AN: Sorry for not posting sooner, my father was rush to hospital few days ago, he suffer a stroke. It not the first time he had a stroke. He is fine and back at home.

Chapter 35
They sat down and talk for the next fifteen minutes till a nurse walk into and got them to follow her. They follows her down to where Samantha room is and walk in to see Samantha sitting up in bed hold the girls in her arms and Jon holding their son. Sam sat down as Jacob walked over and kisses Samantha on the forehead and look down at the two girls
"Who do we have here?" Jon walked around and put his son in Jacob arms
"This is Jacob Charlie O'Neill" Jacob look down to see blue eyes looking up at him
"He beautiful"
"Yes he is" then he walked over and pick up one of his daughters and put her in Sam arms
"This is Dorothy Samantha O'Neill" Sam look down at her to see pair of brown eyes looking back at her
"She got your eyes Jon"
"I know" then he pick up his other daughter and place her in Jack arms
"This is Catherine Emma O'Neill"
"After Catherine Langford"
"Yep"
"She would be honoured"
"We know" Sam said
"Who Emma?" Jacob asked
"She was my… our twin sister, she died hour after she was born" Jack said
"Sorry I didn't know"
"It ok" Jack said then he look down at the bundle in his arms then up at Jon.
They talk for ten minutes before they handed the kids back over before leaving the family alone.
"So Sam what do you like for dinner tonight?" Jack asked as they walk out side
"How about taking me to the 'fire rock grill'" she said smiling
"Dad"
"Sounds good to me"
"Ok shall we"
They walk over to Jack truck and got in, Jack help Sam in like he did before then walk around to the other side and got in and put his seat belt on before starting up the truck.
Fifteen minutes later Jack pulled up out side the restaurant, then they all got out with Jacob helping Sam to get out of the truck. They walk in and were able to get a table strait away.
Once seated they look over the menus while they order drinks first. They talk able enjoying dinner. Sam had a four-course meal with two different dinner starters. When they finish their evening meal, they sat back and talk for twenty minutes before Jack signal the waitress over and ask for the bill since he notice that Sam was starting to get tired. When she return, Jack pass the women his credit card then she walk away.
"When do you have to return dad?"
"Not till Monday"
"Ok, if you want to use one of the motor pool cars while you're here, I'll get some thing sorted out for you so you can go and visit Jon and Samantha"
"Thanks Jack" when the women return, Jack sign the slip and she check the signaller before giving Jack his credit card back then left.
Jack helps Sam out of her seat before they left to head back to the base. When they got there and on the VIP quarters level, they said their good nights before going to their rooms for the night.
The next morning Jack got a car sorted out for Jacob and he got on the net and sent flowers to Jon and Samantha before he even started work for the day. Sam only works in the mornings and she has a lie down after lunch. Samantha and the triplets were in the hospital for a week before they could go home.
When they got home they were greeted by the SGC personal and Jon schools friends. They were having a welcome home party for the family. Sam was in a wheel chair since she was having problems walking. Even Jacob showed up for a few hours and to spend some time with Mark and Christine and the kids before he had to leave once again. Mark and the family stayed with Jon and the family for three days before they were beams back to their home in San Diego.
Sam works in the mornings for two weeks before she was put on bed rest for the remaining of her pregnancy. Jack let her use her laps top so she won't be board and she did have a lot of visitors in the morning that she didn't mind. Jack shows up at lunchtime with their lunch since he want to have his meals with Sam which she didn't mind.
Three weeks later the reservations on the house was complete which made them happy since it was three days before thanks giving when they move back into their home. Daniel, Teal'c and Jon help put every thing away while Samantha and the triplets keep Sam company on the base.
When Sam was able to go home she was looking ford to seeing the house, when she did her smile gotten even bigger.
The next day, Mark and the family were beam into the house; they were shock with the changes that was done to the house. Sam was up stair in bed when Jack walk in with the family in tow. They all talk for an hour before leaving Sam to get some sleep since she was tired.
The next morning Jacob showed up at their home just after six, it was the first time he seen the new renovations. He walked into the kitchen and made him self-a cup of tea then he sat down at the breakfast bar having it while reading yesterday paper.
When done he knew that Jenni and Chris would be awake so he decided to make breakfast for every one. When Sam woke up she could smell some thing then she smiles and turn her head to Jack
"Jack"
"Mmm"
"Jack, I need to go to the bathroom" he open his eyes and smile when he saw Sam looking at him
"Ok sweet heart" then he could smell some thing
"Can you smell some thing?"
"Yes dad cooking" she said smiling
"Ah, I should of guest"
He lean over and gave her a kiss before getting up, then he help Sam get up and out of bed and walk into the bathroom. While Sam was in there, Jack went to fix up the bed covers then walk back into the bathroom and help Sam stand up and walk over to the hand basin where she could wash her hands then walk back and got back into bed.
Then he walk back into the bathroom so he could relieve him self and wash his hands and had a quick shower and shave then he walk out of the bathroom naked knowing what it will do to Sam every time. He walked over to his draws and got some clothes out and put them on, while he was looking at Sam
"You like seeing me naked, don't ya?"
"Yep it reminds me of our honeymoon," she said grinning
"Yeah, walking around buck naked, that was a great honey moon wasn't it?"
"Yeah it sure was, you know we should go back there for our first wedding anniversary next year for three months"
"Sounds good to me any way you are due before out anniversary"
"I know" when he was dress he walk over and bend over and gave Sam a kiss
"I'll go and bring back what ever dad got cooking"
"Ok Jack" he gives her a kiss before walking out of their bedroom.
When he walk down stair Jenny and Chris were talking to Jacob when Jack walk into the kitchen. Jacob and Selmac sense a presents and turn around and smile when he saw it was jack.
"Morning Jack, how Sam?"
"Morning dad, Sam is hungry she could smell your cooking" Jacob laugh
"I bet she can, here I'll take this up to her"
"Ok, morning kids"
"Morning uncle Jack" Jacob dish up Sam breakfast and put it on a tray then he got her a glass of orange juice while Jack pour him self a cup of coffee.
"Ah dad, you better take the maple syrup and corn radish as well" Jacob looked at Jack
"Cravings?'
"Breakfast cravings"
"Ok"
He went to the fridge and got the bottle and jar out and put them on the tray then he pick them up and took the tray up to Sam room. When he walk in the door, Sam was sitting up with big thick pillows behind her, she smile when she saw her father
"Morning dad"
"Morning kiddo, how are you feeling?"
"Hungry"
"Here, I cook up this" he put the tray on a table and move it next to Sam bed
"Thanks dad"
Jacob watch as Sam put her corn radish over her breakfast then the maple syrup. He watch her starting to eat her breakfast
"I hope Jack got some more corn radish in the pantry" Sam smile while licking the maple syrup from the corner of her mouth
"He has dad"
"I'll leave you to it"
"Ok, who else is up?"
"Jenni and Chris"
"Ok" then she took another bite of her breakfast; Jacob shook his head then turn around and walked out the door leaving her to it.
He walked back down to the kitchen to see Jack putting the three turkeys in the oven while talking to Jenni and Chris.
"Sam enjoying her breakfast?" Jack asked
"Yes I hope you got some more corn radish?"
Jack smiles and walk over to the second pantry and open the door. Jacob raised both eyebrows when he saw jars of corn radish, bottles of maple syrup, packets of biscuits, potato chips, chocolate bars and other candy bars
"Wow you sure got every thing for Sam?"
"I know but that not including the main freezer"
"I hate to ask what in there?"
"Tubs of ice cream and ice blocks"
"Well so long as she is happy"
"Then the kids and I are happy"
He closes the doors then walk over and got he some breakfast and sat down at the breakfast bar next to Chris. They talk for ten minutes while having their breakfast when Mark and Christine walk into the kitchen
"Morning" Jack said
"Morning, how Sam this morning?"
"Good, she having her breakfast at the moment" Jacob said
"Ok"
Christine dish up Mark and her breakfast then sat at the bar while Mark for them both a cup of coffee. They talk for the next hour before Jack walk back up to their bedroom to see Sam sitting up looking at him
"Enjoy your breakfast Sam?"
"Yes thank"
"Good, now I'm going to run you a hot bubble bath"
"Mmm sounds good to me"
Jack walk into the bathroom to run Sam a bath. Sam heard the taps running and smile, then he walk out with three balls in hand
"Which one today Sam?"
"Vanilla"
"Ok" he walk back into the bathroom and got three vanilla balls and put them into the bath, then he could see the bubbles and could smell the vanilla from the water. He walk back out into the bedroom
"I'll go and get a couple of towels"
"Ok" then he walked out of the room.
When he return he walk back into the bathroom and put the towels down on the bench and then turn the taps off after he tested the water. Then he walked back out and helps Sam get out of bed and walk into the bathroom. He then help take her nightie off and help her get into the tub. Once in, she lies back and relax. Jack turned the jets on and watches Sam smile
"This feels so good"
"I bet it dose, I'll leave you to enjoy your bath, I'll take care of the bed and tray"
"Ok" he bends over and gave her a kiss before walking out of the bathroom.
He made the bed first and got a dress out for Sam to wear. Then he got her, a maternity bra and panties for her to wear then he took the tray down stairs then return back up in their bedroom few minutes later.
He walk back into the bathroom and sat on the close toilet while talking to Sam for fifteen minutes then he got up and turn the jets off and pulled the plug. While the water was going down, Jack got the hand held shower set up and he turn it on till the got the right temperature
Then he washes the bubbles off Sam then he wet her hair then pass it to Sam while he put shampoo in her hair and massage it which made her moan. Knowing she was enjoying what he was doing to her, then she pass the shower head to Jack so he could rinse the stuff out of her hair then they did the same with the conditioner.
Once that was rinse out Jack next gave Sam a faecal which she enjoys him doing to her then washing the stuff off. Once that was done. Jack turned the water off and he got the two towels. He use one for Sam long hair then the next he use to pat dry her face then gives her a kiss before he stood up and help her out of the bath.
While she was standing up Jack quickly dries her down then he help her back to the bed and sits down on it. He then went back and got her deodorant and body lotion while Sam was putting her deodorant oh Jack was rubbing the lotion on Sam stomach, legs and feet. When done he took the things back into the bathroom them return and help Sam get dress. Once she was dress she felt better
"Ready"
"Yep"
"Ok" he helps her to stand up and they walk out of the bedroom and down to where the stairs are.
Then they took their time walking down the stair to where the wheel chair is. Once they reach the bottom Jack help Sam into the chair then wheel her into the living room where their family is. Then he walked back into the kitchen to check on the turkeys before walking back into the living room.
They talk till Daniel, Teal'c, Janet, Cassie, Jon, Samantha and the kids show up an hour before lunch. They all talk and laugh for a while then Samantha and Janet walk into the kitchen and help Jack dish up lunch and put it on the table then Jack called out
"Lunch is ready, come and get it" then they all walk into the dinning room.
Jacob pushes sam wheel chair to one end of the table before he sat down next to her. They all held on to each others hands and Jacob said grace then Jack, Jon and Jacob carve up the three turkeys and put them onto the others plates before carving up some for them selves.
They sat down after the turkeys were moved into the middle of the table. Then the vegetables, gravies and cranberry sauce was pass around. They all enjoyed their lunch talking, laughing, eating and drinking.
After every one except for Sam and Teal'c who was still eating, they talk will Sam and Teal'c have finish their lunch. Jack stood up and started collecting every one else plate and take them into the kitchen and rinse them before putting them into the dishwasher, then went back for more. Every one else was betting who going to stop eating between Sam and Teal'c which Jack find amusing.
Fifteen minutes later all the food was gone and they were arguing who ate the most between Sam and Teal'c. Sam looked at Jack with a grin on her face. Jack knew that look and walk out of the dinning room then return with a spoon and tub of ice cream, he pass it to Sam
"Any one else want an ice cream?"
"Yes please" Chris and Jenni, said at the same time
"Ok you know where they are, any one else"
"No thanks, I'm full," Jon said, all the others agree
"Well at lest you know who eats the most and she is happy," Jack said looking at Sam as she eats her ice cream with a grin on her face.
They talk for the next five minutes then they all went either in the living room to watch football or to the game room to play games. Jack help Sam up to their bed room where she went into the bathroom to relieve her self then went to have a lie down. Jack gave her a kiss and watches her fall asleep minute later.
He left their bed room walk down to the kitchen where he took care of the dishes then went to see what every one else was doing. That night they all had sandwiches and drink for dinner and they all talk and laugh then they watch a movie together.
After the movie was over, Daniel, Teal'c, Janet, Cassie, Jon, Samantha and the kids left after saying their good night to every one else. Jack and Sam said good night to the Carter's before going to bed them selves.
The next day Jacob return back to the tok'ra while Mark and his family stayed till Sunday then they were beam back to their home. Over the next month things have been quiet on the base, teams still went off world, and came back on one piece or with some injury which wasn't life threating.
Jack made sure that all teams were back on earth for Christmas. All of Jack family and Friends gather around at their place for the Christmas holidays. Sam was almost seven months pregnant and she was happy. Every one had a wonderful Christmas and new years at Jack and Sam place.
