All right, in this chapter I actually wrote the name of specific songs I thought it would be nice to hear while reading certain parts, so you can listen to them if you want.

Chapter XXIII

Five More Keys

1230hrs, August 16th, 2024
Beacon Academy, Remnant

At this moment Sora and Ventus were walking around the academy. They had to take care of a few Heartless that were around, and now they were heading to the dining hall to meet up with Teams RWBY and JNPR. It had been five days since the two Keyblade wielders arrived in Remnant and they became quite popular among the students, mostly because the significantly decrease in the Heartless attacks was thanks to them. Their duel against Team CRDL also helped since the four bullies hadn't tormented anyone since then.

"She followed you and Ruby?" asked Ven, really amused by what Sora just told him.

"Yeah, most likely because she knew she was the only one I wasn't going to ask to come with me to the city to investigate," answered Sora. "Don't get me wrong, I like Yang, but she would distract me a lot if I take her with me."

Ven chuckled. "I guess you're right."

"So, what have you been doing with Jaune's team lately?" asked Sora.

"Oh you know, mostly training with Jaune and Pyrrha," replied Ven. "I've been hanging out with Nora and Ren, too. That girl reminds me a bit of Patty, you know? Except that she has a lot of energy, maybe too much…And Ren is a bit like Kid, without the obsession with symmetry, of course. He has explained me a lot of things about Aura. It's kind of similar to the Soul Wavelength."

"I thought the same," said Sora, and then he started to think about the people of Shibusen. "I wonder how Maka and the others are. It's been a while since I visited them."

"You should go to Death City soon, then," said Ven. "Take a small break and have some fun with them. Maybe a little basketball match would be fun. Just try to not be chosen as the captain again."

"I know, I know," said Sora, who hadn't forgotten about how he was tricked by Soul two years ago. "But I want to go to Fiore first. Natsu and his team called before we left Radiant Garden and I kinda promised that I would visit Fairy Tail soon. I was going to take a Gummi Ship to go there, but Shinigami-sama called and you know the rest."

"Well, you can visit them first," said Ven. "When we are done here, I'll take the Gummi Ship and return to Radiant Garden. You can use your Keyblade Glider now that you have your armor repaired, right? It will take you much less time to arrive in Earth Land this way."

"True, I forgot about my armor," said Sora, looking at his left shoulder plate.

"Oh, and when you're in Fiore ask about Aqua," said Ven. "Surely she already joined Mermaid Heel. Probably she has met that woman who wants to fight you."

"Okay, I also forgot about that…" said Sora.

"Relax, it's not like she wants to kill you or anything," said Ven, and then he started talking with a deeper voice. "She won't be match for your sheer tenacity."

"Have you been talking with that professor again?" asked Sora after hearing Ven talk like that, but before the blond Keyblade wielder could reply, someone called the two Guardians.

"Hey guys!"

Sora and Ventus turned around and saw two boys walking towards them. The first one, the one who called them, was a tan-skinned boy with short spiky light-blonde hair and dark-gray eyes, and his most distinctive feature was the long prehensile monkey tail he had. The other boy had also tan skin, but his eyes were dark blue and he had messy light blue hair that was shaved on the sides and in the back.

"Sun, hey!" said Sora, glad to see the boy who helped him and Ven yesterday with the Heartless.

"How have you been?" asked Ven.

"Great!" replied the Faunus as he fist-bumped with the two Keyblade wielders. Then he looked at the blue-haired boy who was next to him. "Dude, these are the guys I told you about, the ones who the headmaster of Beacon hired to exterminate those black monsters. You've got to see them in action, they're the coolest!"

"Well, we're not getting paid," said Sora smiling before looking at the boy with blue hair. "The name's Sora, nice to meet you."

"Ventus, but you can call me Ven," said the blond Keybearer.

"I'm Neptune," said Sun's friends. "I hope my old friend didn't cause you trouble."

"Hey, don't be a jerk!" protested Sun.

Sora chuckled." Don't worry, he didn't. So, what are you guys doing?"

"Oh, I brought Neptune with me because I wanted to introduce him to some friends I made here. I don't know if you two know them."

"Team RWBY and Team JNPR, right?" said Ven.

"So you know them," said Sun. "They're awesome, huh?"

"Yeah, we've spent a lot of time with them since we came here," said Sora. As he talked he noticed that there was a lot of noise coming from the building that was next to him, which was the dining hall. He wondered what was going on in there.

"He sleeps with Team RWBY in the same room," said Ven, pointing at his Guild Master, who couldn't believe what he just said, and neither could the other two teens.

"No way, are you serious!?" asked Sun in disbelief, feeling now even more respect for the brown-haired Keyblade wielder.

"That's the team with only girls as members, right?" asked Neptune, and Sun nodded. "Man, how did you manage to do that?"

"They were the ones who offered me their room to sleep during my stay here," said Sora as he thought of several ways to kill Ven. "As you can imagine, Weiss wasn't very fond of the idea."

Sun shrugged. "That's Ice Queen for you. I'm surprised she didn't castrate you or something. He might be better with the ladies than you, Neptune."

"A little competition never hurts," said the blue-haired boy smirking. "By the way, Sun, wasn't there something you wanted to ask Sora? About the rumor we started to hear today?"

"Right, almost forgot about that," said Sun before turning to Sora. "As Neptune said, there's been a rumor running around the academy, and it's about you. I didn't know if it was true, so I wanted to ask you about it because it's really, really big."

"Okay…" said Sora feeling a bit uneasy.

"All right, you guys already told me about that strange weapon you use and that you're not from Remnant," said Sun. "There are a lot of worlds out there, countless of them. Correct?"

"That's true," replied Ven, who remembered how surprised were him and Sora when Sun believed everything they told him immediately.

"Okay, now…Sora, we've heard that you've saved all the worlds some time ago from being destroyed," said Sun, leaving Sora and Ven with surprised looks on their faces. "And that'd make you like the hero of the universe or something like that! Please tell me it's true because that'd make you one of the coolest guys I've ever known. No offense to you guys."

"None taken," said Neptune and Ven.

"But how can people know about that?" asked Ven looking at Sora. "Who could have started that rumor?"

"I know who," said Sora, narrowing his eyes as he thought about two sisters he knew.

"So it's true!?" asked Sun astonished.

Sora sighed, knowing that it was useless to deny it now. "Yes, it's true."

"Wow, that's awesome!" said the Faunus. "I knew there was something genuine about you, man! I feel it when we fought against those monsters yesterday."

"Are you sure you weren't hungry?" asked Neptune, earning a glare from Sun.

"Come on, Sora, you should feel more proud about that!" said Ven, patting his friend's back. "I don't know why you haven't told the others about this yet, to be honest."

"You know I don't like to brag about it," said Sora. "I don't want to be liked by other people just because of that. Although now that I think about it, this explains why some students were looking at me with strange faces. Besides, you are responsible for the safety of the worlds, too. Why don't you tell them?"

"Nah, I'll leave the fame of saving the worlds to you," said Ven grinning. "I prefer to get recognition for different things."

"Like saving cute girls from bullies?" asked Sora, a teasing smirk on his face.

"Shut up!" said Ven a bit embarrassed.

"Well, now you can't go saying that is not true, Sora," said Neptune. "If I were in your place, I would definitely have told everyone about it."

"Humility, Neptune, have you heard about it?" asked Sun.

Neptune laughed. "Look who's talking."

"Okay, why don't we forget about that?" asked Sora, and then he pointed at the building that was by his right. "Let's go to the dining hall."

"You wanted to introduce Neptune to Ruby and the others, right?" said Ven.

"True," said Sun before turning to Neptune. "Okay, they're just in here! I'm really excited for you to meet them, so be cool, okay? You're gonna be cool, right?"

"Dude..." said Neptune, striking a pose with a twinkle from his white teeth.

"Good point," said Sun nodding his head.

The four teens burst into the dining hall, Sun with an overly happy expression and Neptune, Sora and Ven with quizzical looks, as people ran past them, screaming in fear. They wondered what was going, expect for Sun, who looked as if he really didn't care about what was happening.

At the end of the hall, the four could see numerous amounts of tables stacked on top one another, forming a large castle with Team JNPR on it, Nora being on the top of it.

"Ahahahahaha," laughed Nora. "I'M QUEEN OF THE CASTLE! I'M QUEEN OF THE CASTLE!"

Ruby, on the other side of the hall, stepped on a lunch tray as a small carton of milk found itself in her right hand as she pointed towards Nora with her left, shouting back.

"JUSTICE WILL BE SWIFT! JUSTICE WILL BE PAINFUL!" Ruby then crushed the carton in her hand. "IT WILL BE DELICIOUS!"

"YEAH!" The other three members of Team RWBY joined their leader in a war cry, preparing to start what it looked to be a food fight.

"Off with their heads!" ordered Nora as she jumped down from her perch towards a table full of watermelons. Then, Ren kicked three watermelons towards Team RWBY, followed by Jaune and Pyrrha who threw three at them. Just after that Nora launched all the watermelons of the table that was in front of her towards Ruby's team.

"Yang! Turkey!" shouted Ruby.

The blonde brawler quickly lunged and slid on two cooked turkeys that were on the floor as if they were like her gauntlets. Then she smashed them together as the wave of watermelons came her way. As expected, they stood no chance against Yang, who used her turkey-covered fists to smash all the watermelons she could. Then Blake jumped over Yang, grabbing two loaves on long bread and joined her friend in smashing the onslaught of watermelons. Yang then shot off her turkey gauntlets, which Pyrrha dodged, but Jaune couldn't react fast enough and was hit by them and sent flying back.

The red haired girl looked up to see Blake coming in fast, so she grabbed a long loaf of bread and blocked the black-haired attack, resulting in a clash between the two, which soon broke and resulted in an intense sword fight using bread instead of swords. Blake jumped up high and threw one of her two loaves horizontally at Pyrrha, who dodged before charging towards Blake with a thrusting attack which hit the member of Team RWBY in the gut and forced her backwards as the bread Pyrrha broke. She grabbed Blake's bread instead, holding it like a spear and threw it at Yang.

The blonde did her best to parry the spears of bread, but was soon hit and forced back like Blake. Ruby, then, jumped on a lunch tray, using it like a snowboard on the wooden table. Then she jumped into the air and deflected one of the bread loaves back at Pyrrha, forcing her to dodge. The redhead got back into a stance and blocked Ruby, who landed on her with the tray and bushed her on her back. After that, Ren and Nora rushed in towards Ruby, but Weiss quickly jumped in front of her with a bottle of ketchup and squeezed the bottle, creating a landslide on the floor, which made Ren slid into a bundle of table like a bowling ball to bowling pins.

Nora quickly bounced off one of the tables, grabbed a pole from the wall, broke it off and stabbed it into a large watermelon, making a weapon similar to her hammer. Ruby got in the way and was blown away by the force of the attack, giving Weiss the advantage of grabbing a swordfish and sped towards Nora with an amazing speed. Weiss and Nora engaged in a short battle, which Nora ended up winning by knocking Weiss away into a column, which broke after the white-haired body hit it. This caught Ruby's attention, and quickly jumped and grabbed her unconscious friend, sliding on her knees as the column slowly fell.

"Weiss! Weiss! Don't leave me!" exclaimed Ruby, looking at her partner. "Nooooooooooooooooooo!"

Yang was back on her feet and charged ahead, grabbing two turkeys again as Ren quickly got back into the fight, grabbing two leeks. Yang kicked at Ren, who blocked with his two vegetables. They soon engaged into a fight, which appeared to have finished when Ren was received an uppercut from Yang that sent him into the air; however, he didn't give up there. The boy quickly threw his leeks towards Yang, who dodged, jumped into the air and smashed Ren into a pile of tables down below.

Nora soon charged at the blond as they both headed for an epic collision course. Yang was smashed in the face with Nora's melon hammer, which sent her through the ceiling of the cafeteria. Blake, then, quickly jumped out of the way of some ruble, grabbing a long string of connected hot dogs, and used it like a whip, lashing Nora into one of the soda machines. Nora, however, grabbed a few cans that burst from the machine and threw them at Blake, who kept dodging to the best of her ability.

Pyrrha soon got back up and when he saw all the cans on the floor she got an idea. She smashed her fist into the ground, sending out an energy wave and forcing the metal cans on the floor to rise around her, and then she used the endless stream of soda cans to assault Blake, who was helpless against the storm of cans. Blake was sent back as Ruby slowly got back up, a serious look on her face.

The scythe wielder got into a low sprinter stance, and then dashed at high speed towards Team JNPR, creating a wind stream that made all the cans, food and table follow her. Then she began to rotate in midair, causing her cloak to wrap around her, making her look like a red dart that passed through Jaune's team as they were caught in the violent whirlwind of cafeteria goods and furniture. As Ruby stopped on the other side of the room, a colossal crater, along with numerous cracks, formed in the wall and all of Team JNPR crashed into it. Ruby, then, jumped out of the way as the rest of the food and furniture hit the immobile team. Ruby landed on the floor gracefully with a silent thud, as Team JNPR plopped to the ground, defeated by the leader of Team RWBY.

"So this is what a food fight is," said Ven touching his chin.

"I think this wasn't a very normal one," said Sora smiling.

Sun turned to Neptune, who was covered in all sorts of food, while the Faunus was squeaky clean, just like the two Keyblade wielders. "I love these guys!"

Neptune gave Sun a deathly glare, but was soon cut off when the doors burst open by Goodwitch, who was growling in anger. Food was about to come her way, but she stopped it with a small energy field. Then the professor waved her wand and the room began to clean itself up and fix all damage.

"Children! Please! Do not play with your food!" said an angry Glynda.

Ruby sat down on one of the tables with Weiss and Blake, while Nora let out a loud burp and Yang crashed down into one of the tables next to Weiss. They soon began to laugh, despite Goodwitch's deathly growl and glare. Then Ozpin approached her from behind, placing his hand on her shoulder.

"Let it go," said the headmaster.

Glynda sighed. "They're supposed to be the defenders of this world..."

"And they will be, but right now they're still children. So why not let them play the part?" said Ozpin as walked towards the hall's exit. "After all...it isn't a role they'll have forever..."

"If you say so…" said Glynda, following the headmaster. When she was next to the two Keyblade wielders she stopped and looked at them. "I see you two didn't participate in this. I'm glad-"

"Yeah, we were late," said Sora with a smile, but this didn't amuse Goodwitch one bit since she was now looking at Sora with the same expression she had before. "Just kidding."

2220hrs, August 16th, 2024
Vale, Remnant

After the exaggerated food fight Team RWBY and Team JNPR had in the dining hall, Sun and Neptune left since the blue-haired boy needed to clean himself. Sun decided to introduce him to the gang tomorrow, so his friend could calm down a bit. The two teams also needed to take a shower, especially Team JNPR, so Sora and Ven decided to take a walk around the academy while they waited for them.

The two walked for a while until they were stopped by Peter Port, a professor of Beacon who Sora and Ven met one day and that appeared to have heard about the rumor, the one about Sora. Actually, the entire academy already knew about it. Professor Port was really fascinated about the fact that Sora was the savior of the worlds and wanted him to be his assistant for the next class, so he could tell his tales to everyone; however, Sora wanted to talk with Blake about the mission in the airfield, so Ven ended up being Port's assistant since he also knew about Sora's story.

Sora found Blake in Team RWBY's room reading a book on her bed, as she usually did. The moment the girl saw Sora, she stood up and asked him if she could go with him to the airfield at night, which took Sora a bit by surprise. The back-haired girl seemed more interested in going with him since Ruby mentioned the White Fang's hideout they found in the subway the last night, so Sora wasn't going to say no to her. He was actually going to ask her to go with him, after all. Now, the two were walking along a road, heading to the airfield, which was far from the city.

Sora didn't know why, but Blake was kind of weird since they left. She was always serious and reserved, but not as much as tonight. The Keyblade wielder was completely sure he hadn't done anything to upset her, so it had to be something personal. He decided to start a conversation with her, so she could stop thinking about what was worrying her and, fortunately, it was working.

"And I never thought you would participate in a food fight," said Sora.

"To tell you the truth, neither do I," said Blake.

"Well, it was nice to see you laugh for once," said Sora looking at the girl with his trademark silly grin. Blake couldn't help but crack a small smile, mostly because the expression Sora had on his face. "Oh, I just remembered I wanted to thank you."

Blake tilted her head a bit in confusion. "Why?"

"Ruby and Yang told me you defended me yesterday," replied Sora. "It seems that Weiss is a bit bothered because I still haven't answered the question she made me in the city."

"Oh," said Blake in realization. "It's nothing. I guess she wants to know why you are the leader because your organization is a very important one. If you want to know, she showed hostility towards Ruby when she was chosen as the Team Leader instead of her, but ended up warming up to her."

"I have to admit she's not the easiest person to deal with, but I'm sure she'll eventually warm up to me," said Sora, a confident smile on his face. "It's not going to be an easy task, but I'm sure I'll able to do it."

"What? Do you have some magic trick to make girls fall for you?" asked Blake amused. "You are not going to use it on me, are you?"

Sora sighed. "Do I really make it that easy?"

"I think so," replied Blake smiling as she looked at Sora, who was now talking to himself about ways to make Weiss warm up to him.

The girl was wondering if the Keyblade wielder noticed that she was acting a bit weird since he was starting conversations whenever he could. Lately she had been thinking about Roman Torchwick and the White Fang, and couldn't help but worry; however, talking with Sora made her feel better. She always felt comfortable when talking with him, the reason being that he wasn't from Remnant. It was refreshing to be with someone that wasn't from Remnant, someone who wasn't affected in any way by major conflict between Humans and Faunus, although she was sure that there were also similar problems in other worlds. Either way, she was thankful that Sora was trying to distract her from thinking about Torchwick and the Faunus organization.

"I can't annoy her too much or she will use her rapier against me," said Sora, touching his chin pensively.

"You could explain her about the reason you are the leader of the Light Guardians," suggested Blake. "Ruby and Yang told us something this morning…"

"So it was them who started that rumor," said Sora, not surprised at all. "Say, did Weiss…?"

"She doesn't believe one word."

"Figures…" said Sora before looking at Blake again. "And you?"

"Is it true?" asked the girl with the bow on her head.

"Well, yeah," replied Sora scratching his head nervously.

"All right, then," said Blake, who trusted Sora's word. She had to admit that it surprised her a lot when she heard about the rumor, but she wasn't going to react like Ruby did. When she met Sora, she had the feeling that he had a lot of experience with protecting the worlds from the Heartless, but having saved all the worlds was something she didn't expected to hear. "You didn't want us to know about that? I'm just saying this because you look a bit troubled, so you don't have to answer if you don't want to."

"No, it's not a secret or something like that," said Sora. "It's just that I would like people to see me for who I am, not for what I am. I don't want to be liked by people just because I'm 'the savior of the worlds', you know what I mean?"

"More than you think…" replied Blake.

"Most of the worlds I've visited don't know about the Keyblade, and the people I met there never asked me about it," said Sora. "But lately a lot of people know about it and also about the existence of other worlds. I guess it can't be helped."

"You should be proud of doing something like that," said Blake. "Not a lot of people would have been able to do it."

"Well, I couldn't have done it alone," said Sora smiling. "I just don't like to brag about it, but I admit it feels nice to get some recognition for the things I do."

"Like humiliating bullies in a duel, for example?" asked Blake.

"Hey, Ven started that one," said Sora, pointing at the girl. "Besides, you have to admit that they deserved that one."

"Yes…I have to admit that I'd have liked to do what you and Ven did the first time I saw Cardin and his team picking on Velvet," said Blake. "But that would have brought me unnecessary attention."

"But you aren't the type of person who likes to solve problems with violence, right?" said Sora. "Violence breeds violence, at least that's what I think. Although, sometimes…"

"Hmm?" Blake looked at Sora curiously. For a moment it looked as if he was about to say something, but it seemed that the Keyblade wielder decided to not say anything more and smiled at the girl.

"Forget it, it wasn't important," said Sora.

The two teens continued walking for a few minutes longer and finally reached the airfield. They were next to a fence, and from there they could overlook four hangars and the terminal of the airfield. Blake used Gambol Shroud to cut the fence and she and Sora crossed it and started getting closer to the hangars; they couldn't see if they were opened or closed since the doors were on the other side.

"Let's try to stay off the tarmac," said Blake silently. "Let's circle around the hangars instead. If they are closed we'll have to find a way to find out which one Torchwick and the White Fang are using."

"Wait, you think it's them?" asked Sora in a low voice. "I know it's very possible, but…"

"I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me either," replied Blake, and Sora nodded. "Now let's circle the hangars to see if they're open or not."

"All right," said Sora.

Sora and Blake approached one of the hangars carefully, and looking around to make sure no one could see them. There were a few surveillance cameras, but the two managed to pass without getting spotted by any of them. Now they were behind one of the hangars, but before they could continue their infiltration, they could hear two voices and they were getting closer. Two people were coming by the path that was between the two hangars. At first sight there wasn't any spot to hide, so Sora and Blake had to go back and hide in the corner. They stood there and could hear how the two people were getting closer; however, they stopped before reaching the corner, so the Guardian and the Huntress-in-training were safe. They were about to leave, but then the two people said something interesting.

"Have you seen it?"

"Yes, that thing is huge. I don't know how they managed to capture it."

"I heard those monsters can disappear if they want to. I wonder why this one hasn't done it."

"Who knows? What is actually strange is that green aura it emits sometimes."

"Well, the boss will be here in a couple of minutes so we'd better return to the hangar."

The two people walked back where they came from, so Blake poked her head around the corner and could see the uniform they were wearing. It was the same most of the members of the White Fang wore. The black-haired girl let out a sigh and a sad expression appeared on her face; however Sora was too busy to notice.

"A Heartless," said the Keyblade wielder, interrupting Blake. "They captured the Heartless with the sphere that attracts other Heartless."

"Looks like it," said Blake.

"They might be planning to release the Heartless in the city…" said Sora, a concerned look on his face. "They said their boss was going to arrive in a couple of minutes, so we don't have time to be sneaky. If I focus I might be able to tell which hangar they are using to hide the Heartless."

This disconcerted Blake, and not just a bit. What was Sora saying? How could he detect the Heartless with the sphere? He wasn't able to detect Heartless because if that was the case, he would have known where to find the Heartless in the first place; however, he and Ven always had to wait for them to show up. She looked at Sora, who had a concentrated expression, and wondered how

"It's here," said Sora, touching the hangar that he and Blake used to hide from the two members of the White Fang. "We're lucky, this is the closest one."

"Sora…" said Blake, an uncharacteristic perplexed look on her face. "How could you…do that?"

"Uh?" Sora looked at Blake for a second and then realized what he just did. "Crap! I was so focused on finding the Heartless that I forgot for a second that Blake was with me!"

"Sora…Are you-"

Before Blake could finish her question, the sound of the doors of the hangar opening could be heard. Then a loud noise also reached the two teens' ears, and it was the one of a Bullhead landing, and this meant that they were going to do something with the Heartless they captured, just like Sora thought. The Heartless was more important at this moment, so Blake decided to forget about what Sora said and focus on stopping what Torchwick was planning to do with the dark monster. That was another thing, Roman Torchwick and the White Fang was there, and the last time she needed help from Sun and another person to deal with them; however, Sora was really strong so she wasn't worried. Now they couldn't waste any time, so a stealthy approach wasn't an option.

"Stealth won't get us anywhere now," said Sora.

"I was thinking the same thing," replied Blake. "Are you ready to fight?"

Sora smiled. "Always ready."

Meanwhile in the hangar, a lot of members of the White Fang could be seen around a huge metal cage. They couldn't see what was inside, but some of them already knew what they were guarding. Apart from all the White Fang members, someone different was also there, a man who had slanted dark-green eyes and bright, long, orange hair, with long bangs covering his right eye.

"Come on, we don't have all night," said Torchwick impatiently. "Why don't you animals try to pick up the pace? We were supposed to leave this place two hours ago."

Suddenly, members of the White Fang who were outside the hangar were sent flying away by someone. Roman turned around and a tired expression appeared on his face. The White Fang members who were inside the hangar grabbed their sword and firearms and looked for the responsible of knocking out their comrades.

"Seriously…" said the criminal, and then he could see Blake, who looked at him with a disgusted face as more White Fang members surrounded her. "Oh, if it isn't the kitty. Didn't you bring your monkey boyfriend with you this time?"

Then Roman heard the sound of a window breaking. He looked up and saw that someone from above entered the hangar from the window that was on the ceiling and landed on the cage where the Heartless was. Sora stood up as members of the White Fang aimed their weapons at him.

"Great, another weird kid…" said Roman sarcastically.

"Roman Torchwick, I suppose," said Sora.

"And who might you be?" asked the criminal. "Well, actually I'd like to know why you are here and why you kids like so much to interfere in my plans. It's getting old."

"Nothing important," said Sora with a small smile on his face as he tapped the cage. "We have to make sure you don't take this Heartless to the City of Vale. That'd be troublesome."

"Oooh, I see you've done your homework," said Roman, not sounding very impressed. "You don't look from Vale. How's that you get involved with this? Did the kitty coax you?"

"Sora, don't listen to him," said Blake, who was still surrounded by the White Fang soldiers. She didn't want to hurt them, so she had to be really careful.

"You might be thinking you're doing something good, stopping me and these animals of the White Fang," said Roman, swing his cane around, "but I bet you don't know you're helping another criminal at this moment."

Sora looked confused at Roman. "What?"

"See, I knew it," said Roman, before pointing at Blake with his thumb. "This lady here was a member of the White Fang and she didn't tell you. But who can blame her? Why would you help someone who belonged to an organization who had been killing Humans for who knows how much time?"

"Dammit!" thought Blake.

Blake knew something like this would happen if they encountered Torchwick, but she hoped the criminal didn't say anything about her old relationship with the Faunus organization. She didn't know how Sora would react to hear something like that, but to her surprise, the Keyblade wielder started chuckling.

"Are you trying to put me against her?" asked Sora, raising an eyebrow at Torchwick. "That trick is the one getting old, if you ask me."

Roman growled, but then he noticed that the boy that was on the cage was unarmed. As fast as lightning, Torchwick raised his cane and shot an explosive bullet at Sora; however, the Keyblade wielder had good reflexes and could summon his sword and deflect the bullet, sending it far away so it didn't hurt anyone.

"That wasn't very nice," said Sora, and then he noticed that the White Fang members who were aiming their weapons at him now were looking at him scared. They started walking backwards, as if they were afraid of the brown-haired boy. Roman, on the other hand, looked more surprised than scared.

"Tch, so you are with him," said Roman as he also retreated slowly. He didn't forget that Blake was behind him, but the White Fang members were keeping an eye on her.

"Him?" asked Sora confused. Then he looked at his Keyblade for a second and remembered why he wanted to find Torchwick in the first place. "Wait, are you talking about that man in the hood?"

"Who else, kid?" said Roman. "That guy appeared here out of nowhere and only said that he was 'collecting information'. I'll admit that trying to capture him was a bad idea. Some of the animals are still recovering from the beat up they received. I suppose he's the one who told you where to find the Heartless."

"So he's not working with this guy," thought Sora. "Well, if he's not here anymore the only thing I have to do now is take care of this guy and the Heartless."

"Well, I think it's time for a tactical retreat," said Roman before he started running towards the Bullhead, which was ready to leave, followed by all the White Fang members who were still conscious.

"I won't let you get away!" said Blake.

Ignoring the White Fang, she charged at Torchwick and used her Semblance to create afterimages of her as she used her katana and the sheath to slash at the criminal. Sora was impressed at Blake's swordsmanship, but it also surprised him how Torchwick could deflect every attack with his cane. Blake dashed, hopped over and slid around Roman to try and find an opening, but the orange-haired man, while barely deflecting the attacks, landed a few hits on Blake until one final beating with his cane caused her to go down. He was about to shot another explosive bullet, but this time at Blake; however, Sora appeared in front of Roman and hit him, sending him away from Blake.

"All of you who have those keys hit really hard," muttered Roman in pain as he stood up. He realized that he was now next to the Bullhead, so he jumped on it. "It's been fun, but I have to go now."

"Who said you could leave?" asked Sora before he started running to the airship. Blake stood up and saw Sora running to the Bullhead, but she also saw a small red crystal on the floor, between him and the ship.

"Sora, watch out!"

When the Keyblade wielder heard Blake, he started looking around until he saw a red crystal next to his feet. Roman smirked before using his cane to shoot at the crystal. It was too late to cast Reflega, so Sora jumped away a second before the explosive bullet touched the crystal. A big fire explosion was produced by the crystal after the Roman's bullet hit it, and the pilot of the Bullhead took that opportunity to ascend.

"That was a close one," said Sora, who was now next to Blake.

"You okay?" asked Blake, and the boy nodded.

The two, then, looked at the airship as it got higher in the air.

"I guess you won this time!" said Roman, referring to the fact that he couldn't release the Heartless in the City of Vale. "I'll let you have fun with the Heartless as reward! See you around, kids!"

"The Heartless!" said Sora as he turned around.

The brown-haired boy could see the door of the cage slowly opening, so he grabbed his Keyblade tightly and got ready to fight. Meanwhile Blake looked at the airship with a frustrated face. She was upset since Roman could escape again, but she wasn't going to leave Sora alone with the Heartless, so she turned around and prepared to fight the monster; however, much to the two teens' surprise, the cage was empty.

"It's not there," observed Blake, putting her katana on its sheath again.

Sora sighed as his Keyblade vanished. "All this for nothing…"

"Sora, I-"

Sounds of sirens interrupted Blake. It looked like someone called the police since now they were coming to the airfield. Someone could have seen or heard the explosion the crystal produced, or maybe they saw the bullet Sora deflected. However, the cause didn't matter; Sora and Blake's priority was to get out of there since it was supposed they couldn't be there. The two teens started running, heading to the City of Vale.

0015hrs, August 17th, 2024
City of Vale, Remnant

Sora and Blake managed to reach the city without being spotted by the police. The two didn't stop running until they arrived in the City of Vale, so it was normal they were tired now. They found a bench and decided to rest there for a moment. The Keyblade wielder looked at Blake for a second and noticed that she had her eyes closed, so he decided to not bother her since she was busy thinking about something. He started thinking about what happened in the hangar instead.

"They all looked so scared…" thought Sora as he looked at his right hand. "And they thought I was his ally the moment they saw my Keyblade…I guess that confirms my theory, but if he wasn't working with Torchwick, then is he a good guy or a bad guy?"

Sora didn't know what to think, but since the hooded guy left Remnant, he couldn't do anything about it. He looked at Blake again, who was now with her arms crossed and looking at the ground.

"Do you want to return to Beacon?" asked Sora.

Blake blinked and looked at the boy. "Aren't you…going to ask about it?"

"About what Torchwick said?" asked Sora. Blake nodded slowly in response. "Do you want to talk about it?"

"I think it'd better if we talk," replied Blake. "I don't want things to get awkward between us because of what Torchwick said. To tell you the truth, I didn't expect you to react the way you did when he told you I was a member of the White Fang."

"Well, at first I thought he was lying," said Sora. "I thought he was trying to confuse me and try to put me against you. Is it true, then?"

Blake nodded. "From most of my life I've been a member of the White Fang. You could say I was born into it. I left because it became an organization that uses violent means to counter the perceived and actual discrimination that Faunus receive from Humans. Before it was a peaceful organization, but after the change of leader, that changed."

"Yeah, Weiss told me about the White Fang the night I came here with her," commented Sora.

"I suppose that, now that you know about the White Fang, you must think they are just a bunch of awful people who uses violence to get what they want," said Blake, a tad of sadness in her voice.

"According to what you just told me, it seems that they need someone who guides them better than their actually leader," said Sora. "I'll tell you what I told Weiss that night. I don't like one bit hearing that they kill people, but it wouldn't be fair to judge the whole organization for it. I told her was sure there had to be someone in the White Fang who also disliked how they acted and it looks like I was right."

Blake blinked in surprise. "You really told her that?"

"Yup," said Sora smiling. "You see, there was a group called Organization XIII that did bad things just because their leader told them to do, but most of them weren't bad people. They were just deceived by the leader of the organization. Now three of its members are Light Guardians, you know?"

"Really?" asked Blake. Sora nodded and the girl looked at the sky. "You really are someone strange, Sora."

Sora chuckled. "I'll take that as a compliment."

"It was," said Blake before sighing. "I wish the people of Remnant were more like you. Maybe things will be different then."

"Hey, don't get depressed now," said Sora, putting his hand on Blake's shoulder. "I'm sure you'll find a way so everyone in Remnant can get along, no matter what species they are."

"That's easier said than done," said Blake. "But you're right, I can let this get to me or I'll never be able to change things. However, something big is coming and everyone looks so calm..."

"Then you'll have to solve this yourself," said Sora. "But remember you are not alone. You have Ruby, Yang and Weiss. They know about…?"

"Yes, they know," replied Blake.

"Perfect, then," said Sora. "I'm sure they'll be willing to help you. I'd like to give you a hand, but…"

"No meddling?" asked Blake smiling.

Sora grinned. "That's right, and I have to protect other worlds from the Heartless, too. If there are Heartless involved, maybe I could participate."

"So, about me…" said Blake.

"My opinion of you hasn't changed if that's what you were going to ask," said Sora. All of this was starting to remind her when he found out Kim was a witch, but that time he felt really bad because the girl was scared of him. He was glad this time was different. "You are my friend and that is the only thing important here. To me, you are still Blake, the girl from Remnant who makes fun of me whenever she cans."

Blake smiled. "If you didn't make it so easy, I wouldn't do it."

"Yeah, very funny," said Sora. "Hey, there's something I'd like to know if you don't mind. It's just curiosity, so if you don't want to answer, I'll understand."

"What is it?" asked Blake.

"If you were a member of the White Fang, does that mean you are a Faunus?" asked Sora.

Blake was a bit surprised, but she should have expected that question from Sora. Normally she wouldn't have shown anyone her Faunus heritage, but after talking with Sora about the White Fang, she decided to show him. She knew someone like him won't treat her different after knowing about her being a Faunus. Blake proceeded to remove her bow, revealing two cat ears that were hidden by the piece of cloth.

"Oh." Sora was really surprised to see the cat ears.

"I'd like you to keep this as a secret, please," said Blake. "There are still a lot of people who aren't ready to accept Faunus so only you, my teammates and Ozpin know about this."

"Sure, don't worry," said Sora, who couldn't stop looking at Blake's cat ears.

"I suppose I'll have to tell Jaune's team eventually," said Blake. "But since lately I…Ah!"

Blake's entire body shook when she felt something on one of her animal ears. At first she didn't know what it was, but she had to admit it felt really nice. She couldn't finish her sentence because of how distracting the sensation was. After a few seconds the girl realized that Sora was scratching her right cat ear.

"S-Sora, w-what are you doing!?" said Blake, moving away from the Keyblade wielder really fast until she reached the end of the bench. She was now covering her cat ears with her hands.

"Ah, sorry, I shouldn't have done that, but I couldn't help it!" said Sora raising his hands in an apologetically way.

The Keyblade wielder hoped Blake wasn't mad; however, he noticed that the girl didn't look angry at all. She was actually blushing and looking at him with a stunned expression on her face. Sora would have never imagined he would ever see Blake like that.

"If you're going to do something like that, at least tell me first," said Blake embarrassedly.

"All right, sorry again…" said Sora before blinking in realization. "Wait, does that mean I can do it if I tell you first?"

"W-what!?" asked Blake wide-eyed, her face a bit more red. "I-I didn't said that! I…"

Sora smirked. "You liked it, didn't you?"

"No! I mean…uh…well…"

"It looks like the tables have turned now," said Sora with a triumphant smile.

"Dammit Sora, you fiend…" said Blake.

"Fiend!?" asked Sora taken aback. Then the two teens looked at each other for a moment and started laughing. Despite what happened in the airfield, Sora and Blake were feeling more relaxed than they expected they would be. "Well, we should return to the academy."

"Yeah," said Blake as she re-tied her bow, and then she and Sora started to walk to return to Beacon. Blake looked at Sora as they walked and smiled. "You know, I'm really glad we talked."

"Oh, how so?" asked Sora curious.

"Nothing in particular," said Blake, the smile still on her face, but then it faded. "I wish we could have captured Torchwick, though. At least you got some information about that guy. He wasn't working with that criminal scum and…"

"He's a Keyblade wielder," finished Sora.

"You don't look very surprised," said Blake. "Did you know it?"

"I had a hunch," replied Sora. "I mean, it was someone who can defeat a Dustflier with just one strike. It had to be a Keyblade wielder and a really strong one. But Torchwick said that he said he only wanted to collect information, so I suppose he already left. I'll tell the others about it tomorrow. Now we have to focus on the Heartless, and that reminds me that it escaped..."

"Well…that means you can stay here longer," said Blake. "That's good…right?"

"Yeah, it is," said Sora smiling, but then something important came to his mind. "Blake, about what happened outside the hangar…"

Blake shook her head. "You don't have to tell me."

"But you told me about your-"

"I didn't do it because I wanted you to tell me about that," said Blake. "I did it because I wanted. But…is it something bad?"

"It's complicated to explain…" said Sora scratching his head.

"Tell me when you're ready, then," said Blake. "I actually came with a conclusion myself, but…let's say it wasn't possible."

"Surely you were actually right…" thought Sora.

Sora and Blake walked through the city, but it didn't take long until something happened. An energy ball could be seen far away from where the two teens were at this moment. Blake wondered what that ball could be, but Sora recognized it immediately. Only one thing could make something like that, and it was a Behemoth Heartless. Now he realized that the cage in the hangar could have had enough space for a Behemoth, so it could be that the Heartless vanished and reappeared in the city.

"That's a Heartless," said Sora.

"What? You sure?" asked Blake.

"Completely," replied the Keyblade wielder. "We have to hurry before it destroys anything."

"Sora! Blake!"

Before the Keyblade wielder and the Faunus could start running, a familiar voice called their names. Ruby, Weiss and Yang appeared from the streets and run towards Sora and Blake.

"Hey, how did it-"

"Leave the questions for later!" said Weiss, interrupting her Team Leader. "We have something more important to deal with at this moment!"

"Right, right!" said Ruby before looking at the Keybearer. "There are Heartless in the city! JNPR and Ven are fighting against a big one, but we need your help to deal with the others!"

"We should hurry," said Yang. "That big guy looked tough. I'm sure they'll be fine, but probably we are going to need two keys for this one."

"All right," said Sora summoning his Keyblade. "It looks like we'll have to fight together! Now that I'm here the Heartless will come after me, so I'll have to defeat them before going to help Ven and Jaune's team. Who's up to kick some butts?"

"Do you really need to ask?" said Ruby with a grin on her face, Crescent Rose already in her hands.

"Yes! I love it when you're feisty!" said a cheery Yang pointing at Sora.

"We're in this together," said Blake smiling.

"You're hopeless," said Weiss, showing a smile to the Keyblade wielder for the first time. "Now, let's go before that Heartless destroys anything."

Team RWBY and Sora started running through the City of Vale, prepared to face all the Heartless they could find. Neoshadows started appearing after the group ran for ten or fifteen minutes. Ruby took the initiative and decided to be the one fighting with Sora while the others took care of the Heartless on their own.

"I'm with you, Sora!" said Ruby.

"All right, let's take care of these guys!" said Sora.

[Red Like Roses Part II - RWBY Volume 1 OST by RTC4]

Three of the Heartless charged at Ruby, but she disappeared in a puff of rose petals, causing them to stumble. They all looked above, where the girl was now. While she descended, she transformed Crescent Rose into a rifle and used it to shoot and destroy one of the Neoshadows. Not even a second after she landed, Ruby jumped above one of the charging dark monsters and fired her rifle downward, killing it and propelling her into the air. Before she hit the ground she fired another round which completely destroyed another Heartless. She rolled after hitting the ground and shot another, obliterating another one. Ruby began to spin her rifle and, as she did so, it returned to its scythe form.

Ruby smirked. "Nailed it!"

Five Neoshadows charged at the girl but was taken down by Sora with a quick slash. "Ruby, behind you!"

Ruby turned around to see two Neoshadows that were about to attack her. Quickly, she spun her scythe and struck them with the handle, trapping the Neoshadows between the blade and her. She smirked as she pulled the trigger which propelled her weapon back and cut clean through the two dark creatures. More Heartless began to charge at her as she planted her scythe into the ground and began to fire.

"Cover me!" said Sora.

The Keyblade wielder ran past her while Ruby shot, holding his Keyblade with both hands. He began to strike the Neoshadows, destroying every one of them who got in his way while Ruby destroyed more with her scythe-rifle. One managed to bypass both Sora and the gunfire and attempted to claw Ruby who merely jumped and shot it, propelling her backwards.

More Neoshadows emerged from the forest as she replanted her scythe into the ground, landing on the handle. One made an attempt to scratch her but she ducked under it. She then pulled the trigger, killing a different Heartless and propelling her and her weapon backwards into the first one. The girl then began to spin her scythe, firing it to propel it around faster, slaughtering more of the dark creatures. Finally, she caught another and shot her scythe, cutting it in half.

Ruby was attacked by the last group of Neoshadows but she easily sidestepped the attack, letting Sora deal with them. The Keyblade wielder slashed every one of the Heartless who charged at him. He batted the last ones into one another with his Keyblade and then proceeded to send them into the air. Ruby jumped and slashed all of them incredibly fast.

"Oh, you don't know how much time I've been waiting to fight by your side like this," said Ruby excitedly as she landed beside Sora and removed the ammo clip from her scythe to replace it with another one.

"Yeah, we were awesome, weren't we?" said Sora, grinning at Ruby, who grinned back. "All right, let's continue!"

After dealing with all the Neoshadows, Sora and Team RWBY continued heading to where Ventus and Team JNPR were fighting the big one. It didn't take long until another group of Heartless appeared, prepared to attack the heroes. There were a lot of different Heartless, but there was one that stood out over the others, a Zip Slasher Heartless; however, this one was bigger than a normal one, probably as big as a Guard Armor, maybe even more.

"Damn, I wonder what Maleficent is giving them to eat," thought Sora. Then he noticed someone on his right, so he turned his head and saw that Weiss stood beside him, Myrtenaster in her left hand. "Oh, want to go for the big one?"

"Let's say I have experience with big armors," replied Weiss.

"All right, are you ready Ice Queen?" asked Sora with a cheery smile; however, it turned into an awkward one when he saw that Weiss was glaring at him because of the nickname. "Sorry, uhhh…Snow Angel?"

"That's better," said Weiss, looking again at the Heartless.

[Mirror Mirror (White Trailer) - RWBY Volume 1 OST by RT4C (0:46)]

The Zip Slasher charged at Sora and Weiss and swung its swords at them with tremendous speed, but Weiss and Sora jumped out of the way. Weiss took her rapier in hand and darted forward with lightning speed, stabbing at it. The Heartless, however, managed to block and attempted to attack her again. This time the sword struck Weiss and, despite her blocking, knocked her back quite some distance.

When Weiss recovered, she noticed the Heartless leaping towards her with its swords in the air. Before the blades could hit her, however, Sora threw his Keyblade at the Zip Slasher, knocking it away from the white-haired girl.

Then, Weiss used on of her glyphs beneath her, sending her forward at incredible speeds. The Heartless attempted to attack her, but it couldn't hit the girl thanks to her speed. Suddenly, Weiss made a U-turn and flipped over the Heartless swords as she struck it before summoning another glyph to launch her behind the armor. Weiss began to hack away at its legs as Sora jumped into the air and began to strike its face. Weiss summoned another glyph to launch her upward, and then struck the armor in the face hard enough to make it stagger. She then used another glyph to rocket herself by the Heartless' head, slashing it as she passed by. As Weiss summoned a glyph to keep her suspended in midair, the armor swung one of its swords at her, which she avoided. The next attack, another swing but with the other sword, could have struck Weiss; however, Sora reacted fast enough and parried the attack.

As Sora started hitting the Heartless with several quick slashes, Weiss to alter her rapier's abilities, making the blade shine blue as the Heartless fought Sora.

"Sora!"

"Right!"

The Zip Slasher swung its swords, however, Sora struck the blades hard enough with his Keyblade to repel the attack and cause it to recoil. Then the Keyblade wielder jumped away and Weiss then stabbed her blade into the ground, creating a trail of ice that froze the Heartless' legs in place.

Seeing an opportunity to attack, Sora charged towards the dark creature, which swung its swords at him. Thankfully, Sora managed to jump on top of one the blades, and then he ran down the length of it and attacked the arm of the Heartless, cutting it off and making the Heartless lose one of its swords.

Weiss placed a trap glyph as the ice spell wore off, freeing the Heartless. Luckily, it stepped onto the glyph shortly after Weiss stepped off. This caused an explosion that launched the Zip Slasher into the air. Sora, then, pointed his Keyblade at the armor and cast a Zero Gravity spell, suspending it in midair. Finally, Sora and Weiss jumped into the air at the same time and made a cross cut that finished the Heartless off. The two stood up after landing and looked at each other as the heart inside the Zip Slasher disappeared into the air.

"Hey, you were amazing," said Sora smiling at Weiss. "I can tell you were properly trained."

"Thanks," said Weiss, secretly flattered by the compliment. "You weren't bad either. Now let's continue."

"Right!" said Sora.

With the second wave of Heartless defeated, the group continued. Sora knew the Heartless Ven and Jaune's team were fighting at this moment was the one with the Lacrima, so the Heartless will keep coming until they defeated it. Now the only thing they could do is fight and move forward.

Suddenly, lots of Armored Knights Heartless that were on the top of the city's buildings jumped to the streets. Team RWBY was now surrounded by them, and Sora stopped running to give them a hand; however, a great amount of Armored Knights appeared and surrounded him before he could assist the girls.

"What a hassle," said Sora when suddenly Blake landed next to him. This surprised him at first, but then she smiled at the girl when she stood up, prepared to fight alongside Sora.

"Hello again," said Blake.

"Are you ready to fight?" asked Sora, grabbing his Keyblade with a reversal grip.

"Always ready."

[From Shadows - RWBY Volume 1 OST by RT4C (1:19)]

Sora merely smiled as he turned his head to look at the row of Heartless that were in front of him. Then he threw his Keyblade at the row of Heartless, which were destroyed as the Keyblade hit them. Sora darted forward, grabbing his weapon and slicing the Heartless that tried to attack him.

Three other Heartless charged towards Blake, who jumped backwards, hitting them all with one swing from the sharp edge of Gambol Shroud's default form. She then darted forward and struck one of the Heartless as Sora sliced at the one opposite to it. Blake flipped back, slicing a Heartless that tried to attack Sora from behind.

The Keyblade wielder sliced through more Heartless before turning around and destroying even more of them. Then some Surveillance Robots Heartless appeared and began to shoot lasers at the Sora and Blake, but they had no problem and used their swords to deflect every laser. Blake started running and bypassed the laser and began to hack and slash at the new type of Heartless, knocking the final one into the air which Sora slammed into the ground.

Sora and Blake stood beside each other as they saw how more Armored Knights were coming from the end of the street. Blake looked at Sora, who also turned his gaze at her. They nodded and looked at the Heartless again.

"Let's do this," said Sora smiling as the Heartless rushed at him. Before the Heartless could get to him, the blade of Sora's Kingdom Key glowed with a bright light. Then, he swung the Keyblade and fired several waves of energy from it, destroying some Heartless.

Blake, not far from Sora, was slashing the Heartless with the sheath form of her weapon as she moved forward. Then, she unsheathed her katana, which she used to slash at the Heartless. She sent some Heartless into the air, so Sora jumped, attacked with his Keyblade and defeated them all. Sora landed next to Blake and realized that they were surrounded.

"Blake?"

"I got it."

Blake pulled her arm back as Gambol Shroud changed to its pistol form, and then she shot the gun, launching the weapon out of her hand. The pistol was attached to her wrist by a black ribbon, so once it passed the Heartless, she yanked on the ribbon, pulling the trigger and launching the weapon back, slicing through some of the Heartless. Sora began to attack the other Heartless. As a bunch closed in on Blake, she jumped into the air and fired her weapon, swinging it around her in all directions and destroying said Heartless. It ended up hooking around the neck of one Armored Knight, but she shot the pistol and decapitated it.

In the path of where they needed to go was another group of Heartless. Sora spun his Keyblade around and put it to his side, as if it was a sheathed katana. He then darted past all of the Heartless, swinging his Keyblade once, and this destroyed almost every one of them. Blake jumped forward and cut the survivors with her sheathe and sliced one that tried to get Sora from behind. Then she knocked the last Heartless into the air. As one fell, Sora juggled it back into the air as Blake kicked another one up. Sora, then, began to slash at them, destroying some and keeping others from hitting the ground before Blake charged forward and struck the last ones. The black-haired girl landed next to Sora, who made his Keyblade vanish as she sheathed her weapon and put it on her back. Sora and Blake looked back and saw that the other girls were almost finished.

"All right, we're getting closer," said Sora, looking at the end of the street.

"Do you know what type of Heartless the others are fighting?" asked Blake.

Sora nodded. "I think so, but don't worry. I'm sure Ven and Team JNPR are able to take care of it on their own."

"Well, you're the expert," said Blake with a smile, which Sora returned before starting to run again, followed by Ruby and her team.

The group was almost there since they could hear battle noises. They just need to run for another minute and they'll reach the area where the big Heartless is; however, as expected, another wave of Heartless appeared. This time there were a lot of different Heartless and they surrounded Sora and the girls.

A Heartless jumped into the air to attack Sora from above, but then Yang appeared and destroyed the Heartless with a flying kick. The blonde landed next to the Keyblade wielder and activated her gauntlets, Ember Celica.

"You weren't thinking you were going to get rid of me, right?" asked Yang with a smirk.

"Of course not," said Sora smiling at the blonde. "I was saving the best for the last."

Yang grinned. "That's what I wanted to hear."

[I Burn - RWBY Volume 1 OST by RT4C]

A group of Heartless charged at Yang. She flipped high into the air as Sora grabbed a hold of his Keyblade and got ready for combat. As Yang struck the ground, it rippled and threw all of the Heartless away as Sora jumped over them.

As some Heartless regained their balance they were destroyed by Sora's Keyblade. More Heartless were sent into the air with an uppercut provided by Yang as she jumped, setting of the shotgun in her gauntlet to increase striking power. She kicked more Heartless as she descended. Sora slashed more Heartless with his Keyblade as he cast a Firaga spell to destroy the flying Heartless that were above him and Yang. Then he sliced the Heartless that were behind him as he turned around. After that, the Keyblade wielder knocked several of them into the air and slammed them back down to the ground before jumping and finishing off more flying Heartless.

Yang stared punching all the Heartless she ran into as she moved forward. She, then, fired her gauntlets to propel her into the Heartless that were in the air and kicked them down before blocking a Sergeant Heartless that tried to kick her, which she punched a few times, discharging her gauntlets with each strike, then kicking it to Sora, who finished it off with a quick slash. Another Sergeant Heartless swung its legs at Yang but was cut off by Sora, who struck it twice before knocking it into the air and letting Yang destroy it with a powerful punch.

Both of them turned as a Devastator Heartless that just appeared started shooting blasts of energy at them. Sora dodged the fire as Yang darted towards the Heartless. As the blonde shot herself to the Heartless, Sora threw his Keyblade towards her.

"Yang, use it!"

"Alrighty!"

Before catching the Keyblade, she kicked the Heartless several times. Then she grabbed the Kingdom Key and destroyed the Heartless with one slash of Sora's Keyblade. It kind of surprised her how fast the Heartless was defeated when she had a Keyblade. However, since she wasn't a Keyblade wielder, the sword warped back to Sora.

"Phew, I'm all fired up!" exclaimed an excited Yang.

"You actually said it," said Sora.

Then a pair of Invisible Heartless appeared, so the Keyblade wielder and the brawler got ready to fight. The two Invisibles glowed with a red aura for a moment, indicating that they had a Red Lacrima Sphere inside them. Sora and Yang looked at each other and smirked. The blonde unloaded her gauntlets of their empty shells. She soon replaced them with slugs of swapped pallets.

Yang charged at the Heartless and shot explosive rounds at them. Sora began to blast Fire spells from his Keyblade to compliment his friend's attacks. The Invisibles both somersaulted backwards out of the line of fire. Then, they darted forward as Yang continued to fire, now targeting only one of the Heartless. Sora, on the other hand, darted towards the other one and struck at it with his Keyblade.

The Heartless tried to slash the blonde with its sword, but she managed to block it with her gauntlets and slid back a few feet. She, then, fired a shot that broke a shop's window and almost hit the Heartless Sora was dealing with. After dodging the blonde's shot, the Invisible that was fighting with Sora charged at him and slashed at him, though Sora easily blocked the attack. Meanwhile, Yang up blocked a slash from the Invisible and was knocked back, but she quickly recovered and launched herself forward, slugging the Invisible with an explosive round and knocking it even further back.

The other Invisible slashed at Sora but was blocked and struck in the face with the boy's Keyblade. The Heartless managed to block the second attack and Sora and the dark creature engaged in a very close-ranged duel for a few seconds until Sora managed to disarm it and finish it off with a combo of ten quick slashes.

Yang was punching at her Invisible, which somersaulted out of the way and blocked her attack with its sword. The Invisible started to attack, but Yang easily blocked and hit the Heartless face with a powerful blow from her right fist. The Heartless recovered and tried to slice Yang; however the blonde reacted fast and kicked the sword, disarming the Invisible. Yang elbowed the Heartless before destroying it with an uppercut powered up with a shot of the gauntlet.

"Not bad," said Sora, a smile on his face. He grabbed the Red Lacrima Spheres quickly since he didn't want any Heartless to eat it.

"And without a Keyblade," added Yang with a grin.

Suddenly, another Heartless appeared in front of Yang and Sora. This time was an Orcus Heartless. Both Sora and Yang looked at it before looking at each other. They shrugged and charged at the Heartless at the same time.

The Heartless fired a barrage of fire blast at them using its sword. The teens began to fire shots and spells to counter the attack. At that point, the Invisible used it sword to strike at the blonde. She blocked twice, but the third hit broke her guard. The Heartless swung its sword upward at her, but Sora darted in the way and blocked the blow, but this Heartless was a rare and powerful breed of Pureblood Heartless, so its attack had enough power to knock the Keyblade wielder back, taking Yang with him.

"This one is tough," said Sora.

"Leave it to me," said Yang as she winked at Sora. "I'll show you what I'm made of."

"Wait, Yang!"

Yang jumped back as the Heartless stood in the air, looking at her. She slammed her fists together which made her hair almost literally catch fire as the Heartless started firing more fire blasts at her. The blonde darted forward, dodging the Orcus' attacks. The dark creature changed tactics and tried to slash the girl, but she dodged and began to beat the hell out of it. She switched fists with each punch until she stomped down and slugged it into the wall of a building.

"Come on, is that all you got, Heartless?" asked Yang.

As the Heartless regained its balance, Yang saw how a small blonde hair fell to the ground. It looked like when she punched the Heartless, its sword could have cut her hair by accident. Yang looked startled for just a second until she shouted in anger and slammed her fists together, her rage manifesting in the form of fire, which shocked Sora. She charged forward and struck the Orcus, destroying it with an incredible punch that sent it away before it started to vanish. Yang, now relaxed, turned around and smiled at Sora, her now red eyes returning to their normal color.

Sora looked at Yang with a stunned face. "What the…"

"Never touch the hair, Sora," said Yang.

"Okay…"

"Is everyone all right?" asked Ruby as she, Weiss and Blake approached Sora and Yang.

"Yeah, we're done here," said Sora, and then he several explosions. It seemed that Nora was using her grenade launcher to attack the big Heartless. "Let's see how they are doing."

Sora and Team RWBY ran the last stretch and finally arrived at the area where Ven and Team JNPR were. After fighting all those Heartless, the five teens were a bit tired, but they still had energy to help their friends fighting against the Heartless with the Green Lacrima Sphere, which turned out to be a Behemoth. The brown-haired Keyblade wielder and Ruby's team could perfectly help Ven and the others, but it looked like they didn't need any help.

"Nora!" said Ren as he used his automatic pistols to shoot at the Behemoth's eyes, stunning him for a second.

"Yes, Ren!" said Nora cheerfully. The orange-haired girl grabbed her hammer tightly and hit the Heartless head from below, and she used the recoil from the explosives she fired to propel herself through the air. When she descended, she slammed down the Behemoth's head before performing a spinning attack, hitting the Heartless' horn multiple times.

The Heartless lowered its head, stunned because of Nora's attacks. Jaune and Pyrrha took this opportunity to charge at the Heartless' horn. The two of them started to hit the horn with a combination of slashed from their swords. Sora and Team RWBY were surprised at how Jaune was moving. Training with Ven really helped him improve. The redhead and the team leader continued their assault on the Behemoth's horn until they saw that it was starting to move again.

"Ven, now!" said Jaune.

Sora and Team RWBY couldn't see Ven, but then they could spot him. He was in the air, preparing an attack to destroy the Heartless. Ruby and her team noticed that the blond didn't have his Keyblade, but had six swords of light flying on his back instead. It surprised Sora that Ven was using one of his most powerful combat styles.

Then Ventus threw the light-made swords into the ground, surrounding the Heartless and creating a circular magic emblem made of light on the Behemoth's body. Ventus then landed on the center of the swords and a brilliant shockwave of light was produced the moment he touched the emblem. The light could even blind Sora and Ruby's team, who were a bit far from the battle. When the light dissipated, there was a green sphere in the place where the Behemoth was before Ven executed his technique.

"Wow…" said Ruby.

"It looks like I was wrong," said Yang. "They could take care of it on their own, and fast."

"Well, they've been fighting since we left to look for Blake and Sora," remarked Weiss as she and the others started walking towards Ven and JNPR.

"Hey guys!" said Jaune when he saw Sora and RWBY. "How did it go?"

"Great! It was so awesome!" said Ruby really excited. "You sh-"

"Perfectly fine," said Weiss, covering her team leader's mouth with her hand. "We fought all the Heartless we ran into with Sora's help. Nothing was destroyed except for a shop's window."

"My bad," said Yang smiling before looking at Ven and Jaune's team. "I see you guys could take care of that big guy without our help."

"Of course, what'd you expect?" said Jaune with a cocky smirk on his face.

"It was a tough one, though," said Ren.

"Everyone did a great job, but we couldn't have done it without Ven," said Pyrrha smiling.

"Hey, you four were amazing too," said Ven.

"By the way, how's that all of you were on the city when the Heartless appeared?" asked Sora. "I mean, if they couldn't destroy anything, that means you were here before they showed up, right?"

"We were planning to go to the airfield with you and Blake!" said Nora grinning.

"What?"

"Yeah, it was the last place you needed to investigate, so we thought it would be better if you two had more help," said Ruby. "At the end we didn't go because the Heartless appeared, but that doesn't matter now."

"We were lucky no one saw us leave the dorms, don't you think?" said Yang.

"I wouldn't be so sure of that."

The group turned around when they hear the voice of someone they knew, and it wasn't someone they wanted to see at this moment. Glynda Goodwitch was behind the Keyblade wielders and the two teams of Beacon, looking at them with sharp eyes.

"Uh oh…" muttered Ruby.

"You don't have to explain what happened," said Goodwitch as she approached the group. "I saw everything. However, in the morning you'll come with me to Professor Ozpin's office to talk about this."

"Busted," said Yang.

"Sorry guys…" said Ventus.

"You don't have to apologize, we did this because we wanted to, right, guys?" said Jaune looking at his team, and everyone nodded.

"Now let's return to Beacon, but first I'd like to say that…you all did a good job protecting Vale," said Goodwitch, surprising the group. "As for you, Sora and Ventus…thank you for coming. I apologize for doubting you the first day."

"Wow, is this the same woman we met?" asked Ven in a low voice as he and the others started following Glynda.

"Shhh, she's going to hear you," whispered Sora.

"They did a good job, didn't they?" said Yang.

"Yes, you did well."

The group heard someone behind them, and none of them recognized the voice. They turned around, and to Sora and Team RWBY's surprise, the hooded guy who appeared on the news was there, in the same street as them. Ven only had to look at Sora's face for a second to know that was the guy he was looking for.

"Guys, is that the…?" asked Jaune.

"Yes, that's the one," answered Ruby.

"You are the person Vale Police Department is looking for," said Glynda, grabbing her crop; however, Sora put his hand on her arm and made her lower her weapon as he walked by her, approaching the mysterious figure.

The teacher was about to stop Sora, but she was stopped by Ven before. The blond Keybearer shook his head, telling Glynda to not do anything. She didn't understand what was going on, but she could tell that Ven was really serious when he stopped her. The students looked carefully at the hooded person, all of them worried about Sora since they didn't know what was going to happen now.

"I've been looking for you," said Sora.

"I know," said the hooded person.

"It's not someone I've met before," thought Sora, who tried to see if he could recognize the voice, but it looked like he had never met this guy before. His clothes matched Blake's description perfectly, and he sounded young, but he was as tall as Riku, so he could be older than Sora. "You were the one who defeated that Heartless in the forest, right? Why did you do it?"

"Why are you asking that?" asked the hooded guy. "Keyblade wielders are supposed to defeat the Heartless that invade other worlds, or not? I suppose you already know I am one since you talked with the man called Roman Torchwick not long ago."

Then, the mysterious boy raised his hand and a Keyblade appeared in it, shocking everyone except for Sora and Blake, who already knew about it. The Keyblade was mostly white and grey while, but it also had some black parts like the handle and the pattern that went across the blade. The Keyblade also had something that looked like a unicorn's head in the middle of it. The Keychain had a small charm with a blue demonic eye upon it.

"No way," said Ruby wide-eyed.

"So that's why Sora looked worried about this guy," said Yang.

"Do you think he knew?" asked Pyrrha.

"It's not very difficult to come up with that conclusion," said Ven, also looking surprised at the unknown Keyblade wielder. "He defeated a Heartless as if it was nothing, so it was really possible he was a Keyblade wielder. However, I'm as surprised as you."

"Torchwick said you were here collecting information," said Sora.

"Yes, things have changed a lot, so I wanted to see how the worlds were these days," said the Keyblade wielder. "There are still Heartless around, but that was to be expected. However, I noticed that there are a lot of conflicts going on in the different worlds I visited. Here, for example, there's one between Humans and Faunus."

"Where are you going with this?" asked Sora.

"I've been investigating about 'recent' events, and I know who you are, Sora, and I also know about Ventus and the other members of your guild," said the Keyblade wielder, looking at the blond Keybearer for a second. "Anyway, I know what you've been doing these years, Sora, and that's why I ask you…Doesn't it bother you that there are people in every world who could ruin what you've achieved? First you managed to save all the worlds from being shrouded by darkness and restored the ones who already fell into the Realm of Darkness. After that you stopped Organization XIII and closed their attempt of Kingdom Hearts with Riku's help. Finally, you, Ventus and the other Guardians of Light fought against the Thirteen Seekers of Darkness in the Keyblade Graveyard. At the end you defeated the man who arguably was the most powerful Keyblade Master at that time and stopped him from recreating the worlds according to his wishes, which would have destroyed lots of them. That also stopped another Keyblade War from happening, and I have to thank you for that."

"All of that is…true?" asked Weiss, who couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"Every last word," replied Ventus. "It looks like he wasn't joking when he said he has been investigating about us."

"It's true that there are people in the worlds who are a threat and will be willing to destroy their own home to achieve their goals," said Sora, not moving his gaze away from the Keyblade wielder. "And yes, it bothers me, and I'd like to stop all of them, but…"

"Then join us," said the Keyblade wielder. "If you and your friends work together with us, we will be able to make a difference."

"'Us?" asked Sora surprised. "There are more Keyblade wielders?"

"We are five," replied the hooded Keybearer. "I think you already heard about one of us in Amestris. He left you a message there. Did you get it?"

"So he's with you…and he's a Keyblade wielder too…" said Sora, who didn't know how to react to all of this. "But his message…he sounded like-"

"He doesn't like how you have been doing things lately," said the Keyblade wielder. "I'm more level-headed than him, that's why I'm not threatening you or something; however, if you don't join us, I don't know what he'll do to you."

"That actually sounded like a threat, you know?" said Sora frowning. "If you think I'll join someone who is working with Maleficent, you-"

"Maleficent? The witch?" asked the cloaked young man. "We have nothing to do with her. The Keyblade wielder who left you the message visited her, but we are not affiliated with that witch. We want to control the worlds to make sure no one tries to disrupt the peace while she wants to cover the worlds with darkness. Why would we destroy the worlds we want to protect? That'd be foolish."

"Conquering the worlds…are you serious?" asked Sora. He was starting to dislike the person who was in front of him.

"Of course I am," replied the hooded person. "We are Keyblade wielders, people with the most powerful weapon ever created. With all of us working together, we'll be able to eliminate all the people who try to destroy the worlds and those who are against us. It'll take a lot of time, but if-"

"Hold it…" said Sora, now looking at the Keyblade wielder with an angry face. "You'd kill people that easily!? Will you kill them if they don't want you to rule over them!?"

"Death is necessary sometimes, and you know it," said the Keyblade wielder with a calm voice. Sora was affected by the comment, but he didn't show it. "If we let those people live, they'll start trying to put other people against us. If we want peace in the worlds, we can't let them do that."

"How can you say that so lightly?" said Sora, looking at the Keybearer with a disgusted face. Then he started talking again as he summoned his Keyblade. "Sorry, but I'm not going to work with someone who thinks like that, and neither my friends. That's not how we do things. I'll have to stop you if you plan to do something like that."

The others looked at the two people in front of them, the two with a Keyblade in their hands. Goodwitch didn't know what to do since she would have never expected something like this to happen, but she wasn't going to let her students fight if Sora and the hooded person started doing it. RWBY and JNPR were concerned since it looked like Sora and the other Keybearer were going to fight, and they had the feeling it wasn't going to end well. Ven, however, was getting ready to intervene if Sora was in danger since the brown-haired boy had an uncertain expression on his face. He didn't know if he could win against the unknown Keyblade wielder.

The Keybearer sighed. "Put your Keyblade away. Not even you have the level to defeat one of us and I don't want to fight unnecessarily. Look, I'm not going to make you join us, but you'll eventually realize that I'm right. I'll leave now. I just wanted to talk to you about this."

Sora lowered his Keyblade as he saw how the other Keyblade wielder made his disappear. The hooded young man began to walk away, but he stopped and turned his head to look at Sora again.

"Just one thing," the Keybearer said. "If you don't join us, then we'll consider you our enemy, and this will put you and your friends in danger. And the Light Guardians won't be the only guild in danger. I'll think about it if I were you. We'll give you time to decide, but we won't wait forever."

After that, the Keyblade wielder disappeared, leaving Sora and the others in the streets of the City of Vale. The Kingdom Key disappeared from Sora's hand as he sighed. He turned around to look at Ven and the others, and saw that all of them were looking at him with concerned faces.

"Sora, are you okay?" asked Ventus.

Sora smiled, although it was a bit forced. "Yeah, don't worry."

"For a moment I thought you were going to fight against that guy," said Yang, a serious expression on her face.

"I was going to, but…" said Sora.

"You had the feeling it was a bad idea?" asked Ventus, and Sora nodded. "Yeah, there was something strange about that guy."

"So, what are you going to do now?" asked Pyrrha.

"You have to return to…uh…Radiant Garden, right?" said Jaune. "You must be worried about your friends of the guild."

"I'd like to talk with Ozpin before leaving, so if you don't mind, we'd like to stay here until morning," said Sora. "Is that okay with you?"

"Sure!" said Ruby.

"I'll send Professor Ozpin a message telling him that you want to talk with him," said Glynda, and Sora nodded at her gratefully. "Now, let's all return to Beacon. And children, don't think I forget that you still have to explain why you left your dorms this late."

"We're doomed…" muttered Jaune.

Beacon Academy, Remnant

"And then he left?" asked Ozpin. He was in his office, listening to Sora and Ventus, who were telling him everything that happened since they arrived. Team RWBY and Team JNPR were also there, since Ruby's team was the one who left the academy three nights to investigate with him while Jaune's were planning to go to the airfield with Ven and the girls before the Heartless appeared.

"Yes," replied Sora.

"I see all of you have been busy this week," said Ozpin after drinking some of his coffee. "Well, first of all, thank you Sora and Ven for your help. I'll Shinigami later and tell him that you did a splendid job. Now, regarding the Roman Torchwick issue, Sora, I ask you to let this be something we take care of, if you don't mind."

"All right," said Sora.

"As for that Keyblade wielder you mentioned…What are you going to do about it?" asked Ozpin curious.

"We'll tell our friends about it," answered Ven. "We can't do anything at this moment, so we'll just have to be careful."

"Very well," said Ozpin as he got up from his chair. He started walking to the door. "I wish you luck in your next missions. As for you, Teams RWBY and JNPR…you can leave."

"Professor Ozpin, aren't you-" said Glynda, but she stopped talking when Ozpin crossed the door of his office and left. The woman sighed before also leaving the room.

"Hey, we're alive!" said Ruby cheerily.

"Thank god!" said Jaune before looking at Ventus and Sora. "So, you guys are going to leave now, right?"

"Yup, it's time to return to the base," said Ven smiling.

"Well, it's been fun training with you," said Jaune as he and Ven fist-bumped. "If you have time you could visit us again."

Pyrrha nodded and smiled. "We'd like you to come again someday."

"Sure," said Ven with a grin.

"Thanks for taking care of Nora these days," said Ren, a small smile on his face.

"Oh, I'm gonna miss you a lot, Ven!" said Nora before pulling the blond Keyblade wielder into a bear hug. "Please come back soon!"

"Okay, okay, now let me go, please!" said Ven, feeling Nora's strength in his bones.

Meanwhile Sora and Team RWBY said goodbye to each other.

Sora smiled. "So, you want to say goodbye or…?"

"Come on, it's not like we're not going to see you again, right?" asked Yang.

"Thank you for everything, Sora," said Blake, a small smile on her face. "If you have time, don't doubt in visiting us again."

"Oh, sure," said Sora, and then he looked at Weiss, who was looking at him with a softer expression than the one she normally used to talk with the Keyblade wielder.

"It looks like you actually did a lot of incredible things out there," said Weiss, who was feeling a bit bad for doubting Sora. "Perhaps you are leader material after all. Just don't do anything stupid out there, okay?"

"Okay, thank you, Weiss," replied Sora with a smile, glad about the fact that finally the girl was acting friendlier towards him.

"I knew it was true!" said Ruby, pointing at Sora. "And it wasn't just once! It was three times!"

"I was starting to think you weren't going to mention that," said Sora smiling. "Well, you already told the whole academy about it, so I guess I can't deny it now."

"Of course you can't deny something like that!" said Ruby. "But it doesn't matter, because we'll become even more famous! You'd better start training for that tournament, because we're going to find a way to go there and we'll win!"

"Sure…" said Sora smirking.

"I mean it!" said Ruby. "We'll train hard, starting today!"

"Calm down, Ruby," said Weiss. "Some training sounds good, though."

"All right then, until the next time," said Sora.

"C'mon, Sora, let me give you a goodbye kiss!" said Yang before throwing herself into the Keyblade wielder. However, she was stopped by Blake, who put a book she had in front of her face, making her fall to the floor. "Ugh, not cool, Blake."

"Thank you, Blake," said Sora, who could sworn that Blake looked a bit bothered by what Yang did, but he didn't give it much importance.

"You're welcome," replied the black-haired girl.

After saying goodbye to the two teams, Sora and Ven left Ozpin's office and started walking to the academy's exit. Now that the Heartless issue was solved, they could leave Remnant and return to the Light Guardians Guild, although Sora had different plans.

Now Sora and Ventus were outside, in the same place they landed when they arrived.

"Hey Ven..." said Sora.

"You're going to Earth Land?" asked Ventus, as if he could read Sora's mind. "I'd go if I were you. After that guy said, I had the feeling they could be in danger, but I'm sure nothing bad will happen to them. Well, you promised you were going to visit them, so you'd better go."

"Yeah, thanks," said Sora smiling. "You don't mind, right?"

"Why would I?" asked Ven with a wide smile. "Look, just go and relax. After what happened you need to clear your mind. I'll tell the others what happened and that you need to take a small break."

"You're the man, Ven," said Sora really grateful.

"Of course, what'd you expect?" said Ven.

"Excuse me."

Sora and Ven turned around when they heard someone near them and saw a girl with long, brown hair and brown eyes wearing the uniform of Beacon. She also had a pair of long, brown rabbit ears, making her easily identifiable as a Faunus. Sora didn't know who the girl was, but Ven recognized her immediately.

"Velvet," said Ven a bit surprised.

"Oh, so she's Velvet," said Sora, kind of surprised to find out that the girl was actually a Faunus. He, then, approached Ven and whispered something in his ear. "I didn't know you liked bunny girls."

"What!? Shut up, don't be a jerk!" said Ven in a low voice. The blond Keyblade wielder then approached the brown-haired girl while Sora stood where he was, obviously amused. "Hey Velvet, how are you doing? Did you need something?"

"N-no, I-I…I just wanted to…to thank you for standing up for me that day in the dining hall…" said Velvet shyly, looking at the ground. "I heard you were leaving today and I…I wanted to thank you for that."

"Oh, you don't have to thank me for that," said Ven with a gentle smile. "I just saw that you needed help, so…well, you know."

"But no one has done something like that before," said Velvet, a sad expression on her face. "T-that's why I had to thank you…"

"Well, I'm sure So-" Ven pointed at Sora, but the brown-haired boy had disappeared from where he was. "Where is he!?"

"You are going to return to your home now, right?" asked Velvet.

"Uh, well yeah, now that Sora and I finished our job here we have to leave," replied Ventus. "Did you want to tell me something else before I leave?"

"Well…I…uh…I was thinking that, maybe, if you return to Vale someday, w-we could…spend some time together?" said Velvet red-faced, who couldn't look at Ven's face so she continued looking at the ground instead.

"Ah." Ven didn't expect the girl to say something like that. He didn't know when he will return to Remnant, but he thought it would be nice to hang out with Velvet when he did. "Sure! That'd be great!"

"Really?" asked Velvet, finally looking up. She looked at Ven with a happy face, her eyes sparkling a bit because of how happy she was that Ven actually said yes. The expression on her face took Ven by surprise.

"Argh, what's with that face!? She's so adorable!" thought Ven astonished.

"I have to go now," said Velvet, a small smile on her face. "I'll be looking forward to your next visit!"

"Right…" said Ven, still kind of stunned. He waved his hand at Velvet, who was running to the academy.

"It looks like, at the end, you got the girl."

"Sora! Where were you!?" asked Ven, turning around to look at the brown-haired Keyblade wielder. "And why did you leave so suddenly!?"

"I wanted to give you two some privacy," said Sora grinning, and Ven groaned. "You'd better don't forget about what you said to her."

"I won't forget it," stated Ven. "Wait, how do you know about that!? Didn't you say you wanted to give us some privacy!?"

"Come on, don't get mad, I was curious," said Sora innocently.

"You'd better don't tell the others about this," said Ven pointing at Sora. "You know how annoying Aqua would get if she finds out that…"

"That you have a date?" asked Sora with a teasing smile. "She looked so happy when you said you'd spend time with her…"

"Do you want me to tell them where you have slept these days?"

"Okay, I'll shut up," said Sora with a grumpy face. "Well, we should leave already. Do you know how to pilot a Gummi Ship, right?"

"Yeah, Aqua taught me a year ago, don't worry," said Ven. "You still remember how to use your Keyblade Glider, right?"

"Of course," replied Sora. "It shouldn't take me much time to arrive in Earth Land using the glider. The routes with the Gummi Ship have been always longer than the ones we use with the Gliders."

"All right, this is where we part ways," said Ven. "Bye, Sora."

"Right, see you in Radiant Garden," said Sora.

-TLG-

Phew, this chapter was long, huh? It has beaten the one of the expedition with the Survey Corps. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the chapter. This puts an end to the first visit to Remnant. A second Keyblade wielder appeared this time, but fortunately the encounter wasn't as bad as the one in Shibuya's Underground.

Well, the next chapter will be Sora revisiting Fairy Tail. Like a filler chapter, more or less.

To The Dark Dragon Emperor: Not everyone, just the Princess of Heart and the four Keyblade Masters of the guild. Now I also wonder what would happen if someone starts a Guild War with one of the guilds that have a Guardian.

To animelover276: Hmmm, never heard of it. What is it about?

To KeybearerSky13: The rules will be similar. After all, the tournament will have the same style but with more teams this time. The number of team members will also be the same.

To MagatsuIza: Sorry, but I'm not very fond of sport themed animes.

To Sunny Lighter: Well, I already sent you a PM, but I'll say it here too. Coded is out of the list of games where the mysterious Keyblade wielders could be from.

To StarTrail: I'm saving Vanitas for later in the story, sorry XP

To kingdomkey0703: They are going to Sword Art Online. In a previous chapter Sora asked Tron for help to enter a 'game', and I'm planning to send Kairi and Sora there.

To KH-Hardcorefan4483: No one can resist his charm lol. I'm glad you liked the chapters! Let's hope Ruby and Yang didn't tell that to everyone, although as you could read, they already started telling something to the rest of the students.

To Drag0n-0f-Shu: After this visit to Remnant, Sora will go to Fiore to check up on Fairy Tail, then he will return to Radiant Garden and after that he will return to Death City. It's been a while since Maka and the others appeared so I have to give them some 'screen time'.

To StoryMakerr014: Great ;) Personally I think they are the lost masters that were mentioned in the teaser, and if they are actually members of the new Organization XIII it will be awesome. This fanfic wouldn't make sense since it's after KH3, but I can't do anything about that now XD. I've never been a huge fan of Transformers and Star Wars, so I don't think I'll use them in the story; however, it's possible I use some characters of MCU in a future.

To That Asian Otaku: Already sent you a PM for the first review, but I'll answer the second one here. (1) You'll have to explain me what do you mean about the hour numbers in a PM. (2) I really like the original Keyblades, so they'll be using those for the moment. (3) It is possible Phoenix will make a cameo in an episode. (4) Dragon Quest maybe, but I haven't heard about Cave Story before. (5) Well, there was a reference to KH and KH2 in this chapter, so yes. There's one KH title that is playing an important role in the fanfic, although not many people know about it. (6) Yes, they will revisit some worlds that already appeared before in the games. (7) I don't like Hetalia, so don't expect to see it here, sorry.

To Dracoboy259: It will be Aincrad, and as for how soon it will be until that mission…Let's say it will come after two missions in places Sora still hasn't been. I heard of Dog Days, but I haven't watched it. I'll add it to my 'To-Watch' list and see if I can use it.

To Ultima Z: Oh nice, I'm glad I could get you to watch RWBY!

To Guest: It'll be something even simpler. Sora won't have to do anything. Also, don't you think Kilik will be obliterated if he fights Natsu when he's using that mode? XD
