"...It's time"

Sirius Black glanced at his younger brother Jonathan as he wore his clean robs for his wedding. He took a quick glance at his younger brother. In the light his brown hair seemed lighter compared to how it looked last night, with his dark eyes looking down the aisle. His little brother truly had the Black family looks as his noble, aristocratic features in his face was well defined yet warm and soft as he smiled. The crisp air was lovely as the sun was going to set soon, making it a very lovely summer evening. Suddenly the sound of the orchestra played as every stood up to look down the aisle.

The first pair to go down was Sirius Black and Aine Eliza Tsukimi. Sirius linked arms with the beautiful asian woman as she slowly walked down with him. She wore a slimming green dress with intricate lacing over it, and a certain flow of the hi-low skirt. Aine looked like a lovely forest fairy as her usual straight hair was placed in an elegant half up, half down hair style with a braid in it. She glanced at him while holding the small bouquet of flowers in her hand as they walked. He could feel her lean against him slightly before letting him go, going to their spots as they glance down the aisle.

Then Jonathan and James walked down and waited before slowly turning to see the bride.

She was magnificent, walking down with her veil over her delicate face while walking down with her older sister, Lily. Both of them gorgeous as Lily wore the same dress that Aine had but with her red hair more vibrate and her lovely green eyes more apparent, but the real star was next to her. Intricately sewn soft lace and freshwater pearls around her neckline, trailing down with soft long lace sleeves. The top layer of the skirt of her dress was a bit more lace, but not all the way around but little strands as if they were vines and leaves of flowers. What really made it stick out was the pearlescent fabric under as it look smooth to the touch but easily moved with each step as if it were water.

Sirius glanced at his little brother to see the love swell up in his eyes before having Lily handing her little sister off. They held hands as they went through the service, both smiling at each little comment as if they were already talking to each other in their minds. Sirius knew better...Even if there was no wedding he knew they already belong to each other by the simple looks in their eyes. That's when the priest finished up his speech and turned to Jonathan.

"Do you Jonathan, take Amelia Diane Evans for your lawful wedded wife, to live in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love, honour, comfort, and cherish her from this day forward, forsaking all others, keeping only unto her for as long as you both shall live?"

"I do...I would gladly give my life for her…"

The priest turned to Amelia as she wiped away a stray tear down her cheek as he asked her,

"Do you Amelia, take Jonathan Black Aragon for your lawful wedded husband, to live in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love, honour, comfort, and cherish her from this day forward, forsaking all others, keeping only unto her for as long as you both shall live?"

"I would be nothing without him...I do."

The priest smiled as he bowed his head and took a step back while Amelia and Jonathan stood a bit closer. Jonathan smiled as he spoke in a strong, but gentle voice as he recited his very own vows for her,

"I, Jonathan Black Aragon, take thee Amelia to be my wedded wife...Through all the struggles we may face, through all the battles to face, I would much rather have you than any other beside me. You are my other half, my sun to my days, and the love of my life. I want to honour you, love you, and cherish you til death do us part, and even then I will wait for you in the stars to hold your hand again."

Sirius could hear all the awes of women and even men as he could see Amelia smiling brightly under her stunning veil. She gave a soft inhale of breath before giving her own vows,

"I, Amelia Diane Evans, take thee Jonathan to be my wedded husband. As long as I'm holding your hand I'm willing to face anything that may come at us. From the very first day we met I fell in love with you, but still we started off as best friends and now my dreams are turning into reality. You are the light in my darkness, the moon and stars to brighten my inner fears and shadows away, and now soon to be my husband. I want to honour you, love you, and cherish you til death do us part...And when that happens, I will look at every star to stand next to you again.

They both exchanged their rings as the sound of friends and family blurr to nothing but awes and cries for the beautiful couple. Even Sirius had a small tear down his cheek. The priest finished up his speech, though was so touched that he stumbled on his words, but it didn't matter.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife...You may now kiss the bride."

Jonathan moved the veil away as he looked at his bride, while Amelia couldn't stop crying tears of happiness. Once they leaned into each other, the sun set on them perfect before it turned dark as they kissed. That's when Sirius snapped his fingers.

"Congradulat-"

People all stood up to cheer but a loud burst of fireworks appeared up in the air, beautiful and enchanting across the lovely dark hues in the sky after the sun had set. It was gorgeous as they saw images up in the air, a most like a movie as a song was playing in the background for them. Everyone saw that it was the story of Jonathan and Amelia's lives, of how they first met, first kissed, and even up til them getting ready for the wedding. Jonathan says,

"Now who is the wor-"

"I think I know~"

Amelia giggled as she glanced to see Sirius trying to suppress his grin while Jonathan goes over to hug him.

"Thank you Sirius! But who was the one who lite them all?"

"Oh you know...A certain wolf was around."

That's when Remus came and stood next to James as they gave a quick hug,

"You sneaky boys!"

The women gasped as Jonathan stood next to Amelia and walked down the aisle, before giving one last beautiful kiss and leaving to the soft sheer white tent as it was lite with elegant lanterns, and an image of a secret garden, making it look larger on the inside then the out as the usual magical tent would be. The whole group moved to the receptions as each bridesmaid and groomsmen took their time following.

"Ding Ding!"

Everyone turned to the front where Sirius stood up with his glass in his hand and a small spoon. He looked to see everyone sitting back down after a lovely time dancing and chatting. Even the new bride and groom moved to sit back to their seats which were next to him as she gave a low cough,

"Well, thank you all for coming to this beautiful wedding...In all honesty I don't understand why my brother would even pick me as his best man...I mean, I almost burned his own wedding with fireworks not too long ago if you all remember, unless you're already drunk!"

The crowd burst laughing as Amelia and Jonathan gave soft chuckles.

"Oh Jonathan...Many of you may know, Jonathan and I are half siblings, but he's the one I'm glad to call my real brother. We grew up separate and finally found each other, and though we seem so different...He really does look at the world differently, til he met Amelia. Now Amelia is like her annoying sister Lily here, nags and nags and-"

"Don't make me throw something at you!"

Both Lily and Amelia said at the same time, making everyone laugh again.

"You see?! How is it my best friend and my brother stand these two?...But I know better. You see I've know Amelia about the same time I found out Jonathan was my real brother. They truly are meant for one another, bringing out not only the lights within each other, but everyone around them as well."

Sirius turned to the beautiful couple as he smiled at them,

"...And I'm blessed to have met them as well. Congratulations you two and hope you two live, as the kids call it, happily ever after!"

Valiant scratched at his foot as Sirius glanced to see the large beast resting it's head on the arm of the chair as he glances back at the old album of photos that Serenity inherited from her parents. He sat there quietly looking at the moving photo of those two walking down the aisle together with the lights of the fireworks illuminating their youthful faces.

"I never got to say goodbye to them…"

He slowly stood up to place the book away on the shelf where he had arranged nicely for Serenity, when she returned back home. He glanced at a few other things and saw a leather bound book that didn't seem to belong to Serenity. He moved the dusty thing to see a small vial behind it. It looked as if it had been sitting there for years as he took it out. He slowly realized it was a memory and had a tag that said, To: Sirius.

He whistled to Valiant, making the giant mass of fur get up as they trot over to what looked to be the study with a small Pensieve in the corner of the room. He slowly poured the contents into the bowl and looked at Valiant,

"Lets see what we have here shall we?"

He slowly looked down before letting the memories swarm into his head,

Sirius looked to see he was watching Jonathan with Amelia. Amelia was holding Serenity in her arms before she kissed Jonathan and walked up the stairs. Jonathan rubbed his face before moving to the living room where there was a large mirror. He stared at himself as he spoke,

"...Hello Sirius."

Sirius became startled and realized that this was just a memory.

"If you're watching this memory that means that I'm gone...as well as Amelia…"

Sirius could tell that his little brother was exhausted, the laugh lines on his face turned into nothing but dark circles as he saw him choke a tear back.

" Sirius...I'm so sorry that I couldn't tell you anything. I couldn't tell anyone or else you would all be dead and we need to look after Serenity...Watch after my baby girl. Merlin she must be beautiful now, I hope she's healthy...I hope she ended up looking like us."

Jonathan chuckled softly as Sirius had tears rolling down his cheeks as he stared at the mirror, looking at his brother.

"She is the pure embodiment of both of you...You would be proud Jon…"

Sirius whispered before hearing Jonathan gasp a breathe.

"Sirius. I just want to say no matter what happens, don't let darkness cloud your judgement. You've been the best brother I could ever ask for, and probably make a great uncle for my little girl. Amelia and I love you so much and I pray my little girl will also love you as much as we did...Good bye...But don't worry, if you ever feel alone just remember Amelia and I are always with you. Til we meet again brother."

Jonathan held his hand against the mirror, as Sirius moved as if he could grasp his brother's hand. Sirius had tears roll down more before Jonathan's memories suddenly shifted.

It was then a scene of Jonathan and Amelia with Serenity in their arms. She was so calm and quiet, sleeping like an angel in her mother's arms.

The memory cut off as Sirius stood, leaning against the pensieve before finally letting out a breathe. Tears were rolled down his cheeks while Valiant leaned against him as if to become support. He choked a cry as he tried to stand and ended up falling onto the floor on his knees crying.

"Jonathan...Amelia...James...Lily."

His brothers, by blood and friendship, as well as their wives who he has grown to call his friends are all dead from the betrayal of a rat. He couldn't help but felt more pain inside of his heart, more chilling than a dementor's kiss as he quickly skid up, going back to Serenity's room to her shelf, knocking books down as he took out her sketchbook. He grasped it in his hands as he turned the pages to look to see him, Harry, and Serenity together. He crumbled back onto the floor but this time, Valiant laid down so that Sirius could lean back against him. He caressed the page as the remembered his brother's voice in his head and grasps the book close against him, making his own vow in his head.

...Though you've all left me...You've left me a gift of a family...I will protect them...Til death."

What Sirius doesn't know is that though he made a vow to protect these two youngsters...They were the ones trying to save everyone instead. While Harry fought with his own inner demons, Serenity was battling her way through wits against a potion master...Who was at the moment beating her.
