The revolution gets going and Effie, who came closer to Haymitch than she would have ever expected, has to figure out where her loyalties lie. And her time is running out.

When Wren Medler is reaped for the seventy-third annual Hunger Games, she knows that the odds aren't in her favour. They never have been, what with growing up in a community home and pining over her best friend that refuses to see her as anything more than that. But what Wren doesn't know is that she wasn't reaped by chance. In the end, the odds had nothing to do with it.

District 13 was actually destroyed, meaning the districts have no outside help, and the Hunger Games continue as usual. This year is a Quarter Quell. Who will emerge victorious from the jungle of hourly horrors?

After the Sixth Quarter Quell, the peace Panem has seen for the last 75 years has been shattered. Two leaders assassinated. A country on the verge of war. With a rebellion looming ever closer, the Capitol has one last shot to stop the renegades and keep the peace.
