This short chapter is pointless OOC shenanigans. Fluff, especially at the end, a "Fight Scene", and humor, and if teasing counts as suggestive themes than I guess I can add that to the list.

AJ wasn't lying when he said the scarf was soft.

He was honestly thinking about keeping the scarf. It wasn't originally meant to be an addition to his simple clothing style, but with how soft it is, he's rethinking that now. Maybe he should keep it after all? Blake would sure like him to keep it. Then again, she also would kind of like to keep it for herself, but she decided it should stay on him, gives her an excuse to cuddle.

Student couples are things that people tend to recognize. They appear at some point, some gossip goes around about them, and everyone sees how long the relationship lasts. The two Faunus of Team RWBY were easy to spot, especially with how tall the guy is, but it's also easy to spot them because they are always at each other's sides and not exactly hiding the fact that they are a couple. Then all of the sudden, one day, the invisible string that connected them became much more visible.

In the form of that long scarf that wrapped around AJ's neck multiple times in order to make it seem like a normal scarf in length.

Blake quickly found out how soft it really was and unwrapped it a few times from him and then wrapped it around her own neck. Now whenever those two were near each other, which was most of the time since they were on the same team, they would always be seen with that scarf around both their necks. It was so long that it looked like a normal scarf on one of them when it was wrapped around both of them!

They had too much fun with that scarf sometimes…

"Alright, I get that it's soft and all, but do you guys really have to randomly purr over it!?" Yang asked the couple one day at the lunch table.

"Yes!" AJ said happily and purred again as he snuggled against his scarf with his eyes closed and a pleasant smile on his face. Not that they could see his mouth as he had raised part of the scarf to cover the lower half of his face. Blake was doing the same but was also leaning on AJ's shoulder.

Yang sighed in resignation. "You two sometimes… honestly…" She said as she shook her head in amusement.

One day in the halls, Blake decided she wanted the scarf and started pulling it away from AJ. All that did was pull AJ along with it.

"Ah! Hey! Hey! The scarf is mine too!" AJ said as he was pulled along. "Learn to share, damn it!" Everyone laughed at their antics.

Another day when they were walking down the halls alone together. They were just enjoying the moment and smiling at each other, then they noticed someone walking in their direction. Being drunk from happiness, and being part cat, they had the same idea and were able to tell just by looking each other in the eye with mischievous grins that they knew what they must do.

Walk on either side of the guy so he gets clotheslined by the scarf.

""HAHAHAHA!"" They both laughed at the guy's expense and held each other so they wouldn't fall from laughter.

Normally they wouldn't do that. Neither of them were the type to really like pranking people, but their animal heritage makes them act a bit silly sometimes, and being really happy can cause you to just not care about the consequences. He noticed it was actually pretty fun to do stuff like this with her, and she had noticed the same.

"What the hell was that for!?" The guy asked them angrily.

Being cats, they both simultaneously said ""I do what I want."" while grinning before running away from the guy.

One day Ruby had tried to run away from Weiss with more cookies than were allowed per day for her.

The couple had a solution to this.

They stood in a hall while Yang, Weiss, and Team JNPR all tried to catch her in the other halls. They eventually chased them right between the two Faunus, and she was tripped by their scarf and spilled her cookies. Cause that's what it was now, their scarf. Not his, not hers, theirs.

They could not hold back their laughter as Ruby fell to the ground. The others simply followed the sound of pranksters laughing and found Ruby, picking up her cookies off the floor and mourning them, and grabbed her before she could run again. Weiss began scolding Ruby while the others thanked the two Faunus for the help.

There was a moment when they wrapped all three of their teammates with the scarf and dragged them away, just for the laughs. Even though Weiss wanted to hurt them and Yang didn't like that this messed with her hair, they did have to admit the scarf was soft.

They would sometimes just randomly wrap people up with the scarf and then cover their eyes with it. They would be annoyed at first until they felt how soft and warm the scarf was. Then they would usually pull them down, unwrap the scarf from around them, and run away while trying to contain their laughter, and failing.

They did this to each other as well and would block their eyes with it when they were alone. She would cover his eyes with the incredibly soft fabric and then tease him like she usually does, pull back the scarf so she could kiss his neck, whisper into his ear, stuff like that. He would cover her eyes with the scarf and then pet her, making her purr like crazy from the soft fabric and from his hands scratching right behind her ears.

Randomly clotheslining people was always the most fun thing to do though. (Wait, randomly clotheslining people, or clotheslining random people? .-.)

Ozpin was enjoying his day, walking through the halls and enjoying his coffee. How he loved coffee. There really was nothing better than it. That and shipping, nothing is better than shipping, coffee is the best drink, without a doubt.

AJ and Blake, who were on the ceiling, released the scarf and let it hang down from the ceiling, catching right under Ozpin's arm. They pulled the length of the scarf towards each other, lifting the scarf up to their level, and lifting Ozpin's arm rapidly, taking his cup out of his hands.

"NOW!" AJ shouted and they both jumped down to try to take the mug while it was still in the air.

Blake was closer to it, so she lunged for it first from Ozpin's left side.

Ozpin was quick to respond and knock the cup higher into the air, while Blake fell to the ground behind him.

AJ was ready for this and had jumped over Ozpin to take it while it was still in the air.

Ozpin quickly yanked the mug down, but Blake kicked the cup out of his hands from behind him.

Blake was behind Ozpin, AJ was in front of Ozpin, and the cup floated in the air right in front of his face at this moment.

AJ lunged for it and Blake tried to distract the Headmaster.

Ozpin responded by turning so his right side faced Blake and his left side faced AJ. He extended his right arm and shoved Blake in the chest. He fully extended his left arm and he just lightly hit the cup with his wrist, keeping it in the air, and causing AJ to just miss it and land in front of Ozpin and to his left.

AJ lunged for it again and Ozpin turned his body to hit the mug with his right knee, sending it higher into the air, while AJ flew under his leg. AJ, now in front of him and on his right side, turned around and lunged again towards the mug above their heads. Ozpin quickly grabbed the cup with his right hand and yanked it downwards, just above the ground, leaving him in the crouched position.

Blake tried to sneakily grab the cup from behind him, so he stood up and simultaneously flicked his wrist upwards, but he barely had a moment to get any sort of grip on it, and ended up sending the mug towards AJ.

AJ's feet landed on the ceiling and he crouched, before pushing of the ceiling towards the mug that was approaching him. He saw Ozpin's left arm had reached out for the mug after his jump but denied him by catching it and landing in a roll to dodge Ozpin trying to stomp him. Good thing he wasn't wearing his cloak right now.

He went to throw the cup over Ozpin's left shoulder, where Blake was, but it was a fake throw and Blake had run over to Ozpin's right, so AJ threw it to Ozpin's right and Blake caught it.

Ozpin spun around to look at her. "Hand over the mug, Miss Belladonna." Ozpin calmly demanded and got in a fighting stance. He then noticed that the scarf that was still around their necks had started to wrap around him, so he jumped over it and landed in a one-handed handstand.

Blake used this chance to throw the mug to AJ, aiming to go right between Ozpin's legs.

Ozpin tried to close his legs together to block the cup, but to no avail, and AJ caught it.

"This is for the Dust incident!" AJ yelled before throwing the mug out a nearby window, somehow shattering the glass but with the cup being perfectly intact.

"NO!" Ozpin cried and then he looked out the window and reached out towards his mug. "MY COFFEE!" He then spun around to face AJ again and found that the two of them were gone.

The couple of tricksters were currently running down a hall and trying to control their giggling until they were far enough away so that Ozpin wouldn't hear them. Only once they were back at AJ's room did they fall on the floor and just laugh for a good long while.

"That was so much fun! Haha!" AJ said.

"Yes! Yes it was!" Blake agreed.

"What was 'the Dust incident'?" Blake asked him once they calmed down.

"Nothing you need to worry about." He answered. "It was just something I need to get him back for." He didn't really want to ever tell them what happened that day, especially Yang, he really didn't want Yang to ever find out what happened that day.

"Come on!" Blake begged. "Tell me…"

"Sorry, not gonna happen." He said as she crawled over to him with a seductive look.

"Are you sure about that?" She asked before she started making out with him.

"How about now?" She asked when they stopped.

"…"

She not-so-patiently waited for him to recover from his trance.

"Nope! Still not gonna tell you!" He said simply and she groaned in disappointment. If that couldn't get him to tell, then nothing worth trying right now would, so she dropped the question.

They realized they were alone and continued making out but somehow that ended and turned into them playfully wrestling on the floor and that led to them being tied up together by the scarf. With some difficulty, they were able to move over to the bed and take a nap on the bed while they were wrapped together by the same thing that was also around their necks. They had so little space to move that even if they pulled their heads back as far as they could, their noses were still touching, but they never minded being this close to each other and simply smiled and pressed their heads together before going to sleep.

Yeah, they really did lose it sometimes. But their Faunus blood making them act silly, and the fact that they were having fun together, led them to prank people a lot, all with their scarf.

The complaints that the staff got led to them getting a lecture. They preferred not breaking the rules and getting in trouble so they agreed to stop, but they never forgot how much fun they had.

'Yep! Definitely keeping a scarf! But… I think a green one doesn't look that good with my black combat shirt. Maybe I should get a black one? It blends in well then, and Blake always looks good in black… But I'm not actually gonna wear it with my combat gear since it would get in the way. Hmm… Maybe an orange one?'

Of all the things he could be thinking of, school work, his girlfriend, getting better at fighting enemies like Grimm, finding out what the White Fang are up too, finding out how he got the powers he has, figuring out what brought him to Remnant, trying to understand why he accepts this insane world and everything in it so easily when he's from calm and boring Earth, he's thinking about what color scarf to get instead...

No freaking idea where all that came from but I enjoyed the fight over Ozpin's cup. (I imagined it all dramatic and in slow motion and stuff. XD) It's fun to write shenanigans!

Okay, now that I randomly typed this in an hour and a half (From 1-2:30. Though by the content of this chapter you can probably tell it was late when I made this.
