Hi guys~! I loved all your reviews! They made me happy :D.
If you can get up to 100 reviews I'll be happiest. :) Here's chapter 13~~~!
Madara's P.O.V
How ridiculous!
I am not to get involved in such affairs…but I couldn't resist it.
Seeing Hidan kiss her like that was… infuriating. It filled me with such anger, such resentment towards the silver haired man that I snapped. I was surprised I kept any control at all for as long as I did.
I started down the steps and down the hall, ignoring the shouts and complaints emitting from the main room.
"Haha! That's what you get, bastard!" Hidan screamed, pointing a certain finger at the miser, who's left eye was brimmed with a large purple circle.
"First of all, Snookie. You didn't do this. Leader-Sama did when he said to stop. Second of all, you're in worse state." Hidan looked himself over, grimacing.
"Y-yeah? Well, I enjoyed it!" The members shook their heads as I stepped into the backyard, slamming the screen door.
"Zetsu. I need to talk to you." Zetsu materialized from the earth, now standing in front of me in a pair of black jeans and a stainless t-shirt.
"What do you need, Madara-Sama? If you want to know what we're up to we can't tell you." I shook my head.
"I want you to scout the area. Any sign of Orochimaru is to be reported."
Zetsu nodded.
"Jeen told us the same thing. You idiot! We were not to tell anyone! We are more dedicated to Madara-Sama than that girl. Yes, but she gave us free meat."
A vein pulsed in my temples.
"Enough! I am in a foul mood. Just do what I told you and everything will be fine." Zetsu nodded before sinking back into the ground. I pinched the bridge of my nose under my mask and shook my head irritatingly.
"She was one step ahead of me the whole time." I muttered. Thoughts ran through my head as I searched for the right move, the move to corner the snake into the ally.
"He doesn't know much about this world. If I had to guess, he's hiding out in the wild. Maybe in an old abandoned house?" I thought aloud. Orochimaru, how much do you know?
I started to pace around the grass, rubbing my hands together in frustration.
Orochimaru could be anywhere in the area. He needs to get back to his hideout; apparently he never wanted to come here anyways. Maybe a backfired plan? Perhaps he meant to kill us all, to get us out of the way of his plans? Since he doesn't have the necessary tools for transportation back to our world he must be on the run.
Silly little snake.
Now, to send Zetsu on a wild goose chase would not be acceptable. We have to narrow down the possibilities.
An abandoned house might not be possible in this area. He doesn't even know where to look for one. Since he was running, he had to position himself a safe distance away from the area. Jeen, Ren, or Hadder might know where to look. Since Hadder is a little unstable, I should go ask him. Insanity has its ways of benefiting. I sprinted inside and up the stairs, slamming Hadder's door open and slamming it closed.
I looked at the amused guy who was currently putting on a white t-shirt with his brown hair down. His red eyes looked into my eye.
"Madara?" He smiled, staring at me. I chuckled at him as he finished putting his attire on.
"I need to borrow your insanity for a second, Hadder." He cocked his head to the side.
"If I'm insane, then what are you?" He replied smoothly, taking a seat on a red stool while I took one on the white chair in the corner. It was a rather duller room than I expected.
The walls were a solid grey color while the carpet was a bloody red. The furniture consisted of two white couches, one grey coffee table, a white recliner, and a tall, red stool. All in all, a boring kind of room.
"I am a person who needs some information. Now, is there any type of abandoned residence, wild area, or ghost town within a ten mile radius?" He looked stunned for a second, but smiled as the words sunk in.
"Let's take a look then, shall we? Personally, I was never good with math or any of that shit. That's what the lovely internet is for, my dear lollipop." My left eye twitched.
"Call me Madara." He shook his head.
"If you want my help, I get to call you whatever the f*ck I want." He growled, pulling out a rectangular item from his bag on the desk.
"How is that going to help you figure out anything?" I asked, peering at the item and watching as he opened the top.
"It's called a laptop. Anyone who doesn't know about this shit needs a life." He laughed, pushing a few buttons before the black front flashed with colors, illuminating our faces with a soft glow.
"You can look up anything on here. Jeen, Ren, and I write fan fictions on here." He smiled, typing in a few words like Google and maps. My eyes searched the screen as a large landscape filled its content.
"Well, there seems to be a small area from Indian Territory. But there's also an abandoned house near there. To the east of that is a large mountain range. It's over ten miles though; don't know if that'll help." He said, pointing to several different locations.
"Who are you looking for anyways?" He asked, giving me a raised eyebrow.
"Who said I was even looking for someone? Perhaps I just wanted to know about the landscape?" I sighed, looking over the areas.
"You? Ha! Why would you do something so pointless? You would be doing something else worthy of your time, like kissing Jeen." I glared, my eyes never leaving the screen.
"How do you know about that?" I asked, standing up straight now and sending off a strong, suffocating tension throughout the room. He just shrugged.
"I didn't. But now I do." He gave me a demonic smile and I glared.
"How did you know how to ask then?" He shrugged again.
"I didn't." I suppressed a screamed and the murderous intent I felt to him.
"Well, I'll be going now." I said, starting for the door before he started to laugh.
"What is it now." I growled, spinning around to send him a glare with my Sharingan.
"Whoa, man. Don't point that thing at me. And I was laughing because if Ren found out about you kissing Jeen. Ha. Let's just say, she'd murder you." He said chuckling. I found that hard to believe. Actually, I found it impossible.
"Nice talking to you Hadder." I said before closing the door and making my way downstairs and into the living room.
"Deidara, someone who does not get pain, would not get Pein. It's simple." Itachi said, starting to fiddle with the hem of his shirt. Deidara shook his head.
"But what kind of pain, un?" the other members sighed.
"I bet he means physical pain, bastard." Hidan clarified from his perch on the couch, holding up the sword Jeen had dropped before. I skipped into the room.
"Internal." Kakuzu growled, hitting the back of Hidan's head.
"External, f*cker!" he growled.
"Internal, Hidan."
"External!"
"Internal."
"External!"
"How about both?" Sasori hissed from the corner, glaring at the two. Pein shook his head with a smirk, clearly amused.
"Hi guys!" I yelled from the entryway.
Third Person.
Kisame leaned back in his chair to laugh at the scene. It was like a performance. Only louder.
"Hi guys!" Tobi yelled. A few groans made themselves present from the members.
"Pein, why don't you tell them already?" Konan chuckled. Pein shook his head and frowned.
"They wouldn't really understand." Konan hid a laugh as she turned her head back to look at the idiots who were now shouting.
"Brat, hand me that book." Sasori said, pointing at the smallest book on the pile.
Another pile consisting of twenty some odd books was stacked on the other side of the smaller one, consisting of only twelve books. All of which were about math and other subjects. Mostly math.
"Sasori-no-Danna, why do you read so many books, un?" Sasori smiled at his brat.
"Because, unlike you Deidara, I would actually like to learn about what these people are capable of. Some of their own weapons are quite explosive. Like grenades and nuclear explosives." Deidara was already hooked when he heard explosive and he flung himself into the seat next to Sasori.
"Which book, un?"
Kisame glared at Hidan from across the room.
"Show me the sword, Hidan." He growled at the Jashinist. Hidan shook his head.
"Finders keepers, fish f*cker." He hissed, holding the sword to his chest and cutting himself open accidentally.
"Shit." He swore, removing the sword and flinging it at Kisame.
"Never mind." He muttered, taking a few tissues and stuffing them to his wounds attentively, not wanting to get a lecture from Jeen or Ren about spilling blood all over the furniture.
"Thank you, Hidan. This is a samurai sword. Fine material…" He said, trailing off and boring his partner.
"Leader-Sama, may I talk to you?" Itachi whispered, standing up and escaping Kisame's rant.
Pein nodded and gestured for Tobi to follow them as well as Konan. They walked themselves to the basement and locked themselves inside.
"Any new information Pein, Konan?" Madara asked, sitting on the fourth stair from the top.
Konan was the first to speak.
"I talked to Ren and she said that Jeen and Hadder knew a lot about Orochimaru. She did too, but she found no interest in sharing with me. Our best bet is the other two." Madara and Pein nodded.
"Pein?" Madara said, turning his head towards him.
"Nothing worth our interest." He mumbled. Madara sighed and started on about the terrain while in the background, the others argued.
"There could be a possibility he's close by. We have to keep a close eye on the others though. Especially Jeen, Ren, and Hadder. He could get to them." Itachi hinted, looking at Madara and Pein.
"Right~. But Ren told me something interesting." Konan replied, fiddling with a piece of paper.
"And that is?" Madara asked, watching her.
"Jeen is going to school." Silence.
"Like the academy?" Pein asked.
"No, it's required for everyone to go to school. Everyone that is under the age of eighteen that is." she said, folding a few corners.
"And how old is she?" Madara asked.
"She is turning seventeen in a week. But for now, she is sixteen." Madara put hand on top of his head and started to rub his hair.
"This makes things more complicated. We need to set up body guards. Ren is twenty one and Hadder is twenty two. They don't go to school, but they have work. Two for Jeen, two for Ren, two for Hadder, two to patrol the house, and two to go train. We could switch off. But the guards for Jeen cannot switch." Pein started, rubbing his temples.
"Right. So who goes where?"
Ten minutes later.
"Alright. Each of you will pick a name out of this jar and whoever's name you get will be the person you are to be responsible for. Kisame, come pick." Leader said, watching everyone form a line. Kisame approached the jar and pulled out a name, opening it once he got out of the way.
"I'm training. That's good I suppose." He chuckled. Itachi was next, pulling out a single slip of paper before opening it.
"Ren." He muttered. Deidara made his way up to the jar and thrust his hand in before pulling out a fat piece of paper.
"G.H? What the hell does that mean, un?" Pein sighed.
"It means Guard house. Move out of line and let your partner pick." Deidara moved as told and let his Danna move to pick.
"I have Hadder." Sasori muttered, starting to think of a way to survive the madness.
Kakuzu was the next to step up, silently begging it not to be Ren. He mentally sighed after reading the name.
"I have Jeen." He growled, crumpling up the piece of paper and throwing it into the trash. Hidan opened his hand and read the name.
"Sweet! I have the f*cking insane guy! F*ck yeah!" He yelled, jumping back onto the couch and playing with the remote. He pressed a button and immediately the speakers burst on. A few of the Akatsuki jumped while the others remained unfazed and curious.
"Alright! Who turned on the stereo!" Jeen yelled from upstairs and Ren ran down to the Akatsuki.
"Turn it off! Turn it off! She was taking a nap!" She hissed, snatching the remote away and throwing it to the side. Her attention snapped to the rest of the Akatsuki who were still in line for their paper.
"What are you guys doing?" She asked, chuckling at the sight.
"We're assigning body guards. Orochimaru is still out there and he could kidnap anyone of you." Ren chuckled.
"Aw, you guys care about us." Konan laughed.
"You could say that." She said with a smiled as she dug her hand in the jar.
"Ren, I'm going to guard you." Ren squealed.
"Yay! I have a girl partner! Wait… do I get two?" Pein nodded and gestured to Itachi who was sitting there with a bored expression firmly planted onto his face.
"Itachi! Be a little more excited will you!" Ren shrieked, glomping him. Kisame stiffened and started to chuckle at the look on his partners face.
"Get off of me." Itachi growled, tensing up as well.
"Group hug!" Tobi yelled before joining Ren in the hug fest. Hadder momentarily stepped into the room for Ren but joined the hug fest.
"Group hug~!" He sang as he wrapped his arms around the three. Soon, Jeen had come down to join.
"Get. Off. Of. Me. Now." Itachi hissed through clenched teeth. The other members were trying to hold in a fit of laughter as they watched the distressed Itachi.
Deidara was the first one to break followed by Hidan. Sasori, Kakuzu, Pein, and Kisame just smirked while Konan chuckled.
When they refused to let go of him a third time, Itachi stood up and released his Sharingan as a threat. Ren and Jeen let go of him immediately, but Hadder took a second to register the threat but released him soon after.
"Zetsu, go ahead and draw something." Pein mumbled, still trying to shake off tension.
Zetsu's white side pulled out a slip of paper while his other half talked.
"Shit, we're guarding." Tobi squeaked.
"Zetsu-San! I didn't know you came back from eating humans!" Zetsu turned to glare at Tobi.
"Look at the Brightside Zetsu," Jeen started, smiling, "if you see Orochimaru, you can go nom, nom, nomming on his ass." Zetsu made a face.
"I'd rather not. I'd kill him first." he said. Hadder snickered.
"Uh-huh. Sure you would~." Hadder sang while skipping out of the room and into the kitchen.
Jeen looked to see what he was doing.
"What did he just say? I'm going to eat him." Zetsu growled, sinking into the floor and disappearing.
Once the laughter died down, Ren started to walk up to Kakuzu but he stopped her with his extendable arm.
"Tobi wants to pick!" he yelled, rushing forward and grabbing a piece of paper.
"Yay! I get to protect Jeen-Chan! Yay for Tobi!" Everyone looked at Jeen who's face had immediately paled. She looked like she was about to faint.
Hadder laughed whole heartedly from the other room. A very disturbing laugh. Tobi started to clap while Madara silently cursed his luck. And Hadder.
"I never knew he could read, un." Deidara muttered. Madara decided to also curse Deidara. Ren started to walk out.
"Don't bother me, I have to do some paperwork for work. Jeen, keep an eye on them."
Jeen gave her a cheesy salute.
"Yes, Captain!" Ren rolled her eyes before jumping up the stairs.
"Hey, bitch! Get me something to drink!" Another cheesy salute.
"Yes, whore!" Hidan gave her a few curses before she walked out in a fit of giggles.
"That means I will be training." Pein sighed, looking at Kisame who's life flashed before his eyes.
Jeen's P.O.V
I started to pour a cup of Root beer when a loud screech pierced the air. Panicking, I burst up the stairs with the rest of the Akatsuki and Hadder following. I wrenched Ren's door open and ran in.
"Ren!" I yelled, looking over the trashed room. Glass from the window had shattered and spread itself around the floor. Papers and books from her desk were strewn about her room, along with a few broken picture frames. I picked up a picture of us at our parents funeral before scrunching up my fists and running to the window. Halfway there, the wall blew up. I flew backwards and was cast into darkness.
Hahaaaa, what did you guys think? CLIFFHANGER!
Funfact: I hate the daytime. I think the dark is better :)
Question!: Would you ever let one of the Akatsuki into your home? Even if you know they would kill you if you did?
