Chapter 12: Asahina Beach Fun!

"Here is your chocolate fudge sundae, sweetie!" Ema smiled kindly to the little girl awaiting patiently for her ice cream.

"WOW! It looks so yummy! Thank you so much Miss!" The little girl walked away with a big smile on her face as she walked over to her other sibling's at the table.

Ema love working at Frosty, it made her feel so good seeing people enjoying ice cream. It's a huge shop and everything in the inside is colorful; there are Ice cream decorations everywhere on the purple walls, the floors are checkered print of black and white, the tables are red and the boofs are black and so many ice cream to eat. Lately, she has been working a lot lately due its summer vacation and she wants to save money up for college.

"Ema you're doing an outstanding job, keep up the good work." Mr. Kunishiro says walking pass the girly while holding his briefcase. His old face gave her a friendly smile.

"Thank you, are you leaving sir?" Ema asked while wiping down the table.

"Yes I have a meeting at the office, I leave you in charge for the time being." He says being calm and leave's the store.

(Mr. Kunishiro is a busy man. This store is a personal hobby of his, but his other job is way more serious and hardworking. I would hate to be a businesswoman…)

"Ema, how do you make a parfait? You make it way better then I." Ema's work employee Kaho asked with full embarrassment.

"Sure thing! Don't worry you need more practice, so this is how you do it." Girly showing her co-worker step by step.

After a few hour's Ema closed the shop for the day and head home as the sun is slowly setting. As she arrived home she can already smell aroma in the household. She already knew Ukyo is already cooking up something delicious. The Beauty walked over to the kitchen and greeted by the handsome lawyer.

"Welcome home Ema, how was work today?" Ukyo gaze up from stirring the pot.

"It was fun today, do you need help cooking dinner?" Ema asked while grabbing her own apron. Her and Ukyo usually cook often together, they always bond.

"Don't worry about it tonight I got it, besides you're still in your work uniform best to wash up before supper." Then looks down at the pot and continued." I say tonight's dinner is very important."

Ema hung her apron back up the hook and gave Ukyo a questionable look. "What do you mean? Is everything okay…?"

"Yes don't you worry, now off you go ice cream girl." Ukyo jokingly said while going back to his cooking.

Ema had a wryly smile and went upstairs to shower off her worries.

At the dinner table all the brothers are rowdy as ever. Personal Ema enjoy the atmosphere so much makes her feel part of the family. She would never trade it for the world.

"So…I have an announcement to make, everyone." The elder brother spoke.

All eyes are on him everyone is silent.

"Masaomi-nii are you pregnant?" Wataru asked excitedly.

Everyone started chocking on their noodles.

"WATARU! ARE YOU CRAZY!? HE IS A BOY!" Yuusuke shouted with embarrassment of what his little brother's ridiculous question was.

"CALM YOU TITS PANTY LOOKER!" Fuuto says being annoyed and flick a noodle across the table hitting, Yusuke at the face.

"WANNA GO PRETTY BOY!" Yusuke says being piss off as he jumps from his seat.

"You know I can whipped all of your ass's." Subaru explained while calming down from the "pregnant" question.

Masaomi is still red in the face and stares at the innocent Wataru and pat's him on the head. "Now Wataru, what have I told you before? Only girls can get pregnant when they get older. I cannot have a baby."

"OH! Then…" Wataru turn's to Ema. "Can you have a baby, Big Sis?"

Ema now started chocking on her noodles and same with everyone else again. You can hear the "GAHHHHHHHHH!"

"U-Ummm Wataru not till I am older…" The Girly's face is red as a rose.

Juli was on the couch hearing everything and stands on his two legs. "HELL NO! NOT TILL SHE IS OLDER! DAMN I BETTER CUT SOME BALLS TONIGHT THIS IS TOO MUCH AS A PLOT PLAN!" His white eyes are huge swinging his arms around like a tough guy. At the background you can hear. "Cheep, cheep, cheep, CHEPPPPP!"

"Okay how in the world did this became a conversation?" Azusa asked confusingly. Tsubaki wrap his arm around his twin.

"Ah Azusa this is so amusing! I wonder who will do the baby making hehe." While he stares at the bright red Ema at the table, enjoying this situation till Ukyo let's out a cry.

"Goodness gracious no more baby talk I can't handle it anymore!" Ukyo is being fan by Hikaru's handkerchief.

"I agree this is too soon! Masaomi continue your speech." Hikaru asked looking at his older brother.

Masaomi took another deep breath and wipe his forehead. "Well the original announcement was we are going on vacation starting tomorrow."

"Where are we going?" Kaname asked while finishing his herbal tea.

"Going to a luxurious hotel across from the beach and won't be back for a week." The elder brother took a sip from his hot coffee and look at his family waiting for someone to speak about this plan.

"This is out of the blue why are we going all of sudden." Louis spoke up.

"Ahem…well we are meeting mother there and Rintarou for a family vacation." Masaomi can tell from a few that they are not looking forward to it.

"Wait father will be there?" Ema started. "I am meeting Mrs. Miwa? This is quite a surprised." Ema smiled showing she is looking forward to this. The brother's started soften up from the sudden plans.

"What time of the day do we have to leave?" Iori asked with a low tone.

"Tomorrow afternoon, so I suggest everyone pack's up for tomorrow. It will a long drive." Ukyo says getting up from his seat and taking in some dirty dishes.

The brother's nodded and finished their dinner and started packing for a long week vacation. As for the Beauty she can't wait for this vacation, especially meeting Mrs. Miwa for the first time.

"Wait a minute…we are going to the beach?" Ema softly said stopping packing her things.

Juli jump on her bed and gaze at her and question. "What is it, chii?"

"J-Juli!" Ema shouts being nervous.

"W-WHAT!?" Juli got a puffy tail by Ema random outburst.

"Two things! One I don't own a swimsuit and two I don't know how to swim! Oh no!" Ema couldn't believe she forgotten the two important things.

"Haha relax or wait actually..." The squirrel turn into the Grinch's facial expression and continued. "Might be a good thing you're not swimming so the animal brother's don't see you half naked!"

"Nothings going to happen…"She half-heart said it. "But…It would be bad if I don't join them for a swim. I got to buy a swimsuit tomorrow, before we leave, it's too late to shop now." Ema nodded with determination and continue packing her things.

Next following day, The Girly did go shopping early in the morning took her about an hour in a half to shop for a swimsuit.

"Mm I don't know if the hot pink two piece look's good or the white and black two piece." She crossed her arms while gazing herself at the mirror in the changing room.

The Beauty changed back to her red tank top and white shorts. Slip on her flip flops and walked out of the dressing room. She deiced to buy the two piece white and black. Ema arrived back to the household it was quite rowdy for everyone running around packing their things. By the afternoon everyone was ready to go.

There are three cars driving to the resort and Natsume took a peek through the rear mirror seeing Subaru listening to music sitting in front with Natsume, Louis is sound asleep sitting next Ema, Azusa and Tsubaki are gaming it up wearing headphones at the back.

"Are you looking forward to the trip?" Natsume purple eyes look at the mirror to see Emas head pop up and stare back.

"Yes I am, I never been on vacation before so it's very exciting." Ema says sheepishly.

"It has been a longtime since us as a family been on vacation. You will have a lot of fun." Natsume watching the cars pass him and going normal speed. "It's nice for a change to actually see her after all this time."

"I never asked but why doesn't Mrs. Miwa ever come to the house, it's her home. I been living there for seven months and haven't had the chance to meet her." Ema question hoping it wasn't a too personal question.

It was a moment of silence before the ginger spoke. "Our mother she is a businesswomen, she travels all around the world for a living. My mother has always been a workaholic but she does make an excellent income to support my brother's. The only time she will show up at the house is Thanksgiving or Christmas other than that no one sees her."

Ema felt bad asking a personal question, she can tell it bother Natsume and the other brothers of their mother. At the same time she understands and without thinking spoke what was on her mind.

"My father he is a world-traveler for a living. I was always home alone, yes someone would come over to check up on me. It didn't help I really missed my father and it was a lonely childhood. But now I finally have a family and I will never suffer from that loneliness again."

Natsume remain quiet to process her speech his amethyst eyes gaze back to her chocolate eyes and gave her a genuinely smile. "That's right you're part of this family and we are so grateful to have you as our little sister."

The Beauty blush and smiled like a sunshine. "Thank you Natsume…"

(That's the first time I ever seen Natsume's true smile…it was so cute…)

"UGH! Natsume-nii when in the hell are we going to arrive?" Tsubaki took off his headphones while whining to his youngest twin brother.

"You never have patience when it comes to long car rides." Azusa sighs.

While the triplets talk Ema gaze back to the window gigging to herself. She felt someone touching her hand and she look down and saw the handsome Louis smiling at her.

This made her heart skip a beat.

"Louis? Are you okay?" The beauty questioned while admiring his beautiful face.

"Yes I am sorry for that I had a nightmare and reached for your hand for comfort." Louis felt shy admitting that but at the same time happy to speak from his mind.

"You look so peaceful I would have never guess…what was the nightmare about?" She question rubbing his smooth hand. Ema always felt comfortable with Louis.

"That I lost you." Louis said seriously and made Emas chocolate eyes widen and blushed like a rose. After a few moments Louis smiled and let go of her hand.

"No I was kidding, I had a nightmare of ruining someone's hair, I was freaking out thank goodness it was only a dream." Louis look at the other direction.

(Is that what really happened? Louis…you look serious…well don't you worry you will never loose me.)

The girly felt shy and did not say it out loud and face back the window and saw the resort miles away and she smiled like a kid.

After about ten minutes the Asahina family arrived to the Resort and across is the beach. It was a beautiful site and Ema just couldn't wait to have fun with her family.

"Alright let's go sign in the hotel and check out our rooms." Masaomi is holding luggage and awaiting Wataru to follow him into the hotel.

Ema tried getting her luggage out of the car, but it was heavy for her to lift. Tsubaki grab the suitcase and set it to the ground.

"Don't you worry I can take it from her okay, Ema-Chan?" Handsome white hair man wink at the Ponytail girly.

"T-Thank you Tsubaki…" Ema blushed and walk beside him to go inside the cool air building. Inside the hotel is fancy. The walls are golden yellow; the carpet is pure white and the furniture is soft brown of loveseat's, sofa's and single chairs, and a fountain is in the inside looking beautiful, and plant's all around the building.

Ukyo and Masaomi went to the front desk and scan in and came over where everyone is sitting in the lounge area.

"Okay we have everyone's scan cards." Ukyo smiled to his brother's and Ema.

Wataru jump up and down and blurt out. "Is big sis and I sharing the same room?"

Then the showdown began...

"Nonono Wataru she is staying with me." Tsubaki squat to reassure his younger brother.

"HELL NO! Tsubaki I don't trust you sharing a room with Ema!" Yusuke blurts out getting to his face.

"Oh and you're saying you're a suitable roommate for her?" Tsubaki furrowed his brow and having a playful grin. Watching Yusuke turn his face like his hair color made it so hard not to laugh.

"Too butt in this situation, she is going to have her own room here you go." Ukyo couldn't wait to burst their bubbles and handed the girly a white card.

Both Yusuke and Tsubaki slump to the ground being disappointed.

"Here's who going to roommate with whom… Louis,Wataru and I will share a room, Tsubaki and Azusa, Natsume and Subaru, Iori and Kaname, Ukyo and Hikaru, Fuuto and Yuusuke." Masaomi finishes and starts walking to the elevator holding Wataru's hand.

"WHAT THE HELL WHY AM I STUCK WITH FUUTO OF ALL PEOPLE!?" Yusuke slumps back to the ground being annoyed.

"Great just great...Just what I need." Fuuto says being annoyed until he thinks from his pretty head. "Don't you worry your little brain I am going to room up with Ema any way's." Fuuto smirks about the idea and walks off till Yusuke grab's him by the shirt and gave him a death stare.

"Not even your dreams punkhead. I am going to leave ONE eye-"He couldn't finished his sentence by Fuuto smacking his hand.

"Yeah we will see about that." Fuuto turns his back on him and meets everyone in the elevator. Yusuke just groans and goes in the elevator.

The Beauty slide her card in and arrived in her hotel room. It look so homey the carpet is white and their lied a king size bed that look so comfy. Before she can think anymore she heard a knock on the door.

"Coming!" Ema opens the door and met with the greyish eyes. "Iori?"

"Sorry for intruding, I wanted to let you know that we are meeting mother and your father outside by the court yard." Iori smiled like a prince.

"Sounds good thank you for letting me know." Ema nodded and look behind her notice the suitcase. "Um can you help me lift my suitcase on my bed? It's heavy ha-ha."

"Of course." Iori walked pass Ema and lifted up the suit case and place it gently on the bed. The girly was about to walk over to the bed till she slip on the carpet. Iori went in front and let Ema fall on top of him land on the bed. Her chocolate eyes widen while blushing like an idiot staring down at the handsome Iori.

Iori's heart kept beating so fast not controlling it, he study Ema's face and so badly wanted to kiss her. He felt like he couldn't but his thought got interrupted by Ema's shaking voice.

"I am so sorry…that was an accident. Man I can be a klutz…" Ema slowly got up till Iori wrap his smooth arms around her.

"I think it's cute that you're a klutz…"Iori softly whispered to her ear. Ema's face is on Iori's shoulder gripping it softly taking what he said a sweet compliment. Till she shot up and felt his forehead. "Do you have another fever?"

"What? No I don't. I know when I had my fever I was not myself and I apologize for that." Iori got up from the bed and walk over to the door place his hand on the sliver doorknob. "Sorry if I made you uncomfortable…" Him facing at the door. Ema got up from the bed and spoke up.

"Not at all don't worry about it, thanks for your help." Ema said in a sweet tone. Iori smiled and left the room.

The Girly took a deep breath and can still feel Iori's touch…did she like it…? She walked out of the room and went outside to meet up with the family.

Outside there is a lot people, and Ema is trying to find her family as she gaze around, till she notice a red head and knew at an instant that it was Yusuke.

"Hehe thank goodness for Yuusuke's red hair." She giggle to herself as she walked over to the table seeing the Asahina brothers and her father and no other then Mrs. Miwa.

"Ema! I have miss you!" Rintarou gets up from his chair and walks over to give his daughter a heartwarming hug. He hasn't seen her for a very long time.

"Father…I have miss you too more then you know…" She started to have a few tears but wipe them away because this is a happy moment.

"My, My the honor to finally meeting my daughter."

Ema let go of the hug and look directly at Mrs. Miwa. She widen her arms and gave her a welcoming hug.

(Oh my goodness…she is a beautiful women…I can see resemblance. She and Ukyo look so alike! Same blonder hair and baby blue eyes.)

"Nice to meet you as well, Mrs. Miwa." Ema said shyly.

"Oh please just call me mom!" Mrs. Miwa said cheerfully. "So happy to see you boys again can't wait to hear stories from each and every one of you."

"Mama! I can't wait too show you my bunny collection! I have more than last time you saw me." Wataru cling's to his mother wanting affection. Miwa picks him up and hugs him tightly.

"Of course! I cannot wait! We will definitely do that later. But first…" She puts the little boy down and look at her family. "This is going to be a huge family vacation because all of our families are coming."

The Asahina brother's jaws drop to the ground.

"What do you mean, mother?" Kaname put's his arm around his mother being confused of this sudden question.

"Yes mother I thought it would be us and Rinatoru?" Ukyo said being dumbfounded of it all.

"Well forgive me my sons, but I wanted this to be a surprised. So grandma and grandpa are coming, same with Uncle Aki and Aunt Lily, and of course all of your cousins!"

Ema felt happy and uneasy at the same time she never knew about the other family. Can she be accepted by them? These are questions she is struggling to understand.

Author's Notes-I am so sorry for the long awaited update...this is my senior year and I have a lot of hard classes like Oral Com, Children's Lit, and Advanced Creative writing! A Lot of typing and studying, so again million times sorry!

So Ema is finally meeting more of the family wonder how that's going to turn out? The cousins would they be all boys or girls!? That's going to cause a conflict.
