Sherlock, Molly and John watched as the elderly man was properly treated. They then went on their way. As they were walking, Molly kept asking the same question constantly.
"Are you sure you both are okay?"
"For the fourth time, we are fine." Sherlock sighed.
"Oh okay, I'm just checking..."
Sherlock stopped at this and forced John and himself infront of Molly.
"We are both still here. None of us are seriously injured. We're not having any breakdowns. Thank you for the concearn, but the repitiion is getting tedious. We are both okay."
Molly smiled, and they all continued on their trek. Until she realised something else.
"John, you've forgotten your..." She stopped as she saw Sherlock put his finger up to his lip.
"Forgot-fogotten what?" John asked
"Nothing, I thought that...don't worry."
After two hours of buying clothes, things for John, Things for Molly, and even new things for Sherlock they all collapsed in Speedys. Finally home, Sherlock thought. Sure Mycroft wouldn't be happy, that nearly all the money on his card had gone, but he is the British Government. He could handle it.
Sherlock had been moaning most of the way, that was until he saw the newspaper again. He had read about this case, people had been going missing. A note had been left, where each victim lived. However the newspaper didn't state what is was or said. On the other hand it was a different because an increase of people had gone missing. He smiled, he would have to ask Lestrade about this tomorrow.
Sitting in speedys, they all ordered meals. John had spagetti and was happily slurping it down. Sherlock just had a sandwhich, whilist Molly had the lasagna. John had finished his before anyone else. He hadn't eaten it all, but that was to be expected.
"Can-can I go to the toilet?" He asked Sherlock.
"I don't know, can you go to the toilet?" Sherlock responded with a smile.
John smiled and left the table to go to the loos.
As soon as he was gone, Molly looked at Sherlock.
"You should eat more, Sherlock." Sherlock looked at her and started to roll his eyes, until she spoke again,
"I didn't want to cause any extra panic for John, but Sherlock..." She pointed at his forehead. "How did you get that?"
Sherlock appeared confused, but then remembered the cut and the hospital. He looked to the toilets, John wasn't back yet. He looked at Molly. Yes he could definately trust her.
"Don't tell John, or remind him." Molly nodded and Sherlock sighed. "John and I were attacked at the hospital, by one of the so called nurses. He made John have a panic attack and cut me."
Molly took a deep breath,
"Did they just cut you on the forehead?"
Sherlock cringed,
"He may have done it on my chest as well..." Molly's face looked even more worried. "...Look I'm okay. It was only done lightly."
Her response was quite angry.
"He shouldn't have done it at all. Nothing justifies this..." She trailed off, as she got lost in her own thoughts. Her face darkened.
So I'm not the only one with secrets, Sherlock thought.
"Molly, look at me, I am fine." He grabbed her hands to prove this and put her fingers on his pulse point. She nodded and smiled. They stayed like that, until they saw John approaching. They immediately let go and felt quite awkward.
"John I think it's time, we should get going." Sherlock started, "Molly it was...thank you for coming and help...assisting us. We are both very grateful." Sherlock smiled.
"Oh...that-that's okay. I'll see you two another time." She responded, trying to keep the dissapointment out of her spoken voice. Before they left, John gave her a quick hug and Molly laughed.
