Odin sat grimly upon his throne considering a message that had been delivered to him from Heimdall, glancing down he read once more the words on the parchment that said the Jotuns were asking for a meeting with him to go over the terms of the treaty that had been the topic of conversation between Loki and Laufey. He did not trust that this was all the frost giants wanted in Asguard he had no trust for them as they were known for saying one thing and wanting and doing something totally different instead.
Motioning to one of the guards to the side of him he signaled the man forward. The guard walked with his head high but his eyes on the Allfather kneeling before the king he placed his fist over his heart and waited for Odin's words.
"Bring Prince Loki to me; it seems I am in need of some of his words and wisdom."
"Sire," he guard barked once before returning to his feet and heading for Prince Loki's quarters.

Hogun wandered through the halls of the palace after visiting his friend Fandral in the healers quarters where both he and Sif as well as a few of the healers had found great amusement at Fandrals present predicament although he truly felt for his friend he could not help but think he deserved it, he had been warned not to have relations of that kind with a Jotun and as was Fandrals way he had ignored the warning.
So lost in his own thoughts Hogun did not notice where it was he was wandering until looking up he found himself in front of a very familiar door in a hallway he had not visited since before Loki and Fandral had left for Jotunhiem.
For a moment he just stood staring at the door as if unsure what to do and without realizing he raised his hand and knocked at the door.

Hellbindi waited impatiently for the Asgard Guardian to open the bifrost so that he and those officials of his father's court could travel to the cursed realm of the Aesir if it was not for his desire to meet and get his hands onto Loki then he would never have considered setting foot on the cursed realm.
He knew that he had to be patient and that the wait would be worth it once he got the lithe pale young man into his special place and he thought delightedly and with much relish just what he would do to that young man.
One of the warriors waiting with him who was to travel as his personal guard should Odin decide to agree to their coming to his realm to continue with the negotiations that the Aesir prince had until a few days been in conference with Laufey watched him closely, he was aware of the Princes particular interest in the young Odinson as was most at Laufey's court even the king himself had seen the interest.

The guard that Odin sent from his throne room did not take long to make his way to Prince Loki's quarters he was a solid sort of man not one taken with speculation but he did wonder what words and wisdom the second prince of Asgard could impart to the Allfather. He thought back to the grim look that he had seen on the face of the king as he read the message that had come from Jotunhiem and he wondered what the repercussions of that message would be and looking up from his musings he saw he was at the door to Prince Loki's quarters he raised his hand and knocked.

Loki looked up when he heard the knock at his door wondering who it was he called out to whoever it was that was knocking to enter.
The door opened to reveal…
