Chapter 13: Kiss me.

A/N: Hey guys I hope you like this chapter decided to add a little more drama. Kiss me in the title is a song by Ed Sheeran which I think works in this chapter. Let know what you think.

"You know I have never told me how you were turned." Kol said looking down at Lexi who was lying down next to him.

"Well I was 21 years old when I was turned… I was young and I don't remember who turned me I never saw their face I had to figure everything out for myself." Lexi said.

"What happened?"

"It was February 5 1680 I was walking home and I go jumped from behind woke up the next morning and was covered in blood."

"When did you meet Stefan?"

"That is easy 1864 he tried to kill me because he thought I was a human…. I took it upon myself to Help him and stop his ripper ways."

"Stefan was quite a extra ordinary ripper wasn't he?" Klaus asked walking into the room.

"No he was a monster and I helped him get better Klaus." Lexi said glaring at Klaus.

"I think it was amazing to see him act like that." Klaus argued dropping down on the couch next to Lexi and Kol forcing Lexi to fold her legs under her.

"Well now I know for sure that you don't have a lot of friends Klaus." Lexi said glaring at him, Stefan was like family to her and seeing he be ripper was a horrible sight so having Klaus go on and on about how amazing it was, was pissing her off.

"I don't need friends love, I have family."

"And none of them can stand you either…. Ya you showed me Klaus."

"Kol you might want to remind your girlfriend what im capable of before she gets hurt." Klaus warned.

"I can't tell her what to do Klaus; Lexi is very stubborn." Kol said tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

"And his girlfriend isn't intimidated by the big bad hybrid that just has some major family issues." Lexi replied smiling sweetly at Lexi.

"Kol would you give us a minute?" Klaus asked looking at his brother.

"Sure." Kol said placing a quick kiss on Lexi cheek before getting up and walking out of the room.

"I actually didn't expect im to leave." Klaus commented.

"Well Kol knows I can take care of myself Klaus." Lexi said.

"You know that, that mouth of yours is going to get you into trouble one day." Klaus growled.

"Oh my darling my mouth always gets me into trouble but the thing is I can take care of myself." Lexi said getting up off the couch and pouring herself a drink.

"Oh is that so?" Klaus asked appearing in front of Lexi as she turned around.

"Yes it is so." Lexi as Klaus took a step closer to her.

"You intrigue me Alexi Branson." Klaus purred looking into her eyes.

"Why? Because I'll stand up t you even though I know you are very capable of killing me." Lexi said taking a drink from her Scotch without breaking eye contact with Klaus.

"Then why talk the way you do to me?" Klaus asked confuse present all over his face.

"Because I don't like bullies Klaus; and you are mostly defiantly a bully, you scare people into doing what you want and because of that you are one of the most lonely people on this earth."

"You seem to think you know we very well love." Klaus said waking away from her and was about to walk out of the room but her next words stopped him,

"Prove to me that what I'm saying isn't true and I'll take all back."

He "whooshes" over to Lexi glaring down at her.

"Why should I care what some silly girl thinks?" Klaus asked.

"You won't admit it but you care what people think about you Klaus." Lexi said taking a step closer to Klaus and putting her left hand of his heart.

"You don't want to be monster so don't be." She whispered.

"It's too late for things like that…. I have been this way for over 1000 years I can't change." Klaus said sadly.

"I don't believe you." Lexi said.

"Well you should, not everyone can be saved or fixed." Klaus said.

"Do you really believe that?" Lexi said.

"No but it's what I have to believe." Klaus said.

"Believe what you want then Klaus but I believe everyone deserves a second, third, fourth or even fifth chance." Lexi said walking passed Klaus.

"Do you really think someone who has doing so many bad and horrible things can be forgiven?" Klaus asked grabbing her hand as to keep her from leaving.

"Let me ask you this Klaus are you happy?"

"Yes I am."

"Are you happy with all the things you've done and who you have become?"

"I don't know….."

"That means no Klaus."

"How do you know?"

"Because you had to think about it." Lexi said smiling at Klaus and placing a hand on his cheek "I think there is still some good in there Klaus." Lexi said.

"I hope your right Alexia." Klaus said pulling her into unexpected hug. The hug was sweet and warm when they pulled away from each other Klaus didn't let go of her left hand.

"Well I better go and find your brother." Lexi said but didn't move from her position.

"I suppose you should yes." Klaus said letting go of Lexi hand but not before giving it a squeeze.

"Thank you for talking to me Alexia." Klaus said as Lexi walked out of the room.

Wow that was intense… what it wrong with me I'm dating Kol why did I feel such a connection with Klaus? I asked myself as I walk up the stairs.

"Hey Kol are you in here?" Lexi asked as she walked into his room.

"Yes im here my love." Kol said standing by window.

"Klaus didn't hurt me he just wanted to know I belive people can change." Lexi walking over to Kol. When he didn't reply Lexi put a hand on his shoulder.

"Are you alright?"

"Do you care for my brother?" Kol asked still staring out of the window.

"What/ no well yes but not in the way you're asking." Lexi said.

"My brother has always gotten in the way of the people I care about and enjoy having around especially the woman I have had in my life."

"I am not going anywhere." Lexi said taking his face between her hands forcing him to look at her.

"You're not?" Kol asked.

"No I'm not." Lexi said just before Kol grabbed Lexi and kissed her. Somehow they ended up on Kol's bed.

"Kol. Can, I. ask. You. Something?" Lexi asked in between kisses.

"Ask me anything you want." Kol said kissing her neck.

"Why do all of you guys hate Klaus so much?"

"Klaus likes things to be a certain way his way if they aren't he will well throw a how do you say throw a tantrum."

"Ohh I see sort of … I'm really tired can we go to sleep?" Lexi asked as she pulled the blanket over herself.

"Of course we can my love." Kol said switching the bedside lamp off.
