It had not taken long for Draco to find Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle. Draco had been wondering what to do with Halie. He did not want to spend the hours long journey to Hogwarts with her. He wanted to loose Halle and Hanna and be able to relax and pretend as it all of this was not happening even for a little while. He sneered when the other two men approached. Draco knew they had both been forced into the same situation though Draco had been too busy with his own problems to attend either wedding. Crabbe had lucked out. His wife, Muggle or not, was gorgeous. Draco let his eyes run over the tall, slim redhead. He had no idea how Crabbe had lucked out but the woman was terrified. She kept her eyes down and looked pale. Draco looked over at his wife clearly not minding the woman physical attributions himself. Goyle had not been so lucky. The short chubby woman at his side had the same demeanor as the redhead and Halle but physically, she was common. Dark hair and dark eyes. Nothing striking about her. Goyle was eyeing Halle lustfully and Draco now cleared his throat. Goyle looked away. Draco would have to watch him.

It turned out that there were train compartments that all of the new wives were clustered in. Before long, Halle and the other two joined them. Halle was nervous at first. She sat on the plush seats cautiously not sure what to expect. None of the others were speaking. They seemed to be looking anywhere other than at each other. Halle was filled with a mixture of curiosity and fear. Curiosity over Hogwarts and magic and also the women she sat with. Fear over being alone with Draco and of her future. Goyle's wife was the first to speak up. She had sat looking at her hands folded together in her lap but slowly looked up and glanced around the room. "I..." She hesitated when the others looked at her. "I'm Josephine." Was all she offered. Hanna smiled softly. It seemed to be the opening everyone was waiting for. Minutes later, the others were stating their names as well.

No one in the car could say they enjoyed the trip to Hogwarts. They chatted yes but in hushed tones. Sharing stories and advice or support. When the trolly came along, some of them ordered some of the normal sounding items. Chocolate, Licorice, Caramels and Pastries. A lot of the things the woman with the trolly pointed were odd to say the least but Hanna figured someone ate them. The train rumbled on along the track never stopping. The sun slowly began to set and Halle realized that she had never actually asked where Hogwarts was located. Obviously it was not in England. The journey was too far.

Hanna had run off when she had boarded the train. She had found an empty compartment and taken a seat closest to the window so she could wave at her mother as the train pulled away. She was excited but nervous to be taking her first trip among other things. Her mother was crying. Hanna felt a pain in her heart. She saw the way Lucius had grabbed her mother. Hanna sneered. She was just a child. Hanna did not understand the big picture but she knew there was a new feeling growing in her heart for Miley and for Lucius as well. It had not been long before Hanna was no longer alone. She did not realize that she had been on the tongue of many. Hanna was a rarity. Once the platform was out of sight Hanna had sat back in her chair and just stared at the empty seats ahead of her. She quickly fell into her own thoughts. The train rocked as it sped on and the sound of the metal wheels on the tracks helped to calm her.

Hogwarts. Strong and mighty. The school was a beacon for many. When the train pulled in to the station at Hogsmeade, everyone moved for the doors and Hanna seemed to get carried along with it. There were no small ships just for her. Hanna followed the others along the platform having been told back in the manor that her luggage would be brought along afterwards. Some of the others that had ridden with Hanna guided her to the large horseless black carriages and before long she sat in the shadows of a carriage as it rumbled along the road towards the school. Her stomach flipped as she looked up at the school drawing closer. Hanna was so nervous. She felt like her heart was going to erupt from her chest it was beating so hard. Hogwarts was huge. The old castle glowing with dozens of lit windows. Hanna was silent. The voices of the other students faint in her ears as she leaned close to the window.

Apparently, Hanna was the only new student. She was met at the double doors inside the entryway by a strict looking elderly lady. Professor McGonagall did not offer as much as a smile. This was a bad idea in her mind. Bringing a Muggle child into the school. It was bad enough, this Marriage law, thankfully Minerva was old enough to have not personally have been affected. That would have been a laugh... her marrying at her age. This girl however... Minerva let her eyes move over the child. What had Lucius been thinking? How could even he had been so stupid? Minerva felt for the child even if she didn't show it. While it was true that a limited amount of magic could be taught, Minerva not knowing the child held any promise, felt that this would be a difficult process for all involved.

"Welcome to Hogwarts." Minerva said to Hanna as the other students filed around her, many with their new significant others. "I am Professor McGonagall." Hanna said nothing. Too much in awe of the older woman. All around her were happy voices and conversations but Hanna seemed to have lost her ability to speak.

The walk up the center of the Grand Hall, past all the students and up to the front... that was terrifying. Hanna kept her eyes focused on the back of Professor McGonagall the whole time. The hall had fallen silent when she entered. Yet, the girl did need to be sorted into her house. Hanna was instructed to sit on a tall stool facing the students and she fearfully eyed the worn and fraying pointed brown witches hat that the professor held up. The Sorting hat did not do a long winded speech, in fact even it knew this all was very peculiar. Hanna cringed when the hat was placed over her head, almost blocking of the room and when it actually spoke softly in her head she almost fell off the stool in fright. "I've never yet been wrong, I'll have a look inside your mind and tell where you belong" The hat told her. Hanna trembled not sure if she should speak or not. Did she belong? She was having serious doubts. "Yes, I believe you do." The hat replied reading her mind. "A muggle you may not be. I see something in you. A spark. You have a chance. I see strength in you. The will to succeed. You are brave and kind. A Malfoy however fresh in name. It must be Slytherin!" The hat spoken the house name out loud and loudly. There was a murmur at the Slytherin table as Professor McGonagall removed the sorting hat and motioned Hanna along.
