Dipper and Mabel were still trying to keep their grunkles distracted for 2 hours so the cupcake spell would be broken, but boy, was it hard.

Every time they tried to distracted their grunkles with a task, they would always try to sneak out or plead to see Soos and Wendy.

It was challenging, but they wanted to get their grunkles back to normal, and this was their only shot.

A tourist bus pulled up to the shack.

Dipper smiled, seeing a perfect opportunity to distract Stan for a while. "Grunkle Stan! The tourists are here!" He told his grunkle with a smile, his back turned on him. "Show them stuff! I bet you'll make a lot of money from them today- GRUNKLE STAN!"

He turned towards him and frowned when he saw his Grunkle trying to sneak out. "GET BACK HERE!"

"But I wanna see Wendy! I haven't talked to her in almost 2 hours!" Stan whinned.

"Good! Uh, I mean, don't worry, you'll see her!" Dipper laughed nervously. "Just show those tourists around the shack for a while and you'll see her after!"

Stan crossed his arms in a huff, staring at Dipper intensively. "Promise?"

Dipper nodded with a smile. "I promise."

Stan sighed without much enthusiasm. "Okay, fine." He slowly walked outside to greet the tourists.

With Stan gone, Dipper checked the time on his watch. It was 1:45. 15 minutes left till the spell would break. "Alright, Dipper," He told himself, taking a deep breath. "15 minutes left to keep Stan distracted. You got this, Dipper."

Then he wondered how Mabel was doing with Ford. He decided to radio her and find out. He pulled out his walkie-talkie. "Mabel, pst, Mabel. How are things going with Ford?"

"Pretty good!" Mabel answered. "I forced him to clean his lab for a while and get this! He said that I was the best great niece ever and gave me this Sev'ral Timez poster to look it! They're shirtless! So cute!" She gushed.

"WHAT?!" Dipper cried, looking horrified. "MABEL, IT WAS A TRICK! HE TRICKED YOU SO YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO KEEP AN EYE ON HIM SO HE COULD SNEAK BACK TO SOOS!"

Mabel frowned and groaned when she took Dipper's words in. She looked around and indeed, saw that Ford was gone. "Ugh!" She slapped her forehead. "How can I get so easily distracted by boys?"

"It's okay, Mabel," Dipper sighed.

Just then, Ford rushed past him.

"GRUNKLE FORD!" Dipper bellowed.

Ford ignored him. He rushed out the door to head back to Soos. "MABEL!" Dipper called out to his sister frantically. "HE'S GETTING AWAY! STOP HIM! I NEED TO KEEP AN EYE ON STAN!"

"COMING!" In a split second, Mabel came out of the lab and rushed after Ford. "GRUNKLE FORD, GET BACK HERE!" She bellowed after him.

Dipper went outside of the shack to check how Stan was doing with the tourists, when surprisingly, he saw the tourists but no Grunkle Stan.

Dipper looked around in a panic. "Wait… where's Stan?" he asked nervously.

"Oh, you mean Mr. Mystery? Well he said he had to go get something interesting from the back of the shack to show us and told us to wait here for a while," a tourist explained.

"Oh, no," Dipper whispered, his eyes widening. Stan had sneaked out without him watching to go back to Wendy. "Ugh!" He slapped himself in the forehead. "I knew I should have spied on him when he was with them! Why I am so stupid sometimes?" He groaned. He checked his watch and gasped. 10 minutes left! 10 minutes left till the spell was broken! He had to catch his Grunkle Stan before it was too late!

"Did you guys see where Stan went?" Dipper asked the tourists frantically. "I really need to talk to him?"

The tourists pointed in the direction where they'd last seen Stan go.

Dipper gave them a fake smile and thumbs-up. "Thanks!"

He rushed off in a hurry to try to catch his Grunkle Stan. Mabel was currently doing the same and trying to stop Ford.

They just hope they can stop them in the last few minutes before it was too late.
