Frontier World - 5 1/2 Year's in the Future - Shibuya Cemetery - July 19 2016

Takuya stared at the tombstone, with tears running down his cheeks. "It isn't fair that I lost you." The brown haired 19 year old sobbed as he buried his face into his arm. The tombstone read;

Daisuke Hiroshi Kanbara

2000 - 2014

He was a hero, son, brother, boyfriend, best friend, & nephew,

and the world will be a darker place without him.

He brought light to a world of nothing but darkness.

He was loved by all who met him and he will be missed.

R.I.P.

The rest of the Kanbara Family watched as he broke down, like he did every year on this date. "It's hard to believe it's been two years since..." The 16 year old trialled off, & tears started falling from his eyes. "I know baby, I know." Yuriko, Takuya's mother said, with a shaky smile on her face. Koichi & Koji walked up along with the other former DigiDestined and their families. "How long?" Yutaka asked Yuriko, who hugged her son's boyfriend.

"About 10 minutes." Hiroaki Kanbara, Takuya's, Daisuke's, & Shinya's father, said softly to his son's boyfriend. "Daisuke was a really special person and the world isn't the same without him." J.P. nodded his head in agreement. "Davis was the light that illuminated the darkness and and the world as a whole seems darker without him." Zoe said sadly out loud.

Flashback - 2 Years Earlier

A brown haired 14 year old was happily playing soccer when he suddenly clutched at his chest. "Damn, I was doing better." The Youngest Kanbara boy said before blacking out from the pain.

2 hours later - Shibuya General - Daisuke's POV

I know despite what they say that I'm dying. It hurts so much that they are lying to me, but they are at least trying to make me feel better. You're probably wondering who I am and what's going on. Well I am Daisuke Hiroshi Kanbara and I have a heart condition. No traumatizing back story or dramatic flash backs, if you're looking for that crap read another story because this is only about a pathetic boy with heart failure. Short and to the point, I know, if you don't like that go see a movie about a happy little elf (1).

My family is in denial, too. My mom is talking about all these things we will do once I get out of here. My brother is talking about me joining the high school soccer team next year, and my twin brother is demanding I get better. My worlds going dark.

End of POV

"I'm sorry but Daisuke has passed away." The doctor said to the Kanbara's. Yuriko started sobbing loudly, as Hiroaki refused to belive that his youngest son was dead. "Takuya?" Hiroaki said only to realize the boy was gone.

They finally found him on a terrace and sitting on the ground with his arms wrapped around his knees. He was crying and singing;

"How will I start
Tomorrow without you here?

Henry and Hiroshi smiled sadly as they watched a digimon attack. "It's hard to believe it all started 3 years ago." The Shinobi of Shinjuku said to his boyfriend. "Yeah, it was all peaceful and then it wasn't" Henry said. "My best friend gave me the best advice
He said each day's a gift and not a given right
