8. Christmas party was in full swing – everybody chatting, dancing, and drinking spiked punch – when loud boom cracked and into centre of Hall apparited Lord Voldemort. Small part of students were really scared because Lord Voldemort appeared in school looking very powerful and angry, most of students didn't recognise Lord – they saw handsome, very powerful man who was very angry. Only forth years and above recognised danger as it was (most of them knowing man's new politics) but they were torn between fear and amusement – man was clad only in blanket, Gryffindor red silk blanket, naked under it, and the blanket couldn't hide hickeys and bites on his neck and shoulders.
-Potter! – Man yelled viciously but for some reason everybody almost smiled looking at him. Moment later Severus Snape in green silky bathrobe apparited next to him and then everybody started fearing for their lives. Man turned to Voldemort and said with spark of humour in his voice:
-Tom, when you leave the house, please put on some robes, not only the blanket from the bed.
And that was when fainting and nose bleeding began – vision of Severus Snape and Lord Voldemort in one bed naked was too much for sensitive teenagers.
-Potter, time to explain yourself to my lover, - Snape turned to the boy. Harry nodded and came forward to meet Lord Voldemort. Draco stepped forward as well, his hand on Harry's shoulder.
-I liked professor Snape for 2 years. I confessed and kissed him a week ago but he firmly rejected me. Since then Draco Malfoy helps me as a friend and a boyfriend. – They looked at each other smiling and that started another wave of gossip. – I am sorry for forcing my feelings on your lover, I wish both of you happiness in personal and public lives. I heard about your plans Lord Voldemort and I agree that wizarding world needs a strong ruler, less restrictions for species and more innovations from Muggles.
-Harry! – Shouted Dumbledore, - you can't so easily agree with Lord Voldemort! I…
-You what, headmaster dearest, - Severus turned to angry headmaster, - you are ready to suggest something better than current status quo? Because wizarding world isn't in balance now. If Tom decided to return as the Dark Lord how many followers do you think he would get? I can tell you – enough to start long and bloody war, headmaster. That's how many.
-I think many years of too many duties and stress exhausted you, headmaster. – Tom continued, - you are happy with current situation when everybody respects you and there is no open cruelness in society but it is not okay so be ready for the changes everybody talks about.
Then Tom and Severus apparited away and returned bit later formally dressed. It was Severus's duty as professor to attend the Ball after all. So couples danced and enjoyed the magical Christmas evening.
