Thank you to all who nominated my story. I don't have enough words to say.

PS I went back and fixed some chapters. Chapters 6 and forth.

Chapter Fourteen

Few days had gone by and Hotch had enrolled for a triathlon for the FBI. His training partner was Christy. Christy was running late for their appointed time so he started running. Hotch stopped for a moment.

"Jeez, I hope your training for something or you just did sprints for fun."

"Sorry I'm late Daddy." Christy said and looked at the lady. "And you are?"

"I'm Beth. I was just curious why he was doing sprints."

"I'm his training partner. He doesn't need another one and if he would need one there's always my Mom."

"Christina." Hotch stated.

She rolled her eyes and tried to be nice. After their training he talked to her about being nice to woman who would talk to him and said goodbye. He needed to go to work. It was already time. He accompanied to her car and said goodbye. He walked towards his and called JJ. He explained what had happened and Christy's reaction. After a few more minutes he hung up and got ready to head to the BAU.

"Let's get started." Hotch said as he entered the roundtable room.

"Okay. Um, so two men were beaten with a metal pipe in Philadelphia last night. Sam Ekes 58, he was in town for business. And then Bruce Thomas, 32 he worked, he worked at a suit shop nearby." Garcia replied.

They continued to talk about the case. The Unsub had sat the victims on crates demonstrating remorse. With the Unsub's aggression coupled with his loose grip on reality usually leads to more.

"Exactly. Which is why we're headed to Philadelphia. Wheels up in 20." Hotch replied.

They're sure the Unsub might be suffering from bloodlust. The Unsub would have no choice than to kill again. They found another crime scene and this time there was no cleaning. Hotch and the team gave the profile. Rossi and Prentiss go to the morgue. Rossi realizes that the Unsub might be a boxer. Meanwhile Ashley and Morgan went to the gym to look and gather information about Tony and his fighters. They learned that Tony had bet against one of his fighters' Jimmy Hall. Garcia gathers information on Jimmy. They try to find him in his apartment but he's not there.

Hotch asked Garcia to look up for fights whether underground or regular. Hotch and Reid arrive at the final fight. They see Jimmy letting himself being beaten so he could be taken to the hospital. They're waiting for someone to tell them news

"How is he?" Reid asked getting up.

"He suffered severe blows to the head and he lost a lot of blood." The Nurse replied.

"Can he talk?" Hotch asks.

"Yeah, but he's weak so make it quick." The Nurse replied.

"I will." Hotch replied walking towards the door.

"Jimmy, I'm Agent Hotchner with the FBI." He said entering the hospital room. "I know what happened tonight."

"My son is here. I got to see him."

"We know that's why you threw the fight. We know you know what's happening."

"Yeah he's a fighter he's going to make it."

"Jimmy they've stopped the transfusions."

"That doesn't mean anything."

"Listen to me. Ryan doesn't have a lot of time left and he's scared. He's not scared of dying. He's scared of disappointing you. Trust me any chance he has of feeling some peace in this moment is gonna depend on what you say to him right now. So go in there and be his father. Not a fighter, not a trainer. Right now Ryan needs his dad." Hotch said and helped him into a wheelchair and walked to Ryan's room.

Hotch was resting on the hearing Jimmy talk to Ryan about his fight.

"And when I was in that ring getting punched over and over again I figured out something. Sometimes I want to fight, but my body keeps telling me to stop, and it doesn't matter how hard I punch, I just, I can't do it. And, uh, and when that happens, you know what I do? I let go, Ryan. And what I've figure out is, letting go doesn't mean that you're a quitter. It doesn't mean that you lost. It just means that you realize in that moment that it's time to let go and move on. So if it's time, Ryan, it's all right 'cause you fought a hell of a fight. Your mother and I we both love you. Don't you ever forget that."

Hotch couldn't contain the tears.

"I love you too, Daddy."

Few minutes later the machine let them know that Ryan had gone. Hotch allowed him a few minutes so he could say goodbye to Ryan and then he apprehended him. He was ready to go home. He boarded the plane and everyone was talking about him.

"Are you having fun?" Hotch asked.

"So your training partner is a little over protective?" Rossi asked.

"Over protective is a mild word." Hotch replied.

"Your Dad is almost home." JJ said to the kids.

She noticed that Christy worked fast as setting the table for dinner and then she got the kids ready for dinner. She still couldn't believe she was alive. The front door opened. He wasn't half way in when Christy and Rena ran toward him. It was a matter of time before another little girl started running towards him.

"How was your day?" Hotch asked.

"It went well." JJ asked. "Long hours of work."

JJ's phone began to alert her of a text. She looked who it was. Hey I'm getting married would Christy accept being my MOH?

"Emily is getting pregnant." JJ said. "Christie she wants to know if you want to be her maid of honor."

"Yes."

JJ texted back, she says yes. When's the wedding? Her phone began to ring again. The wedding is in three weeks. I'll keep in touch with her

"The wedding is in three weeks. She'll call you later."

Christy helped them putting one of the twins in their swing. They were about to start dinner when the doorbell rang. Christy got up to answer the door.

"Uncle Dave."

"I hope I'm not late."

"We were just going to start." Hotch said.

Rossi gave JJ what he had brought. They began to have dinner. After Rossi told Christy stories about JJ and Hotch he left. While JJ put the kids in bed, Christy helped cleaning the kitchen. Their six am alarm woke them up. JJ and Hotch got up to feed and change their diapers. They began to get ready for their day.

"I'm ready." Christy said knocking on the door first.

"I imagined you would." JJ said. "You're going to love it."

Jack helped JJ with Rena and Christy with Henry. JJ got them on the car and ready for school and daycare and work. She was putting everything in order when her phone started ringing.

"Hey. Are you going away on a case?" JJ asked.

"Yes."

"Where's Christy?"

"She's on her way home. I have to go. Bye."

After a while JJ hung up the phone and began to work on what she had pending. Carina wanted to talk to her.

"What is it?"

"They found Evans in a hotel room dead."

JJ remembered a case with a BAU in Dallas.

"Was prostitution involved?"

"I don't know but probably."

"If it is it's going to be a hush thing."

After a while JJ continued with her work. Her phone began to ring.

"Mom, you didn't forget that we were going shopping for Daddy's surprise?"

"No but I just lost track of time." JJ said turning off her computer and getting up. "I pick up the Rena and the twins and I'll go and pick you up."

"Okay Mom."

She said goodbye to her Supervisor and left the Pentagon. She headed towards her car. She turned on her car and headed towards the Daycare and from there she went home to pick up Christy. She sensed something different in her daughter but she wanted Christy to tell her.

"Mom, I want to join the FBI. I want to be an Agent like Daddy."

JJ knew it was a matter of time before she announced it.

"You first need a degree."

"I know. I'm going to study communications like Mommy."

JJ just hearing that made her happy.

"I'll help you in anything I can okay?"

"Okay Mom."

They got to their destined place and began to plan what they wanted to do. Christy helped her with Rena.
