Chapter Eighteen
Everyone dodged the fireball Lilith threw. They listened to her cackle as she threw another. Cale snapped his gun up and unloaded the magazine at her. She responded by throwing up a firewall. The bullets were melted by the intense heat. Everyone looked at her as she laughed and looked at everyone. Glancing upmmnnnñn. at the sky she saw the sun was high in the sky. She had to continue with her plan. Smiling she threw fire at her feet. They looked on as she was consumed with a firewall. It cleared and she was gone.
Cale walked forward, his gun up he searched the area. She was gone. Lowering the gun he turned and looked to see Nikki holding Jade up. Ashley was helping her. Tori had changed back to her human form. His eyes were focused on her as he stormed towards her. Once he got close enough he snatched the revolver from Nikki. Bringing it up quickly he placed it to her head.
"Cale" Nikki screamed at him.
"Shut up" he snarled looking back at her. Slowly he turned and looked at Tori. "Give me one good reason" he growled pulling the hammer back.
Tori looked at him before looking to Jade. Her heart was broken, she had betrayed her love. She had given a powerful weapon to the enemy. A tear dripped from her eye as she looked back to Cale. "I can't" she said softly.
Cale looked at her before looking back to Nikki. She shook her head quickly. Looking back at Tori he slowly lowered the gun. "Get dressed, we gotta move quickly" he said passing the revolver back to Nikki. "Get her in the SUV. I'm grabbing what we need from the house. Call the others tell them to meet us at the Real estate office" he said. He was stopped as Nikki grabbed his hand.
"I'm proud of you" she said looking at him.
"Don't be" he said as he stepped into the house. "It's not over yet" he said moving towards the steps.

Jade weakly sat up in the back seat. She looked as Tori slipped in next to her. Her face was somber. She was crying and in able to look at her. Jade looked as Cale climbed into the driver's seat. Nikki was in the passenger's seat. Ashley was in the seat ahead of them. She looked over to Tori who was crying softly.
Mustering what strength she could the Angel moved over next to her. She placed her arms around her making Tori look at her quickly. "Why, after what I just did?" Tori cried softly.
"Cause I still love you" Jade said weakly as she looked at her.
"I betrayed you" the werewolf cried turning her face from Jade.
Jade looked at her, her black eye looking around before looking back at her. She quickly turned Tori back to her and kissed her deeply. Pulling back she looked at Tori who looked back at her. "There's more to this than we realize" she said before tipping her head onto Tori's shoulder.
Tori looked at her before looking back out the window. She saw Allison's office coming up. Allison and Sikowitz waited outside as well as the rest of the Death Angels.
The vehicle stopped and she opened the door. She looked to see Sikowitz and Allison staring at her. She started to cry again as she stepped away from them. She looked in to see them take Jade out of the vehicle. She was left standing there as everyone went inside. Almost everyone.
Cale stood there, he looked at her as she kept crying. Walking forward he came up next to her. Placing a cigarette in his mouth he lit it. He looked at her as she looked back at him.
"You fucked up" he stated making her sigh before more tears flowed.
"Don't you think I know that" she sobbed looking at him.
"Are you going to stand there and have a pity party for yourself. Or, are you going to use this as a weapon to get revenge?" He asked making her stare at him.
He looked at her as he walked forward towards the building. She looked on before slowly walking forward. Walking into the building she looked around as everyone looked at her.
"Tori" Allison said walking forward. "Jade will be fine, she's resting right now. It'll take a few hours but she'll be back to normal" she said offering a reassuring smile.
"How was I not able to tell that Lilith was Jade?" She asked softly.
"When she takes the form of someone she takes everything. Right down to their scent. Once she sleeps with someone, then she can start to relax on her deception" Sikowitz explained making Tori look at him. She remembered the phone call from him.
"Sikowitz, are you really who you say you are?" She asked making everyone look at her.
"What do you mean?" He asked looking at her.
"I got a phone call, from you telling me to attack them" She said pointing at The Death Angels.
"That was either her or Dracula" Allison said making Tori look at her. "We were working here all day" she said looking back to Sikowitz.
"Look, the move has been made, we need to be ready for the next one" Mitch said before looking back to Samuel. "That blasted tooth we found, lucky us".
"No kidding Miles" he said as he walked over to Allison.
"They need Excalibur now" she said looking around before looking to Cale.
"What?" He asked looking at her.
"Excalibur is the sword on your back son" Samuel said.
Cale looked at him before reaching back. He grabbed the hilt of the sword and pulled it out. He looked at the gleaming blade before looking back to the group. Sheathing it again he looked at them.
"Tori, go and spend sometime with Jade. She'll need to see you when she wakes up" Allison said looking at her.

Tori sat next to Jade as she healed. Her wounds were almost nonexistent. Slowly her hand reached out and took Jade's into hers. Tears dripped from her eyes as she lowered her head. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" she cried softly.
Jade stirred before her eyes opened. She looked over to see Tori crying softly. With her free hand she reached over and stroked Tori's head. This caused her to look at her. She sobbed harder. Jade could see both joy and shamefulness in her eyes. Sitting up slowly they both looked at each other.
"What happened that Lilith took your place?" Tori asked softly.
"When me and Lilith came over the side of the building, Dracula was waiting. He caught us and restrained me. By that time Lilith had already taken my form. When Dracula flew off he had me in his hands" Jade explained as Tori sat on the bed next to her.
"I'm sorry I didn't know that she was you. She even smelled like you" Tori said, her hands wrapping around herself as if trying to hide her shame.
"Did you sleep with her?" Jade asked softly.
"Yes" Tori replied crying harder.
Jade looked away, crying a bit as she looked up. Out the window she saw a massive storm coming in off of the ocean. Lightening streaked through the air as thunder boomed off in the distance. She wanted to kill Lilith for what she did to Tori. That is her mate. Turning she grabbed Tori and kissed her with a fiery passion.
"I thought you'd be mad" Tori cried as she looked into Jade's eyes.
"Oh, believe me I'm fucking furious" she said before reaching up and stroking her cheek. "I am mad at Lilith, not you. She's six thousand years old like Dracula. I know she knows tricks. That's why I'm not blaming you" Jade explained as she kissed Tori again.
Tori was about to say something before suddenly the wall exploded. The force and concussion sent them slamming into the wall.

Isaac stood gripping onto a grenade launcher. He smiled as smoke curled around his face. He looked down the sights and fired again. The explosion ripped another section of the wall up. He started laughing as he looked down the sights again. "I can feel it coming in the air tonight, oh lord. And I've been waiting for this moment for all my life" he sung as he walked forward. Glancing to his right he looked at Dracula. On his left Lilith walked.
"You two deal with your problems, I'll get the sword and angel" she ordered and both nodded.
Isaac ran forward he looked at Jade and Tori who were slowly getting back to their feet. "Please, don't get up. I'll see myself in" he said chuckling. Walking through the doorframe he smiled. "Brother, oh dear brother, I've come to play" he said in a child-like voice as he looked around. Suddenly a grey skin walker slammed into him. The attack pushed them out of the front bay window. He looked to see Sikowitz looking at him growling. "Well, you cane to play" he said chuckling.
Pulling his clothes off he smiled as black fur ripped from his body. He stood there in his Lycan form. Both looked at each other as Sikowitz became the grey lycan. Both roared at each other before Isaac shot forward.

Carmilla walked out of her room, Summer right behind her. They had watched as Isaac and Sikowitz started fighting out on the street. Carmilla looked back to Summer. Grabbing her hand she turned her around. She prepared to leave with her long lost love. Just as she turned around she looked to see Dracula looking at her.
"This seems vaguely familiar" he said scratching his chin. "Oh, yes, this was just after we slaughtered Roanoke Island. We were in this similar situation" he said with a chuckle.
"This time, it's just you. Let's see how well you fare" Carmilla snarled punching her fist at Dracula.
He caught her fist and smiled at her. "We will indeed" he said as he kicked her. The blow sent her crashing through a door.
"Summer, run" Carmilla cried out as she got up.
"No matter" Dracula said watching her run off. "I like when they run".
Carmilla screamed as she grabbed a sword from the wall. Dracula smirked as he pulled out his own sword. He jumped at her, swinging his sword with tremendous force. She however blocked it before kicking him.

Allison prepared to go aid Sikowitz when she heard the sound of glass crunching. She looked back to see the Death Angels gathering themselves up. Coming from the street she looked to see Lilith walking in. Allison's wings shot out. She looked at the demon queen who smiled at her. Looking past her she saw the Death Angels. She smiled in delight when she saw the two older ones.
"Sam White and Mitch Miles, it has been to long" she said rubbing her hands together.
"Yes it has love" Mitch said raising his gun up.
Samuel glared at her, his wife's face flashing through his mind. "I'll kill you for what you did to my wife" he growled raising his gun up.
"We'll see" was all she said as she threw a fireball at them. She looked as the building was set ablaze. Glancing back she saw Jade and Tori appear behind her. "I'll deal with you two later" she chuckled throwing a fireball at the ceiling. She looked as it collapsed onto them. Turning she was focused on Allison once again. Reaching to her back she pulled out a pair of golden gauntlets
"Can't face me without gold?" Allison said smirking.
"Not taking chances with the daughter of Merlin" Lilith said smirking as she shot forward.

Sikowitz jumped up onto a building. Looking back he looked as Isaac followed him. Glancing back he looked to see the office on fire. His eyes grew wide at seeing that. Pushing off of the building he jumped across the street, his eyes focused on the building. Suddenly he was hit in the side.
He and Isaac crashed into another building. Looking at him he looked to see him stand up. He shook the dust off of himself as Isaac slowly stood up. Both looked at one another as the light from the fire lit them up. He looked at Isaac who was locked onto him.
Suddenly Sikowitz shot forward, his claws slammed into his brother. Both crashed through a wall. On the other side of the wall was a stairwell. They both went rolling down it. They clawed and bit one another. They came to a quick stop when they slammed into the wall at the bottom of the steps.
Sikowitz howled out in pain as he looked down. Isaac's claws were stabbed into his chest. Blood flowed from the wounds. He looked up at his brother who was staring back at him. Kicking his foot out he sent his brother crashing through the steps.
Isaac roared out in pain when he came to a sudden stop. A piece of sharpened wood was sticking out of his shoulder. He tried to move but was unable to. Looking up he looked at Sikowitz. He was gripping onto a car and was looking at him. With a roar his brother threw the car at him.
Sikowitz looked as the car crashed through the building. There was a pain filled yelp that came from the building. Isaac was no longer a problem. Turning he started back to the office three buildings away.

Swords clashed sending sparks flying around. Carmilla hissed at Dracula who smirked at her. He kicked her back. Watching her bounce across the roof of the building he laughed. Fire started to come out of the top of it. He heard her scream out in pain. Looking on he watched as her hand was covered in flames.
"Get up, make this fight worth more than what you did for Estate" he growled walking forward.
Carmilla stood up clutching her sword. She glared at him as he moved towards her. She looked down at her burnt hand. She would need to feed to heal it. Looking up she looked at Dracula. He chuckled before suddenly kicking her. The blow caused her to fall backwards towards the flames.
"You're going to loose another mate tonight" he chuckled as he walked up to her. He stabbed his sword into her shoulder making her scream out in pain.
Carmilla looked through the flames. Inside she saw the roof collapse over the Death Angels. Her eyes shot wide at seeing that. She stared down at the rubble. Just then she saw something, she saw Summer push herself out of the rubble. She smiled a bit before looking back at Dracula. He was chuckling as he pulled his sword from her body. Once she was free she attacked. Jumping up she spun around quickly. She swung her sword slicing it through Dracula. He stopped moving. Looking down at the wound he grunted in pain. Slowly he fell to his knees. His organs had spilled out into his hands.
"How?" He coughed looking up to her.
"You spent years gloating. I spent years training. I told you I'd have my revenge" she growled standing up.
She looked down at him as he glared up at her. Suddenly she threw her sword down. Springing forward she grabbed him. They hissed at each other before suddenly Carmilla sunk her fangs into his throat. Blood gushed out and across her face. She gulped his blood like it was water. Once done she pushed his lifeless body aside. Looking down she smiled as she picked up her sword. There was only one way to be sure he would never return. Swinging the sword she cut his head off. Standing there she looked down at the dead vampire. Her life long vengeance had been fulfilled. Letting out a long wail she felt full again. Suddenly the roof gave away as the building collapsed, burying her and all those inside.

Blood flowed from Allison's nose and ears. Her face was bloody and beaten. She looked as the building collapsed. Turning her head she looked to see Sikowitz staggering up towards her. She just shook her head. Watching she watched as the werewolf hid. She let out a shrill scream as the golden gauntlets grabbed her wings. She was pulled up to her knees.
"Daughter of Merlin, you gave a great fight but the war is lost" Lilith said as she held onto Allison tightly.
She looked back as werewolves, vampires, and demons melted out of the darkness. Two vampires held onto gold chains. They wrapped them around her restraining her. Looking on she watched as Lilith walked up to the rubble of the building. She bent down and grabbed something. She looked to see it was Excalibur. The demon walked up to her smiling as she slung the sword over her back. Kneeling down she got into her face.
"Think your daughter will live up to the hype?" Lilith hissed with a devilish smirk. She looked as Allison just looked away. "Oh, you haven't told her have you?"
"No, she doesn't need the burden" Allison said a lone tear dripping from her eye.
Lilith just smile before standing up. "Come, tonight is the night the world learns the truth" she said pulling on the chains.
