Chapter 15: It's Everyone's Game Now

It has been a few days since the party. No one has brought up since then, which gives Ema a sense of relief because she does not want to talk about it. She wants to continue enjoying the vacation with her family. It's morning and Ema wanted to call her friend up to check up on her furry friend.

"Yes, yes he is good! He doesn't really like me haha when are coming back?" Kaho asked in a worried voice.

"Well…about five days. I am sorry if watching Juli is too much trouble. I really appreciate you doing this Kaho." Ema sighed and feeling embarrassed that Juli is not behaving.

"Don't you worry what friends are for?" Kaho cheerfully stated.

"Say can you put the phone on speaker I want to speak to Juli." Ema asked awkwardly.

"Hmm sure…you are such an odd one Ema! Here I am going to water your brother's plants while you have a moment with your pet."

As the young lady put her cell on speaker and slowly walked out of the room Juli used his angry voice.

"FINALLY! I can FINALLY talk to you Chii! What is going on!? I been worried sick about you! You got a lot of explaining to do…Have the animal brothers hurt you!?"

"Haha oh Juli you worry way too much…I am fine don't you worry about me. To be honest I am having a great time here, meeting the cousins, meeting Mrs. Miwa for the first time and seeing my dad. I am thrilled, of course I am homesick and I really miss you."

"I miss you, chii! You never been away before so this is difficult…and I do not like your friend! She is trying to groom me and dress me up like a doll! Please I can take care of myself till you come back." Juli begged desperately.

"Okay I will text her about it. I am going to let you go okay? I have to get ready and meet up with Mrs. Miwa, we're going shopping. I love you Juli I will be home soon." Ema said heartfelt.

"Alright Chii, I love you too! Don't spend all of your money!" Juli scolded.

"Haha okay bye Juli." Ema finally said.

She hung up and sighed deeply. Ema really wish that Juli was here with her, but hotels don't allow pets that's why she didn't do it. Hearing his voice made her very happy and couldn't wait to hug him real soon. As she got up from her bed she starts to get ready and meets up with Mrs. Miwa.

They arrived at a fancy store with over-price dresses and fashion designer bags. Mrs. Miwa hired a male to carry all of her stuff as she selects each one from hanging racks and shelf's. The young blonde-haired women held a frilly-short pink dress and gush about it as she faces her soon-to-be daughter.

"Ema this dress would look so breath-taken on you! Please dear try it on for mom!" Mrs. Miwa said being pushy and handed her the expensive dress.

"Mrs. Miwa I couldn't accept this…" Ema said with a shy voice and tried handing it back.

"Nonsense! I have always dreamed doing this with my daughter someday, I will not take no for an answer." Miwa winked as she walks away too select more things.

The Ponytail girly sighs to herself and goes into a dressing room and tries on the dress. She admire how gorgeous it's, and never thought she would wear an expensive dress.

"How does it look, dear?" Miwa shouts behind the curtain as she gets more anxious seeing it on her daughter.

Ema steps out and shows Miwa the dress. The rich women squealed in delight and turned Ema around so many times and said, "This is the one! I knew this dress would be the winner!" She turns to the male that's carrying everything, "Sir, add this dress to my tab and the other things you're carrying."

The gentlemen bowed and replied, "Yes, Mrs. Asahina I will leave them at the front counter when you're ready."

"Mrs. Miwa what did you mean by 'this dress is the one'." Ema questioned.

Mrs. Miwa smiled and held her hands, "Well…your father and I wanted to keep this a surprised…but we're having the wedding sooner than you think."

"Really? That's great! When exactly? Or-I thought it won't be till next year?" The young brunette question some more.

"The wedding is tomorrow! Your father and I just couldn't wait any longer." Miwa hugged her soon-to-be daughter and whispered, "I love your father and I am ready to become a member of the Hinata family and I can't wait till you become an Asahina."

This made Ema's heart screamed for joy and felt warmth toward her step-mother. She wrapped her arms around her and nodded, "I would like that very much."

Having this shopping day really made Miwa and Ema really close. After their shopping trip was over, they went back to the hotel to see everyone. The ponytail girly wanted to go inside the gift shop that's in the hotel. As she turns in the corner she ran into someone and blurted with embarrassment. "Offt! O-oh I-I am so sorry!"

"It's nothing…Oh it's you Ema. No I am sorry I wasn't paying attention. Where are you going?" Yusuke said sheepishly.

"I was going to the gift shop and wanted to buy our parents a wedding gift." Ema smiled and feeling excited.

Yusuke stares at the brunette confusingly and asked, "Huh? Their wedding is not till next year, right? I guess you plan ahead?"

Ema face turn into a rose and became sweaty and realized that no one other than the adults know that the wedding is tomorrow. That tonight at dinner their going to announce it, so she has to play possum for now. "Y-Yeah your right I do plan ahead, better be safe and sorry haha…" Ema said as she sweats drop and fake laughs.

"If you don't mind, can I tag along? I mean if you rather shop alone then…" Yusuke shyly said as he rubs his hair.

"I don't mind come on let's go." Ema grab hold of Yusuke arm and dragged him to the gift shop.

It's a small gift shop but there are lots of interesting stuff…Like antics of silverware and plates, vases, clothes, statues of cute animals, and jewelry.

The ponytail girly was excited of every single item in the store and called out to Yusuke to show him and he couldn't stop smiling he found her very adorable. He feels eyes on him and sees the cashier and the manager giggling and making comments like, 'How cute are they?' and "I wish my boyfriend goes shopping with me.'

It's making the red-head blush like a maniac and wished he can tell Ema the truth about his feelings but is afraid of what may happened. He fears that she will not return the same feelings or afraid that she likes someone else. Yusuke has to put his feelings in a box and bury it deep inside him.

"Yusuke! What do you think about this photo album?" The girly asked excitedly.

"Looks nice. Are you going to buy it?" The male questions.

"Yes! I will be right back." Ema walks away to pay for the album, as for Yusuke he gazes in the glass where the jewelry is. One shining object is catching his eye; and it's a heart shape necklace that has diamonds circling the heart.

"Would you like to take a closer look?" An elderly man asked kindly.

"Um sure…please." Yusuke shyly voice and quickly look behind to make sure Ema is staying where she's at.

Ema was done paying and she looked to find Yusuke looking at jewelry and called out, "Yusuke? Ready to go?"

"Not yet! U-uh wait outside! I will be there a second." Yusuke blurted out loud.

The young brunette went outside and sat down to wait for Yusuke. She was very excited to give her present to her dad and Miwa. Her thoughts got interrupted by a young women's voice.

"Ema Hinata."

The ponytail girly head pop up and turned around to see a beautiful lady and questioned, "How do you know my name? Have we met…?"

"You may not recognize me because I was wearing a mask back then," The mystery woman sat across from the ponytail girly and flashed her a smile. "I was the fortune teller you visited long ago. Remember the fortune I gave you?"

Ema had a flashback remembering that day and meeting with the women. It felt centuries ago, but she recalled her fortune the one with five guys are in love with her. "Yes. I remember what brings you hear….um…"

"Selena. Is my name, and I am doing well. This must be fate running into you again. Have you choose your electable boyfriend yet?"

Ponytail girly blushed and looked down and responded, "No…I had my fortune told for fun and it seems impossible."

The fortune teller reached her hands out and grinned, "Well I can get your fortune told again? You know, just for fun."

Ema looked at the store and wonder how long Yusuke would take. She only shrugged and decided to get her fortune told once again. Selena grab Ema's hands and closed her purple-eyes and concentrated.

"Mm I see."

Ema heart started to race, just why was she nervous over a fortune? Till Selena look into Ema's chocolate eyes and said, "Your fortune has change."

"W-What do you mean changed?" Ema questions worriedly.

"More guys are about to fall in love with you…so I am saying at this point, it's anyone's game to win your heart.

Author Notes-Hi everyone! I finally posted another chapter yaa! Sorry for the wait, I had writers block for awhile...I have planned each chapter so don't you worry! Yes, the fortune teller Selena has returned. If some of you forgotton, she's from chapter 7 telling Ema her fortune about the five guys that are in love with her. Well I changed my mind. Yes, the five are in it too win it, but I decided others should join in hehe. Their is hope for other guys like the other brothers or possibly the cousins. WHO KNOWS! Your favorite might win Ema's heart. You gotta wait and see :)
