Natsu sat hunched over in one of the red sofa seats, his hands clasped together as he nervously nibbled his bottom lip.

"D-Do you think they'll send Gray away?" he asked Loke who was sat beside him

The strawberry blonde teen sighed and leaned forward, looking into the uke's innocent green eyes as he wrapped an arm around his friend.

"I don't know Natsu, Gray did break the top rule in the school, no fighting"

"But is wasn't his fault" the pinkett's bottom lip began to tremble, his eyes filling with tears "I can't l-lose him Loke, I can't, his e-everything to m-me. He's become m-my world, what w-will I do if t-they send him a-away" he began to sob

Loke pulled Natsu closer into him, burying the uke's head into his chest as he held the sobbing teen. Loke couldn't tell Natsu that everything would be alright because deep down he didn't think it would be, the head of the school was very strict about fighting, and he had already removed six pupils this year because of it.

Such foul behaviour wasn't tolerated, everyone knew that and Gray out of all people should have followed that rule as he was the head boy, his emotions had gotten the better of him and now he had risked his position and education.

One of the office doors clicked open, the head and deputy head slowly walked into the long hall, Gray following behind them. He had his head down, his shirt untucked and his tanned cheek slightly cut from the fight. It was the only wound Sting had given him, the teen turned his head, his ebony hair covering his face. His chest tightened as he saw Loke holding Natsu, the young pinkette was buried into the older teen's chest. Gray bit his bottom lip and looked away.

Why is he allowing another man to hold him? Does he not realize I can see him? Turn back around and see if he's looking at you, no I can't, I can't see him like that, embraced with another man who isn't me, I feel sick…

Natsu looked up as he heard the head's voice drift into the main reception area where they were sitting, the pinkette wiped his eyes and pulled away from Loke as the deputy head and Gray came towards them, he smiled and called the raven's name.

"Gray"

But Gray never looked up, instead he silently passed them. Natsu called to Gray once more, this time a little louder thinking the raven hadn't heard him the first time but still Gray refused to look up.

The deputy head tapped the pin code into the main door, opening it for Gray and himself as they left the reception area. Natsu turned around in his chair and kneeled up, placing his hand on the cold, thick glass. Looking straight at Gray who still had his head down, the pinkette felt his heart stop as he saw a single tear slipping down the raven's tanned cheek.

W-Why is he crying…?
