Looks like I'm getting a little better at updating sooner but no promises in the future about quick updates!

Dewdrop of DiamondDust: Thanks :) The one shot's up and called "Crimsonbreak and Winterstreak's Story". Title kinda gives away what it's mainly about *shrugs* Glad to be of service, the song matched the story really well, especially about Solus and Soundwave. Happy you enjoyed it! :)

Miko873: Thanks :) Here's the next chapter!

TransformersPrime1234444: Yeah it's kind of a flashback, it's like more of a backstory than anything for them. I will get to the whereabouts of the youngling at the end of the chapter :P

Anne: Thanks! I really like the song too!

"Look, all I know is that last night Nakadai walked through the town and climbed the mountain. A lot of people thought about going up there but we were too scared to! I swear I don't have any more information!" Vince exclaimed as Nightshade continued to hold him against the wall. When Nightshade figured he wasn't lying he immediately dropped the boy. He watched as Vince slowly stood and stared at him in fear.

"I don't want to hear of you harassing anyone again. Not my friends not any of the other people in this city. Do I make myself clear?" Nightshade growled. Vince nodded and ran away. Sierra, who'd been watching everything that happened, decided to walk up to Nightshade who was in the middle of talking to Winterstreak over their comm. link. When she tapped on his shoulder Nightshade jumped and turned to her. "Primus femme, don't scare me like that! What do you want kid?"

"I heard Jack Darby was one of the ninjas…do you happen to know where he is?" Sierra asked flirtingly. Nightshade scowled behind his mask. Now was not the time for some random girl that probably didn't know Jack existed before he became cyberninja to suddenly start flirting with him when he already had a sparkmate. To hide his frustration and annoyance he merely shrugged and narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Nah, he's probably trying to get more info on the disappearance of Miko aka Crimsonbreak, he's been really worried considering they're in human terms married. Heh, they look like kids in human form but really are the equivalent of 22 year olds." Nightshade rambled, hoping that the human would get the hint. Sierra huffed and walked away. Nightshade shook his head and turned human and began to run to the rendezvous coordinates at the base of the mountain Vince told him about during their little…talk. When he made it he saw Jack, Raf, and Nicki waiting for him. "Are the others coming?"

"If we need backup we'll call them." Jack said. They all turned cyberninja and began the hike to the top of the mountain. When they got to the top they were exhausted but hope built up when they saw a cave nearby that was perfect to take shelter in. Winterstreak didn't hesitate in walking in, the others following closely. They definitely found a cyberninja, but she was very young and she was silver, not red, and she was unconscious. They immediately recognized her and ran up and tried to wake her up. "Silverstar? Silverstar, come on little one wake up. It's me, Winterstreak."

(A/N For those who do not know, I wrote a oneshot on Crimsonbreak and Winterstreak's past and Silverstar is Crimsonbreak's little sister and silver is the symbol of innocence.)

**Early that morning**

When Crimsonbreak finally made it to the cave at the top of the mountain she was exhausted, sore, and depressed. She rubbed her tired eyes as she collapsed to the ground. She'd used up most of her energy to teleport from the mainland off of Griffin Rock to "Jasper". She had to climb the mountain without her powers after that and was most likely spotted but she honestly didn't care. She'd leave after getting some sleep anyways. She laid down and tried to fall asleep, but immediately sat up when she heard footsteps.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't my dear Crimsonbreak. I must say it's been a while, I believe the last time we saw each other face-to-face was right after Winterstreak asked you to bond with him. Now, do you remember me?" a voice said as a figure appeared. Crimsonbreak's eyes widened in fear as she stood up and tried to run, but there were several Decepticons blocking her exit, including Megatron and The Fallen. She turned back to the cyberninja who was shaking his head. "How rude, Crimsonbreak. Why don't you stay a while?"

"I know what you want from me, Dark One, but I refuse to join you! Especially now that you're allied with the Decepticons and The Fallen. So if you'll excuse me, I'll be leaving now." Crimsonbreak said, but her voice betrayed her and revealed her fear. The Decepticons smirked, realizing that The Dark One was right, it was going to be easy to get her to join them without Winterstreak Prime in the way. The Dark One shook his head with a chuckle.

"I'm afraid you won't have much of a choice this time, my dear. That is, unless you want to watch your dear little sister die before your eyes." The Dark One said. He snapped his fingers and a vehicon threw a young cyberninja towards them. Crimsonbreak went to catch her but The Dark One slammed her against the cave wall before she could do anything. They heard a light thump and Crimsonbreak knew that no one had caught her. "It's ironic really how you're the manifestation of evil itself while your dear sister is the symbol of innocence. I know that you didn't give her memories back in order to protect her from me but you're not the only one able to do so. Now, unless you want her to suffer a slow, painful death I suggest you do as I say. Join me, and I'll let her go free unharmed. Deal?"

"You…you promise not to touch her? And that she'll be allowed to return to my team without any trouble?" Crimsonbreak asked. Her eyes darted between Silverstar and the cyberninja pinning her to the wall. The Dark One nodded and Crimsonbreak finally made her decision. She wouldn't be able to live with herself if she was the cause of her own little sister's death. She closed her eyes and bowed her head in defeat, letting her tears freely run down her cheeks. "Fine, I'll join you. Just don't hurt her."

"I knew you'd come around one day. If you want to say goodbye to her go ahead, but remember that you're soon going to be just like me." He said as he released Crimsonbreak. She collapsed to her knees with a sob as the Decepticons and The Dark One went just outside of the cave. Crimsonbreak ran up to Silverstar and pulled her into a hug even though she was still knocked out. She held her close.

"I'm so sorry, Star. I'm sorry I let you down. I should've just given you your memories back along with the others but I was scared that you'd be hated because of me and I couldn't let that happen, not again. Please forgive me." Crimsonbreak whispered. She knew Silverstar would hear her no matter what. She stood and glared at the opening of the cave before taking a deep breath. "I am not a monster I am not what you want me to be! I am not what they say I am!"

"But no one believes you, so why not just become what you are meant to be?" The Dark One said before he walked in. Crimsonbreak glared at him and wiped the last of the tears away. She reluctantly followed him outside where energon cuffs were put on her wrists. When they were walking through the bridge The Dark One stopped Crimsonbreak and pulled her close to whisper in her ear. "Join me."

That's when the pain hit. It felt like someone was bashing her head with a hammer and her entire body felt as though it was on fire. She bit back a scream as her sanity began to slip away from her completely. It was like her darker side that she'd locked away since a child was finally taking over and was attacking with a vengeance. Her love for her team and family, her protectiveness over the humans, all the good times with the one mech who was like an older brother to her (Bulkhead), was all erased it seemed. She collapsed to her knees and began trembling as she finally gave into her darker side.

**Autobot/Rescue Bot Base**

When Silverstar woke up she didn't open her eyes, instead focused on what was happening in her surroundings. All she remembered was getting her memories but instead of seeing her older sister she saw The Dark One with the Decepticon army. She knew that they were going to use her against the others but there was nothing she could do. She heard lots of arguing and a couple familiar voices that she couldn't quite remember who they belonged to. Someone was obviously questioning if she could be trusted or not.

"Guys would you just listen for one second? Silverstar is Crimsonbreak's little sister. Silver is the color of innocence for cyberninjas but she understands the war and what's been happening with Crim just as well as the rest of us. We found her in the same location Vince saw Crimsonbreak head towards so if anyone knows what happened to her it's Silverstar!" Winterstreak snapped. Silverstar smiled underneath her mask. It was her brother in law! She sat up slowly, getting really dizzy as she did so and groaned.

"Why does it feel like a train hit me? Where am I?" She asked as she looked around. She squeaked in fear when she saw the Autobots, Rescue Bots, and the Thirteen. When she saw Smokescreen Prime the fear deepened and she tried to get away but nearly fell off the berth in the process. She was quickly caught by Winterstreak and Yellowbeam, who filled her in on everything she missed while being human. "We have a major problem then. If I'm still alive and you didn't find Crimsonbreak then The Dark One must've threatened to kill me if Crimsonbreak didn't join him. He knew that she'd never let anyone kill me and used it against us. We gotta find her before she loses sanity completely!"

"Calm down, we'll find Crimsonbreak. We're not going to let him touch her." Winterstreak comforted, but everyone could tell even he didn't believe his words. They didn't know how to get Crimsonbreak back or even if it was too late to save her. The one piece of hope that Winterstreak had was the fact that their bond was still there and she'd never hurt her little sister. Suddenly pain wracked Winterstreak's spark and he collapsed to one knee with a painful cry. Everyone rushed to him as he tried to figure out what was going on. Suddenly the pain became too much and he black out.

"Fernblaze help me get him onto the medical berth. I want everyone else out!" Yellowbeam ordered as he began to try and lift Winterstreak. Everyone immediately followed orders and left, except for Fernblaze who helped Yellowbeam through trying to ease Winterstreak's pain. Whatever caused this evidently had something to do with his bond with Crimsonbreak and if they didn't figure out what happened, they may end up losing their leader. When they were sure there was nothing left to do except keep an eye on his vitals and wait for him to wake up they went out to speak with the others about the situation.

"The situation is gettin' outta servo. Crim is possibly offline an' Wints is knocked out. What're we gonna do?" Jazz grumbled. Everyone had to agree with that. With the Decepticon army growing bigger and the Autobots becoming less and less organized as a team things were beginning to look grim for everyone. Smokescreen felt lost and like he was a disappointment. He was chosen for whatever reason to become a Prime and lead the Autobots to victory but with all the scrap that's going on it's been really hard for him to try and help.

"If we give up now then we just prove the Decepticons right. They'd take over Earth and destroy everyone not on their team. Humanity will cease to exist because of our mistake. I'm not about to give up on this war, even if it means facing the cons alone." Elita One added. She, Chromia, Prowl, and Ironhide refused to give up no matter what. Silverspark, the ex-cons, and Solus were also too stubborn to give up…but the others were losing hope.

"I don't know if you've realized but we're still outmatched and you heard what Primus said! Crim has powers that no one can completely understand! If she teams up with them then we're as good as dead!" Bulkhead snapped. He and Bumblebee didn't really know what to think about everything that was going on. It didn't help that the government was starting to question the Autobots and their capabilities. Before any further argument could be made Winterstreak stumbled in, looking like he was in a lot of pain.

"They got her, she's with The Dark One now…he made her sever our bond…" he said sorrowfully and the room fell silent.

Ever had that moment where you sometimes forget that you have certain characters in your story? Oops

Next chapter I'm gonna focus a liiiitle more on the Autobots and how they feel about the situation.

Oh and I have a question: Who shall be the neutral youngling from the last chapter? Someone already in my story? Another bot from another continuity? A new OC? An OC one of you have that you want in here?

Marching band started not long ago and school starts next week for me so I'm going to be very busy and won't have much time to write. I'm a senior and I have to worry about an AP English class, college course, Advanced Spanish, and marching band after school. Not only that but we also have senior projects ugh. Sorry if updates become slow!

BTW SOPA has made a reappearance and is threatening websites that have anything to do with copywriting. If it gets passed I could be possibly put in federal prison for writing this story. Please go to (take out the spaces) petitions . whitehouse . gov / petition / stop - sopa - 2013 / LMzMVrQF and sign the petition to get rid of SOPA once and for all (this is only in the US but it'd mean a lot if as many people as possible signed it)

Until all are one!
