Kaneki and Hide are sitting in Anteiku drinking coffee. Touka walks up to them, "Can you two help me with something?"
"Okay, so what is it?" Hide says.
"I need you to act in my play." she said.
"Well I don't know-" Kaneki starts to say but Hide cuts him off.
"It will be like last time. It sounds fun we'll do it." Hide says way to loud.
"Thank guys our first rehearsal is tomorrow at three." she says and walks off
"This is going to be fun." Hide says with a smile.
Hide and Kaneki are waiting outside the place where the play will be held. "She's late." Hide said.
"She's always late." Kaneki says not noticing Touka walking up behind him.
"You got a problem with that?" she said startling him. He turned around to face her and noticed Tsukiyama standing next her.
"Why is Tsukiyama here?" Kaneki asked.
"He also helping me with my play." Touka says.
"She said there's a part that perfect for me." Tsukiyama said. They walked into the building. The stage had a castle on it, and some random props scattered about.
"What kind of play is it?" Kaneki asks.
"It's a fairy tale about a princess who gets kidnapped by an evil prince."
"Oh, and you're gonna be the princess." Kaneki says, "You gonna wear a big princess dress?"
"No. You're going to." she said.
"What, but you're an actually a girl. I don't want to do this." Kaneki said.
"You already agreed to it." She said. "You owe me one remember," she whispers to him.
"Fine."
"Why am I the villain. You said the role suited me, so it must be prince." Tsukiyama says.
"No, you are definitely the villain." Touka says. Kaneki walks out on stage almost falling in a big pink frilly dress and pink heels. "You're walking like shit do it better." she shouts out him.
"I can't really walk in these. Do I really have wear these?" Kaneki asks.
"Yes, you have to wear them; so you'll just have to get use to it." she says. "Where's Nagachika?"
"Hide's trying to find where he put down his script. He put it somewhere before he got changed." Kaneki said.
"Go get him, he gave me his script before he went to get changed." Touka said with irritation in her voice. Kaneki walked into the wings to get him.
"Sorry, I thought I put it down somewhere in the dressing room." Hide said getting his script.
"Let's start this," she yelled.
"Get away from me, you evil man." Kaneki says. Tsukiyama stepped forward and grabbed Kaneki's wrist. Kaneki tried to take a step backwards but tripped over his dress. "Ow."
"Cut, why do you keep falling." Touka yells.
"It's this big dress, I can't walk right in it." Kaneki replies.
"Just get up and continue."
"How much longer will this be?" Hide asks poking his out from behind the curtain.
"Until we finish the read through. Now get in place." Touka yells at him.
"Now you're mine princess, and no one can save you." Tsukiyama yells out, obviously overacting.
"You can't do that. She's mine," Hide says leaping out on to the stage.
"Just try and stop me," Tsukiyama says with a laugh, and draws his sword.
"You will die," Hide yells. They start swinging their swords. Hide knocks the sword from Tsukiyama's hand. He holds the blade to Tsukiyama's throat, "If you don't want to die leave, and never come back. Or next time I won't spare you." Tsukiyama vanishes off the stage. Hide takes Kaneki into his arms, "You're safe now princess. That monster is gone," Hide says giving him a kiss, causing Kaneki to blush.
"Good let's continue onto the final scene," Touka yells out.
