The ground was shaking.

"Hurtle, do you feel that?" I asked my best friend. He rose his eyebrow and gave me a confused look.

"Feel what?" he asked me.

I felt the ground shake once more.

"The ground is shaking," I informed him.

"You're just imagining things," he chuckled. I furrowed my eyebrows.

The shaking had stopped.

"I guess you're right," I agreed, letting out a nervous laugh. 'Just imagining things.'

"Hey guys," a voice greeted us. It was the voice of our team captain. I turned and spotted the rest of the team heading over to us.

"Morning," I responded. Cyan folded her arms and said nothing in return. Hades gave us a smile.

"What's up?" Adept asked.

"Aph is hallucinating," Hurtle joked. I retaliated by slapping his arm. "Violence!" he cried out, but I just rolled my eyes. He deserved it.

"Don't listen to him," I told them.

"Oh, why so?" Cyan asked Hurtle, ignoring my request. She looked rather amused.

"She thinks the ground is shaking," Hurtle smirked. I frowned at my best friend, but I knew he wouldn't give up the opportunity to tease me.

"I swear I felt it!" I defended myself. They all just laughed, minus Hades who kept his smile plastered on his face. I crossed my arms and pouted.

The ground started to shake once more.

"Don't tell me you guys can't feel it!" I complained.

"Really Aph? An earthquake in Berlin?" Adept questioned me. He rose an eyebrow and looked at me curiously.

"You believe me, don't you Hades?" I turned to my last hope.

"Well…" he started hesitantly. I groaned and threw my hands up in the air.

"I swear I'm not crazy!" I proclaim.

"Is she acting?" I heard Adept whisper to Hurtle. "Is this a joke?"

Hurtle only shrugged, clearly not knowing the answer.

All of a sudden, the strength of the tremors and the frequency of them increased. Cyan was the first to fall over.

"W-what was that?" she asked, sitting on the floor. Her eyes were widened.

"See! I'm not imagining things!" I retorted, trying to keep my balance.

The guys all looked at each other, trying to think of what to say.

"Earthqua—" Adept began, but he was cut off by a loud voice.

"METEOS, USE EARTHQUAKE!"

'What?' I felt my eye twitch. Suddenly it got darker as we were overshadowed by something. I looked up to find the source and my eyes widened.

"G-giant?!" Hurtle pointed at the large being. Glooming over us in his Cloud9 jacket stood one of the original members, their jungler – Meteos.

Before we could react, he stomped on the ground and the rest of us fell over. He continued his stomping and we all tried to cling onto the ground.

My body couldn't handle it and I was greeted by darkness.

"THAT'S WHAT YOU GET!" the former Cloud9 jungler yelled out as he mashed on the buttons of his gaming console.

"All I wanted was a more significant part!" he pointed at his opponent. "But all I got was a mention in chapter 6!"

"Will?" the ex-professional gamer looked up to see his former top laner looking at him, concerned.

"What's up?" Meteos replied nonchalantly.

"Are you battling against… a poro?" Balls asked slowly.

"Don't you mean, aren't you winning against a poro?" Meteos grinned. Balls slowly nodded his head and pursed his lips.

"Alright. Just wanted to know," he said before turning around and walking out of their bedroom. There was definitely something wrong with his partner, but Balls decided to wait until Meteos was ready to talk about it.

"Aw he's jealous," Meteos said, misinterpreting Balls's reaction. He thought Balls was jealous because he was playing with someone else.

"If he wanted to play, all he had to do was ask," Meteos complained, turning his attention back to his opponent. "I'll make it up to him later," he smirked.

Hunter just looked at Meteos with his tongue sticking out as he hid behind his console.

"Aw c'mon, you're going to get it all over your screen!"

Just a quick, fun chapter before I make my next trip. I'll be pretty busy for the rest of the week, but hopefully by next week I'll have time to write the next 'actual' chapter :P Thanks for reading!
