Chapter 8: The Mikaelson's.
"So your girlfriend is coming to dinner tonight?" Rebbekah asked walking into Kol's room.
"Yes, Lexi and her friend Percy will be joining us tonight." Kol said not looking up from his book.
"Ahh she is bring a friend too great." She said.
"Just be nice, Rebbekah." Kol said sighing.
"I will be; but can I ask you something?"
"What is it?" Kol asked looking up from his book.
"You really like this girl don't you?"
"I do; it's strange I haven't known her for long but feel like I have known her forever."
"Wow, you sound like a love sick puppy." Rebbekah laughed.
"I realize that I sound absolutely idiotic but it's the true I worry though." Kol said slowly.
"What do you worry about brother?"
"I wonder if she knows about her friend who is coming tonight." Kol replied.
"Knows what about him?" Rebbekah asked as there was a knock on the front door.
"Coming." Rebbekah yelled before turning back to Kol.
"I wonder if she knows that he is in love with her." Kol said.

"You sure they won't mind us being here so early." Percy asked as I knocked on the door.
"No I told Kol we would be early." I said.
"Hello Lexi." Rebbekah said opening the door with a smile plastered on her face.
"Hey Rebbekah, this my friend Percy." I said introducing them.
"Hey." Percy said giving her a huge smile.
You can get a guy to do basically anything as long a hot girl is involved I think to myself as I walk into the huge house.
"Where is your brother?" I asked once we wear all inside.
"He is in his room waiting for you." Rebbekah said.
"Thanks, Percy you can stay down here if you want to."
"Maybe you can show me around." I hear Percy say as I walk up the stairs.
"Kol are you in here?" I ask as I open the door.
"Hello my darling." Kol said taking me into his arms.
"Hey there." I said tilting my head and planting a kiss on his cheek.
"You brought your friend along." Kol said stepping back and looking at me.
"Yes I did, I figured that if I let him get to know you guys he might relax a bit more." I said walking over to the bed and sitting down.
"Ohh I see, well I'm sure we all get along just fine."
"I hope so; I have something for you." I said pulling a box out of my pocket.
"You do?" Kol asked sitting down on the
"It's nothing to impressive." I said handing the box to him.
"Wow its beautiful." Kol said staring at the broach in the box. It was silver round broach with a green stone in the middle.
"It's very old but I thought you might like it." I said taking the broach out of the box and pinning it to his jacket,
"Thank you, Lexi." Kol said leaning in and kissing me.
His lips were soft and the kiss was sweet and I knew he wasn't going to push anything.
I leaned into the kiss surprising Kol but he quickly recovered and put his one on my back while his other found its way into my hair.
"You smell nice, sweet like honey." Kol whispered moving his lips to my ear.
"Haha its body cream I got as a gift awhile ago." I said running my fingers down and heard him suck in breath.
Kol pulled away and looked me in the eye smiling at me.
"You're sneaky ay."
"Haha only a little." I said smiling back.
"Hello? You two coming downstairs anytime soon?" we hear Percy yell from downstairs.
"We are coming." I said standing up and holding my hand out to Kol.
He stared at it for a second before putting his hand in mine and we walked down stairs hand in hand.

"I think my sister and Percy are getting along really well." Kol said as we were lying on his bed.
"I think so too; they haven't stopped taking to two minutes." I laughed.
"Haha I know is a good thing though." Kol said kissing my head.
"I would think so yes." I replied.
"Are you going to say over or do you have to get home soon?" Kol asked.
"I'm not sure really; I didn't bring any extra clothes do I don't know think ill stay over." I explained.
"Aww you can borrow some of Rebbekeah's she won't mind." Kol said.
"Haha ill see how I feel a bit later."
"Well I hope you will consider staying." Kol said sweetly.
"You are making a lot of noise." I whisper as Lee dropped his keys on the floor for the fourth time.
"Well it's not like anyone is home." Lee said finally opening the door and dragging me in after him.
"Wow your house is huge." I said.
"You haven't even seen up stairs." Lee said hanging up our jackets.
"Well you going to show me or not?" I said holding my hand out to him. Instead he picks me up and carries me up the stairs.
"This is our room." Lee said kicking the door open.
"Wow its beautiful." I said as he put me down.
"I'm glad you like it."
"I do." I said standing on my toes so I could kiss him. Lee put his arms around me.
"You sure no one is coming home." I asked as I lifted his shirt over his head and tossing it on the floor.
"I'm positive." Lee said kissing me again. I giggle when he puts his hands on my legs and lifts me up and carries me to the bed.
"You're so ticklish my love." Lee said sitting down on the bed with me on his lap.
"I can't help it." I said kissing him again. He kissed me back slowly.
"You know something." Lee asks setting me down on the bed next him and putting his arm around me.
"What?" I asked looking at him.
"I never thought I'd find someone who makes as happy as you do." Lee said blushing,
"Neither did I." I admitted smiling as he pulled me in for a hug.
"Love, are you okay?" Kol asked shaking my softly.
"What oh yes I'm fine sorry got lost in thought." I said sitting up.
"What were you thinking about?" Kol asked sweetly.
"My fiancé." I replied feeling Kol sit up next to me.
"You're engaged?" Kol asked slowly.
"No I was though."
"Ohh I'm sorry." Kol said.
"Thank you."
"What was his name if I may ask?"
"It was Lee." I said staring at the floor.
"Lee…that sounds familiar; I have met a lot of people in my life time though so that's probably why."
"That's probably true." I said sliding off of the bed.
"What are you going?" Kol asks confused.
"I need to go home."
"Why, did I do something wrong?" Kol asked
"No, you haven't done anything." I said kissing him on the cheek.
"Then why are you leaving; please stay." Kol asked handing on to my hand.
Just then my phone beeping meaning a text message just came throw.
"Hold that thought" I said pulling my arm out of Kol's hand.
Hello Lexi we have a problemKatherine has escaped. We think she might have had some help to escape but we have no idea who or why get back here as soon as you can to help us look for her please. Stefan.
"I'm sorry I have to go something came up." I said walking over to Kol.
"Anything I can help with?" Kol asked.
"Nope I got it; thanks for a great night." I said kissing him quickly then walking out of the room.
"Leaving so soon?" I hear Rebbekah ask from behind me.
"Yes something came up; have you seen Percy?" I asked turning to face her.
"He left just after you two went to my brother's room." Rebbekah said.
"Ohh did he say where he was going?" I asked.
"Nope, he just left." Rebbekah said walking into the living room.
"Thanks." I said walking out of the house.
I had just gotten into my car when there was a knock on my passenger window. I look up to see Klaus smiling at me.
"Hello Klaus." I said opening the door and he jumped in.
"Hello Alexia where are you heading to in such a hurry? My brother informed me that you would spending the night at our home."
"Ohh yes I was going to but something came up; ill try and come back as soon as I can." I replied putting the key into the ignition of my car.
"Ohh, wonderful looking forward seeing you later this afternoon then." Klaus said starting to get of the car.
"Klaus."
"Yes?" He asked turning to at look at me.
"I think you should remember that I'm your with your brother." I said starting the car.
"I am very much aware of your relationship, just being protective." He said closing the door.
"Weird guy." I said driving out of there drive way.
I was almost back to Stefan's when I saw Percy standing on the side of the road.
"Percy where the hell if you disappear off too?" I yelled pulling the car over.
"I went to look for Katharine." He said.
"What how do you even know she is missing?" I asked getting out of the car.
"I found her, come on I'll show you." Percy said starting to walk into the forest.
"Wait for me." I yell running after him.
"How'd you find her?" I asked.
"I smelt her." Percy said.
"Are you okay?" I asked notice he hadn't smiled at me at all.
"Yes I'm fine come quickly it'll be dark soon."
"So?" I asked confused.
"It's full moon tonight." He replied.
"Ohh it is? I didn't even notice." I said following him to an old looking house.
The walls were white and covered with moss and weeds.
"What is this place?" I asked.
"I believe it's some old farmer's house." Percy said walking up the stairs. They creaked with age as he out his weight.
"Wow this place isn't exactly somewhere I would want to go and hide if I was Katherine." I said as Percy pushed open the old red wooden door.
I walked into what was the kitchen at some point.
"Okay where is she?" I asked.
"She'll be along soon enough."Percy said leaning against the wall.
"What?" I asked confused turning to face him.
"Don't you see?" I hear a voice behind me. As I turn I see Katherine standing in the corner smiling at me.
"Katherine." I said.
"Hello Lexi; good job I wasn't she'd follow you." Katherine said walking over to Percy.
"I told you she would." Percy said smiling at her before looking back at me.
"What the hell is going on?" I all but yelled.
"Your little Percy and I are working together." Katherine said just as Percy put his arm around Katherine.
"Percy?" I asked looking at him in disbelief.
"I'm sorry Lexi." Percy said sadly.
"Keep your fucking sorry." I said walking towards Katherine.
"You think you'll be able to take you back to Stefan and Damon I don't think so." Katherine said taking Percy's hand they both walked out the door. I was about to follow but I ran into a invisible barrier.
"Oh didn't we mention that you're trapped and that you left your phone in your car." Katherine laughed as they turned to look s me before walking away hand in hand.
"I'm going to find you." I yelled after them.
"Good luck with that." I heard Katherine yell.
I stare up the sky watching the sunset. I start looking for anything I can find to help me escape and come up with nothing but broken furniture.
"Okay." I said closing the front door and moving an old desk in front of the door. Just then a wolf's howl breaks through the silence of the forest.
