Starts in season 4, 23-year-old Brady survives the prison's destruction and, in seasons 5-6, joins Alexandria to navigate the challenges of adapting to "normal" society after years of post-apocalyptic life. She struggles with anxiety due to past experiences but Daryl is ever the helpful/watchful 'older brother' and eventually OC/OC. Better than it sounds.
