Chapter 33
Over the next few days every thing slowly return back to normal for every one at the SGC. Sam, Jack, Jacob and Samantha have been into town to do some shopping and they also help move all of Jon things into the new six bedroom, six bathroom house that they just brought.
They even stayed in town and had dinner before returning back to the SGC. On Sunday afternoon, Jon, Samantha, Jack, Sam, Cassie and Janet pack up their things and left to go home for the first time in almost three months.
Jack, Sam, Samantha and Jon all got the same thing in mind after they were home. They made love in their new homes and in their new beds. They even call and order pizza for dinner that night and made love and watch the Simmons that was on TV while they were in bed.
The next morning Jack and Sam went to the mess hall for breakfast while Jon and Samantha went into town for breakfast before they went their separate ways for the day. That afternoon, Jack was reading a memo when there was a bright light. He looked up and smiles
"Thor buddy what can I do for you?"
"We need more of yours and Colonel Carter DNA"
"Sure" he picks up the phone and press couple of numbers
"Hey doc I got Thor here, he needed Sam and my DNA… ok thanks" then he hung up and look at Thor
"She will be here in couple of minutes"
"Thank you" Jack sat back in his chair
"So how is the cloning coming along?"
"We got ten percent done so far"
"Ok that good to know"
"The council would like to thank you and Colonel Carter for saving our race"
"No worries there"
"We would like to give you both some thing… have you got any ideas?" Jack smile and lean ford with his hands on the desk
"Yes there is, Asgard shields for doc, Jon and my homes, just in case the NID try to kidnap us"
"I will let the council know of your idea"
"Thanks, so what happening with the rest of the goa'uld?"
"They are please that Anubis is dead but worried that their jaffa will start to believe in freedom and that the goa'uld are not gods since they couldn't kill Anubis and destroy his super soldiers"
"Ok, well at lest they can fight among them selves"
"Indeed" jack smile knowing that is what Teal'c would of said. There was a knock on the door and they turn to see Janet standing there
"Come in doc" she walk in
"Sir, Thor here is what you were needing" she pass him two bags
"Thank you Dr Fraser, I must depart"
"We under stand, drop by any time" then there was a bright light and he was gone.
"Well that was short and sweet, but that Thor for ya" Janet smile
"Yes sir" Jack stood up and stench
"I'm going to go and grab the twins and take to the mess hall for some cake" Janet smile
"You better what how much you eat sir since now your not going off world"
"I know, Sam makes sure, so you don't have to worry there" he said smiling as they walk out of the office together, when Jack saw Walter
"Walter, I'm off to the mess hall, I'll be back in about fifteen minutes"
"Yes sir" then Jack carry on walking down to Sam lab. When he walk in there he saw both Sam's talking then stop and look up
"Is every thing alright Jack?" Sam asked
"Yes, you two put your doohickies down and come and join me in the mess hall for some cake"
"Jack we got work to do"
"Sam, Samantha don't you want to know what Thor and I talk about" he said with a smirk on his face
"What, Thor was here?" Sam said
"Yep so what is it going to be" then he walked out of the lab with a smirk on his face.
Sam and Samantha look at each other, then they put their tools down and walk out of the lab and walk quickly to catch up with Jack.
"Jack what did Thor want?" Samantha asked.
Jack didn't say a thing but smile. When they walk into the mess hall, they went and got some thing to eat and drink, and then they went and sat down at a table
"Well are you going to tell us," Sam asked
"He drop by for some more of our DNA" he looked at them both
"Is that all" Sam said
"Nope" then he took a bite of his cake while grinning
"What else"
"Well if all goes well, we might be getting our own Asgard house shields for our home and for doc home after what had happen few weeks ago" He saw the two sam shock look on their faces
"You're joking?"
"Nope, it a thank you gift from the Asgard after we saved their lives"
"That is wonderful news Jack"
"As I said might"
"I know" They talk for few minutes before parting ways for the rest of the day. Week later Thor beam down to Jack office
"Thor is every thing alright?"
"Yes I've spoke to the council about your idea O'Neill, they agree to it" Jack smile
"Thanks Thor, I'm sure Sam and Samantha would be looking ford to putting the shields in place"
"It is already done" Jack was shock
"Really, thanks… how do we deactivate the shields?"
Thor pass him a box, he open it to see nine bracelets in them They look like white gold with the Asgard stone which was fifteen millimetre round in the middle of it he pick one up and put it on
"Thor this one to big"
"Try one of the others. They got your DNA code so they know who you are. If some one else try to use it, it won't work for them"
"Ok" jack tried till he tries the fourth one and he saw it wrap around his wrist
"Cool, thanks Thor"
"You are most welcome"
"Is there any thing else I should know about these bracelets?"
"Yes you can use them to activate and deactivate your clones and Dr Fraser shields"
"Ok what about the other bracelets?"
"One is for Dr Jackson, Teal'c and Jacob Carter"
"Ok I'll let them know"
"Dr Jackson has also got shields around his home"
"Ok, thanks, I'll tell him, did the DNA we gave you help?"
"Yes it did thank you, it would take about one year of your time before all the Asgard have got their new bodies"
"Ok, that is good news, is there some thing else Thor?"
"No, I must depart, I'm checking on the other protected planets since it been a while since one of the Asgard have check on them"
"Ok I under stand" then he was gone in a bright light.
Jack pick up the box and walk out the door, he went to see Janet first. When he walk into the infirmary she was talking to a nurse, so he waited. When she turn around and saw him, she walk over to him
"General is there some thing I can do for you?"
"Thor drop by and gave me these" he open the box to show Janet
"They bracelets"
"Yep, we have got Asgard shields around out home and these, can turn them on and off, try them till one wraps around your wrist"
Janet pick one up and put it on, nothing happen, so she try them till she got to the last one, it wrap around her wrist
"Wow, can I take it off?"
"Yep and you can wear it while on base"
"Ok what about Cassie?"
"Call her, I'll have the box with me"
"Ok thanks sir"
"No worries, oh it also works one Daniel, Jon and my place as well"
"Ok, I better get back to work"
"Well I'm going to track down the others"
Then he closes the box and walk out of the room. He went and saw Daniel, then the two Sam's, by that time it was lunch time so they went to the mess hall for lunch where they meet up with Teal'c. Jack gave Teal'c his bracelet and explain to him what he told the others.
After lunch every one went and did their thing. That afternoon, Cassie and Jon got their bracelets when they think it is cool.
The next morning after they make passionate love, Jack look down at Sam
"Sam how would you like to take a trip off world"
"Where?"
"To see dad and to give him his bracelet" Sam smile
"I would love to Jack"
"Ok you can leave about 1000 hours"
"Ok, will you be there to see me off"
"Of cause"
"Good, how are you feeling?"
"Happy, you?" she pull him down for a kiss and flip them till she was on top
"Sneaky"
"I lean from the best"
Then she gave him a quick kiss before sitting up and rotating her hips. Jack knew what she wanted. They make love again screaming out each other names before Sam collapsed on top of him.
"That was hot as always Sam" she giggles then turned and looked at him with a grin on her face
"Why don't we go and have a shower and to out for breakfast this morning"
"Sounds good to me" she gave him a kiss before rolling off him and getting out of bed, Jack watch her before he got out of bed him self.
At 1000 hours Jack was down at the bottom of the ramp with Sam as the gate started spinning
"Say hi to dad from me"
"Will do, I don't know what time I'll be back"
"Ok, I'll be here for when you return"
"I know you will be" then the worm hole was form They both hug and kiss before Sam walk up the ramp and through the gate, then it shut down. Jack return back to his office and paper work.
When Sam got to the other side she walk around to where the rings are when the tok'ra pop up out of the sand with their weapons. When they saw a teenager in SG uniforms
"Hi guys I came to see my father Jacob Carter"
"Colonel Carter"
"Hi Malak, yeah is he here?"
"Yes step ford"
Sam walk over to where he is then they were down in the tunnels
"Thanks, I'll go and find him"
Then she walked down to where she thinks he might be. When she saw him talking to one of the female tok'ra, she stop and look at him, she can see he was happy so she decided to let him know she was there
"Isn't she to young for you" Jacob and the women turn to the voice. Jacob smiles and walked over to Sam and gave her a hug
"Sam what are you doing here"
"I brought some thing here for you from Thor"
"Ok" she opens her bag and pulled a box out and opens it
"A bracelet?" he pulled it out of the box
"Yep, put it on" he put it on and saw what it did
"Wow, what is for?"
"To deactivate Asgard shields at home, Jon, Janet and Daniel homes"
"Really, Thor gave you guys shields?"
"Yes on behalf of the council and the Asgard, it a thank you gift for what we have done over the years and saving their lives"
"Ok why me?"
"Family dad and Thor like you" he laugh
"That good to know, how are things any way?" Sam put the box back in the bag
"Good, Samantha been having morning sickness, the prom next weekend, her and Cassie are going shopping for a dress this weekend, other than that things are quiet at the moment" "ok how Jack handling things?"
"Good despite the paper work and phone calls, next week teams will be going off world again"
"Ok, how mark and the family?"
"Good, Jack and I are planing on extenuating our home"
"Why?"
"We are planing on starting a family," she said smiling
"Sam that is wonderful news"
"I know, I hope you can handle it"
"Sam I will be happy, Selmac is and we already made bets on when Samantha has her triplets"
"Really" she raises her eyebrows
"Yep"
"that good to know, I think"
"so how long can you stay here for?"
"Why?"
"We found some devices last week, the scientist don't know what they are"
"Show me"
"Ok" they walk down to where the labs are, Sam spent the next eight hours helping the tok'ra out which they were grateful for.
When Sam return back to earth it was almost 1900 hours. Jack was waiting for her down at the bottom of the ramp they both hug and kiss
"How dad?"
"Good, sorry for being away so long"
"I know, dad sent a message through half an hour after you left"
"Ah, well after my post ops and showers how about we go out to O'malley's for dinner"
"Sounds good to me" they walk out of the gate room while talking.
