I have made a few alterations.
Also I have mixed feelings about the klaroline scenes in the past episode
Yes they kissed which I was happy about but then Julie ruined my day with the interview that came out the next day.
I don't believe you can end such an amazing pairing like that especially not with sex, I don't know why she thought that was what we wanted but I for one wanted that to be the start of something but not the end.
But I am not giving up on them.
As the car drove through unfamiliar streets to Caroline, Klaus showed her places that he intend to take her to while they where there as the lights of the city blurred past them.
Her head resting on his shoulder as she listened to his words, his hand running through her hair softly.
Elijah watched and listened to his brother while his own hand resting on Elena's lap.
The car slowly came to a stop and the driver walked out to open the door for them,
Klaus slipped out first taking Caroline's hand to help her as she placed a heeled foot to the floor, turning to look at the house behind her as Elena and Elijah got out of the car making their way to the front door while Caroline stood there stunned.
'This is your grandfather's house?'.
She asked Klaus and he nodded.
'Yes'.
He replied looking at her as she stared at the house.
For the first time since they got married, she felt like a complete outcast unworthy of being his wife.
She felt out of place, she had always known that his family was from money but that had never been a aspect of their relationship or marriage that had been focused on but she felt it now for some reason that people would judge her for not being as well educated or brought up as him and he seemed to sense it as she felt his lips against her hair.
'Your beautiful'.
He whispered placing a kiss to her cheek and she nodded as he took her hand to join his siblings as they made the way to the house where Elijah was talking with a women who smiled politely as she let them into the house.
'Your grandfather is in his study would you like me to tell him your here'.
She asked still speaking to Elijah.
'No we would like to surprise him'.
'Of course he will be delighted to see you'.
She told him looking at Rebekah,Kol and Klaus.
'Thank you, do you mind taking these four into the living room'.
She nodded and turned towards Elena who smiled at her.
'This way'.
Elena followed after her with Bonnie and Stefan while Caroline stood with Klaus who kissed her cheek.
'He'll love you'.
She nodded as he kissed her cheek once more before following after his siblings.
Henry Masters was looking at a photo his favourite scotch in his hand when the door knocked.
'Come in'.
He called out putting the glass down on his desk as he turned towards the door as Elijah walked in followed by Kol,Klaus and lastly Rebekah who was beaming to see her grandfather after so long.
'Elijah, my boy it's been too long'.
A deep chuckle in his chest as he embraced Elijah
'Henry'.
Elijah said happily as he stepped back from his grandfather who nodded at him.
'You look good as do you Kol, how is fatherhood treating you?'.
He turned his attention towards Kol who shook his grandfather's hand.
'Fatherhood is treating me well, how are you doing?'.
'Still here even though your dear mother has other ideas about my state'.
Henry chuckled patting Kol on the back and looked at Klaus a wide smile on his face as he embraced Klaus.
'Good to see you again, Klaus'.
Klaus nodded as William turned to look at Rebekah.
'Grandfather'.
He smiled at her affection as he hugged her kissing her on both cheeks and then stepping away to look at her.
'You look more and more like your grandmother, she would be so delighted in the young women you grew up to be and she'd be so proud of all of you'.
Sadness in his voice as he spoke about his late wife
'I miss her too'.
He touched Rebekah's cheek softly and then smiled.
'It's a pleasure to have you all here on my birthday but I'm sure your here for offer reasons'.
Klaus shook his head.
'We are here for you, we actually have some people we think you'd like to meet'.
Henry looked at Klaus intrigued as Rebekah held his hand and he squeezed hers as she led him out of the room.
Bonnie,Elena and Caroline sat down while Stefan stood by a window none of them spoke all to nervous to speak
'Emily can you fetch a bottle of champagne and bring it to the living room'.
They heard Henry's voice approaching.
Stefan turned around to look at Rebekah as she walked in with Henry followed by her brothers who went to join their respective partners.
'Who have we here?'.
Henry asked looking at Stefan as he approached.
'Henry I would like you to officially meet Stefan Salvatore, my husband'.
Henry smiled as Rebekah said husband and then extended his hand to Stefan who shook the older man's hand.
'Mr Masters'.
'Mr Masters was my father, call me Henry we are family now'.
He told Stefan with a laugh which made Stefan laugh.
'Salvatore that's Italian if I'm not mistaken'.
Stefan nodded.
'Yes it is my grandparents where born and raised in Italy until they moved to America'.
'What part of Italy did your family come?
'Basilicata'.
'Lovely place, after me and my wife married we spent 3 months travelling through Italy, you never forget such a beautiful country'.
He then looked at Rebekah who staring proudly at Stefan.
'I've never seen her so happy, I hope that your treating her well I expect only the best for her'.
'I love Rebekah very and I wouldn't treat her any other way'.
Stefan replied looking at Rebekah.
'That's what I like to hear'.
He then turned around to look at his grandsons, Elijah being the closest to him looked at Elena who smiled at Henry.
'This is Elena, my partner'.
Henry came towards them and kissed Elena on the cheek.
'Hello'.
She said softly as he stepped back and smiled at her shyness.
'Elena don't be nervous I'm not as scary as I look'.
'I don't believe that your scary not from the way Elijah has spoken about you'.
Elena told him and he laughed taking her hand.
'Elijah she is a keeper'.
Elijah looked at Elena with a knowing look and smiled as Henry looked at Kol.
'You must be the women that finally tamed Kol'.
He looked at Kol who chuckled his arm around Bonnie's waist.
'This is the one, Bonnie I would like you to meet the man who taught me how to play poker at the age of 9'.
'It's nice to meet you Henry, I hope you don't mind but we name our son after you'.
'Your son'.
Kol and Bonnie had asked nobody to mention what Bonnie was having so that they could tell Henry and from the look in his eyes, it was clear he was delighted.
'Yes his name is Noah Henry Mikaelson'.
He looked at Kol who nodded.
'We thought Noah should be in there some where'.
Henry took Bonnie's hand and she smiled.
'Thank you for blessing me with a great grandson, I look forward to meeting him'.
Henry then looked at Caroline.
'I know who you are Caroline, I must Nikklaus you lied to you told me your wife was beautiful, she is exquisite'.
Caroline felt herself blush as she looked down looking up to meet Henry's gaze.
She couldn't believe that they where celebrating his 80th birthday, he looked younger than 80.
She could parts of Kol,Elijah and Klaus in his face and this made her feel more relaxed as his kissed her on the cheek and then looked at Klaus who simply stared at her nothing but affection in his eyes.
'Mr Masters, champagne'.
Emily walked in holding a tray with champagne glasses, walking over to each until they all held a glass in their hands.
'I would like to make a toast to the four of you'.
He looked at each of his grandchildren in turn smiling at each of them.
'For not only being here today but for living your lives, finding happiness and love, creating memories and families of your own and I would like to thank you for bringing these four into your lives'.
He raised to his glass as did they.
'To you'.
Jazz music filled the air as they walked into the ballroom, that Ava and Charlotte had hired for the party while women dressed as flappers passed them by handing out glasses of champagne to arriving guests.
'Why my daughter's can never plan a understated party is beyond me?'.
Henry turned to look at Rebekah who was by his side as they walked into the ballroom together.
'Your the one who used to fill our heads with the stories of the glamorous parties that your parents used to throw and the word understated meanings nothing to us when it comes to a party, our love of parties come from you after all'.
She told him before kissing his cheek.
'Now smile'.
Smiling as every set of eyes in the room turned towards Henry.
'Ladies and gentlemen the man of the evening has finally arrived would you please
join me in celebrating Mr Henry Noah Masters birthday'.
A rapturous applause filled the air along with Kol's whistling from behind which made Henry laugh and nodded towards Charlotte who came through the crowd.
'Happy Birthday'.
Charlotte embraced her father.
'Thank you my girl'.
'It can't possibly be, little Bekah'.
'I'm not so little any more Charlotte'.
Rebekah replied as she hugged her aunt.
'Look at you, all grown up and so beautiful we have a lot of catching up to do'.
Charlotte told her and she nodded as he looked at Henry.
'Go enjoy yourself, you don't want to spend all evening by the side of an old man'.
Rebekah nodded as she looked at Charlotte.
'Come, let's get you a drink and you can tell me all about your life now and that handsome husband of yours'.
Someone cleared their throat and Rebekah smiled as Eric Charlotte's husband looked at her with an amused look in his eyes.
'Clearly he is not as handsome as you and Stefan is far too young for me'.
She winked at Stefan who smiled back at her as he followed after her and Rebekah with Eric.
Kol looked at Bonnie who was watching other people dance and stood in front of her taking her hand.
'Let's dance Miss Bennett'.
She laughed as he lead her away.
'Klaus, Elijah do you mind if I borrow your beautiful dates'.
Elijah and Klaus both nodded.
'Of course not as long as you don't tell them any embarrassing stories'.
'Never'.
He smiled then looking at Elena and Caroline offering each of them an arm.
'Ladies'.
They both smiled as they took an arm, there was no deny that Henry was a charmer even at his age he still knew how to charm the ladies.
'Any sign of our parents'.
Elijah asked as a waiter stopped in front of them and they both took a drink and then walked away.
While Klaus searched through the people around them but he couldn't see their parents anywhere.
He could see Stefan talking with Eric while Rebekah tried not to laugh at something that Charlotte had whispered in her ear.
Henry introducing Caroline and Elena to Norma who smiled in Klaus's direction and he raised his glass to her.
Then he saw Finn who was heading in their direction.
'No I don't but I do see our dear brother Finn approaching us'.
He replied his voice dripping with sarcasm which Elijah smirked at before looking at Finn as he came a stop behind Klaus who stepped towards Elijah before turning around to look at him.
'Finn'.
Elijah greeted his brother shaking his hand.
'Elijah it's good to see you, it's been a while'.
Elijah nodded as Finn looked at Klaus with his hand extend.
'Nikklaus'.
'Finn'.
He acknowledge him but didn't shake his hand which Finn let drop to his side as Elijah cleared his throat.
'No Sage'.
'Oh she's around, I was surprised when she told me she saw Rebekah and with your wife, Nikklaus'.
'Why the surprise we did grow up live here'.
Finn nodded at Elijah word's.
'I know that but you've all been making lives yourselves in America, I never expected to see you back here'.
'As you have pointed out we have been making lives for ourselves, Rebekah and Nikklaus have got married and had children along with Kol and while we have been away we have missed out on opportunities to be around our family which why we are here to make up for the times we have missed and for Henry to get to know his great grandchildren, now if you'll excuse us'.
Elijah turned away from Finn with Klaus following him.
'I miss Noah'.
Kol looked at Bonnie and smiled.
'Don't tell anyone but I miss him too, this is our first night away from him'.
'It's funny how things change, I used to laugh when Caroline used to say I miss Lydia but now I get it.
He's part of me, part of us, it feels strange not having him here with us'.
Kol nodded as he spun her around then pulled her back him.
'I don't think I'd be able to walk away from him the way my mum did to me or I'd always stand him for him no matter which is your mum didn't do for Klaus, have you ever wondered that maybe our mothers just weren't supposed to be mothers'.
'I don't know but if our mothers never had us, we wouldn't have had Noah and you wouldn't be the hottest mother on the planet, actually I want to prove to you just how hot you are, come on'.
She didn't question him as he took her hand as he passed the bar he grabbed a bottle of whiskey and two glasses before they disappeared up a flight of stairs.
'Those two are like teenagers'.
Rebekah commented as she saw Kol and Bonnie disappear and Stefan laughed.
'Leave them alone, so tell what was Charlotte whispering in your ear'.
'Nothing much I think she may have a little crush on you, I may have to keep an eye on you when ever she's around'.
Stefan laughed as they walked outside into the garden.
'Well I'll tell that her I'm flattered but I belong to you and only you'.
He answered which made her smile.
'So you never told how close you and Henry are?'.
'We've always been close, not as close as him and Nik but we are close just the same, he's always been there for us and I wasn't here when my grandmother died not that I could travel at the time not with two newborn babies to look after but I wish I could have been.
He told me that he knew she was going to be his wife before she even knew, it was love at first sight for him and she ended up becoming the love of his life.
They had the most beautiful story and it's sad her not being here today, I know how much he misses her'.
She stopped to look at Stefan.
'I remember the first time I saw you'.

He responded as she looked at the flowers in his hand and then back at him.

'Your friend who was killed, did she like lilies, they are more suitable for people you didn't know well because you didn't know them well so you have no idea of the kind of person they where'.
He looked down at the small bouquet in his hands and then back at her.
'She wasn't the flowers type but I don't know what else to leave'.
'When my little brother died, I didn't leave flowers because Henrik didn't care about flowers he was 9 year old boy who loved football or any sport but the one thing he loved more than sports was to make other people smile it was his gift, you could never be sad when Henrik's was around it was a rule so when he died I left something for him that would always make him smile and you should do the same for your her'.
She paused looking at Stefan.
'Sorry it's none of my business, I didn't know your friend'.
'No your right, Lexi was all about living life to the fullest even before she died she was living'.
He looked down and Rebekah didn't know why but she reached out and touched his hand.
'I'm sorry Lexi was taken from you'.
'I'm sorry you lost your brother'.
'I just realised I don't think I ever thanked you'.
He told her as they stood in the same spot.
'For what?'.
'Not being like everyone else nobody spoke to me after Lexi died it was like they didn't know what to say about the girl they all knew and you didn't even know her and yet you spoke to me, like you knew her'.
'You don't need to thank me, you thanked me everyday after and you can thank me now by dancing with me'.
Stefan nodded staring into her eyes as held her hand in his own.
As they danced together, someone watched them with a smile and then turned their attention to the others.
'What is she like Lydia?'.
Henry asked as he sat with her at a table while she watched Klaus talking with Eric.
'She's perfect, the apple of her father's eyes, he adores her'.
'I'm glad to hear that, he has always been full of love and he deserves the happiness he now feels in his life, I'm not going to talk about the past because I'm sure you've heard it but I will tell you that I am thankful for you for loving him completely, there have been girls before I cannot call them women that broke his heart and I was worried that with the torture of having Mikael as a father and the pain those girls caused him would leave him without love but I can see how much he loves from the way he is looking at you now and from how he has spoken about you in the past'
Caroline looked at Klaus as he smiled in her direction and then at Henry.
'I didn't think I could love someone as much as I love him, he saw me for me not the person that everyone else saw me for, he's the love of my life and I get to wake to him every day and I appreciate every moment I get to spend with him'.
Henry sighed taking Caroline's hand.
'My wife would have loved to hear those words'.
'I'm sorry that you lost her'.
'I haven't lost her completely, I see parts of her in my family and when I look at Rebekah I remember the beauty she had and now it lives on through her and that is my blessing'.
'Hello again Rebekah aren't you going to introduce me your date'.
Rebekah turned away from Stefan to look at Sage.
'Stefan this is Sage unfortunately she is my sister in law'.
Stefan tried not to laugh at Rebekah's bitchiness as he smiled at Sage.
'So I hear that Klaus has a daughter to with the blonde, is he sure it's his?'
'Look just because that stupid bitch hurt my brother once doesn't mean that Caroline will she loves him and I don't understand why I'm even explaining that to you'.
'Neither do I but then I can't say I'm surprised about you being a teenager mother, I mean even at the age of 15 little Rebekah Mikaelson was always chasing the wrong types, what ever happened to Alexander'.

Rebekah snapped and Stefan had to grabbed her hand to stop her from slapping Sage.
'Oh I've hit a nerve, well enjoy the rest of your evening'.
Stefan watched her walk away and then looked at Rebekah.
'Who is Alexander?'.
'My past is who he is and she is a bitch always has been always will be'.
'I'm sorry I haven't been with you?'.
Elijah told Elena as he handed her a drink and she smiled.
'It's fine I've actually been enjoying hearing about your childhood, Ava has a lot of stories about you'.

'I do miss them family is very important to me as you know but those values I learned from them, those the values that they where raised with even though my own mother has no understanding of the term, speaking of my mother she is approaching us'.
Elena looked at him as he relaxed stance changed to more composed.
'Elijah your here'.
'I'm here'.
He replied as Elena turned around slowly to face the women that had raised him and then turned her back on Klaus.
'I saw you arrive with my father, that must have been a delight for him I know how much he's missed you all'.
Elijah nodded as she spoke his hand resting on Elena's lower back as she looked at Esther who glanced at her and then back at Elijah.
'I saw Nikklaus'.
'I would kindly ask you and Mikael to keep your distance from him tonight'.
Esther nodded reaching out for son's hand but Elijah moved put his hand down by his side, rejecting her movement and she sighed.
'I understand that your still mad at me but I do wish for forgiveness from all of you especially Nikklaus'.
'You can't wish for forgiveness that you haven't earned'.
Esther looked down hurt and Elena felt sorry for the women in front of her but she understood Elijah's hostility towards her.
'I hope to earn your forgiveness and as for Nikklaus I will keep my distance for tonight but I can not say the same for Mikael'.
'What do you mean?'.
'He saw him for himself I can't control the actions of my husband'.
'Maybe because you don't try too, you let him do what he wants up to torturing your son with guilt he didn't need, he lost his brother'.
Esther looked at Elena surprised because she hadn't spoken until then as did Elijah.
'You are?'.
'I'm Elena and I'm sorry but it's the truth'.
She looked at Elijah with an apologetic look before walking away leaving Esther stunned and Elijah smiling at her proudly.
'How long have you and Eric been married?'.
Caroline asked Charlotte.
'Believe it or not we have only been married for 5 years but we've been together for 20 years, childhood sweethearts'.
'That's amazing, why didn't you ever marry sooner?'.
'I don't he asked me many times before but I always said no not because I didn't love him or that I didn't want to spend my life with him but when my mum got sicker I didn't want her to pass with out seeing the last of her daughter's married and it was the happiest day of my life, what about your wedding day that must have been special?'.
Caroline laughed.
'When we got married we had planning the wedding for a year, we had the date set and the church and then I found I was pregnant which was a surprise and Klaus asked if I wanted to put the wedding back but I didn't want to have Lydia and not be married to him, I wanted to be part of him'.
She stared at her reflection for the longest time before she stood up slowly turning to face the full length mirror, smoothing out the material of her dress and then bringing her hands to her stomach and smiling proudly.
She then cast her eye outside to the garden, Stefan had kindly offered them the boarding house for their wedding.
She caught sight of Klaus as he stood with Elijah and Kol laughing with them and she saw the guests taking their seats as they waited for her.
Caroline Forbes was 6 months pregnant and about to marry her love Klaus Mikaelson.
When people found out she was going ahead with the wedding they thought she was crazy but she wasn't crazy she was in love with Klaus and wanted nothing more than to become a part of him.
'Look at you'.
She turned around to look at her mum as she walked into the room and smiled at her.
'Do I look okay?'.
Liz nodded as she took her daughter's hand.
'You've never looked more beautiful, I'm just sorry your dad never got to see you like this'.
Thinking of her dad made her cry and Liz looked at her.
'No tears, not today, today you are going to marry the man you love and in 3 months you are going to start your lives as parents.
Your not my little girl any more and I love you so much Caroline and I'm so happy that have you found someone who can see how amazing you are'.
'Are you ready?'.
Liz turned around as Stefan stood in the doorway and Caroline nodded looking at her mum who kissed her cheek.

She walked away touching Stefan's arm as he watched Caroline pick up her bouquet and then turn to face him as he offered her his arm.
'You nervous?'.
Kol asked as he looked at Klaus as they stood outside and Klaus shook his head.
'She's the one thing in my life I'm certain of'.
He smiled as Elijah looked up making Klaus turn around as Elena,Bonnie and Rebekah made there way down the towards the alter where he was waiting.
Then Klaus met her gaze as she walked outside with Stefan beside her.
Her hair flowing around her shoulders as she rested one hand proudly on her stomach and this made him smile.
As she got closer to him, he could see a tear roll down her cheek but it was a tear of happiness and then she was beside him.
Kissing Stefan on the cheek and he smiled at her as he placed her hand in Klaus's and then stepped away.
'Now do you Nikklaus Mikaelson, take Caroline Jane Forbes to be your lawfully wedded wife'.
Klaus looked at Caroline as he slipped the ring on her finger.
'I do'.
The minister smiled and then looked at Caroline who didn't look at him but was lost in Klaus's stare.
'And do you Caroline Jane Forbes, take Nikklaus Mikaelson to be your lawfully wedded husband'.
'I do'.
She replied as she placed a ring on Klaus finger.
'I love you'.
'I love you too'.
She replied as she brought her hands to his face as she leaned into kiss him stroking his face as he kissed her back.
As she pulled away she could hear Kol laughing which made Klaus smirk as his forehead touched
hers and then they both looked at the minister.
'Well that was early but I would like to announce to you husband and wife, you may kiss your bride again'.
Klaus looked at him and nodded.
'I intend to'.
He looked back at Caroline who smiled at him as she brought her hand back to his face caressing his skin as he leaned into claim her lips his hands coming to her waist.
'Congratulations Klaus'.
'Sage'.
'She's very pretty honestly I assumed she was with Kol after all he did have a thing for blondes but she told me otherwise'.
Klaus glared at Sage due to the way she was speaking about Caroline.
'How long have you been married?'.
'A year and a half'.
Finn smiled.
'Any children?'.
'Yes, a daughter she's one'.
'Is that why you got married because she was pregnant'.
'No, we got married because we are in love our daughter was just a blessing'.
'Of course she was, I don't mean to pry but after everything you went through with Tatia and then the lovely Camille I'm just concerned we are family Klaus'.
'We're not family Finn is nothing to me you are nothing to'.
Without another word he walked away from her leaving her standing there speechless.
'I really hate whisky'.
Bonnie told Kol as he poured her another glass.
'Well it was the closest drink to my hand, we could always sneak behind the bar and find something more to your liking'.
Kol replied and she shook her head.
'Sounds like a plan but I'm actually enjoying this, so tell me something was your thing before I came along and made you settle down, stealing booze from fancy parties and bring the pretty girls to the room with the best views'.
'Maybe but that was all before you plus I never stole the expensive stuff for them I only do that now'.
He saw her standing with his back as he approached her a waiter passed with two glasses of champagne which he took as he came to stand beside her.
'Champagne'.
She smiled as she turned to face him and kissed him before taking the glass from his hand.
'7 years later and this is still our thing'.
She had just been crowned Miss Mystic Falls, unfortunately for her her escort was Tyler and they where still dealing with the awkward you caught me in bed with my best friends sister break up.
She had tried to find another escort but Mrs Lockwood told her that either she was escorted by Tyler or she wouldn't be part of the pageant at all which isn't what Caroline wanted she had been obsessively dreaming since she was 12.
So she did as she was told standing by Tyler as their photo was taken and once the photographer was done.
She walked away and heading upstairs to change out of her dress, all she wanted to do was go home and climb into bed.
Elena had gone of with Matt, Rebekah was around somewhere sneaking around with Stefan to avoid the gazes of her brothers and Bonnie had gone to Virginia beach for the weekend.
She arrived home to a note from her mum telling her that she was working late and sighed as she walked into her room and all most screamed at the sight of him sitting on her bed.
With his perfect smile with those heart stopping dimples and she smiled.
'Hello Caroline'.
She couldn't believe he was in her room sitting on her bed all she could do was smile which only made him smile more.
'Klaus, what are you doing here?'.
'I thought we'd make a toast to you'.
She watched as he moved to reveal a bottle of champagne and two glasses and laughed.
'I'm not old enough to drink'.
'Like that has stopped you before, I wanted you to know how stunning you looked today by far the prettiest girl there'.
She felt her cheeks flush and looked down.
'You where there?'.
'I came because you asked me too but then I saw you with Tyler'.
'Don't remind me, there is only one person I wanted to escort me today and that wasn't him'.
It was known by all most everyone that Klaus and Caroline had a deep connection, you had to be blind not to notice it.
You only had to watch them around each other to know that the attraction was there.
He knew how she felt and vice versa but neither had come out right and been honest with there feelings.
He watched her as she hang the garment bag in her closet and then closed the door sitting on the bed beside him jumping when the champagne cork popped and he laughed pouring her a glass and then himself.
'To you winning Miss Mystic Falls'.
He tapped his glass to hers and she smiled.
'To me'.

Klaus whispered softly as she kissed him tasting the champagne on his lips.
'Nikklaus'.
She felt his lips go rigid as he pulled away and turned around to look at the man that stood behind him.
'Mikael'.
His voice rough as he looked at his father.
Mikael looked at Klaus before casting an eye over Caroline who didn't smile but glared at him as he extended his hand to Klaus.
'Not even going to shake my hand after all this time'.
He questioned staring hardly at Klaus who raised his hand to him and shook his hand.
Caroline watched as Klaus took a step back away from Mikael and she took his hand in her own as he felt the fear of being around him creeping back from the place he had kept it hidden.
'This must be your wife'.
He didn't introduce himself to Caroline but just kept his gaze firmly on Klaus.
'I also hear you have a child together a daughter'.
'What do you want?'.
Klaus asked staring at Mikael who shrugged.
'I want nothing being here to celebrate Henry's 80th reminded me that if Henrik was alive he would be turning 18 this year'.
'Why are you doing this, I've been gone for 9 years and yet you still remind me'.
Klaus snapped which surprised Mikael as he stepped towards him but then stopped.
'I don't need to remind you, your brother drowned because of you and your stupid childish notions, you where 17 why would you take him ice skating so late at night on a damn lake'.
'We skated on that lake you yourself took Finn and Elijah'
'Yes but your the stupid one who let him skate alone and fall through the ice'.
'That's enough'.
Rebekah voice's made Mikael word's fall short as he turned to look at her, there was no love in her eyes for him only hate.
'Rebekah'.
'Don't Rebekah me your and no father to me your a bully'.
She yelled which caught the attention of everyone around her.
'I am your father, you can't talk to me'.
'I can talk to you how ever I feel fit, you stopped being my father years ago so don't pull the father card now because it won't work.
You don't get to come here tonight and torment Nik, it was an accident how many times does he need to apologise to you.
He has given you apology after apology but it's not enough for you.
Henrik would be ashamed of you if he did live, he would see you for what you really are a bully and a coward.
Do you know how many times I wished you dead, you never loved Nikklaus you beat and blamed him for something he couldn't control and I get it you enjoyed it, putting the fear of god into him.
Trying to break him turn him into a monster like you but it didn't work Nikklaus is the best father to his daughter and to my girls.

Mikael looked at Klaus.
'Pathetic, getting your sister to fight your battles'.
He glared at Klaus who didn't speak, looking at Mikael he could hear the names he used to call him in his head, the hostility in his eyes when he beat him.
'Be a man not a coward stand up for yourself'.
He snapped going to shove Klaus but instead Klaus punched him sending Mikael stumbling backwards wiping blood from his lips as he recovered himself.
'He's nothing like me you said then what is this'.
Mikael asked looking at Rebekah who was stunned as Klaus went to punch him again but was restrained by Elijah and Kol
'I AM NOTHING LIKE YOU'.
He screamed at Mikael who just laughed at him.
'What the hell is going on?',
Elena asked as she pushed her way through the crowd that had turned their attention to Klaus and Mikael.
'Don't become the monster better than him'.
Elijah told him calmly ignoring Mikael as he turned Klaus away from Mikael who was still laughing as Elijah led Klaus outside his laughter could still be heard as Klaus stepped outside but then his laughter was stopped as Caroline walked over to him calmly and slapped him in the face.
'You stay the hell away from him'.
Elijah stood beside his brother.
'I shouldn't have come, he will always find away to break me, I need to go will you tell Caroline I'm sorry'.
Elijah nodded as Klaus walked away.
'That was some slap you gave him'.
Elena commented as she looked at Caroline who was looking towards the door only to see Elijah return minus Klaus.
'He's gone hasn't he'.
'Yes, he wanted me to apologise to you'.
'He shouldn't be the one to apologise'.
Elijah nodded in agreement.
'I think I'm going to go home and be with him, will you tell your grandfather that I had a lovely evening'.
'Of course'.
Elijah watched as she embraced Elena and headed for the door leaving the two of them.
'I must say I was proud of you for calling my mother out like that'.
'I actually feel bad about that it wasn't my place'.
Elijah smiled taking her hand.
'Your honesty towards my mother is one the reason I find myself falling more in love with you'.
He watched her face carefully as he said the words watching the delight in her eyes and the small smile that graced her face.
'You love me'.
He nodded.
'How could I not love you, your honesty, your compassion, amaze me'.
He replied as she leaned towards him.
'Well I should let you know that I love you too'.
He smiled as she closed the small gap between them, bringing her lips to his as she kissed him softly.
'Your home earlier than I expected'.
Bethany told Klaus as he walked into the kitchen.
'I wanted to spend a moment with my daughter'.
Bethany nodded as he headed upstairs
Opening the door to the nursery where both Lydia and Noah slept peacefully
He smiled down at his child as he picked her up and sat in a rocking chair next to the window.
Holding her gently in his arm so that he wouldn't wake her and stared up at the stars that lined the sky outside and then down at her.
He couldn't become Mikael he wouldn't ever raise his hand to her or any other child he would have the way Mikael did to him.
'Don't become the monster'.
He repeated to himself over and over while he watched Lydia.
'I won't hurt you'.
He whispered as he kissed her forehead and put her back down in her crib.
'Da'.
He looked at her to see that her eyes had opened and she was smiling at him for a moment before she yawned and closed her eyes again.
'Your not your father'.
He didn't even realise she had come home until he found her in their bedroom waiting for him.
'You didn't have to come home'.
'Yes I did, I love you'.
'Why do you love me?'..
He asked and normally she wouldn't answer but she knew that he needed to know and she sighed.
'Why do I love you, I can't describe it because it's more than they way you look at me or touch me when are we making love.

You changed my life, your still changing it even now.

He stared at her as she stood before him unmoving with pure love in her eyes for him, consuming him as she stared at him.
She gasped as he picked up her surprising her at the speed he had crossed the room, she knew what this was.
As carried her over to the vanity and looked into her eyes.
'Let me be your distraction'.
She whispered pushing his jacket from his body, moving her hands slowly to his shirt unbuttoning each button slowly before tugging at it gently out of his dress pants.
He still made no move to touch her only stepping away to remove the shirt and then stepping back to her.
His hands on her hips gathering the material of her dress in his hands then pulling her down from the vanity and spinning her around as he pulled down the zip of her dress, roughly his hands on her waist as he placed hot kisses across her back which made her grip the sides of the vanity as she looked at her reflection.
She stepped out of the dress as he moved to press her against the wall closest to them one of her legs wrapped around his waist her pumps still on her feet.
He wasn't making love to her not tonight and she knew it she had told him she was his distraction and he was using her body to distract him from the monster that was fighting it's way to get out.
He held one of her hands firmly in his own to the bed as her other touched his face as thrust into her wildly and passionately.
He gripped at her thigh his hand slipping from the perspiration that built up on both of them but he couldn't stop and she wouldn't let him.
He realised her hand from his grip only to bring his lips to her collarbone, as he brought both his hands to her waist.
A hand clutching desperately at his shoulder while the other gripped onto the headboard.
Her eyes on his face, the look in his eyes made her moan, it was the burning intensity that made her body crave him more with the vulnerability that made her heart ache for him and her cry for him.
His movements slowed at the sight of her tears and he looked at her, hand on her heart as he moved slower than before as he kissed her cheek tenderly.
Her lips met his eagerly needing this needing him to kiss her, her breathing just as uneven as his own.
Her hand in his hair gripping at his curls as held her body so tightly she felt as they if they had become one but he kept moving.
He felt her body give into the passion as he thrust blindly into her joining her kissing her neck as her body quivered from release beneath him.
'Good night'.
Rebekah smiled as Elijah,Elena,Kol and Bonnie headed upstairs leaving her and Stefan downstairs.
Who put his arms around her and sighed against her skin.
'Did you have fun?'.
'I did even though Sage and Mikael tried to ruin my night'.
'About Sage, when she said Alexander you got really upset Rebekah was he?'.
'I will tell you about Alexander I promise but not tonight can we just go upstairs get into bed and you can just hold me, please'.
She felt him kiss her neck.
'Of course, let's go to bed'.
So many names have been dropped Tatia,Cami and Alexander.
One of them may be making an appearance in the next chapter along with Esther reaching out to one of her children but I'm not saying who.
