile on his face.
"Y-you're kidding right! That's your bedroom? Its bigger then our entire house!" Faith and Mercy yelled in unison.
"Oops, wrong door. That's the other bathroom." Tamaki walked further down the hall. "This is my bedroom."
"It's bigger than the bathroom." Faith squeaked. Mercy didn't dare utter a word. Tamaki continued down the hall with Faith and Mercy drifting behind him.
"Faith, this is your room. Mercy, your room is the one down there." Tamaki explained.
"Ya, no. We are going to room together." Mercy stated.
"I can't room without Mercy there or else I am sure to get lost" Faith shook her head.
"Faith is terrible at directions and I am her GPS." Mercy explained.
"But there's only one bed in there." Tamaki cocked his head.
"Yes and that bed is big enough to fit two Yeti. I think it can fit us." Mercy sighed expressionless.
"What's a Yeti?" Tamaki asked innocently.
"Forget it." Mercy and Faith said together again.
"Alright then. Now that you guys are familiar with this place, how about-"
"Whatever it is, the answer is no. I am going to sleep." Mercy yawned.
"But I was going to show you the music room next." Tamaki pouted.
"Faith? You coming?" Mercy asked, holding the door to their temporary room open.
"No, I think I want to see the music room." Faith smiled.
"Suit yourself." Mercy sighed, yawning again as she entered the room and let the door close behind her.
"So do you have a piano?" Faith asked Tamaki.
"Of course!" Tamaki replied enthusiastically. He led Faith down stairs and through so many different areas, that Faith knew she was going to get lost for sure.
"Here it is!" Tamaki announced with a wide grin plastered on his face.
"Oh wow." Faith gasped as she admired the beautiful piano before her. It was a smooth black similar to the sheen of an expensive coffin.
"I remember from a while back you can play?" Tamaki asked, startling Faith out of her admiration.
"Hehe, not for a while." She admitted timidly.
"Well that is unacceptable!" Tamaki announced with a empowered fist in the air. "I shall help renew your skills."
(Meanwhile)
Mercy plopped on the bed in exhaustion.
'At least the room is nice' she thought to herself positively. It was a large room with the biggest bed Mercy had ever seen. She stared at the ceiling and wondered to herself about everything that had happened since Faith and she had arrived at Japan.
'Faith and her stupid scrapbook.' She laughed to herself quietly. Everyday had seemed to be filled with something exiting….or annoying. Even though they had spent most of their lives moving around, staying put for more than a few months made Mercy feel uncomfortable. She jerked of the bed and walked across the room to the small bag of things that she had brought with her from her old 'house' the twins had forced her out of. Both Mercy and Faith had brought one small bag of things, mostly filled with toiletries and cloths. Mercy opened her bag and with one glance at the contents she realized it was Faiths.
"Faith! Why the heck is your bag stuffed with toilet paper?" Mercy exclaimed out loud. Faiths bag included toiletries, cloths, and handfuls of unwrapped toilet paper. Mercy quickly stuffed in back in the bag and threw it off to the corner.
'What is the matter with that girl?' She thought, shaking her head. She reached for her bag this time and opened it cautiously. She shuffled through it before finding what she was looking for. She pulled out a small blue folder and brought it back with her too the bed. Mercy slowly opened the folder and was glad to see that the pen she had stuck in there had stayed. She took off the cap and pulled out one of the papers from inside the folder. The more she looked at the paper, the guiltier she felt.
'I'm sorry Faith, but this is for the best.' Mercy thought, as if to justify her actions. She felt terrible for keeping her plans from Faith, but knew that it had to be done. It wasn't even the secret planning that disturbed Mercy; it was the fact that soon she would have to follow through with the plans and didn't know how Faith would take it. After taking a breath, Mercy composed herself enough to bring the pen to the paper and start writing. If she was going to do this, she was going to do this perfectly. As long as Faith didn't find out, everything was going to be fine.
After hours of walking, Faith finally found the room to her door. One of the maids had called Tamaki down for something important, leaving Faith to find her was back all by herself. She opened the door and stumbled in.
"Finally!" She yelled in victory.
"What took you so long?" Mercy asked from the bed. She was lying on her stomach with a book in hand.
"Sorry, did I disturb you? Where did you get that book anyway?"
"This is one of the hundreds of books on the bookshelf" Mercy said, pointing a finger to the right corner of the room.
"I did not see that." Faith said stunned. She pulled of her shirt and threw it on the floor as she headed toward the bed.
"Faith!" Mercy grumbled.
"What? I'm wearing an undershirt." She replied, pulling at her black tank top.
"I'm talking about you just throwing your shirt on the floor like that! Fold it and put it in your bag." Mercy ordered. Faith complained, but did it anyway.
"Who messed up the toilet paper?" Faith blurted out. Mercy looked at her before raising a brow.
"I had the toilet paper all neatly put it, and now look at it. It's a mess!" She pouted.
"You can't bother to fold your shirt, but when toilet paper is involved all bets are off?" Mercy asked amused.
"Shirts and durable, toilet paper is not! It is fragile and rips easily." Faith defended.
"Why do you even have toilet paper in your bag?" Mercy asked, reverting her attention back to her book.
"Because it's weird having to use someone else's toilet paper. It's too personal, you know?" Faith looked at her with serious eyes.
"What if you run out?"
"Then I'll use theirs. I'm not OCD enough to dig around the backyard and find a leaf to use. Besides, that would be their leaf anyways." Faith replied in thought. They spent the rest on the night rather quiet; Faith worked on the scrapbook for the first time while Mercy finished the book. Her eyes shifted to Faith for less than a second.
'It will be fine as long as she doesn't find out.'
